The Captain - Tacos and Sushi

These guys are the best!! Sushi and tacos! What is better?! I'll tell you. Amazing service, friendly staff, talented chefs. These guys have to be the best food truck in Denver! We hire a food truck for an event every year so we know the food trucks in Denver. These guys are the best! Fabian and Michael cooked food for our car club car show this year and they knocked it out of the park! The food was next level and they were so fast and friendly! It was such a pleasure to deal with them. We will definitely be inviting them back next year. If you need a food truck for your event do not hesitate. Or if you see the captains food truck in the Denver area do your self a favor and try some of their sushi or tacos. You won't regret it!

COULDNT RECOMMEND ENOUGH. This amazing food truck SAVED us. Our original caterer canceled on us less than 24 hours of our rehearsal dinner . We were lucky enough to find the captain food truck and they immediately jumped in and helped us out. Not only did they save us but the food was absolutely incredible. They catered for 55 people and the food was fresh, delicious, and served so quickly. Not to mention that everyone raved about the food. 10/10 experience working with them and we would recommend them to everyone!

I got some chicken tacos when they were at Fritzler Farm Park. From looking at the pictures on the reviews it’s obvious they don’t use authentic steak and al pastor meat so I got chicken tacos to be on the “safe” side. It’s unfortunate that the chicken tacos were unpalatable. The onions tasted rotten which contaminated the taste to the meat, guacamole and cilantro. I was too kind to let them know because of how many people were in line and I found it to be ill timing to make a complaint in front of customers. Not worth your money.. sorry. I’m Mexican and these tacos are not authentic at all.

The best food truck experience in a long time. The truck/kitchen is clean, the owner is kind, and the food is fresh and well-prepared. I don't know what else you could ask for in a food truck. We had the loaded fries while sipping some beers at Odyssey Brewery in Arvada.

These guys are great! They showed up early and were ready to serve our neighborhood with a smile. They have a very unique and tasty menu and made special accommodations for my 2 year old! Would definitely recommend them to anyone I know.

Absolutely phenomenal! Honestly, this was one of the best food trucks I’ve ever tried. I usually don’t have the best luck with food trucks, but this one completely changed my mind. The food was incredibly delicious and the service was top-notch. I 100% recommend it , you won’t be disappointed.

Food truck came to Amazon warehouse off of Colfax and I-70 and Peter was absolutely awesome!! He did such a good job of helping everyone and making sure we were all taken care of! Super nice and respectful! Also food is delicious! I got the teriyaki chicken bowl

Found the best tacos at The Captain Tacos and Sushi at Colorado Taphouse today! The al pastor was juicy. Peter and Zeny make a great team and delicious food. I had a taste of the sushi and will def come back for it next time I see them at the Taphouse. Thank you!! Must try!
