Tascosa Drive In

This drive-in is awesome! Definitely worth it if you're looking for something fun to do in Amarillo. The people working there were so friendly and welcoming. I thought the concessions were very reasonably priced and they had a great variety of things to choose from. They also have a great playground for the kids to play on before the movies start. Highly recommend!

It was so nostalgic to be able to go to a drive-in again! I haven't been in about 20 years. They had a great selection of snacks, drinks and beer. Definitely worth getting the car load pass if you have more than three adults. Food pass is $10. While I hadn't heard of this before, it makes sense to me. Playground for the kids near the screen. Remember to bring your chairs, blankets, pillows. We're visiting from out of town, and didn't have any but we made the best of it. Chair rentals might be a good future amenity. We love coming to the drive through! The customer service is amazing and Bret (the ticket man) is so welcoming and outgoing. We enjoy seeing him every time we come. Their concession stand has so many great options and the food is pretty good!

We Drove In ... ha ha. Good times. It's pretty cool sharing the same experience I had with my Kids now. Minus the crackle'y speakers hanging on your car window & mosquitoes.

The screen picture is much more clear than 2 years ago.. The concessions much cheaper than the reg movie theater had a good time.

Great experience, with even better prices. I spent a total of $50 to see two movies & get my family of 4 the exact concessions they wanted! We will now go back frequently because we ALL had such a great time. The kids even got to meet Stitch!

First I will start by simply saying WOW. My misses and I hadnt been since we were kids and with the recent events that have happened in town, we wanted to support locally and go on a date night and landed on this because of there amazing advertising on the facebook page. So we got her little cousin and set off to watch two disney movies this evening. As soon as we got to the gate, we were greeted by the friendliest man who if I remember correctly is named brent. This man was amazing, gave us an entire run down of the place and other local businesses with coupons and alot of information! Then we paid our entry and food pass and found a great spot! They have a nice area for the kiddos to play so we killed sometime by swinging and playing on a merry go round which is wild to say in the year 2025 so thank you for that nostalgic ride. The little one mentioned being hungry and so we got to check out the concessions online and placed an order and within 10 minutes, we had a variety of hot, fresh food to enjoy with our movies! The staff at both lines were so so kind and im thankful for them all as well! Personal plus for me was having to go to the bathroom and being afraid to miss a moment in the movie when as im doing what I gotta do, I hear the audio from the movie playing on a speaker in the bathroom!!! This was an amazing night of family fun and im excited to come back here as much as I can this and all further seasons. Thank you all for providing a nice affordable place for amarillo residents and visitors alike to come together and have a good time!

This was a wonderful drive in experience!! We were greeted at the gate by the amazing Mr.Bing!! He was so kind and funny! The movie was awesome and I just loved the experience. Will definitely be back!

Drive in theaters in general are so much fun and a completely different experience from indoor theaters. Love that Amarillo has a drive in, this one is fun and well maintined and had good prices if I remember correctly.

Just to let everyone know, it is CASH ONLY. We waited in line and got to the front and read it was cash only. Had to get out of line and find an ATM, and come back and get in line again. Not sure how the movie sounds or looks yet. We have not made it in the drive in yet. I wish the web site would have said that it was cash only, we looked before we drove this way.... didn't say anything about not taking cards. BTW, $8 for everyone over 10 years old. Kind of expensive for a drive in movie. I hope this is worth it.

Cash only people! Get there early and wait in line to get a good spot. Didn't care for smoking by Patrons. Radio worked well for listening to movie and watching a movie outdoors on big screen was awesome!! Bathrooms clean. Didn't try concessions.

I've only been out twice but have been meaning to check out another Drive-Inn show. The price is good for getting to watch two shows and it's a fun experience too!

I have so many memories here from when I was a child and even a teenager,, coming here and goofing around. Almost got kicked out of here a couple times. Even had my first date here. The good ole days, lol. This place is definitely a nice place for families and children but they do have a lot of smoking patrons and drunk people as the night carries on. But 5$ for a couple movies isn't bad + the snack bar is pretty rad.

I love Tascosa Drive In. It's, a family outing and u can take the little ones and don't have to worry about them acting up like u do in an in-door movie. They always show the most current movies. The prices getting into the movie and the goodies at the concession stand are very reasonable. Plus, u get to see two new movies, instead of just one. Also, I'm sure that little fork and spoon film, is the same one, I saw when I used to go there with my parents, when I was a little girl. The grounds, the restrooms, are all very clean. Once again......"I JUST LOVE THIS PLACE"!
