Use it to drink a lot of wine with friends on their very pretty patio and cry over how much you hate your jobs, and it works perfectly. But if you need to spiral with a friend over a bottle of white wine on a Wednesday afternoon, Zinqué is heaven. It’s walk-in only, there’s plenty of shade, and the various tartines and rice bowls do what they’re supposed to: fill you up so you can drink more wine. If you’re not near Weho, there are five more locations around town from Malibu to Downtown, but this remains Zinqué’s spiritual epicenter." - brant cox

Come here for an actual dinner and you’ll discover a restaurant that, despite being open for over a decade, is still dealing with first-week hiccups. The chances of you receiving your food in under an hour (or within a half hour of everyone else at your table) is low, so just stick to the chardonnay.
