Cruisers Pizza Bar Grill

I’m not a bar person at all. Don’t like loud places or overly intoxicated people screaming and yelling. This place isn’t too bad noise wise. Went on a Friday at 5:30pm and there weren’t too plant unruly folk. They have a pretty cool program where they let middle school kids bands play on the stage. The live music was very loud. Over 90 decibels. Pizza was actually really good. Had a thin crust pepperoni and the cheese and seasonings were great. Service is hit and miss. If you want a drink or food you have to either wait for a bartender to notice you or order on your phone and then track down the person bringing the food out. This gets really hectic when it’s busy.

Great place to hear a fun band play. We went to see The Motel BedSheets and had a fun time with good drinks and nice & hot thin crust pizza. There are plenty of screens to watch baseball and a fun lively group of people to hang out with. Highly recommended if you want a fun local sports bar with some occasional suoee fun live music. Tell them Frankie sent you. It might bit get you anything, but i love supporting local businesses who also serve with a smile.

We stopped for lunch after our vacation. Food was very good. We had the Chicago style pizza and chicken Parm sandwich. I would give 5 stars but that's hard to do in my book. Great place overall!

The best cracker crust pizza in CA!! Enjoyed the music as well and the location is minutes from the beach!

Cruisers Bar in Huntington Beach is a solid spot if you're looking to catch a game with friends. It's got a lot of space with two stories and probably at least 50 screens, so you won't miss any of the action. The atmosphere is lively, and it's definitely a good bar for sports fans. The service was friendly, which is always a plus. However, the food was a bit of a letdown. The nachos were cold, which was a bummer, but the fries were decent. If you're just there for drinks and the game, you'll have a good time. Overall, it's a great place to hang out, just don't set your expectations too high for the food.

Atmosphere was good, I sat outside on the patio area, beers were nice and cold. The stuffed pizza was the best I've had since I've been to Chicago. Most other locations I've tried in the OC were decent but this place is by far they best in my opinion, as close to being in Chicago eatting a good piece of pizza. The crust was cooked perfectly, I was able to pick up and hold the piece of pizza from the first bite to the last bits without the pizza bending or folding. I could only eat 1 slice and had to take the rest home. I will definitely be back again!!

So I was told this was a Chicago Bears Bar. Walked in tonight to a sea of purple (Vikings) but it was a great atmosphere (even though Bears lost). Good food. Great drinks. Will definitely be back!!!

Came here on a random Monday, and it was such a good experience. Came before 6 PM and was able to get their 2-for-1 special on shots (house tequila $10.75 for both shots!!). We ended up staying a little after 6 PM to get the smashburger special as recommended by the guy who works there, and it was so good. The burger had a load of sweet caramelized onions that was a great balance for the saltiness of the meat and creaminess of the cheese. One of the best burgers I've had!

TAKE OUT REVIEW : First off, I want to mention that I tried calling the restaurant twice to resolve this issue, but no one answered. Since I wasn't able to reach anyone, I'm leaving this review in hopes of being heard. I ordered a buffalo chicken wrap, with no buffalo. It's like trying to get a Caesar salad with no caesar. Secondly, I ordered cinnamon sweet potato fries, got my order wrong again. Thirdly, what really took the cake for me was when I was biting into the wrap it just tasted like lettuce, AIR, and CRUMBS of chicken. This place is really giving the bare minimum. And it's really giving "let's try to profit the most of the customers by skimping on main ingredients and sauces and hopefully they will come back because we are right by the beach." Like no!!!!! DO BETTER!!!!! first & last time I will be dining/ordering take out from here! And I kind of also wanna say if you can't give 100% quality or service to your customers food even if it is as simple as to go order then maybe you shouldn't offer it.

We came to hang out, hear some good music and meet up with friends. Ended up seeing well over 30 people we knew, all who came to enjoy the evening to hear a local band, the motel bedsheets getvsome drinks, and hang out. This was a fun Saturday night, even if the dodgers lost. At least the Angels fans were happy. Great service with a smile. Had bottles drinks but it looked like they had some good options on tap. Ordered and enjoyed some good (super hot) thin crust pizza. It was decent pizza, and served with a smile by some nice people. Over all i like the joint. May have to come back again. Tell em Frankie recommended it... May not get you a discount, but maybe fun look and a laugh. I enjoy supporting local places who keep things positive, plus provide service with a genuine smile. Oh and next time i have to try the Chicago style pizza.

Cruiser's in Huntington Beach has the best Christmas Pop Up in town! It is so festive, plenty of seating and the drinks are delicious! Added bonus... a Photo Booth.

This has got to be my favorite stuff deep dish pizza! I lived in Chicago back in the 80's & this is a close as it gets to my favorite pizza place in Chicago, Nancy's pizza. Cruisers also has a wide variety of draft beers. Pizza & beer the best comfort food for me. They do have a good band and upstairs seating that offers a good view the beach. Before I forget hey do have a $5 burrito special on Saturdays. Just love this place. The friendliest service too.

Cool spot tucked away behind the main drag. Definitely worth a stop. Chill vibes and ambiance. The staff is super cool. Cold beer and good food. Sometimes you can catch some live music, which is always a plus in my book.

There was an after party with the Common Kings. I was appalled meeting the band and hanging out with them. As we stepped into the bar, it was super packed. I'm talking about shoulders to shoulders! My anxiety started to kick in. Luckily, we were directed to upstairs where no one was at. Very calm enjoying a drink. Therefore, this spot must be popping since it was overly crowded. DJ played some good music. Drinks were flowing while everyone was having a great time. Food was being served, but I had left before it came out. Overall, we had an amazing experience and most likely to visit again during the day and try their food menu. The food did look delicious!

Great experience until the bill came. $36 for a pitcher of Ultra? Steep. Might be why the place was empty during March Madness. Great pizza.

I came here late night with my friends with high expectations, and Cruisers absolutely delivered! The pizza was amazing! perfectly crispy crust, loaded with flavor, and super fresh ingredients. You can tell they put real care into what they serve. The wings were just as impressive they were juicy, crispy, and packed with the perfect balance of heat and flavor. My favorite was sweet chili! Great vibe, friendly staff, and super fast service on top of it all. Definitely a new favorite spot for pizza and wings. Highly Recommend 10/10!

A great place to go when you want to watch sporting events. The atmosphere is energetic and really gets you into the game. They have a great selection of drinks and food. I love the chicken tacos and the deep dish pizza. The bartenders are super fun and get you what you want fast. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to have an upbeat joyful time.

The bartenders always recognize us every time we come here for drinks and food. They're always welcoming to us and even when they're busy. They're on top of it at Cruisers. Also the pizza is delicious here and also last night, we got a free last minute invite to paint up on the balcony. It was fun and the paint instructor, Oma was knowledgeable and will teach the basics of painting and it was fun

Best thin crust pizza ever. Great place to watch the games. Kid friendly. Although there aren't any games for them. Only downside is having to order at the bar, can take forever. Need to have my boobs out for service. Haha.

I love pizza from my head tomatoes. Nice bar with big tv's and plenty of seating and nice staff. Unfortunately the Tavern-Style Thin Crust pizzas were not good. Got to try the cheese pizza and pepperoni pizza. They tasted like cheap frozen pizza from the grocery store and lacked in flavor. Maybe the other style pizzas are better. I like that they allow dogs inside though!

Whoa! 2 drinks 26 bucks and was not even asked or told what type of liquor they had or used. The drinks were strong, but when you have to self serve and order at the bar and you don't even get a smile as you approach or thank you as you pay and tip... Perhaps it was because the raiders were loosing and the crowd was not happy ‍

Brought my Ragnar relay team here after the end of the (running) race. They're a ragtag band of mostly women from different parts of the USA, with different tastes. Cruisers didn't match the expectations I gleaned from the reviews. It's a full-up sports bar, nothing fancy about it, and LOUD. Lots of screens! We ordered a smorgasbord of bar food - pizzas, tacos, Mac and cheese, guac...yum, yum, yum. All of it was fantastic. Sure, we were hungry after all that running, but I know my guac and this stuff was all good. The one downside was the "beer" - limited to... well, stuff I won't drink (Bud, etc.) and IPAs. If they added some local taps with more interesting beer, or even Sam Adams, I may bump this review up to 5 stars.

Pedí una pizza de 45 cm y me dieron una de 35 cm; perdí $30 por una de 35 cm. Pero la pizza estaba buenísima, 4 estrellas. Tenía queso y era elástica. Mi última pizza sabía a goma, pero esta estaba bastante buena. Tenía mucho pepperoni en cada rebanada. El pedido también llegó bastante rápido, en 4 minutos. Recomiendo pedir aquí, pero la pizza puede tener sabor a goma de vez en cuando.

Cruisers is the ultimate casual hangout after volleyball good vibes, cold beers, and bomb pizza. The atmosphere is laid-back but fun, with TVs playing the game and music that keeps the mood going. Perfect for big groups or just grabbing a booth with a few friends. Always a win.

Here for Super Bowl 2025. This place has an extremely tight serving and cooking team. Good atmosphere, great prices, fast service. Nadia served me and was excellent.

We LVE watching the games here! Best sports bar to watch northern Midwest teams. Owners are fans of Bears, Viking, Packers and we bring the Lions! The pizza is outstanding although we only order that on special occasion. We stuck to ahi appetizer or the cob salad. It was really good with a touch of seasoning added for our preference. We had them throw half chicken and half pork on for a variety of nutrients. The crowd here is really enthusiastic especially when Michigan State fans are watching their game. This is their fan headquarters. The staff here are polite and helpful. The owners are so spirited!

We were surprised the bar had wine, but they did and it was good. We had wings and fries while we watched football. We ordered boneless but got bone in, but they were super busy!! The bartenders were very friendly and fast. It's a fun sports bar to catch games and meet with friends. We will be back.

Came here to watch the fights in a Saturday night with some friends. It was our first time and there was t anyone greeting us so we just went and sat at a table. After about 10 min when no one came up to us I saw a QR code table tent and grabbed it. That's when we read it and found out we have to go to the bar to order HAHA. Waited a bit and servers were walking all around or talking at the bar, it was kind of odd no one came up to us. So we found what we wanted and placed the orders for food and drinks at the bar and were asked where we were sitting for the food runners. Man we waited like almost an hour for our pizza to come out and then when we asked it came like 20 min later and when we asked them what happened they said "oh it's a new chef" but they didn't offer anything for that extremely long wait. Total bummer and not great customer service in my opinion. Bartenders quite rude in my opinion as well, like not seeming like they wanted to be there and all drinks served in scuffed up plastic. The food was actually amazing though like the pretzel 10/10 and the flatbread pizza was decent. If anything I'm coming back here for the food as the ambiance was chill but nothing extremely stand out except the roof bar area was really nice!

The thin crust meat pizza was super tasty....$34 tasty, not really. The service was fast and friendly. Went to the bar and ordered a drink and was surprised that my total was $21 for drink. I wasn't asked what type of alcohol, so I hope it was top shelf! Overall, it was fine.

Beware of text "deals". Was sent a "deal" to buy 1 pitcher of beer and receive a small pizza free. We ordered a pitcher of Michelob. It was decent pizza so we ordered another pitcher. We then closed out and our tab was $85 with tax!!! $37 per pitcher of Michelob? That is crazy. We should have asked but never would have guessed it was that expressive. Explained what we were the only 2 in the place! Even with the "free" pizza this place is not a good deal. Be warned!!

The food here gets 2 thumbs up from us. Amazing quality and flavor. Tried a few options outside of pizza today and was satisfied by the service and food quality. The overall atmosphere is laid back. Ample seating at the bar and surrounding area. Today we tried the pizza bagel, Cajun burrito and Wagyu burger with tots (omg these tots, you have to try these). All dishes were amazing and flavorful!

I've gone here plenty of times for drinks, but last weekend came with a group of people and got their food as well, and the Chicago deep dish pizza was so good!!! Who knew!? We ordered two of them with a group of 8 and it was hit. Definitely hits the spot once you're buzzed. Highly recommend trying when here next.

I just left without ordering. Dirty windowsill with cobwebs and candy wrappers and sticky table. The 2 young men bartenders were very bothered to acknowledge us because they didn't want to come from behind the bar to wait on us I assume but it was not busy. Not one dining room patron there. We live downtown and July 4th got a flyer so I thought why not help out a local business? So when our out of town friend was visiting I suggested Cruisers. The younger shorter without a ball cap bartender brought water and when my friend that I was hosting ordered a draft he made him give his credit card on the spot. We said we planned to order dinner, but the bartender insisted he get the credit card. 10 minutes went by and the bartender never looked our way to see if we were ready to order nor brought the credit card back. We approached the bar to get his card and the taller bartender had to tell the younger shorter hatless one to close us out and all he said was have a nice day like he was relieved he didn't have to wait on us. It was dead in there and I felt like our presence was a complete bother to these two men. I felt totally shunned and embarrassed that I suggested this place to my friend from the Midwest. I'm telling everyone what a disappointment this place was and never even got the chance to try the food.

I tried they're Detroit style pizza today and it's excellent. It's a square pizza that feeds 2. The dough is thick but light and airy. I got pepperoni, sausage, mushroom, onion and it was perfect. Still minus 1 star because the Chicago style Deep Dish now uses a different dough that is tough and chewy.

One of the true joys of watching football on the west coast is breakfast at the bar. This place has a good menu and lively atmosphere. A ton of TVs to watch all the games. It gets really busy and most of the tables are reserved in advance, so arrive early if you want a bar seat. Packed with 49er fans, as any good bar should be.

Fun place to watch games! Came here for the UCLA alumni Bruin watch party and we had a blast. Wish more of the Bruin alumni fans came but maybe people were busy or they (alumni's) didn't advertise too much. Either way we got there when the big Michigan vs Michigan State game was going on and the place was PACKED!! Exciting atmosphere. We ended up ordering the Chicago style deep dish pizza and it was so good! What sucks is the pricing cause any added topping is more. We ended up only getting sausage and jalapeño topping since it was getting too pricey. Inflation sucks. They don't have my fav gin, tanqueray, but I did like my gin and tonic. Forgot the type of gin but it was good. One bartender had a bad attitude but the others were fine. I guess everyone is allowed a bad day.

Visiting from LA and needed a sports bar. Jackpot!! Endless TVs and the thin crust meat pizza was stellar. Awesome ambiance and good vibes. JD and Tony were very cool and made great drinks, service was top notch. Will definitely be back next time I'm in HB.

They have a new QR check system. You order everything from your phone. I was charged for $14.25 draft beer that was never ordered. How is this possible? They would have had to manually override the app for this to show up on my bill. I didn't notice the charge until I was emailed the receipt. Sketchy! Also, the app service fee adds 3.5%. This is a lot when it also adding mystery beers.

Do you like pizza? Do you like quicksand? If your answer to both of those questions is an emphatic "yeah bro!" then please say hello to Cruisers Pizza in Huntington Beach. The deep dish pizzas here should be gated like community swimming pools because they have perilous depth to them. I ordered a pizza from Cruisers awhile back. I enjoyed eating it with a fork. However, a shovel with a sharp edge would have been the proper utensil for this dish. What a heaping portion of food. More cheesy layers to it than the latest vaccine conspiracy theory. I do not believe it is possible to safely finish one of these pizzas in a sitting without emergency personnel on standby, but I imagine some bored foodie out there has already. 5 stars for total disregard of portion, proportion, and dimension in these pies.

Pizza was not very good , tasted like thin crust store bought home oven stuff , wings were okay . Was hoping for better from a local shop .

The home of the hb faithful during football season. This place is a go to stop as a local if your a 49ers fan and or a fan of pizza and or football in general. This place has a lot of tvs and usually have the sound on as well. I like their breakfast as well as their pizza and wings. They are conveniently located right by the police office corner of the promenade. The parking could be tricky so I would say the parking garage on the parallel street behind the shops connected to the street it's on would be best.

Love me some Cruisers! Lots of TVs and food is great. Can be a little pricey, but you get what you pay for. Service staff is always attentive and nice and location is great right next to the beach and just off Main Street.

Cruisers was having a Niners lose promo yesterday It was awesome!! They didn't disappoint. I was able to have some food and drink and watch a ton of Niners fan cry!!!

Wildly unfamiliar with the area, but happened to be in the neighborhood. There was also a promo I had for an appetizer here that sounded appetizing - more on that in a moment. I generally don't frequent Sports Bars, though I have nothing against them. And, I gotta say, it was fun to kick back, have a beer and be able to glance up from several angles to watch a Dodgers game. The beer was local, and I liked it. I loved the iced beer glass, but be careful, it's slippery. You order at the bar, and when you're walking it back, use two hands. Mine totally slipped out and smashed on the floor. The folks at Cruisers were gracious and nonchalant. Made me a fresh one, and I carefully brought it back to my seating area. I had a little time, so I was organizing photos and just taking in the scene from my seat. A bit later, they had a Trivia Guy come do his magic. He got many in the crowd to play, and his choice of music was pretty great. OK. So, I get the Tater Tot Mac n Cheese app cause it put CRBG on the radar to begin with. And this app... was just not my thing. Way too salty, and the cheese sauce they created for this tasted like a diluted Cheez Whiz meets American Cheese -- which wore out its welcome pretty quickly. I see they have Chicago Style pizzas on the menu. I am curious, since I great up with the real deal. I applaud that they're making them, and hope they're great. Good vibe. Nice staff. Cold beer.

The pizza was good once I actually got it. me and my group had a one hour timeline for lunch, and the pizza took the entire hour to even be brought out to us. the staff told us the food would be ready in 15 minutes. other people who came in the restaurant after us received their food before we did.

Very disappointed as this was my first time here. I'm not a fan of posting 1-star reviews, but this is warranted. I expect more out of a place selling pizza. The owner (if you are reading this) should be embarrassed and angry about the quality of the pizza coming out of the kitchen. This pizza had no flavor and was smothered in cheese. The proportions were completely off. We also were at a table with two other friends who ordered the Detroit-style pizza, and they thought the same thing. Cheap cheese and ingredients with no authentic flavor. Get it together - this is a complete embarrassment to HB. I expect more passion to come from a joint selling pizza.

Great service and even better food!! Had the white bbq pulled chicken on a Hawaiian roll with picked cucumbers. One of the best sandwiches I've had. The restaurant has such a good vibe with plenty of bar space and great music. An awesome spot in HB to chill, drink and watch sports games.
