Truly loved my experience at Kaseya Center, Miami’s iconic NBA arena 🇺🇸🏀 From the moment I walked in, everything felt thoughtfully designed — the facilities are complete, the layout is smooth, and the seats are comfortable. It’s the kind of place where you feel relaxed and taken care of. But once the game starts, the atmosphere comes alive.The crowd energy, the music, the lights — everything blends into a lively yet joyful experience that pulls you right into the game. I was lucky enough to watch a matchup between the Miami Heat and the Los Angeles Lakers here. Seeing such a high-level game in a world-class arena was already unforgettable. And then came the moment — I saw LeBron James in person. It felt surreal, emotional, and deeply meaningful, like a long-time admiration finally meeting reality. If I had to describe that feeling in one sentence: “I may never have seen the highest mountain, but I was fortunate enough to witness the longest river.”

The ticket center staff were super nice, friendly and very helpful. Getting and purchasing tickets for the NBA game of the Miami Heat as a non American went super easy and smooth. Tickets with the link are sent to your email address. The day of the game, accessing inside super easy, doors open an hour before the game, not a big queue line at all, security staff super friendly and handling all super easy. Toilets clean, soap and paper. Getting to your section and seats, super easy and smooth as well. Inside all payments by card, no cash. The NBA game was a wonderful and memorable experience.

My boyfriend and I had an amazing time at Kaseya Center for the Miami Heat vs Memphis Grizzlies game. The atmosphere was electric, the arena was clean and easy to get around, and the seats had a great view. It made for such a fun and memorable date night we’d definitely come back.🔥🐻 HEAT WON BABY!!!!🖤🏀❤️😜🩷🏀🩵

I took my son here for a UFC card and the energy in the arena was unreal. The atmosphere felt electric from the second we walked in and every seat had a great view of the action. The next day we came back for the Miami Heat game and it was just as incredible. The arena staff was genuinely helpful, always pointing us in the right direction, and every interaction felt friendly and easy. The facilities were spotless, the restrooms were clean, and the concessions moved faster than I expected for such a busy weekend. It is the kind of venue that makes big events feel smooth and stress free, which is rare. My kid left talking about how it was the best sports weekend of his life, so this place definitely earned a permanent spot on our list. Great events. Great staff. Great experience every single time.

This arena is always clean, well lit and safe. The staff here is always nice as well. I recently came for the Heat vs. Golden State Warriors game and the experience was the same. They even have live music before the event, which I thought was great! The only reason I’m not giving this arena 5 stars is because the parking, food and drinks sold are overpriced. This time I bought a personalized Papa John’s pizza with a drink and chip and it was delicious. During the exit of all the events have always been organized. I thoroughly enjoy coming here for events.

Visited the Kaseya center for the Miami Heat game vs. New Orleans. Great experience and fabulous atmosphere before, during and after the game. Very clean and well organised arena. Staff was very friendly and helpful

A vacation to remember in Miami. We came here to watch an amazing basketball match. The arena was super big and looks great inside. Everything was well organized from start to finish. Difficult to get parking during game days but if lucky, you can get a paid parking across. Food and beverage were available but as expected, expensive. The restroom was clean and well maintained. We had fun

It was my first time at a basketball game and enjoyed it so much. The atmosphere is soooo crazy (in a good way), that we are able to feel 100 emotions at the same minute ahahah. Such a good experience. Miami heat wooooon !!!

I'm late in posting this review. The Kaseya Center is an awesome arena for Miami Heat games, concerts, and other events. The facilities are excellent. The Courtside Club is a blast of energy and good drinks. The restrooms are kept clean and orderly. The independent vendors have popular items to sell. The overall energy is amazing. Last November, my daughter scored courtside seats for the Miami Heat vs. Brooklyn Nets game. I can't tell you how exciting it was to be so close to the players and all of the action! Especially Jimmy Butler, who commands so much attention. We had so much fun screaming and rooting for the Heat! Unfortunately, they lost 112-97. There is plenty available parking in the garage, parking lot, and private vendors.

I've been here for a couple concerts & this is a great venue for one. There are plenty of concession areas to get food/drinks & they even have servers come around early on throughout the night to take any orders. It should be noted that their prices are a bit high but it's nothing outrageous considering you're in downtown Miami. It's a large arena with plenty of seating but the ticket pricing can get pretty steep. However, there are some amazing artists that perform here. Keep an eye out for tickets that say obstructed view because there are definitely a couple areas that can be hard to see from depending on the stage setup. The sound system is fantastic & there's usually a good light show that goes on. I'd also like to mention the air conditioning is phenomenal (something very important in south FL). The employees do a great job at keeping it clean & take care of spills quickly. I'm a big fan of going to this arena for concerts. I can't say much about basketball games here but I'm sure it's just as good.

AAA is always a good time. Would've been better if Heat won the game but such is life. If you get a chance to attend a game, go for it. It's an experience that I never get tired of. The Heat team always put on a great show; pregame, during, halftime, and after. My only negative was the food this time. The prime burger spot pictured the burgers with lettuce and cheese and such but what we received was just a patty and cheese and bun. Drinks were good at least. See y'all in the playoffs!!!

I went here to see Blink 182 live in concert. I paid 45$ for the pre-paid valet parking, which was very beneficial. The venue is very clean, and the employees here help navigate the layout of the building. The seats and AC in the venue are also great! I would recommend coming here to see concerts!

Always enjoy coming to this place either to Cheer our Miami Heats or to enjoy a music spectacle My last visit was to see Hombres G live performance. We got seats on Bacardi suites level 200 A very easy access, quick check and accommodation to our seats that were comfortable and with a great view to the stage Service was very attentive and we also enjoyed drinks served promptly to our seats during the concert. Sound and view were fantastic Logistic after the event to direct patrons out of the venue worked as a Swiss clock. Bathrooms in por area were clean and well stocked. A very pleasant experience.

We were lucky enough to get invited to a suite for the UFC fight in Miami. This is a great arena. Miami is a busy place so stay within walking distance or be prepared to wait for an Uber when the event lets out. The suites are beautiful with plenty of seating for everyone and private wait staff for fast service. Our host ordered a huge sushi platter and wings. Everything was delicious.

Let me start with I'm a Celtics fan! However, I always enjoy attending games at the Kaseya center! The patron margaritas never disappoint! The staff is super friendly and bathrooms are always clean!

Been here numerous times to watch the Miami Heat play. If I was rating this place on how they played last night it would get 0 stars lol. But overall the arena is nice.. holds a big crowd obviously and the seating is decent. I've had all sorts of tickets from lower level to upper level to nosebleeds and I've had no complaints. The concession stands could use a little more organization, last night prime burger stand ran out of chicken fingers before the first quarter was over .. who does that? The staff was nice about it and made sure to get people their refunds or exchange for a burger. All in all this is a nice arena anddddd GO HEAT!

Me and my son went to the Annual Miami HEAT Family Festival Charity Event at the Kaseya Center. We parked inside the venue for free and there are parking attendants at the parking area guiding us where to park. It's very organized as they fill one area first before they open a new parking area. After parking we had to go to security and metal detectors to have us checked for safety purposes. Finally we were at the gate waiitng for it to open. When we were inside there's a festive atmosphere as there were street performers, Jimmy Stowe and the Stowaways band playing, Rick Ross performing on the stage. Free unlimited food and drinks as some HEAT players were bartending and serving the guests and some of them try the many food booths around the area. Around 15 of Miami's best restaurants like Rusty Pelican, Bricked Burger, Lutong Pinoy Filipino Cuisine, The Salty Donut, Mojo Donuts, Fireman Derek's, Papa John's Pizza, The Brownie Lady, Fond of Cake, Madda's Place, Chip City, Gelato Go, Licardo Hospitality, Bay 13, Off the Hook Churrascaria, Nacho Bizness, and more. Free water and sodas in ice coolers everwhere! Carnival games, rides and kids activities like painting and coloring too! And you've got to meet and mingle with my favorite heat players, coaches, legends and celebrities! The event is well oganized and we had so much fun! At the end of the event, exit to the parking area was a breeze as there are elevator attendants to guide you to the parking lot. Can't wait to go to the next family festival next year!!

We frequent Kaseya Center a lot for concerts and Miami Heat games. This time we sat in section 124 and even though we were behind the hoop we had a great view! We also had someone come over and take our drink order. It definitely felt like an elevated seating area. Hopefully we can get similar seats in the future!

I can write about how awesome the Kasaya Center is specially with it's impressive eatery, bars and facilities, but tonight the honor of attention has to be given to the Miami Heat and their game for victory over New York Knick that went as follows. The Miami Heat completed a stunning sweep of the New York Knicks with a 112-98 victory in Game 4 of the Eastern Conference semifinals on Wednesday night at the Kaseya Center. The Heat dominated the game from start to finish, leading by as many as 28 points in the third quarter and never letting the Knicks get closer than 12 in the fourth. The Heat shot 52% from the field and 40% from 3-point range, while holding the Knicks to 42% and 25%, respectively. The Heat also outrebounded the Knicks 48-37 and outscored them 56-38 in the paint. Jimmy Butler was once again the star of the show for the Heat, scoring 31 points on 11-for-18 shooting, along with eight rebounds, seven assists and four steals. He was supported by Bam Adebayo, who had 21 points, 11 rebounds and four blocks, and Kyle Lowry, who had 18 points, six rebounds and five assists off the bench. The Heat also got contributions from Kevin Love, who had 12 points and nine rebounds, Max Strus, who had 11 points and four 3-pointers, and Gabe Vincent, who had nine points and six assists. The Knicks had no answer for the Heat's balanced attack and relentless defense. Jalen Brunson was their only bright spot, scoring 26 points on 10-for-16 shooting, along with six assists and four rebounds. RJ Barrett had 18 points but shot 6-for-17, Julius Randle had 16 points but shot 5-for-15, and Mitchell Robinson had 14 points and eight rebounds. The rest of the Knicks combined for just 24 points on 9-for-30 shooting. The Kaseya Center was rocking with joyous fans who witnessed their team make history as the first No. 8 seed to sweep a No. 1 seed in a best-of-seven series. The arena was filled with chants of "Let's go Heat" and "Sweep" throughout the game, as well as loud boos for the Knicks players and coach Tom Thibodeau. The atmosphere was festive and celebratory, with confetti falling from the ratters and fireworks lighting up the sky after the final buzzer.

The arena is a great venue to enjoy anything from sporting events to concerts. No matter what name the arena goes under, the experience has always been consistently positive through the times. The views from the seats are good, no matter the level that you sit on. The seats are ok and not overly crowded. The concessions are always staffed with friendly people and there is a great variety of different foods that include even vegan options. There is parking under the arena as well as under the surrounding areas. Entry into the arena is usually a smooth process though there is always room for improvement. For example, when a person brings a bag, the checkup of that bag slows down the line. There should be lanes that are dedicated only to people without bags and it should be enforced.

The Kaseya Center is new, modern, brightly lit with all the amenities and amenities of a modern day entertainment center. We have season tickets with parking passes to the HEAT games. We also have access to the delicious food on the club level lounge. The service is impeccable and the vibe is always positive and cheerful.
