I paid $27.00 just to leave it all there except my soup and egg roll, the chicken fried rice tasted like a dirty grill, the sweet and sour pork tasted tomatoey, the Margaret chicken tasted like garlic chicken the subgum... ugh tasted like it had sour (bad) meat in it. I do NOT Recommend this place. Honestly when they seen all the dishes were basically un touched & no I did not take it to go, they should have known it wasn't good. Even after I ate the sub part egg roll I can still taste the dirty grill from the 2 bites I had of the chicken fried rice. Barf!

Staff is very good and very friendly, the food is about average though I absolutely recommend the egg fu young that was ultra tasty. Unfortunately, the restaurant is very small so easily gets crowded. I suggest doing takeout. It is a tiny bit expensive but not overly so for the amount of food you receive.

Absolutely love this place! I've been dining here for longer than I can remember and the owners always make you feel welcomed and the food is consistently delicious!!

Unfortunately, we were so looking forward to good Chinese food as we are from the East coast and have been searching since we moved to Oregon four years ago. My favorite has always been shrimp in lobster sauce. Was excited to see it on the menu but not what I expected or have had my entire life. Won ton soup was the best and only enjoyable part of the meal. Pork fried rice had no flavor and white in color , never have had fried rice so bland. Sorry for the lousy review but I will not be back.

Good online menu. Food was reasonably priced and ready on time. Takeout only. No dine in. However, lo mein dish was made with spaghetti noodles, smashed together and vegetables and chicken were very bland. Egg roll was unlike anything I've ever seen: the size and shape of packaged cherry pie from a convenience store. The oil used to fry it was also old/tainted. Pot stickers were cold, dry, and hard. I would not return here.

Hands down my favorite chinese food spot to go to in Eugene! It's family owned and the food is amazing! The potstickers are my go to with the vinegar sauce that pairs beautifully with it.

I had to remind my husband this was not the worst Chinese we ever had. That would have been in Hood River. Where to begin: giant egg roll mostly shell. The veggies inside were mush. The 'sweet n sour' sauce had to be made with ketchup. Really. Husband's meal chicken n cashews was edible. I'll leave it at that. The"MooShu" pork was MooShu alright. It looked like it was put in a food processor. I show the biggest pieces of pork I could find, and they were chewy and hard. Sigh. Back to Steam n Spice.

Wanted to try Twin Dragon since the reviews are good. I went for the first time last night. Service was excellent (and they were down two people). Food was good - I had the #8 combination plate. Pretty tasty! They were really busy too... people lined up outside! My server was wonderful... very on top of it even with as busy at it was.

As usual the food was wonderful. They use fresh vegetables, not frozen. They also make their own chili sauce, in huges batches. If you are the type that loves the burn, be brave and go for hot. But I warn you their hot is about double the heat of almost everywhere else. (Even Mexican food).

So just called to put in an order to be delivered and the very rude woman on the phone who said she creates the website clearly she doesn't because it clearly states on the website quality and delivery service times may differ. When I asked her about delivery she was like well we don't do delivery we never have. And I told her well then you might want to take that off your website. I'm hoping the food is better than the service.

The food is delicious, the service is excellent and the atmosphere is relaxing. They have been around for years and I keep going back. Never disappointed in anything.

Delicious authentic Chinese cuisine. Hole in the wall with a huge parking area alongside other businesses in an L shape strip mall type vibe. Small restaurant with about 9 tables of 4 seats each. Tiny front entrance with a couple chairs for waiting in. The workers are quick and knowledgeable as they are all family / close friends I believe. If you don't know what to get they will gladly tell you what would be good and they didnt disappoint. I wanted a noodle dish so I thought I'd get the lo mein but she told me I would probably like the Chinese noodles more and explained what was in it and how it was cooked. I got my plate (and it was large- she gave me tongs so I could share with my family & group if needed). It was so good and exactly what I had hoped to eat. They were pan fried noodles with chicken (protein of choice) some cabbage, broccoli, peas, mushrooms, and onions. It was so delicious, filling, and plenty to share & take home as well. We also got the lemon chicken with rice. My husband really enjoyed that. The egg flour soup was just okay. Lacked much flavor for me. We got lots of chicken & chive potstickers for the table. They are handmade daily and FULL of filling. They are filling & tasty. It comes with a special sauce and there's also soy sauce on the tables. We also got some sweet and sour sauce for dipping. They are very friendly, kind, and helpful for us & the kids in the group. Despite the small building and close tables it was a good time. It does get quite loud in there with all the people. So keep that in mind. Bringing young kids may not be people's first choice there as they don't have kid menus, crayons etc type things, nor did we see high chairs (they may have them in back?) We didn't ask- but all tables are just standard chairs so can be a little tippy for younger kids. They also didn't have straws for the water and just the glass / hard plastic cups which was also a little tricky for the young kids. They have some cool chopstick adapters that are reusable we got to take home for our kids and they loved being able to use those at dinner. They also brought them out some cute divided kids plates to use. Our picky eater ate and tried everything and loved it all as well. We loved how kind the staff was and they really do treat you like family. We haven't been here in YEARS, but I was craving their potstickers and trying new things off the menu as well didnt disappoint. We will be back much sooner this time. If you're looking for quality Chinese food this is your place! They're open Tuesday-Saturday only 4pm-close (I believe 8pm) or until sold out.

This place has the best Chinese food in town! Their Pot Stickers are to die for! The service is always friendly and the restaurant is cozy and clean! Definitely a place to seek out if you are looking for good food at a decent price. My favorite entree: Ginger Onion Beef. Give it a try!

This little gem located in Eugene is a family run business. The mom is 77 years young and makes the pot stickers by hand every day. The food is top notch and you will not be disappointed!

Meat taste like it's been sitting all day everything cold ... Farman is way better in gateway .. I paid for old cold food

We've lived in the River Road area for many years & dined at Twin Dragon frequently in the past. Thought I'd try it again and was extremely disappointed. I ordered the Chicken Moo Shu & Shrimp Chow Don. Both were over-cooked. The shrimp in the Chow Don was dry and the Moo Shu was burnt to the point where that's the only flavor I could taste. The chicken was completely shredded and had no flavor except burnt. Once I got home and tried a few bites, I called the restaurant back & told them the Moo Shu was burned. The staff tried to tell me that having burned flakes in the food was the Cantonese style of wok cooking. Not going back to Twin Dragon.

Stopped here last night for a combination plate of pork chow mein, shrimp and egg fu young. All three were utterly delicious, the pork chow main so skillfully prepared and full of delicious vegetable, I had to move it to my #1 choice in Eugene. Reasonable prices, cheery front counter folks, even on a very busy Friday night. A bit of a drive down (or up) River Road, but worth it!

I have hated Chinese food for as long as I can remember. Think about something you hate because your parents made you eat it all the damn time as a kid. For me that was pork and Chinese food. Now I don't exactly go out of my way to eat either one. My husband enjoys Chinese food though, and is always trying to get me to eat more of it. Well, after about three years of flat refusing, I decided to give it a try again. Three years is enough time to cancel out all the bad memories, right? Maybe, but I figured I would give it a try. We discovered this place in the middle of the plague when everything was shut down and we were looking for more local businesses to discover, support, and enjoy. That's when we found this little gem. I've driven by this place about a million times and never even thought to stop in, but always knew it was there. I'm glad we finally decided to give it a try! It is the standard stereotypical Americanized Chinese food, and it works. If you want authentic, this isn't the place for you. If you want the standard American version, this has been my favorite so far. Due to the plague and shutdowns, I've never actually eaten inside the restaurant, only done to-to orders that we pick up and bring home. So I have no opinion on the restaurant itself. The food is good though. Like I said, Americanized Chinese food, but they do it well, and are pretty consistent. Portion size is good. I usually have leftovers, and I appreciate that. My favorite thing here is the barbecued pork. With some spicy mustard and sesame seeds, I'm a happy little fat kid! My standard go-to meal is a combination plate with sweet and sour chicken, chow mien, and fried rice. Usually we get the barbecue pork as an appetizer, and then the egg drop soup. Customer service has always been good, and they are very friendly, even in the middle of everything being shut down, they were still kind and friendly, and I know that constantly changing rules was really challenging for a lot of small local businesses. Would I return? Yep. I rediscovered I don't mind Chinese food nearly as much as I once did, thanks to Twin Dragon. I appreciate that it is a small local business we could support when they needed it the most. I do wish it was a bit closer to home, but that hasn't stopped me from going here yet.

Great family location. The kids are always there doing their homework or hanging out. Everyone is super friendly. It is very clear that Twin Dragon has a huge following in eugene. It is really really sad that they don't deliver. It may be that they don't need the extra business possibly? The potstickers are chicken, so they are always full and plump. Their Americanized menu items are great! Their more traditional dishes are also great! I really recommend the trying everything!

Delicious ginger chicken bowl. Incredible prices for the amount of food you get. You can easily split any order with two people.

Generous proportions, welcoming staff. Opens at 4pm and fills up pretty quickly. Closing at 8pm. Plenty of parking.

One of the best Asian places in Eugene. Owned by the same family since the 80s and they also survived covid. They can make a flavorful dish that balances spice and taste every time. I can't say how much this place rules.

Hands down the best Chinese food in the Eugene area. The outside is very deceiving and made me a bit unsure what it would be like, but once we walked inside, it was very tastefully decorated and quaint. The hostess greeted us promptly and was very friendly. The staff and service were excellent! SO much food for a great price. We were looking forward to getting takeout tonight for New Years Eve; however their normal days closed are Sunday/Monday. Bummer. BUT we will be back again soon!

Amazing family run local Chinese resturant, been coming here since I was a kid and the food never disappoints. The family is sweet and their service is usually pretty good despite busy rushes and crowded lobby area.

BEST. CHINESE. FOOD. EVER. Seriously? This little hidden gem is right here on River Rd. in Eugene. Cute little space that is tastefully decorated and extremely clean. The service was exceptional. Courteous and pleasant staff. TWIN DRAGON is without a doubt a place to try. You will not be disappointed!

This place is quint essential when it comes to Chinese American flair, it's also one of the longest standing restaurants in Eugene. Ive been driving past this place for years, and I'm really bummed out I didn't try it sooner. I would have to say it's one of the hidden gems or River Road. It looks unsuspecting and a total dive, holy shit man. You can feel the love inside this place. I don't think I have a need to go any where else to get my Chinese fix. Portions are huge and flavor is on point, I ordered a spicy general tso chicken, and a twin dragon appetizer combo. It was probably enough food for four people. The four star rating this place has isn't a mistake, it's worth every penny, don't let the exterior deter you, you'll be missing out.

Frozen chicken bits. One plate. MooGoo was the other plate. I could not eat it. Gave me indigestion almost immediately. Expensive and disappointing.

If you are looking for Eugene's hidden gem look no further, this is the spot for Chinese food. It is family owned, and they make their food with love, and passion. I had forgot about how much I liked their food until recently. I used to go here years ago with family. I'm not sure why we stopped. I think I lived on the other side of town. Fast forward to now....we started ordering a few different dishes. General Tsao's, black pepper beef, chicken lo mien noodles, and crispy egg foo young. The general tsao's is definitely one of the best in town, so full of flavor, and you can tell fresh chicken. The black peppered beef we get medium spice, it is really delicious. The lo mien noodles are not your average lo mien. They are better. Just a little crisp on them, which makes them perfect before adding the protein with sauce....the noodles come separate from the veggies, and protein with sauce to add on top of the lo mien. It's perfect that way you don't get a soggy noodle. The egg foo young are also phenomenal, and epic size. Very crunchy as well. Not your average "egg roll" it is more like a veggie hot pocket. I am happy to support local businesses right now, and also one that is so well known, and loved.

Everything here is SO homemade, it's wonderful. It has a personal, real kitchen touch to all the food. We've tried so many menu items, and ALL of them have been good. Haven't had a stinker yet. Special recommendations: CHINESE STYLE CHOW MEIN (vegetable) is some of the best noodles and veggies you'll ever have. Great grill flavor. Moo Shoo Chicken... is really excellent, chock full of chicken and veggies, great wrapped up in the Moo Shoo pancakes with hoisin. If you like homemade, non-Food-Court-tasting Chinese style food, go here, try anything. also: NICEST PEOPLE/FAMILY ever... they are so friendly

We enjoyed our takeout meal....peppered beef was excellent and tender....zero complaints.....the huge egg roll was a little too greasy for my taste but other thrn that will will return......did feel the rice was under sided for each meal.....the meal was big but the rice was tiny little box.... Will return for sure

This is the best Chinese food in Eugene. I've lived here my entire life and tried most (all?) of the restaurants here. Twin Dragon is amazing. You will love their food. It's tasty, the prices are good, and it's filling. Enjoy!

Didn't find this place til it went to take-out only, so can't rate ambience, but the food is good. Haven't been disappointed in anything I've tried. Sometimes hard to phone in order. If you get recording, they are on the phone taking someone else's order. You can also drop by to order and wait in car til done. Usually not too long, though can be busy because not open many hours.

Great potstickers!! Amazingly authentic Chinese not a quaint atmosphere. Really good price. The service was quick and she gave accurate advice on amounts and tastes. Best Chinese in Oregon. I lived in San Fran for years. I needed this place for my Chinese fix!!!!

Service was great and so was the food. 1st time here. We enjoyed everything ordered. Black Pepper Shrimp was a little messy but worth it. Take your time peeling the shrimp. It forces you to slow down and enjoy the meal. Twin Dragon Appetizer was pretty good. The Egg Roll and Mar Far Chicken we my favorites. We also ordered the Twin Dragon Special Fried Rice. Really Yummy For those that like a little spice, you have to try their homemade Chili Oil. It's probably the best I've ever had. Looking forward to trying other dishes.

Went here again, hoping my first time was a fluke. It was the same as before, unfortunately. General Tso chicken is not crispy, which is unsatisfying for a battered chicken dish. Also, rice portion is incredibly small - unique, not in a good way.

This place use to be very good. The last three times we have ordered food it was terrible. The food quality has gone down immensely. Will watch the reviews and maybe give it another go.

This is the best Chinese food in Eugene, and one of the most affordable places to take a group! The orange chicken, fried rice, and pretty much all the soups are my favorites but it's hard to go wrong. The menu is large and has plenty of vegetarian options. This is clearly a family run business and I love to support them! They are always friendly and attentive.

As a couple, my husband and I love to eat Chinese food. We just moved to Eugene a couple of weeks ago so we are on the hunt for our new "go-to" place for Chinese. Unfortunately I don't think this will be it, unless nothing else turns out to be better. It wasn't that bad but it just wasn't wowing. Just your typical American-Chinese food. I called in an order for pick-up and my husband went to get it. He said it was right next to a dog groomers. I liked the egg rolls but my husband did not. The pork fried rice was fine just not a ton of flavor. And I wasn't crazy about the sweet & sour chicken or the fried shrimp (I have had way better). The prices are pretty good, for $25 we both at until we were full and have enough for us both to eat again. Bottom line is I will keep hunting for better Chinese food but I won't count this place out just yet.

Noodles were dried out in the low meinand my egg roll was a travesty on top of chicken being cooked yes slimey and smelled bad... really bad.

I have loved Chinese dumplings since I was a little kid. To this day they are one of my favorite foods on the planet. Twin Dragon makes their own dumplings in house and they are fantastic! The rest of the food is good too but I come here mostly for the dumplings and the super sweet family that runs the show. Beware, this place gets insanely busy so call early (no dine in right now) or you might end up SOL.

This is a family-run, Chinese-American restaurant. I LOVE this place because of the level of service. It's always friendly and attentive, and the gentleman who works the front of house is probably the nicest guy you'll ever meet. Second, the prices are amazing especially for this day and age. Their lunch specials are a steal and the portion sizes are beyond generous. No, it's probably not the most authentic Chinese food you'll have but when you're craving the basics this place will more than get the job done. Be sure to check their hours. After plugging their lunch specials, I realized I think they only do lunch on Saturdays now which is a bummer. I also think they're closed on Sunday and Monday, too, so just be sure to check before you head that way. If you haven't been, give this place a shot and support this long-time, long-standing local biz.

From the outside you would never guess you would have such good food and service. We got there at 5 pm and the place was packed! Service was great, order and food all served so quickly. I had Cashews and veggies with steamed rice. Yum so good! The whole menu looked great and with the crowd, I am sure everything is great here! I'll definitely be back and to try some more yummy food!

I love this Chinese restaurant. It has been a family owned business ever since I was a very small child. My parents would take us out there to eat every Saturday night. Till this day, generation by generation the food still taste the same.....amazing. The prices are always good and you get rather big portions for what you order. This was my mom's go to staple when she was craving real Chinese food. She since passed away but to this day we keep the tradition going and get the same meals she use to buy. You definitely won't be disappointed. Great food, good prices, and you can taste from the all the meals they prepare they are made from the heart.
