10/10 from start to finish. Came here for our anniversary dinner, received a complimentary champagne which was such a nice touch. They even had a nonalcoholic champagne for my husband who doesn’t drink. The dishes are totally perfect on their own. Seasoned, cooked, everything is so thoughtfully curated and executed. The service is outstanding too. This is my new favorite place in Syracuse! Can’t wait to come back.

Excellent atmosphere marvelous service with an out of this world food. This is the second time getting there but totally different and worth it. The change in good is outstanding. The team which took care of us was great but specially Aiden was very knowledgeable in presenting the food with awesome details not just reciting a lesson or a poem. Everyone was very professional and helpful. We should come more often to enjoy again and again. Good job to entire team

Loved it! It was definitely recognized by The Who’s who in town as the place to go. Worth the effort to get a reservation. Sat at the bar but it was perfect. Book well in advance if you want to reserve a table. The bartenders were awesome and made the experience delightful. The sea bass was cooked to perfection. Exactly how it should be prepared. The mushroom dish was amazing but it may be a little salty for some. Gotta try the olive oil cake. Incredible.

Our server Aaron was incredible. Best service I have ever had in Syracuse. The sommelier chef de vin was to die for. Everything was perfection. Perfect way to catch up with a girlfriend I haven’t seen in a couple years. I will be back again.

Excellent service. Amazing good. Rib eye two way, the passion fruit dessert, the sweet corn dessert, cod croquettes, ceviche and the pork belly were all incredible. Noble Cellar is a dining experience like no other in Syracuse. Food is high quality, service is thoughtful, never rushed. It is one of my favorite restaurants ever. We enjoyed the charcuterie to start. The attention to detail of their wine and drink menu is outstanding. Their mocktails are even incredible. We had duck and sea bass for entrees. The sea bass was exceptional. Dessert was a highlight. The chocolate olive oil cake was one of the best desserts I’ve had. It is just a beautiful dining experience from start to finish.

Food, service and atmosphere are superb. One of my favorite places to dine in Syracuse. All the staff are friendly, knowledgeable about the food and drink they offer, and help you find the best fit for your taste buds. Everything tastes amazing. Absolutely amazing.

I will start this as I always do by saying that I do not give out five stars unless I am really blown away. This might be the best dining experience I've ever had in Syracuse, New York. In fact, this is probably in my top five best restaurants dining experiences of all time. The ambience is incredible being in an old church with the old school ceilings the way they are the wall of picture frames with projected images the leather bound menus, the mural on the back wall the lighting decoration. Everything ambience was awesome. The staff is incredible. They know what they want to do and they execute well. They work as a team and they on top of everything. Polite, informative, and pleasant. All the staff takes their job seriously and they take pride and what they do and it shows. From every time your water glass seems low they come pour you more, to every time you get up to go to the bathroom they come over and fold your Napkin and push your chair back in. From our waiter Anthony having everything memorized that's on the menu and can tell you the ins and outs of what's in every dish just off the top of his head is like movie next level experience. They care more about your dining experience than you do and it shows. The wine pairing they do with everything on the menu and they know what wine goes best with what food screams 5 star. I have a feeling that their wine selection alone would separate them from all other restaurants that n the area. Now to get to the most important part the food. I don't know who the chef is, but I think I would love to sit and talk food with this person. The way they incorporate flavors and build levels of flavor is awesome. I wanna try everything on the menu. I had stuffed cherry peppers which just the different levels of heat within the dish itself was outstanding. Obviously the cherry pepper alone has spice to it, but the stuffing of the ground ribeye with the Kung Pow spices was a separate heat and flavor. Then the two together? Awesome! I could talk about this hanger steak for half an hour and still not be able to place every flavor that was within the dish. The tenderness of the steak, the cook of the steak, the chard eggplant purée mixed with the steak, the chimichurri, the onions, all of the flavors mixed together were incredible. Each part of the dish itself was incredible. You could eat two parts of the dish together and that was incredible and then add another component to the next bite and get a different experience. Wow! I was actually sad when I finished eating this dish. I wanted to lick the plate and order another one. The desserts. I don't do a lot of dessert, but if dessert tasted like this everywhere, I would do dessert every day. I don't have enough time and you're done reading this because I've already gone on long enough. Try them all. If you have not eaten here yet, I strongly suggest that you do. The prices are high, but what you get for what you pay is well worth it. The flavor combinations, the smells, the atmosphere, the staff make this a worth while dinning night out. This is a dining experience right here in Syracuse that could be up there with the Best dining experiences in almost any city in America.

I have to say this is one of the best dining experiences I've had. It has wonderfully subdued, lighting, very warm and elegant looking inside. When we go out to dinner, we usually order multiple entrées and appetizers and share them. We had a very attentive waiter named Aaron who answered all our questions about the dishes we were interested in ...and the head chef Paddy even stopped by our table a couple times to tell us about the food and how it was made. Very classy. The entrées we ordered was the steak two ways... And the braised short rib. The steak came with an Amazing sauce. That's what I would also like to add with the appetizers also the sweet potato and the ceviche.... Everything comes with an amazing sauce or glaze that pushes everything over the top. We finished everything if you're looking for high-end dining, come to the Noble Cellar

Very expensive, worth every penny. Dishes we tried included gnoccette with a rib eye ragu and homemade ricotta; skirt steak with caponata; snapper w mushrooms; a tuna crudo w Japanese sweet potato; a fried potato appetizer; a pork belly appetizer; a duck breast w cassoulet; and a pork medallion in a Thai-inspired sauce. Stars were the duck, the crudo and the wine pairings, along with the remarkably above and beyond service. Noble cellar is in a class of one in Syracuse.

This place is definitely worth at least trying. I waffled between a 4 and 5 star rating only due to the higher price for maybe the average diner. The service was impeccable and genuine. The meals were thoroughly explained. Any food allergies were asked about up front as some of the dishes were more sophisticated. The atmosphere was very relaxed and sophisticated. Iwas offered a purse hook for my purse to hang at the table. Coats may be hung at the entrance. It is on the darker end indoors which I appreciated but something to keep in mind if that is an issue. The food was perfectly prepared and delicious. The menu is rotated on a seasonal basis. We had the sweet potato gnocchi and the duck. The portions are smaller than what you may normally anticipate while eating out but are likely what they should be. The price is on the higher end but definitely worth it. I look forward to returning.

Finally came here for dinner. I made reservations weeks in advance (which is advisable, since our server told us that they sometimes are booked out weekends months in advance.) I did call the day before to push the reservation half an hour, which they accommodated. Service is top notch. They really pay attention to the little details. For example, as soon as I sat down and put my purse down on the floor, someone came over with a bag holder so that we could hang it from the table. We were greeted quickly and checked on regularly, even though it was a busy Friday and the house was full. The only real drawback is that the restaurant gets very loud, which I suppose is unavoidable because of the space. The old Mission/church has high ceilings that are super echo-y, and there's only that one room, so tables are close together. Point being, if you're looking for a quiet, private experience, this likely isn't it. The space is gorgeous with the converted church interior and stained glass windows but it gets very buzzy, so just FYI that's the vibe. They'd just switched from the winter menu to the spring that weekend, so unfortunately the menu we'd viewed online wasn't what was available. We were jazzed to try the polenta dish and the whitefish and were a little thrown that they weren't options, but were sure that everything would be good. I'm not the hugest fan of trout normally, but I took a chance on it and it was very good. My partner got the chef's pasta which was a spring mix with pea shells, asparagus, and bread crumbs. I tried a bite and it was very tasty. Portions were small but very rich and well done. Drinks are also on the high end, which is to be expected of a fine dining restaurant. Definitely more of a special occasion splurge kind of restaurant, but when you come here you can be assured that anything you order will be excellent and that the experience will be positive too.

Cool and funky space. Attentive and professional staff. Food was very good and creative. Presentation lovely. I'm a little delayed to post this review so I don't remember what the others in my party had but I enjoyed the Black Cod and oysters! Will definitely be back.

This is BAR NONE the best restaurant in Syracuse, NY. Service is top notch, wine is phenomenal, and the food was delicious. After living in Philadelphia for years and moving back to Syracuse, I didn't know if we would be able to find the caliber of restaurants in Syracuse that are in Philly. Noble Cellar proved me wrong and I am confident saying this one of best restaurant I have ever been to. For reference l, have been to some of the best restaurants in Philly and NYC and Noble Cellar is up there with the best of them. We ordered 1 app and 3 entrees. For our entrees we got the ribeye, fish special, and gnocchi. The flavor profiles were crafted with such meticulous detail. The food was cooked perfectly and went perfectly with our wine. absolutely amazing. 10/10 would recommend for a special occasion. We will definitely be back before the end of the year.

Great atmosphere and ambiance in a former church setting complete with stained glass window and spacious ceilings. The history and philosophy of the restaurant lured me in and the service was good, while also being well versed in the heritage and menu offerings. The food is creative, especially the made from scratch pasta, which included rabbit. I chose the pictured short ribs saturated in Parmesan foam since it was recommended and is a classic staple. While tasty, I expected more tenderness although it was chewy. The combinations and sauce was a little overdone as well as somewhat pretentious. A friend shared some of her pork chop which was the other highly recommended dish and it was good, still didn't seem to live up to the hype. For the price and the ambitions of being an upscale eatery with aspirations of being Michelin rated, I don't feel it was worthy.

We celebrated an early Valentine's Day so we could dine at Noble Cellar for their 1 year anniversary. It was a five course menu which included soup, appetizer, salad, entree and a cheese plate. I have included a picture of the menu. We could have added wine pairing but we are not wine drinkers. My husband had a couple of glasses of stout and I chose a nicely crafted mocktail with an Asian pear base. Our server was very knowledgeable about the food, service was friendly but professional. They have redecorated beautifully with very comfortable seating but let the beautiful details of the old church shine. The entire staff was busy ensuring no details were missed. Clearing dishes, refilling water, replacing silverware, serving and boxing up leftovers. The food was beautifully prepared and presented. We enjoyed our meals and would definitely order these items again. I added a cup of French press coffee and a dessert, apple cake with vanilla ice cream and a caramel sauce.... perfect ending. I can't leave out how impressed we were talking to the owner who came around several times to check on us. He was so passionate about his restaurant and downtown Syracuse. It was such a pleasure talking with him.

Just a follow-up review as I just got back from a wonderful dining experience and had the updated Spring menu. All I can say is the food is as outstanding as the service. We once again, had Trevor as our waiter, and I'm telling you, he really makes for such an incredible experience. We are going to ask for him every single time we make reservations, which, we will be doing for the summer menu. Everything was great and still is great. This is the best restaurant in Syracuse and I'll die fighting on that hill.

We went here for a belated Valentine's Day night out and were very impressed by the food and ambiance as well as service. It is nicely decorated, has beautiful stained glass windows and dim lighting for a romantic cozy atmosphere. Everything we tried from the small plates to main entrees to drinks and dessert were amazing and full of unique delicious flavor. This is probably our new favorite fine dining spot.

We went for my birthday celebration. We all loved our meals, I had sea bass which was so delicate and cut like butter. My husband got the steak 2 ways, and devoured it. The waiters were Phenomenal. The waiters not only explain everything, if you need as your are looking at the menu, when they deliver the meal they explain it again. I've never seen this happen in any other restaurant. My niece got the Island Day Dream for dessert and it was soooo good. So flavorful. The atmosphere is very nice, but a little loud, as others mentioned. But that didn't bother us. I forgot they only serve wine and bottle alcohol, and they recommended wine that was delicious. They even gave me a little book for my birthday named "Another year around the Sun". They don't miss a thing. It is a little pricey, but I will definitely go here for my next birthday celebration.

Noble Cellar was a perfect dinner spot! The food was great, the staff was lovely, and if nothing else, the location was amazing! It's in a converted church and absolute exudes character! It was moody yet fresh and had a more elevated feel to it! We sat at the bar and the bar tenders were so lovely! The wine selection was also great! (They don't have hard liquor so don't have any major cocktails) but it was all still so lovely! I got the duck and it was some of the best I have ever had. It was prepared so well and had so much flavor. I would recommend getting a reservation as it gets very busy!

My wife and I took our son and a friend here for dinner. It was our first time there. Ambiance was really cool. It was a repurposed church with lots of original stained glass and a very hip interior. Tables were well spaced and they had a bar area as well. We were seated promptly and the host welcomed us and introduced our server. He was excellent and attentive. He took his time explaining the menu and the few specials for the day. Food was spectacular and innovative. We began with a charcuterie board which was good. I had the soup of the day which was a sweet potato and beet soup with coconut. It was very creamy and flavorful. The boys each had the short rib ragu with pasta and were very satisfied. My wife had the char and it was perfectly prepared in a very flavorful sauce. I had the beef hangar steak and it was very tender and flavorful. The sauce was simply fantastic. We tried the olive cake for dessert and it was rich and tasty. Although they don't serve spirits, they had a good selection of wines by the glass. It is a bit on the pricey side but the quality of the food made up for the cost. Give it a try and I'm sure you won't be disappointed.

An Unforgettable Experience at Noble Cellar Last night, Kim and I returned to Noble Cellar for date night, and let me tell you--this place is the real deal. Ever since my first visit, I had been eager to return, wondering if the magic was truly as good as I remembered or if I had been swayed by hunger, great company, and the excitement of a long-overdue date night. Many Central NY restaurants struggle with consistency, so I was eager to see if Noble Cellar could deliver again. We made our reservation two weeks in advance for 5:30, and upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by the hostess, who even took Kim's coat. We were seated in a cozy corner booth with a perfect view of the restaurant. From there, we were met by three different team members, including Karl, our head waiter, who enthusiastically welcomed us back. Karl walked us through the drink options, introducing us to their iPad-based inventory of wines and craft drinks, and shared the exciting news that they were finalizing the spring menu. His passion was contagious--he made us want to return the moment the new menu launches! Karl inquired about any allergies or dislikes and asked if we'd be open to trying some components of the new menu. Being the food lovers we are, we eagerly agreed. We started with a Prosecco and a craft cocktail featuring Prosecco. Then came the salads: the honey burnt carrot salad with cider farro, whipped feta, and watercress (a personal favorite from my last visit) and a featured salad of baby kale, fennel prawns, baby heirloom radishes, and toasted crushed hazelnuts. These salads were everything a salad should be--fresh, crisp, balanced in texture and flavor, with the perfect dressing. Karl paired our salads with a wine that had a nose so unique it transported us back to Wilson's Leather in the mall (if you're 50+, you'll get it). The complexity was unreal. Our second course included the roasted poblano sausage--just as outstanding as before, with a perfect snap to the casing, rich spice, and incredible moisture. We also had the wild-caught sea scallop special with fennel slaw, cooked to perfection with just a hint of ocean brine. For entrees, I ordered The Egg--heirloom polenta, seasonal vegetable succotash, and vegetable jus, plus two more scallops. Karl's wine pairing for this dish was flawless--an Alsace wine that elevated every bite. Kim stuck with her favorite from last time, the sweet potato gnocchi, which she declared might be the best dish she's ever had (a bold statement from someone who knows what she loves!). Karl, remembering our last visit's order, noticed I hadn't chosen the Berkshire Pork Chop this time and took it upon himself to send one out. Though we were getting full, I was thrilled. This dish was next-level--perfectly marbled, cooked to tender perfection, and paired with accompaniments crafted with love. We couldn't finish it all but were excited to take it home for lunch. For dessert, we went with the Pumpkin Sticky Toffee Pudding--still one of the best desserts I've ever had and certainly a contender for Central NY's best. The kitchen also sent out a sneak peek of a new dessert: profiteroles filled with house-made banana ice cream, dipped in caramel sauce, an inventive take on Brennan's bananas foster flavors. Absolutely divine. A Testament to Culinary Excellence Executive Chef Padriac Adolfi and his team are nothing short of extraordinary. The precision, creativity, and mastery displayed in every dish speak volumes about their skill and dedication. The entire culinary staff operates with seamless efficiency and an obvious love for their craft. Every plate that leaves the kitchen is a work of art, perfectly balanced in flavor, texture, and presentation. This team is easily among the most talented I've encountered. In my seasoned and professional opinion, Noble Cellar is on its way to earning a Michelin Star and a James Beard nomination--should the industry take notice of what they are doing here. Karl's service, once again, was over the top. His knowledge of food and wine pairings is exceptional, and his ability to create an immersive dining experience sets him apart. He doesn't just serve food--he guides you on a journey, making every sip and bite an event to remember. His passion and expertise elevate the entire experience, proving that outstanding service is just as important as the food itself. The Verdict: Worth Every Penny Yes, Noble Cellar is a higher-end dining experience, but the value is undeniable. Every ingredient is meticulously sourced from artisanal producers, and every dish is executed with precision and passion. Whether this is your go-to spot or a special occasion destination, it is worth every bit of the investment. Perhaps the most impressive takeaway from our visit was that the owners, Sarah Pelligrini and Rob Zaccaria, were not present again. Yet, everything ran flawlessly. This speaks volumes about the level of training, pride, and empowerment given to the employees.

I've been looking forward to coming here and it was a great dinner! The ambiance is sophisticated and intimate with a great playlist. The pictures I've seen previously made it look a bit bigger, so I was pleasantly surprised when the dining room was smaller than expected. We went on a Wednesday night and it was not crowded or busy. I went with my family, one of them who is a local and regular. He helped us through the menu and what he thought was best. I do like that they had a smaller menu. It shows they take pride and craft in few specific (seasonal?) dishes. We got the octopus, salmon tartare and charcuterie as appetizers. All were delicious and presented nicely! Our entrees took a bit of time to come out. I asked my local family member if this was normal and he said no. We were sat at 7pm and our entrees came out a little after 8:30pm. We were in good company and not in a rush, so while it didn't really negatively affect our dinner it was noticed. When dinner did come out everything was hot and presented wonderfully. I personally ordered the mushroom risotto. I very much enjoy truffles and mushrooms, and this dish had a great taste to it. I would recommend it to anyone who is a mushroom fan. Two people in my party ordered the short rib ragout, one tasted great, but the other had salty pasta (the beef wasn't salty, just the pasta). It seemed as though it got an extra toss of salt on top, which we don't think it needed. The desserts were all delicious. They had 3 and we ordered all 3 to enjoy as a group. They were all great, but I really liked the olive oil cake with the pistachios on top. A sophisticated restaurant with a great atmosphere and service. Every worker we came into contact with was pleasant and attentive. Our waters were always full and wine was always topped off. I would recommend and come again!

Everything was spectacular!!! The food was if not the best, top three best meals ever. I don't think I could recommend this place enough. The atmosphere was great, if a little noisy (the acoustics are what they are), the service was impeccable, and every single bite was a piece of heaven. I will definitely be back.

Noble Cellar is one of the best dining experiences I've ever had. And this includes the entire experience, from the service, to the pacing and the food, everything was incredible. If you want more details, keep reading, but if I were you I'd make my reservation now. And yes, you'll definitely want/need a reservation. The service was kind, welcoming, prompt and didn't want us to lift a finger. You walk away from your table to go to the bathroom, your napkin is probably getting folded. New plates and silverware for each course, you got it. Is this necessary, not remotely in my simple world, was it awesome to be a part of and witness, absolutely. They took our coats for us (not a formal coat service, just hung them up), brought a table hanger for my wife's purse and we're so quick to refill water as it was getting low and that's including the bottle of Pellegrino that we could have done ourselves. If you aren't used to being catered too, it's strange, while also not feeling remotely overbearing or interruptive. And our server was incredible, I wish I remembered her name for this, simply magnificent in her interactions with us. The drinks, a wonderful selection of adult beverages and they will have you try your wine before pouring all of it too you. Love this! I was taken aback by the water selection, I panicked, just water please! Joking slightly, it's cool they have options, just surprised. The food took us on a flavorful journey we were not ready for. Trying the duck breast starter and sharing the purple potato soup. Phenomenal, most tender duck I've ever had and I can't remember all the flavors and notes in the soup that were described but gosh darn it was good. For our main dishes we got a pork and chicken dish. Not only were they cooked to perfection, the flavor, the freaking flavors man were out of this world. We've had it perfectly cooked before, but never have we experienced such a beautiful combination of flavors on these types of dishes. I don't know who's culinary mind is at work here but bravo a thousand times. Our dessert, my basic understanding is some kind of cookie that's light, fluffy and again surrounded with perfect compliments of flavor all around. My taste buds were so happy I blacked out. Absolutely wonderful experience at Noble Cellar. It is expensive no doubt, while the portions are absolutely reasonable for the price, especially since they are nailing the taste. I also see it as paying for the full experience and the service and flow was top tier. If they can maintain this, they will be a massive success. Nothing left to do now but, Enjoy!!

Absolutely horrible food, sleazy and cheap hostess, too crowded, over bearing and noisy for a Wednesday evening, and over priced for what was presented. Not worth the time and the ambiance, although presented online as professional and relaxing, was taxing and over rated. Never returning.

Great fine dining spot in an old church in Downtown Syracuse! The interior design is thoughtful, as the color scheme goes well with the stained glass windows. Our server was lovely, and the staff is attentive to each transition of the meal. They had a couple mock tail choices, so we each got one to try. We ordered the house rolls, then I ordered the carrot salad to start. The whipped feta was spread across the bottom of the plate with greens & water cress, roasted rainbow carrots, and Farro on top. The flavors blended together perfectly with a lil zing. Dinner was Halibut and duck, then dessert apple cake and pumpkin sticky pudding. If you're looking for a lovely fine dining experience with great food in Syracuse, I highly recommend Noble Cellar!

I came here for the first time with one of my bestie who's also a foodie and we both LOVED this restaurant. The interior of this restaurant was so unique and very renaissance vibes yet gives a modern vibe at the same time. The service was excellent - our server was really attentive and we also kept getting different servers walking around and helping us change our dirty plates to clean ones, clean the table up, and asked us how we're doing. Now the food is the real winner. We started off with the beef tartare and the scallops which were out of this world and the best scallops i've ever had in my life: the beef tartare was soo delicious as well and the homemade chips were so addicting. best beef tartare i've had by far. Lastly, we got the gnocchi for an entree and this was the best gnocchi i've had. the basil pesto sauce was so creamy and so fresh and definitely tasted home made. i loved the crumble toppings on top which i believe was just baked italian bread crumbs. If you're in the Central NY area - you must visit Noble Cellar. The food is delicious, and the service is great. they have wine and beer but no liquor. We didn't try any of the wine or beers but we will be sure to next time!

What a great first experience I had at Noble Cellar. It was the choice for our monthly girls night out dinner. First walking in it felt cozy and warm plus I love the stain glass windows. The service from beginning to end was phenomenal. The drinks and courses came out in a timely manner. I really enjoyed my meal, the salad was balance of flavors the sweetness of the carrots delicious. The duck was cooked perfectly. I tend to order things I don't or try to attempt to cook at home. The Parker House Rolls were delicious, I could have ate so many of them. Our group of seven enjoyed everything we had and our time here, and never felt rushed. I'm excited to head back here to try different menu items.

Located in the old Syracuse Wesleyan church where the Mission used to be. Fortunately you don't have to pay for the quality of the food because it is exceptional. Being in a former church makes the setting a little odd for a high end restaurant but the room is pleasant albeit a tad dark. No liquor license but a good and fairly priced wine list. The striped bass crudo and the elk loin carpaccio were amazing. The Arctic char were very good but the rib eye was better. The prices are on the high side for Syracuse so more of a special occasion place. Wii be back.

It was a perfect experience. Food was TO DIE FOR. Our server was incredibly knowledgeable and explained everything in great depth. It is one of the most beautiful places I've ever been, with the stained glass windows and black & white movie clips playing on the wall. Amazing experience.

My husband and I dined at Noble Cellar this week. They had a record of my dietary restriction from last time, which was a nice and appreciated detail. We ordered a fig and goat cheese appetizer, which we shared, and which was delicious. My husband ordered the duck entree ($43) and I ordered the sea bass entree ($50). Our server did not warn or guide us toward the need to order more than this. The plates are quite small, the duck dish in particular was very small - a size I might expect for an hors d'oeuvre. We then shared dessert - the chocolate olive oil cake. Again delicious. But, we left with my husband having eaten no more than roughly 450 calories, in the course of a $167 meal, before tip. (Our order included the fig appetizer, the duck entree, the fish entree, 1 dessert, 2 mocktails and one sparkling water.) See photos of the fish entree and duck entree to get a sense of actual size.

Ambiance: Quite nice, we sat at the bar high top and the seats were very comfortable. The lighting was perfect, not too dark and not too bright. The wall decor was interesting but a little distracting with the projected movie clips playing against frames. Food: Very good! We each had a cocktail, shared two appetizers, two entrees and a dessert. Peach and Green Tomato Gazpacho: a little boring, but a nice cold soup. Pork Belly and Bok Choy: Quite good, nice and crispy but had too much of the cranberry compote in my opinion. Lamb chops: good, a little fatty but seasoned perfectly. The beets were good but they overpowered the lamb's subtle seasoning. The spanakopita was great, but an odd choice to pair with the entree. Mushroom Gnocchi: Best gnocchi I've had in Syracuse. Light and fluffy with a slight crisp. The miso was a little thick, but the flavor was perfect. Basil Strawberry Tart: a bit dry, and the basil was a bit overpowering. But a nice dessert all the same. Service: the service was a little subpar. The appetizers took about 25 minutes to arrive without any notice of how long we should be expected to wait. The entrees took just about an hour, which was a bit ridiculous in my mind. If the lamb was holding up the other entree, we should have been advised the lamb takes a while or offered to have them come out separately.

Amazing food at a perfect price point! The service is absolutely amazing and they go above and beyond to make your experience top notch! I would highly recommend making a visit!

Such a great and unique dining experience. Love what they've done with this place in terms of aesthetic. Service was on par. They have many wines to choose from. We started off with the slow roasted pork belly. This was crispy on the outside but tender inside. We loved the blackberry chile sauce that accompanied. We split the braised pork shoulder and grouper entrees for dinner. Both were delicious with very different vibes. The pork shoulder had a lot of bold flavor compared to the milder grouper dish. The dishes look small, but were just enough to be filling. We finished off with the strawberry basil and coconut desserts. I've never had desserts like these before. They were very eccentric but really tasty. Can't wait to come back!

Server helped us pick the perfect wine, it was so great. Great MCM look and feel to the place. This is a fine dining experience. I think I had short ribs and it was so good. My dinner date thought it was too expensive. I thought it was worth it. Definitely feels like a big city!

This is a fantastic dining experience. The venue is beautiful but comfortable. The food was wonderful. The service was excellent and our server helped us with wine choices and gave us lots of background information. It's a splurge, but very much worth it.

This is an amazing historic property with amazing quality of food and creativity. This was the best dinner of my weeklong business trip. I will definitely return next time. I'm in Syracuse, New York on business. I love sitting at the bar and talking with the staff and the ambience was, wonderful.

The vibe of this new spot is awesome! The staff are just as awesome. My husband and I decided to try for date night and it did not disappoint. We split a bottle of white wine which was delicious. My husband and I each got a first and second course and then split a dessert. I started with a squash and apple soup and had a chicken dish as the main entree. It came with potatoes and broccolini. My husband got a charcuterie appetizer and followed with a pork chop dish. The pork could have used a larger side besides a small amount of a squash puree underneath. We both weren't in love with the food but it was flavorful and plated nicely. The winner of the evening was the olive oil cake with lemon!! It was so moist and light. We also thought it was on the pricier side. A bottle of wine, 2 apps, 2 entrees & 1 dessert was over $200 not including tip.

We had a great dining experience at Noble Cellar. Wife and I both ordered the ribeye with brown butter sauce, accompanied by a glass off the Chateau de Beaute Pinot Noir (maybe two) with the spring salad for starters. Absolutely delicious! Only 4 stars because they don't serve spirits due to some weird law being associated with a church nearby - so it's just Beer and Wine. I miss my pre-game of Martinis before a yummy steak dinner

Would rate it a 10 if I could. Awesome, eclectic playlist. Delicious food. Impeccable service. And the location is so cool, old church in the middle of everything! Drove by it, had to circle back. very unpretentious. What a find! Every dish was a wonderful, balanced fusion of flavors, textures and colors; with some unexpected surprises. Highly recommend and will come back if in town again.

We booked a reservation for date night and were 100% satisfied with the entire experience. The restaurant feels upscale but maintains a warm "cozy" atmosphere. The service was prompt, attentive and incredibly polite. Food was GREAT. No complaints at all. We tried 3 courses and finished our plates with each. Such a pleasant dining experience over all. 10/10.

The place has been remodeled and is tastefully decorated, intimate and quiet (easy to have a conversation). The staff are friendly and attentive. We enjoyed the pork belly starter. Fabulous flavor! On to the entrees. I had the artic char - out of this world flavor, topped with crab and beur blanc sauce. I'd had 2 bites before I took the picture, so it's deconstructed... Sorry about that! Others enjoyed their chicken entree and rib entree. The grand finale was the flourless expresso chocolate cake. Perfect ending! This place is special!

Beautiful space, excellent service, and outstanding food - a wonderful place for a special occasion! Everything about the experience was superb. The purple sweet potato soup with Thai flavors (lemongrass and toasted coconut) was phenomenal. We had the steak and pork chop entrees and both were perfectly prepared with wonderful flavors. Will definitely be back for special occasions when in Syracuse.

Just had the most incredible dinner at noble cellar to celebrate our 3 year anniversary. The atmosphere is cozy and romantic. We started with a beautiful white wine which had the perfect combo of minerality and floral notes. It paired really well with our appetizers which included a hot lobster mushroom toast and poblano pepper pork sausage. We then moved on to a seasonal delicious sweet potato gnocchi, brown butter sage sauce which paired well with a Syrah wine. Additionally we tried the rabbit tortier which paired well Mourcedrr Dessert was so yummy as well - we had the chocolate Lou de crème and the pumpkin sticky toffee pudding and it was spectacular with the madeira dessert wine which brought us back to the madeira wine we had when we got engaged in Madeira - it was such a special treat! Thank you noble cellar for the spectacular service!

Upon arriving to my destination with 645 reservations to the bar I noticed how dimly lit the entrance is at dark. For a minute I thought I was at the wrong address and in front of an abandoned church. Once confirming I was at the correct location I entered and was pleasantly surprised by the charming elegant atmosphere. We reserved bar seating and all the staff provided top notch service! The cook is amazing everything we ordered was delectable, the best Octopus I have savored! Our experience was beyond pleasant, the rabbit still has me perplexed. My interpretation is a curious rabbit wandering into a garden of wonders...

The owners of Noble Cellar and the amazing and talented local chef, Tim Haire, have formulated quite an extraordinary dinner menu and experience you will not forget. Ambience: The Noble Cellar is located in an old historic church, offering a lot of appealing amenities inside from various books, paintings, busts, historic stained glass windows, and a unique style of chairs and tables to sit at. The design and layout of the Noble Cellar was well thought out, comfortable, and very pleasant, offering a nice night out with friends, work colleagues or your significant other. The lighting is dim, and comfortable, but could easily converse with another table which we did and made some friends. Right from the get go upon entering, I was very much amazed by what the owners were attempting to portray with the selection of wall art and a unique style that downtown Syracuse needed. There are many attention grabbing features such as wall decor and beautiful images of nature and paintings that really grab the eye and add to the whole experience, hence the name "Noble Cellar". Food: First and foremost, the Noble Cellar knocked it out of the park. We began by being seated at a table and were offered a very extensive drink list. The wait staff were all very polite checking in frequently to see how our meals were and if we needed anything. Water glasses were topped off several times by passing wait staff, and empty plates cleared quickly by various servers looking to help out. Now...onto the food...I'm going to flat out suggest if you're getting an appetizer, to order the charcuterie board, easily a 10/10 with the cheese selection, meats, and the pickling was VERY well done. You will not be disappointed! Several items were pickled and offered a different pickling taste. This was a very good dish. Our main course consisted of the Grilled Onlet Steak and the Mushroom Risotto. Both were fantastic, steak was well cooked and had a TON of amazing flavor, the mushroom Risotto was out of this world and had shaved truffle on top. The food was so good, I decided to order the Jamon Serrano Black Cod as well last minute, and that was exceptional. Dessert, we asked the server to pick for us and she brought us the "Olive Oil cake". I've never had anything like this, and honestly, I wasn't sure how it was going to be...but WOW! Again! out of this world and I HIGHLY recommend this! Definitely a 10/10. Extras: The owner, Rob, came over to greet us during our meal and inquired how our food was and how our experience was going. Rob was very hospitable and caring, and that type of gesture says a lot to me. Our meal was so good we complimented the chef, Tim Haire, to our waitress, and Tim actually came out of the kitchen, mind you while it was extremely busy, to personally thank us for coming in, which I was able to thank him personally for cooking such an exceptional meal and shook his hand. I have to say this is something that I was very thankful for as its little moments and gestures like this, from the chef and business owner Rob, that treat people with respect and leave a lasting impact and a great positive memory. Overall we had such a unique and fun experience. The culture of the Noble Cellar offers a very rich and unique experience, and if you're looking to get out to have a little fun you can easily accomplish that. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a very nice fine dining restaurant. To me, the highlights of the experience lie in not just the amazing food, or the ambience being very unique, (it's nice to not have your typical cookie cutter restaurant as this is entirely the opposite) but the friendliness and personal care the head chef going out of his way from a busy kitchen to thank us for coming, that really was an honor. To Tim and Rob, you guys have done as fantastic job and you should be proud. Tim mentioned the menu will be expanded in the upcoming weekend adding several other main course meals, so I'm very much looking forward to that. See you guys soon.

The staff wear professional and very helpful. The food arrived a little bit late, but it was very delicious and very fresh. We ordered the duck and steak and it was phenomenal. The chocolate pudding as a dessert was amazing too, and the place is very cozy. I wish they had more space though.

Amazing service and incredible dinner. Our waiter was Jason and he was so attentive and nice. We ate at the bar and had the nicest evening without being rushed. The trout was exquisite and the salad superb. We were so full we didn't have dessert yet it sounded incredible.

Delicious fine dining in an extremely cool atmosphere. A great place to slow down while your servers take care of you and take your time to enjoy a unique culinary experience for this area. Creating amazing food takes time, so try not to go here in a rush. Went here for dinner before a show at the Landmark on a Friday night, which made for a wonderful date night. Our reservations were for 5:30 which was enough time for us to eat an appetizer and dinner but unfortunately we were anxious about time so had to skip dessert, but that's on us! My only qualm was that I wish their non alcoholic drink options were clearer, either listed on the menu or by wait staff. We were offered water (still or sparkling), wine and beer. There is a seasonal mocktail option listed on the menu which we were told about on request (a sign at the bar would be nice?) but otherwise no mention of soft drinks. I am sure they would've provided information on request but NA options should be easily accessible IMO

Noble Cellar is a beautiful location. Ambiance is wonderful. The Duck dinner was fantastic. I will say that the Bass appetizer was not listed as raw fish and it was. I felt that description could have been better. I would not recommend the Brioche appetizer as the bread seemed quite stale. Unfortunately the service was lacking for the night I was there. I waited a while for a table even though I had a reservation and my meal took over an hour to arrive. Regardless, I would try Noble Cellar again because the duck dinner was great.

Noble Cellar is a great addition to the Syracuse food scene (a much needed addition). The food not only tasted great, it looked great!! The char was beautifully plated, well seasoned and cooked perfectly (skin was nice and crispy!). The vegetarian risotto was so good, I wished I had more. Service was attentive, but not quite on par for what I would expect there, but they are new, so I am sure it will improve. The ambiance was nice, the high ceiling made it a tad loud, but we expected that. I am glad they kept the stained glass windows!! Our only wish was that the chairs were more comfortable. My chair was very wobbly and I had to ask for a new one. All in all it is a great restaurant and since our favorite restaurant is no longer around, Noble Cellar has taken its place.

hands down the absolute best restaurant in Syracuse and its surrounding areas. My favorite restaurant and my go to when someone comes to visit. I absolutely love it here. I even love dining by myself there, the staff is wonderful and friendly, and the food is outstanding!!!
