The tapas were very tasty and well prepared, and the overall experience was enjoyable. The service was friendly and attentive, which made our visit pleasant. However, we did ask for the most economical wine by the glass and were instead served the most expensive option, which was a bit disappointing. Aside from that, everything else was very good.

I had some of the most amazing food here. I will say right off the bat, if you want to sit at a table, a reservation ahead of time is a must. It’s not a large restaurant, but the space is well organized and feels cozy. We got started with some bread and olives and beans. As for food, we got the salmorejo which is creamier version of a gazpacho and perfect on a hot day. The jamon was also the best I’ve ever had - the meat was rich and nutty and I just wanted to eat the whole plate by myself. Another highlight for me was the foie micuit which was also the richest and most savoury toast ever. Also if you do come here, make sure to order their signature dish which is the squid cigar. It was one of the most interesting dishes ever with complex flavours that I can’t quite describe. It was a bit sweet, savoury, and had a hint of seafood flavour. We also got some pork ribs and cheeks and they were also some of my favourite pork I’ve had in recent memory. Overall, the service was top notch, food was world class, and I would love to visit again when I come back to Seville!

This had been highly recommended to us by several people so decided to book a table for our last night in Seville but found it highly disappointing. We booked a table in the restaurant, which I'd assume to have the same feel and atmosphere of the bar area, but it felt like being in a different restaurant completely. We walked in to total silence, no background music and no atmosphere. Adding to the cold atmosphere was the wait staff. We weren't offered a drinks menu or wine list. We'd arrived early so had time to look at the wine list in the bar beforehand- I ordered a wine off that list when sat down and was told "no" by the girl serving us. I asked for a white wine recommendation and was just served something with no idea of what it was. During the meal, the locals/Spanish speakers were served efficiently and offered multiple drink top ups. We were ignored and it took the manager (I assume) to step in and offer us a second drink. Several things were taken from the table when not finished, including bread which I was actively eating when the waitress took it away. The food itself was average. Whilst cooked well, there was no flavour and none of the sauces or vegetables seemed to have any seasoning whatsoever. By the end of the meal, we just wanted to leave. We felt unwelcome and the atmosphere was tense and cold. I've not felt that way in a single other establishment since being here, it was a huge shame.

The most interesting and probably the best meal I've had in Andalusia. Incredibly kind elderly server, slightly more rushed, younger waiters who were still doing their best with my non-existent Spanish. Super creative dishes, some taste and texture combinations I've never had in decades of international eating,

Busy, Bold, and Worth It Bar Eslava is a popular spot and it shows—busy and buzzing with energy. We walked in without a reservation and, luckily, there wasn’t a long queue ahead of us. We managed to get a spot at the bar, which turned out to be perfect for soaking up the atmosphere. We tried the must-order tapas and they did not disappoint. The Costillas de Cerdo con Miel were outstanding, with pork ribs so tender they fell off the bone. The Cigarro de Bécquer, a crispy cigar-shaped pastry with a rich, creamy filling, was delicious, and the famous egg yolk on boletus cake was rich, indulgent, and memorable. The lady bartender was lovely—she brought us olives to nibble on while we waited and served us well-chilled alcohol-free beers. Excellent service, great food, a lively atmosphere, and very good value for money.

We have ordered various tapas and they all were super good! My daughter (8Y) tried and enjoyed the food as well. We also had no reservation but were squized in cauee the place is full during the lunch. Highly recommend!

Visiting Seville for a weekend trip with my friend, who had spoken highly about her previous experiences at this establishment. Unfortunately, our visit today did not reflect this. Despite having reserved a table, we had to first wait to be acknowledged before immediately being sent away as they did not have space for us. Their demeanour quickly changed once they realised we had in fact booked, and they led us inside. We had reserved a table outside, but were happy to be sat down at all. The restaurant was completely empty. We had to ask for each item we ordered multiple times and follow up on their arrival. Then half of our order never arrived and my friend was left without any food. After following up they informed us they had actually ran out of the multiple food items she had ordered over an hour ago. She left hungry. Women’s bathroom also does not have a lock. Would not recommend.

An absolute must if you’re in Sevilla! The best meal of our entire 10 day trip. Everything was outstanding: the service, the atmosphere, and most of all, the food. We ordered the dishes highlighted on the menu followed by the server’s recommendations — every single one was a hit. The flavors and presentation were unique, with a creative twist that made the experience truly special. It gets busy for a reason, so definitely make a reservation. You won’t regret it!
