Yelp
An oasis from the hubbub of the rough and tumble kinetic energy packed, frenetic pace of the "Real World," the Greenhouse has transformed this lucrative healthy lifestyle loving venture into a 21-Century unmistakably Denton, Texas, multiply receiving the title of "Best in Denton, Texas Awards."
As one of the three original owners, Denton serial entrepreneur and Budget Bug Don Merki, designed a wonderfully luminous green space, which intentionally included the nice and almost serendipitous space that follows the orientation of the the outer space, which includes all manner of lush green plants and booths in the midst of walking path right around the majestic structure, next door to The Optometrist Ragsdale Vision Center, which became, by default, where I went for glasses and contact lenses.
The Greenhouse has seen the impact of the COVID-19 Pandemic Shut Down in the world, which thankfully we weathered somehow and have been flung free from the wreckage of a burning plane, free and easy.
The Greenhouse is iconic and got there the old fashioned way: Fresh Farm to Table steaks, John B. Denton Mesquite Cooked Burgers, Rainbow Trout, and Craft Cocktails, including one called the Kroger Grocery Store Parking Lot Death Match.
The full bar has a great rotating range of local Denton beer, like Denton County Brewing Company, and Starbase Brewing Company, which was actually featured at the Little d's Brew Festival, which was sponsored by the Rotary Club, who is the best organizer of public business community trade shows, and venue management.
I aim to get back to basics like creating something that can last a thousand years, by mastering our craft, which is in our case which is a real crown jewel in premium elite fine dining, your own personal way.
Cheers,
Mark C. Fearing, Ph.D.
