Sulwhasoo SPA Flagship Store

We visited the sulwhasoo store and it was a very ornate store with beautifully laid out products. There was a spa upstairs but it was fully booked when we arrived. We came here to buy gift sets and settled on two sets. After purchasing the lady helped wrap up the sets while we waited in the upper stories. While waiting for the gift wrapping, they also served us small snacks and ginseng tea and gave us some additional samples. Such lovely buying experience, would come visit again!

The store is very beautiful, like an art exhibit. I came looking for products for my mom and was helped by a very friendly and lovely sales associate! She helped me differentiate the various lines and picked products for my mom. Definitely visit if youre in the area

Booked a facial with Sulwhasoo Balance Spa. Hee Min was attentive throughout the facial. Her massage strokes were excellent with great pressure points. I also had a great experience shopping at the store. Made a reservation online for their facial. Thank you!

This flagship store is absolutely breathtaking - the design of the store almost feels like a museum, with the history behind certain products and introductions to different ingredients on the wall. I had a lovely time shopping here after coming downstairs from the Balance Spa on the 4th floor, and I want to give special thanks to Jinny for making my shopping experience so enjoyable. Jinny was incredibly knowledgeable about the different products and was so friendly and energetic throughout my visit. She made this experience so memorable, and I will definitely return when I have the chance in the future.

I came to this flagship store to know the band, since I had just arrived in Korea. It is very upscale. Beautiful, with a calming vibe. They have travel size kits if you buy a full size product. Also offer complimentary packing service, with a beautiful ribbon style option. High prices but it is a luxury brand after all, but the service is amazing. After purchasing, I received a bunch of testers and complimentary ginseng tea. Superb service, makes you feel like vip

I’ve been hooked on Sulwhasoo products since I first bought the serum at this location in 2019. Since then I’ve gotten no less than a dozen people on board. While you could buy the products online, the shopping experience is so pleasant at the flagship store. Beautiful gift wrapping service, a variety of free gifts, and they took me upstairs for complimentary tea and snacks. The spa is excellent as well!

A regular customer here, and every visit has been consistently pleasant. The staff are genuinely friendly and warm, creating a welcoming atmosphere without ever being pushy or overly sales-driven. The boutique itself is beautifully designed — calm, elegant, and a space you actually enjoy spending time in. They’re also incredibly generous with their samples, which makes exploring new products feel relaxed and enjoyable. Jin A was really helpful and provided recommendations for my skin type. Overall, it’s always a wonderful experience coming here.

I visit the store this morning. With the help of the staff Seyoung, I find products that suit my daily use and I really like them. Also the design of the store is really amazing.
