Threshold Arts

It is a treat to visit Threshold Arts. A beautiful Broadway location with large bays of windows giving wonderful lighting to illuminate the treasures within! Look no further when trying to figure out a gift to give. Threshold is where I go to find unique, one-of-a-kind items that I know the recipient of the gift will not have. Ceramic wares, original block prints, framed pieces, affordable cards, prints and stickers! It is always changing, so it is worth coming at least once a month!

My favorite shop to shop unique gifts and Rochester souvenirs made by local artists! So many different styles and items. Cards, postcards, stickers, pottery(bought a lot of mugs, plates and bowls), jewelry, art... SO MANY GOODIES. I also love the gallery in the back with rotating artists. Must-stop if you're getting coffee next door at Cafe Steam.

I came to Threshold to find a birthday gift for my friend, but I wasn't seeing anything that I thought my friend would absolutely love. I told Tatiana that I was looking for a gift for my friend's dorm room, and without skipping a beat, she asked if my friend likes plants (she does) and immediately went to a room in the back of the store and brought out a perfect embroidered hoop with succulents on it. I was so pleased and bought it immediately, as I knew it would be the perfect gift for my friend!
