BOM is easily one of the best dining experiences I’ve had recently in Ho Chi Minh City and right fully so in the Michelin reviews. The food was simply outstanding — every dish was thoughtfully crafted and beautifully presented. The attention to detail in both flavor and plating truly reflected fine dining at its best. A special mention goes to the chef, whose creativity and precision were evident throughout the meal. The entire team — from the kitchen to the service staff — deserves immense appreciation for their warmth and professionalism. Duc, Phuc & Loan were consistently attentive, ensuring we felt genuinely welcomed and well taken care of. Overall, BOM delivers an experience worthy of its Michelin Guide mention. If ratings could go beyond 5, I’d give it a solid 4.99. A must-visit for anyone looking to indulge in exceptional culinary craftsmanship in Ho Chi Minh City.

This Asian fusion spot totally deserves its accolades! Everything from the food, service, and location is great. We ordered the Chicken Risotto, which was flawlessly creamy and satisfying with that perfect al dente rice texture. But the Ocean Medley is the one you have to try! This signature dish, loaded with tender scallops, squid, and prawns, had stunning presentation and perfectly balanced flavors; you can tell they put major effort into this outstanding, must-try dish. Service was quick and super friendly, and the convenient location makes it a perfect choice for any meal.

3 stories building, we stayed at the second, that is quiet and dim lighted, the atmosphere is nice, sophisticated but without too many luxurious, where you can simply spend some quiet time. The food is really well presented and super well balanced. The bom set is suggested, they are 3 mini sliders for each of the 3 different flavors, I loved them all, perfect starter. I had also the fish in tomato dashi, WoW! The staff is what makes this place really special, they are never invasive, always present, smiling and are there, really, to make your experience better. A place to back, maybe to try the lunch set.

The service was friendly and attentive without being overbearing. We tried the crispy-chicken dish over risotto and mushrooms: the crisp skin, tender meat and creamy base were all nicely balanced — a dish that showed real care in execution. The wine list and cocktail selection underscore the “wine bar” aspect of the venue, making it suitable not just for dinner but for a more relaxed, elevated drink and meal experience. For anyone looking for Vietnamese-fusion cuisine with flair, good vibes and a central location in District 1 — BỜM is absolutely worth a visit.

The waiter even took time to explain each dish, the right way to enjoy it, and which to begin with. Had an amazing time at BOM. The service was simply immaculate. Staff paid attention to every detail and ensured that you were treated to an experience. Needless to say, the food was divine. However, I would wish that the crab fried rice was packed with abit more wok hey given the stature of this restaurant as it tasted rather flat in my opinion.

Lovely modern Vietnamese fusion food with an extensive menu. Highlights: Saigon Sour: perfectly foamed, fragrant, and nicely balanced sweet and sour Bom set appetizer: snail + shrimp + fish beautifully executed Could be better: Duck main: maybe it's an off-night but some of the duck pieces were overcooked hence a little hard to cut and chew but the flavor was good Seafood medley: seafood was good but didn't wow me and the yellow paste below was a bit thick and quite sweet which overshadowed the sweetness of the seafood The pineapple ice cream was icy which could be left in room temp a little longer

Come in for a refreshing & delightful small bite or meal. We only had time for a small bite & a couple of glasses of wine. Artisan sourdough bread & Burrata salad was delicious. Lovely staff, decorated very beautifully, nice hidden gem away from the hustle & bustle.
