Freddie's Wood Fired Pizzas

Truly excellent pizza. I ordered a slice of carbonara and a slice of Ratatouille. Ratatouille wasn't ready yet and the card reader was having problems so they gave me the Carbonara with out paying. The pizza was so good there was no way I wouldn't come back and pay for more. Sorry for the half eaten photo, it's so good I was only thinking about eating it.

Disappointing. I was in the area and needed to pick up a quick dinner. Spotted this place and ordered in the slice app. The gentleman making pizza was very nice however the pizza was not good. We got a cheese pizza, half pepperoni. It was thin crust which we love, but the crust was extremely dry and flavorless, similar to a saltine cracker. The sauce had big chunks of tomato and not good. All that coupled with $28 for 13 inch pizza we will not return.

Let me tell u, hands down the best pizza in my opinion. Italy style, definitely returning

No idea what these positive reviews are all about. This was one of the worst pizzas I’ve ever had. Terrible crust, pasty sauce and even the cheese wasn’t right. This was similar to school pizza in the 80’s, except with thinner (cracker like) crust. Also, it was nearly $30 for what amounts to a medium pizza. We each had a slice and threw the rest out.

If you like thin crust pizza with tons of cheese then Freddie's is for you! It's our take home dinner every Tuesday from the Westside Farmers' Market. Best pizza I've had in Rochester.

Vern's didn't have any parking and I wasn't about to walk in the cold, so I gave Freddie's a shot. Ordered a slice of the pepperoni and one cabonera. The pepperoni was great. I probably should have ordered another slice while there, but didn't want to stuff myself. The atmosphere leans towards a younger crowd with arcade games and a stage for singers, which is pretty unique for a pizza place. Had no issues and I'll certainly recommend Freddie's to others. Simply the BEST pizza I've ever had! The Ratatouille pizza was cooked to perfection! All fresh vegetables with the whipped egg was Yummy! I rate #1 in Rochester hands down.

Craving Freddies carbonara pizza today so a trip to 3 Heads is in store for us. Love love love the carbonara pizza. I've known Freddie since he was 15 years old [that's 35+ years] and have followed him on his culinary journey. He has very respactable credentials and he's been a part of several very high end Rochester restaurants over the years and his pizza is now his love. On top of that, he's an awesome person of integrity. So seek him out & give the carbonara [or the ratatoui- my wifes favorite] a spin.

Here at Three Heads for a beer and I see Freddie's out front. Grabbed a slice of his Carbonara.....soo good. He suggested some of his homemade chili oil....over the top! Highly recommend!

Freddie's is a Wood Fired Pizza Truck that visits locations in the greater Rochester area. Their limited menu features a small selection of pizza styles and a few drinks. The classic pepperoni was solid with a sweet tomato sauce, but I really liked their Ratatouille pizza. I hope to try their Caprese pizza when I have another chance.

The service was very prompt and friendly. Our pizza was amazing!! The sauce on the pepperoni was to die for!! I would highly recommend it and we will be back!!
