"This very chic Relais & Chateau hotel, built on the site of the legendary 1960s and ’70s Maison des Pecheurs restaurant, with stunning views over the Lerins islands and Esterel Mountains, occupies a streamlined contemporary building with a Californian je ne sais quoi.
