Outstanding customer service and incredibly friendly staff! I had ordered new glasses but couldn’t see properly because a high street competitor had made an error with my prescription. The team at Cubitts kindly re-tested my eyes and completely re-made my glasses at no extra cost. Their generosity and professionalism really made my day. I now know exactly where I’ll be buying all my glasses in the future. The staff at this store are truly amazing! Thank you!

Not only dealt patiently with my many questions, but recommended a style that I’m very happy with and modified the glasses for a perfect fit. I popped into this branch to get a feel for glasses and was met with the best service. I didn't purchase anything but the two ladies working answered all my questions and the taller lady even went down multiple times to get different frames for me. Thank you so much! Apologies for late review, called in end of September. Frames adjusted and slight scuff on frame polished out, all within a few minutes. Sorry didn't ask name, think she is the manager. Above and beyond excellent service, don't go anywhere else for my glasses. Thanks again.

Took the trip into the soho store to purchase some glasses id seen at the borough store the week previous. The shop was busy which is understandable, stood around for 10 minutes waiting for a lady to finish serving someone, upon finishing I approached and asked if I could ask some questions, she decided to put some food in her mouth, the. Took a swig of drink and proceeded to scold me for having the audacity to approach her while she was eating on the shop floor. Now call me old fashioned, but I expect a level of respect when looking to spend £450, I have never experienced such rude, condescending experience, ignorance beyond belief So, in short, if you want to be humiliated in front of other customers while spending a lot of money, Cubitts soho is the place for you.......

I booked a long overdue eye test at cubitts soho. I was greeted by Chel, who was extremely welcoming. She showed me the collection at cubitts including the bespoke options and explained what would suit my face and style. Before I had even had my eye exam I had picked out my favourite frames which are they best I’ve found for such a good price! Highly reccomend going to see Chel! I then had my eye exam with Jaz who was extremely knowledgeable and professional. The exam was thorough and didn’t take too long and Jaz explained everything I needed to know. Again I couldn’t recommend Jaz more. Great job Cubitts Soho, wouldn’t go anywhere else now!

Excellent service and honest feedback on style of frames to fit my face, unlike the store in Borough Market which although good , cared less if it was the prefect frames for me; l felt like l was being a bit of a bother. So, my genuine opinion, go to Brough Market for eye test but if you need frames as well, highly recommend Soho store. Great service all-round!
