Talisman never disappoints. Even on a busy Saturday night after Thanksgiving, parking was easy and our reservation was kindly held despite us arriving late. We ordered from the chef’s Thanksgiving menu—tuna carpaccio to start, turkey breast for the main, and pecan/pumpkin pie for dessert. Every dish was flavorful, well-prepared, and served promptly. The atmosphere was lively yet organized, with plenty of seating options and attentive service. Overall, a lovely evening—Talisman remains one of Nairobi’s most reliable spots for a delicious, well-made meal.

We had an outstanding dining experience at The Talisman Restaurant. Our group of eight was extremely well looked after — the service was exceptional from start to finish. The food was delicious and beautifully presented, with every dish full of flavour and attention to detail. The ambience was elegant and welcoming, making it the perfect setting for a relaxed evening. Beautiful and delicious! They also let us stay late to chat and take photos. It is huge and open air, with a lovely safari/desert chic decor with lots of cozy nooks. Bring a sweater in case the night is chilly. We were there in late October.

Very cool atmosphere, lively and friendly after church scene, lots of families and groups dining together, big covered outdoor courtyard with a water feature and a tree growing through it, near decor, eclectic menu, friendly service, delicious bao buns and salad.

Talisman in Nairobi is a gem — warm ambience with a cozy fire and pet-friendly charm. The spinach & feta samosas were crisp and delicious, the farm-to-table salad fresh and vibrant, and the chicken in lemon zest and mushroom sauce with a whiskey savour was perfectly balanced and flavorful. Great food, great service, and such a welcoming atmosphere.

Best feta cheese samosas! Burger was okay, not the best because the bread became too soggy too fast. But overall great vibes, decor, and service! Will definitely visit again on my next trip! Perfect meal before heading to the airport!
