Dinner first night of our vacation. To say eating here was a bucket list item is an understatement. While this is by far the most expensive restaurant I’ve ever enjoyed, it was also the most amazing experience (probably once in a lifetime). If you can afford it and want to splurge do it here!

My husband and I had really high hopes for this restaurant but left rather disappointed. I will say the restaurant is beautiful and the entire staff is wonderful. They are very attentive and provide great service. The low rating is the bite sized menu items. I understand it was a tasting but for the price it was so underwhelming. Each dish was drenched in a sauce but nothing stood out. The lobster was probably the best dish I tried. After spending $975 (also had 2 toddlers with us) both my husband and I left rather hungry and unsatisfied. This was the most expensive meal I’ve ever had and we didn’t order any alcohol.

What an experience. I’ve had the opportunity to eat at several Michelin Star restaurant in Europe and this restaurant’s food and service was absolutely on that level. Be sure to check this place out

Not able to give this restaurant what I expected to before heading in. For what is a very expensive (if not the most expensive) meal on the island, I did not feel like it lived up to the hype. I think the kid playing on his iPad while mom and dad ate dinner was one of the more off-putting elements. The other being a quad of younger ladies who over indulged in cocktails to the point of drowning out the place with their conversation. Service was fantastic with Reina looking after all of our needs. She even has a surprise in the form of some very decorative chococlates to celebrate our anniversary. We went with the Blue menu. Most courses were well prepared but one dish did not sit well for either of us. The striped sea bass al-pastor style did not execute well. My partner's lobster dish was her favourite. My hamachi dish was exquisite.

Our evening at Blue by Eric Ripert was nothing short of exceptional. The restaurant offers two refined tasting menus, and we selected the one personally crafted by Chef Ripert. While officially a six-course experience, it beautifully unfolded into eight: beginning with a gracious amuse-bouche, followed by exquisite courses centered around pristine seafood, and concluding with an elegant dessert and a delightful macaron gift to take home. The service was flawless — polished, attentive, and deeply knowledgeable. Our waiter, Valerio, was an absolute gem: gracious, professional, and genuinely passionate about the menu. Though Michelin stars are not officially awarded in the Cayman Islands, the culinary artistry and hospitality at Blue are every bit Michelin in spirit.

So good! Soo full! My husband and I both had the Blue menu and chose different dishes for each course so that we could try the entire menu. Everything was delicious, service was great and I left happy & full. This was very worth the price, and I’d recommend to anyone visiting Grand Cayman.

This is undoubtedly the best restaurant in the Caribbean! We are long time fans of Eric Ripert and his iconic Le Bernadin in New York. The Blue lived up to expectations! Tasting menu was fun and delicious! Wine pairing was excellent with many unique selections. The ambiance was perfect too!

One of the most incredible dining experiences of my life! I’ll be thinking about this meal for a long time. The food was, as expected, delicious, with the scallop, monkfish and raviolo dishes being the standouts that, in my opinion, you must try if you’re going the Blue route like I did. I appreciated that the food was beautifully presented and expertly served without being overly pretentious or unapproachable. But the best part of all was the fantastic service! I dined alone and I was so well attended to that the two hours of my meal flew by. Everyone was professional but also warm and inviting. If I ever come back to this island I would dine here again in a heartbeat.
