I had major surgery on Fri. On Sat, I was released from the hospital. My son ordered 2 plates of sausage/rotelli, 2 lasagnas and the garlic bread.
He had it delivered w/grubhub.
I couldn't figure out why it was so much $ until I looked at the receipt.
The lasagnas weren't included in the delivery.
I called Ginos and mind you I was in extreme pain. I asked if Grubhub forgot the lasagna? They said, no, we have it here.We forgot to give it to them. I said, can you have that delivered. They said no. I asked why and they said, because you have to pick it up now. I said, I am in excruciating pain and I can't drive.
Anthony, the owner said there's nothing I can do about that. I said, can you have grubhub, deliver it? He said nope can't do that. You have to cancel or pick it up. I said it's not my grubhub. I don't know how to do this. I'm in pain. He said, I don't know what to tell you. I said this is effing ridiculous. He said, oh, you want a curse you don't get anything and hung up on me. Very rude! I didn't even want Ginos Every time I eat there the food is horrible including this time. I only took a small bite. Really my son didn't realize I was supposed to eat bland. To Anthony, Learn some manners, to be humble, and some kindness. And from what italian to another supposed italian... Learn to cook italian food properly. This stuff was horrible. I am very disappointed. My son called and took care of the grubhub problem. He then ordered Panera. I will be putting this on every review for Ginos.
