The entire staff was truly amazing! From dealing with the financial part of it all to being wheeled out for discharge. Nurse Julie Kojak was so kind, gentle and personable. She made me feel so at ease. The post op nurse was just as was wonderful. I was kinda out of it but I think her name was Darlene or Darvene. I could be mistaken so my apologies. Thank you so much to Dr. Pillai and staff. I truly appreciate your professionalism. 3 days post op and I feel better than I’ve felt in months!

Dr Wright is my orthopedic surgeon. It is always a pleasure to see him. My experiences have all been positive. He is knowledgeable and explains things in a way I can understand. You can tell his “beside manner” comes from years of experience.

My started Kaiser January 1 every is a mess from choosing a pcp to trying transfer medication and even medical records two weeks a lot of phone calls that unsuccessfully because each one of Kaiser has different story and different phone number or transferred me somewhere none of my questions get answered or been answered correctly!! Also after scheduling appointment with pcp he first switched appointments to phone instead of in person and next day I was waiting whole day no one calls and I tried to reach out by phone and through kp messages still nothing it was a complete mess. Anyway today I received a call regarding referral I requested for my mom then Elma calling from neurology office to schedule appointment that’s it she requested to speak to my mom for permission and stated it’s by hippa. I said there is no such thing in hippa because no medical condition being discussed just scheduling which time and date. She got mad at me and said Alright in angry way after I stated I know hippa and what you said is incorrect. It’s funny medical staff don’t know hippa rules or don’t know how to do their job and I accused them being bias by assuming I don’t know laws. Kaiser need way better training first nurses and medical stuff attitude very very rude and never listen always cut you of and saying I know what you want which is not just listen ladies. All females with all this rudeness and unprofessional attitude. By end of the day just me and my mom lived so much distress for scheduling appointments and transfer RX prescription. I don’t understand what’s expensive plan for? I don’t understand what’s the hype about I was with different hospitals and there were many times better my first time with Kaiser and Kaiser Roseville is the worst. I hope I can speak to the manger running the facility we want then to work with us as patients not against us.

Dr. Tyburski educated me on my condition and how to improve it. He also explained that it would take time and I would have to build up. He spent time showing me my MRI pictures and explained the reason why I am experiencing my symptoms and what I can do to prevent it and what to do when it occurs again. This was very important for me because I did not understand my condition fully enough to be able to deal with it emotionally and physically. I was given the tools by the physical therapist but didn't understand that they we just steps toward a larger goal. Having the big picture explained and knowing that it will likely occur again and what to do when it does, is invaluable.

I had my first visit with my new Primary Care Physician, and I was beyond impressed. His knowledge and attention to detail were exceptional. What stood out most was his genuine interest in my overall health — he took the time to listen, explain, and make sure I fully understood everything we discussed. His bedside manner was amazing — warm, respectful, and reassuring. It’s rare to find a doctor who combines professionalism with such compassion. I left the appointment feeling confident and cared for. Highly recommend!

I was surprisingly pleased to have conversation with a doctor who actually listened to my concern and explained my treatment options. Him and his MA were both very pleasant and kind. They m happy to know that if I ever have to go back I would look forward to positive experience. Great doctor !

I received an appointment that was cancelled by another patient. Scheduler was very helpful in ensuring I understood the pre procedure tasks. Upon arrival, checkin, initial technician for injection explained everything before doing it. Made me comfortable and explained next steps. Upon transfer into PSMA PET room, assistant explained everything for my info and my comfort. Upon completion, technician explained that the images were good and next steps would be done by doctor in explaining results. Overall, an excellent experience.

Dr. Kahn is an exceptional doctor and surgeon. My surgery went perfectly and, even though I am slmost70 and a 47 year type 1 diabetic, there were zero healing issues. Only minor to moderate pain and no opioids needed. This appointment was a final follow up. I cannot say enough about this surgeon and man!

No problems after 4 major surgeries in the last 2 years. No complaints!!!!!! Nurses were always awesome and now with the new hospital they have room and no more put in the hallways.

Repost from Google Reviews: My dad was taken to the Kaiser Roseville cardiology unit after suffering cardiac arrest and spent a week in the ICU. During that time, he underwent an angiogram that revealed he would need open heart surgery. Because Kaiser is not covered by his insurance, we were told he would need to be transferred elsewhere for the procedure. Unfortunately, our experience with the patient care coordinator, Sharon Kehler, was extremely frustrating. She told us we had no choice but to accept the first available bed at any Sutter facility within 100 miles--regardless of location or the burden it would place on our family. She had no information about my dad's condition and falsely claimed that Kaiser was unaware of his insurance situation. This was simply not true--we had been upfront about it from the beginning because it was a major concern for us. We were also told that if my dad had Kaiser insurance, the open heart surgery would have already been performed. It was deeply upsetting to realize that his care was being delayed due to insurance barriers. When we asked for time to discuss things as a family and gather more information, Sharon warned us that we could lose the next available bed if we didn't decide immediately. Her tone was aggressive, dismissive, and completely lacking in compassion--especially considering how overwhelmed and afraid we were. It was not the kind of support anyone should receive during such a critical moment. In stark contrast, Dr. Singh was exceptional. My dad was experiencing short-term memory loss due to sedation, and we had so many questions about his condition and next steps. Dr. Singh personally checked in with us multiple times, patiently answering every question and providing reassurance. His kindness, empathy, and willingness to go out of his way brought us an incredible amount of comfort. He provided the clarity and care that we had hoped to receive from the patient care coordinator. We also want to extend our heartfelt gratitude to the ICU West nursing staff. Kristen, Nancy, and Meg were especially outstanding. They were compassionate, attentive, and clearly understood how traumatic this experience was for our family. Not only did they provide excellent care to my dad, but they also advocated for him and escalated the transfer issue to help speed up the process. Their support made a meaningful difference in both his care and our ability to cope. We will never forget the kindness and dedication shown by Dr. Singh and the incredible ICU West nurses. They went above and beyond for our family during one of the hardest times in our lives, and we are forever grateful for the compassion, care, and professionalism they provided.

Fell at a gas station who didn't have warning signs of a worker doing pressure washing near pump areas. I fell hard and the witnesses helped me get up. Thank God Came for Ex rays and cortisone shots. They are a valuable tool for managing inflammation and pain... Like mine. Dr. Matthew Steben was awesome!! My only issue is no one really updates you on your process or anything. Just left clueless sitting in different locations. But... I thank God for medical insurance. From beginning to end, the utmost care. The staff is great. Very cordial and kind. Also a very big hospital; Get wheeled if needed.

ER visit on 6/18/25. I was there with a family member, in one of the "hallway" beds in the ER, for several hours waiting to see the doctor. I kind of expect a lot of waiting, so this review isn't really about that. In sitting there waiting and observing, I saw something that really bothered me. A nearby patient, also in one of the hallway beds in the ER, was trying to get help from a nurse (nurses and medical people are walking all through there all the time). He clearly said "Excuse me.." to her, trying to get her attention so he could make his request. She heard him, turned to look at him when he said "Excuse me" and then turned away and continued walking away. Two other nurses, sitting at the nurses station, saw that exchange then looked at each other and giggled, but also did nothing to communicate with the man (the man was closer to the nursing station than he was to the nurse that acknowledged him then turned and walked away). A few minutes later, that patient got the attention of a different nurse and made his request (he needed to use the bathroom). Anyways, what I saw was really bad, and all 3 of those nurses should be ashamed of themselves. All of them knew the patient needed something. One just turned and walked away from him, the other two giggled to each other and went back to talking. Very sad to ignore patients in need. That is the furthest thing from providing respectful care to people in need. Given that all 3 of those nurses ignored the man, maybe it's a systemic problem there and I just hope that management can improve it, as it's very disturbing and makes me feel differently about the Kaiser organization who I'm sure has many caring individuals, but the culture must be wrong if this sort of thing is accepted. Based on my experience, I will probably try a different Kaiser ER if I have any choice. The problem is, we would usually go to the closest one.

Visited my brother and sister in law and welcomed my niece lily. My sister told me the staff was amazing and treated her well. She has a private room and the facilities were new, modern and clean. From the security to the nurses in the NICU, employees were kind and considerate and very pleasant. Labor and delivery area of the hospital felt secure and after hours you are required to get your face scanned and ID to put your info in their data base. I felt this was a great safety measure. I was impressed with the free coffee machine with a variety of hot beverages with disposable cups in the lobby area of the NICU. My beautiful newborn niece received amazing care as well and she's healthy and doing well.

We were here for my dad's surgery, and it was a great experience.The staff was great, not only those directly associated with his treatment, but even the staff we encountered in the hallways. Several of them proactively asked if we needed help funding anything...the security officer at the entrance, a doctor, even someone from the maintenance team. There was an intentional customer focus, and we felt it. We were there on a Thursday and there was a little vendor fair outside that had delicious food options, fresh fruit, and more. I typically wouldn't review a hospital visit, and while we don't always have the best experiences in these situations, this particular one was really good. Thank you Kaiser building A staff for going the extra mile, and making a morning that could have been very difficult, a great one.

I've been coming to visit my loved one for the last few years. Each time they stayed in the cancer ward they had good quality care. Every nurse that interacted with them gave them genuine care. My family member can be a lot to deal with and care for , their words not mine. The food was good too. The Dr was very thorough and explained EVERYTHING. The hospital was not quick to "kick them out" and when it came to discharge, they were gentle, patient, and polite. Parking for visitors is in a HUGE free parking garage. They had a live musician in the lobby. Lovely soft guitar music and singing. Radiology dept was not busy and the guy checking my family member in remembered them. The ladies in radiology were amazing. They were so friendly and explained everything during the ultrasound and explained that a parenthesis was not needed and didn't want to preform unnecessary procedures and charge just for the heck of charging insurance. The elevators are quite small. The hospice division has been working well and is on top of returning calls. Nothing more I can say. So far I recommend.

Every Kaiser location is slightly different. This one in particular, sees a ton of volume. Because of this, parking in my Ram 2500 was a bit of a challenge. I didn't want to go into the parking garage because of clearance concerns (at Kaiser South Sac we hit the clearance bars) so I drove around aimlessly through the rows looking for parking. To my surprise, in the back of the campus there was a parking lot with ample space. *whew* My trip here was for lab work, but after the drive I had to use the ladies room. As always with Kaiser, the bathrooms were spotless. The lab, has you select a number and was very clear you can only be helped within 10 minutes of your appointment time if you have one. Since I was early, I had to select another number and sit and wait to be called again. My home Kaiser could care less how early (or late) you are so that was a surprise for me. It was also insanely busy, probably 20++ people waiting in the lab. But they still got people in and out fairly quickly. The phlebotomist found my vein first try which was a nice surprise (not usual) and left me with a silver dollar sized record breaking bruise. BUT, only poked once and I hardly felt it so I'll take it. Overall, they seem to be doing a great job considering the volume they deal with. I've heard from family that this is the best location in the greater Sacramento area, and I'm inclined to agree.

I am deeply disappointed with the care my grandmother received at Kaiser. She was in extreme pain and crying out for help, yet it took nearly two hours for her to receive any pain medication. Meanwhile, I witnessed another patient -- a white-presenting woman with only a small cut from a fall -- get attended to immediately and given pain medication right away. The difference in urgency was glaring and extremely upsetting. My grandmother deserved the same dignity, speed, and compassion as anyone else. The lack of timely care and what felt like racially biased treatment is unacceptable. I began recording to document what was happening, but a nurse told me I could not record and called a security guard. The guard then made me delete the video from my phone. This felt like an attempt to erase evidence instead of addressing the problem. No one should be made to suffer unnecessarily, and no one should feel they are treated differently because of the color of their skin. And no patient or family member should be silenced when trying to hold a facility accountable. This experience has left our family hurt, angry, and with little trust in the fairness of the care provided here.

The Folsom Kaiser is horrible enough and I really hoped to have a better experience here when I needed urgent help, but didn't. I've had issues the past few weeks, and needed Urgent Care but can't even get that. Was transferred to the advice nurse after being told I can't get an appointment at UC since I don't have an injury..? The "advice" nurse didn't offer any advice or schedule an appt, but told me my primary doctor would call me before noon the next day. No call (no surprise! Any time ANYONE at Kaiser says someone will call you in a short period of time, you definitely need to count on it being at least a month until someone actually calls you. Word of advice Kaiser nurses/receptionists: stop giving patients in need of care unrealistic time frames for calls.) Anyways, I call again this morning sobbing because I'm at work on the ground in pain wanting an appt and the receptionist has the audacity to give me an attitude and act like I'm going after her when I'm literally just crying and expressing frustration at my doctor and whole situation. Of course, Kaiser's speciality is just throwing people in loops. Yes, I will be filing a grievance. No, I didn't get an appointment here. Carbon apparently takes Kaiser (would have been nice to be told that when I called the first time so I could have gone somewhere covered earlier!) so I'll go there today. Edit: Tried their "E-Visit" before heading elsewhere. The result? Instructed that because I may need "immediate medical care," I need to call the Advice line. As if I hadn't already done that and gotten no where. Cracked me up.That's what I mean by Kaiser is great at keeping people in a loop that leads no where ;)

Great facility, horrible staff. Get ready to be judged and talked about. You can hear staff taking bad about you when they leave your room, especially when they leave the door open. My experience was this: I made an appointment to be seen by an OB, because I got notification from Kaiser that my current one left. When I went to book online it kept recommending a Dr I'd never seen before (who wasn't an OB). The day of my apt Kaiser called me while I was getting ready. They didn't leave a vm so I figured it was a mistake. I then got notified that a new appointment was created for me on a day that I wasn't in town with a different dr. Naturally I deleted it because I didn't create it. When I showed up for my appointment, it took them over 45 mins to call me back and I was immediately met with hostility. The nurse didn't ask me how I was, she just said "you didnt answer your phone!" Correct I was getting ready. She then told me she left me a voicemail, I showed her nothing came through and she told me I didn't know how to use my phone. Huh funny, why would I have a job in wireless phones at Apple then? She continued with telling me I messed their day up by booking with a Dr that wasn't mine. I told her exactly what I did on the website to which she said I messed up again. She brought me back into the exam room, continued to tell me how I messed up, then put the blood pressure cuff on me and walked out of the room with the door being left open. I heard her discussing my "damn patients and thinking they can just be seen by anyone" When she came back in the room I offered to leave since I was such a problem, and she refused and said they would "just get it over with" followed up with questioning why I canceled that random appointment she apparently set up for me. I informed her that she can't expect me to be available for an appointment that she booked without my knowledge. She got even more irritated. The rest of the appointment was uncomfortable as the Dr ridiculed me as well. God forbid the website allows people to book an appointment, maybe check in with IT instead of treating your patients like crap. After the exam they just left the room and never came back. The nurse vaguely told me the exit was to the left before she walked out. Okay so when can I ask you the questions I came in for? When are you going to address the concerns I told you about? Absolutely the most embarrassing experience with a medical facility ever. I'm not coming back and would rather pay and arm and a leg for private.

I brought my family member to the emergency room due to dangerously high blood pressure and concerns that there could be something worse. Given the severity of the situation, I expected to be able to stay with her. Instead, the security guard told me that I had to wait outside or in the cafeteria because...lack of space??? Seriously??? This is completely unacceptable. I was extremely worried and concerned. Being separated added unnecessary stress. Kaiser Permanente used to be better. This was very frustrating. I am very disappointed. KP needs to take a seriously look at what they're doing. They need to improve their policies around patient care.

I had to go to radiology. Very friendly staff. The Hospital looked nice except for the radiology wait room. Reminded me of a government institution

Kaiser has gone down hill it's got to be one of the worst!!!!!! No one ever ever answers the dam phone can't leave a message it is just the worst I'm so so disappointed with Kaiser can't wait for open enrollment so I can change my medical coverage!!! Good luck if you have Kaiser they all stink !!

The stars are for the rare occasion you run into a staff person and they actually help. Things are dismal for those of us with Kaiser insurance, I don't know how else to put it. How dark do I want to get? I was putting off even writing this until my head felt more clear. Important to note they are short staffed, and the powers that be don't care about patients or staff, and if you get sick during the holidays, an extra F U to you. Your first available oncology appointment is two months away, but you won't make it that long, and we won't tell you how long you even have. My uncle (66) was diagnosed with advanced lung cancer (it had spread to his spine and legs causing pain he could no longer ignore or write off as an old back injury) during his stay here in December. Not even a month later, and after a premature transfer to a skilled nursing facility, he was gone. He never got to directly speak to an oncologist about his condition, treatment, prognosis, anything. Every day was a fight to get answers or anything possible to help my uncle's rapidly increasing pain and rapidly deteriorating health. They would not move his appointment up or find another oncologist for us to speak to for even five minutes, over the phone, anything. Because they're stretched thin and they just don't care. The older, dying people aren't a priority. It was the worst thing I have ever experienced in my life. And I had watched my best friend die from advanced cancer in under a month, previously (2021). Compared to this experience, that one, with Sutter, where her doctors took the time for her, was a "joy." We finally were able to speak to an oncologist when my uncle was literally on his deathbed in the care home, (where they refused to do much unless they heard from a doctor, which as I have mentioned, was not happening timely) and that's because my cousin had to corner one outside his office. This is how we know they do not have enough doctors to go around, especially oncologists. A few days later, the last day actually, we were able to speak to another doctor so we could try and order morphine (the last week my uncle could no longer speak or advocate for himself), and he was the first to actually apologize to us on behalf of Kaiser. Wow. He read in the notes how multiple medical people we spoke to noted our "frustration," and told us to speak to customer service if we "weren't happy." He told us he felt this was inappropriate and that he is going to try and put our case in his collection (yes, collection, can only imagine what else is in that hellish collection) to plead with the powers that be at Kaiser that what they're doing is killing people. Not sure how that is going. If we did not have my cousin, who has medic training, in our corner, this would have been so much worse. This was not dignified and is not how you treat human beings. My uncle deserved answers before he lost his mind to cancer, he didn't deserve to be forgotten about and left to pass like this. NOBODY deserves to die this way, even the worst person you know. And he was one of the best people I've ever known. Even with someone checking in on him in person every day (multiple people, he had endless friends), it slipped further and further out of our hands with placations and stalling, when we could actually find someone to come talk to us. American Healthcare is sure something. If you read this far, please advocate for sick family members and keep checking in on them, even if, like my uncle, they keep insisting they don't want to be a burden. Reach out to a trusted person who has real medical experience to help you navigate, because you're SOL otherwise. I Strongly Advise, if you can afford it, to switch to a different provider than Kaiser. Make sure you have a medical power of attorney in place. Know your loved one's kp.org password. Kaiser will refuse to help you without access to this stupid app, even if you're not conscious or high out of your mind. Or in a coma. Or dead. They admitted themselves they are short staffed. Don't get sick, I guess, and really don't get cancer if you can help it, because they are extra short staffed in oncology. I don't feel like I'm thriving. Do you? Also, the construction has turned the way in and out of here into a maze, I'm sure that's really safe for emergencies. Why did I give a second star again? For the nurses that tried.

Really bad experience so far with the urology department. My dad can't even get an appointment even though he just got out of the hospital with an infection and needs to be seen. Unbelievable. There is absolutely no way to reach the doctor. My dad had surgeries, got into hospitals more than once in the past year, and it's getting worse. We are absolutely stuck as nobody else takes Kaiser, and this office is apparently overbooked.

I called to get an appt for a nerve conduction study and an appt was made. Well I went to the appt and was told they don't do nerve conduction studies. This hospital is quite a ways from my house so I wasted time and gas going there. So I called them back to discuss this and during this convo I really got the impression that they're just flat out incompetent. The lady on the phone told me a bunch of confusing stuff because she didn't understand what I needed. I don't know how to be more clear when I'm stating 'I need a nerve conduction study appt'. How do u not understand this.

Mold in the newly opened Jello! Actively dying patient in ICU was given this hello on her tray. I opened it for her... Mold! Yep! I showed it to Not Nice Nurse, Aurora, who, took it to her supervisor! She showed her the Rotten Jello in a mocking way , not realizing That I Was Behind Her!! The supervisor saw me and took off around the corner!! Could not believe I was in a Top Tier Hospital! Pathetic and Horrible!!

I came here for a quick x-ray at my stomach since I was having stomach aches. This radiology department opens at 6:30 AM, walk in bases first come first serve. Front Desk was very nice as she welcomed me into the department and promptly checked me in. She was so cheerful and positive to me as well as to all the patients that came in after me. Archie, the x-ray tech called me within short period of time (maybe 10 minutes) and got my x-ray done in 5! LOL he was quick, efficient, and friendly. So glad Kaiser has this service so I can get my healthcare needs done quickly, and in a timely manner! That shows quality care in our healthcare system that we need!

Dr. Hastings is not my primary OB but he delivered my daughter here at the Kaiser women and children's center in Roseville this last week, him and his team were outstanding. I was super nervous as a first time mom and he did a great job at reassuring me I'd be okay. Also A big shoutout to Obi who was my RN during delivery, she took such great care of me and made me feel safe. The nurses we had when we got moved to the postpartum floor were absolute angels! They always came to check in and explained everything that they were doing thoroughly. My nurses were Courtney, Lien, Adela, and Karissa. 10/10 nurses!

I went in for something for I ended up with a prescription and it gave me the opposite thing something I told them I was allergic to and I was supposed to get a cream not an antibiotic that I'm allergic to they're crappy and full of shit

I love the cafeteria here. It's small but mighty. Lily, Mary, mama and crew will serve up your usual cafeteria favorites, in addition to pho on Thursdays. Everyone is super friendly and makes you feel welcome.

Cat scan. They have the latest in equipment. It was fairly quiet and very quick. In and out in under five minutes!

Kaiser Permanente Roseville and in general Northern California has some of the least experienced and least knowledgeable doctors or specialists. The system sucks and they treat patients like they don't matter and if you push for something, they treat you like you're crazy and completely ignore you

Istg there is like 1 doctor in the whole hospital they will tell you you're going to be seen "shortly" and then end up waiting overnight for care

I am an RN. I do not work at this hospital. I never have high expectations when I enter a hospital. I had to take my adult son to the ER for care. I have never been so impressed by a hospital. The staff has been phenomenal! It is a huge hospital, so hard to navigate. Every single time I was lost, someone would ask how they could help. Our ER MD, Dr Hegedus, was in the room to do an assessment within 5 minutes. The Nursing Staff went above and beyond to make my son and myself comfortable and cared for. We never felt like we had to wait for anything. The Social Worker did everything to meet our request. I really am in awe of the Service Excellence! Thank you, Kaiser Roseville! (I would like to give credit regarding the staff to the executive level, if you would kindly inform me how to do so)

I have been with Kaiser for 25 years and it use to be great, now not so much. My partner broke his foot and toe and they told him to come after they had already closed so that he could get an x-ray. They did not bother to reset the toe or foot and so it is still broken, extremely bruised, and extremely swollen. They never bothered to schedule a time/ day to get it reset either leaving my partner unable to work for now 2 almost 3 weeks straight leaving me to pick up rent and other necessary bills. He then needed a doctors note... that process is a complete joke and a pain in the butt to deal with. Unless you ask a doctor during your appointment you're almost SOL, they will claim to make one but then "forget". Finally we got the note but his work required a second one. Upon calling they said they would make a new note for him so that he can return to work. We came before they closed and gave the same note they gave him last visit when he clearly requested a new note. He then went back again today and still no new note from any doctor clearing him to work, so he still is not allowed to return to work until he gets one. He paid for Ubers to get there and back wasting his last bit of money just to find out still no new doctors note. If Kaiser wants a law suit on their hands, they are about to get one. We have all the proof we need to prove malpractice on Kaisers part as well as negligence. Kaiser needs to get a grip and hire competent staff including but not limited to doctors. I try not to leave negative reviews but Kaiser is now costing me a lot of money and time and I don't have alot of either of those so pretty frustrated.

Choose a different hospital if your going to deliver their. Labor & delivery drs are so stuck up ! They think you don't know your body. I spent a week going in and out because of a headache. I've had preeclampsia with every pregnancy, this one I didn't have high blood pressure but had everything else as symptoms. They discharged me each time. Including the night i had my daughter. Then the dr after I had her, wanted to refuse to discharge me, because he didn't have a copy of my 20 week ultrasound. This is when drs started to mistreat me . Saying I didn't get prenatal care when I did,? Just not at Kaiser. They then did a referral to cps, because of this!! Do not go there unless you want to be treated like trash for then not having your other medical files, on file.

Over the last few years my daughter has been in and out of this facility because of a chronic condition. It is hit or miss on the ER physician she gets assigned, same with hospitalist. This last visit was horrid and now she's suffering because of the hospitalist. The hospitalist put an entry into her medical record about pain medication and now she's not getting the care that she needs. Not that her chronic disease is better or that they have treated it. It was very evident that they were pushing her out because they needed the bed. During the ER visit they were turning away ambulances because they were so impacted. Many times it's apparent that the Dr has not read her chart thoroughly. If they had to live in her body just one day they wouldn't last. I can tell you this, if something happens to my daughter I will 100% hold Kaiser Roseville responsible!

We have been with Kaiser since 1978. Always ok . But since I turned 80 I am not getting the care I need. Dont sign up with Kaiser if you want a doctor that still does their job. Since February they have cancelled 5 of my scheduled appointment with no reschedule or anybody to give me an explanation as why. These were appointments for Glaucoma check, eye examination, and just yester an appointment schedule for June 30th disappeared from my appointment list with no rescheduling sight. I waited close to 2 months for this appointment. What is going on? Member services is no help, they take the information and then nothing. I believe that Kaiser is using the delay ,delay method because of my age. Dont sign up with Kaiser ............Maggy

Most of my family have been to this medical center for various health issues over the years. The facility is clean, modern, and safe. The front office staff, technicians, nurses, and physicians all provide expert, diligent, and compassionate care. We feel very fortunate to be Kaiser members.

The emergency room policy is a joke. Brought my son in with a head injury and only one parent allowed to go back with him. I'm expected to sit patiently in a the lobby while my 2 year old son in in extreme pain seeking treatment. What A F...ing joke. Absolutely no compassion for parents seeking treatment for their son.

I have Multiple Sclerosis and need some kind of mobility assistance device to get around in my house. Not outside, I'm retired so not at work. I've asked my MD, my Neurologist, the customer service representatives. Nothing! No help. Just a different person, numerous times a day, telling me to do the same thing, over and over, had over and over. Come on! Pull your heads out!!!!

I want to say thank you to all the doctors, nurses, midwives, and staffs at the labor and delivery. Super professional, friendly and patient.

I have been a member of Kaiser ever since I was born. I came here yesterday to get a hearing test since I have not had one in quite some time they are located on the second floor in building D the lady who did my exam was so sweet, super friendly very efficient very helpful And gave me a lot of useful information on how to go with my results. I'm not gonna share my results because that is personal sorry, but my experience was great. I have been coming to this location for many years since it's been open in Roseville one of my favorite places to receive my medical treatment. Great establishment great staff very clean atmosphere very clean establishment very great services that I have received if you have not checked out any medical coverage I recommend you go to kp.org and see what insurance might fit your needs what you could afford one thing about Kaiser is that you move and you come back they keep everything on file so when you decide to come back, if you move out of state out of town, they have all your information still on file I was living out of state Back in 2007 for four years and when I came back, I re-signed up with Kaiser and all my information was still on file. I highly recommend Kaiser of Roseville. They are awesome, super friendly very efficient. One of my favorite places to go. I will not go anywhere else, but Kaiser, I've always had a great experience and hope that it will continue to stay that way thank you Kaiser of Roseville. You guys are awesome. Dr. Luig is a highly skilled and compassionate physician who is dedicated to ensuring that her patients receive the highest standard of care and that their individual needs are met. ZERO effing stars Well well well...... Where do I start This location had always been my go to.... After this last Friday, not too sure anymore. I had initially gone to the ER for a miscarriage, I elected pass my embryo & tissue naturally. My body had other plans. I was farther than a 10/10 pain limit. So, I drove myself, as my boyfriend and SIL were at work. I get there, check in, 1st waiting room took about 40-50 min wait. They moved me to a private room, opposed to a room with 5 other people. Waiting in that room alone for about an hour, till my SIL could leave work due to my emergency visit. She works at a different hospital ( which I'm considering on changing to, after this last Kaiser experience ). She advocates for me, since I was in the waiting room, alone, in agony, and no one bothered to check on me. Just let me sit in pain. If it's a OBGYN issue.... You might as well call an ambulance, and have them send you to a different ER. This ER doesn't seem to care for their patients that are going through miscarriages. Even heard it straight from a Kaiser workers mouth. Told the Dr. & first nurse, about my OBGYN appointment a few weeks ago, & that I was experiencing a painful miscarriage, and I felt/ saw they didn't really give two poop's. Or believe me ‍. Either one, I'm Uber disappointed. THE RESIDENT, THAT DID MY PROCEDURE100 STARS!!!! He was 100 % UNDERSTANDING. HE TOOK ME SERIOUS, WITH EVERYTHING I TOLD. HE KNEW I WAS IN INTENSE PAIN, uncomfortable... everything. He was annoyed for me, that I was there about 10 hours. He wanted to comfort me.... Everything. * DO NOT REACH OUT TO ME, I will not be explaining or changing my review. No retaliation, would be appreciated also. It's the least you could do.

I know a lot of people come to yelp for reviews and guidance on health care, my specific situation called for pediatrics oncology. if you find yourself in a position needing a hematologist/oncologist, I HIGHLY suggest Kaiser Roseville. they have an AMAZING team and an Angel for a doctor (Dr.Cruickshank) I feel beyond blessed to have landed in her care for my son during the hardest time in my life. Dr. Cruickshank is responsible for how well my son is doing today, she's compassionate, patient and acted with urgency with my sons needs. if you find yourself needing these services, I would refer her over and over. she made the most difficult time in my life, manageable and I till this day feel her compassion. doctor's like her are rare to come across and I'll be thankful for her for the rest of my life! outside of that the clinic , the nurses and other doctors are all very brilliant doctors and nurses and the clinic is very clean.

My wife fell down the stairs yesterday. Everyone we came into contact with from the fire department, ambulance and hospital staff were great at their jobs, kind and compassionate. As I waited I watched the hospital staff interact with patients. Omg the patience and kindness was amazing. The emergency rooms were full and the hallways were full of people on gourneys. The staff was awesome. It's clear Kaiser needs to add another emergency department ASAP.

From the moment I arrived at Kaiser Roseville Urgent care until I was discharged from the ER aproximately 29 hours later I received excellent care, kindness and professionalism from every doctor, nurse, tech, and specialist I encountered. My condition was met with concern and prompt testing and results.

Kasier's Roseville especially the ER is improving. From my experiences Kasier Roseville ER could improve upon making checking in to awaiting to being treated much more seamless.Check in is excellent and getting treated are excellent. Everything else between check in and obtaining a room to be treated, Kasier could do better. Being passed to two separate waiting rooms before being treated is horrible and should not happen especially for the quality and coat of services members and/or their employers are expected to pay. According to various State of California figures Placer County is not a poor county and the City of Roseville has appears to have rolled out the red carpet for Kasier, Sutter, UC Davis, ect that would like to service care. While the out patient lab could work on its wait times and especially for those such as myself that make the effort to schedule an appointment rather than just show up. Additionally the software system needs to be consistent and maybe having a back up solution instead of having us line up against the wall for when the program fails. Furthermore majority of the staff from the cleaning staff, clerical staff, patient care, medical assistants, nurses, nurses, doctors, surgeons and administrators appear to be providing excellent and essential care. As this region continues to grow my hope is Kasier Roseville provides the space, services , and outstanding staff and not be cheap but be economically smart in their efforts. Hire the excellent staff, continue to keep the facilities clean, expand on providing beds for care, honor your current members even this means you take no new members for this region until the current membership is take care. Sutter and UC Davis can pick up the slack. Kasier Roseville has an opportunity to be great and be an amazing asset to the community and continue to provide value to Kasier.

NICU DOCTOR REVIEW! One star based on professionalism and lack of compassion and care from neonatologist Dr. Shayna Gaman-Bean who works in the NICU. This doctor called me at 7 in the morning with an update of my sons night in the NICU and kept saying I don't know why this happened and we doing tests and I don't know multiple times. I told her you saying I don't know too much for me and I don't want to even talk to you right now it's 7 in the morning and I'm pumping and tired. She responded okay bye and proceeded to hang up. When I tell you my head cocked to the side and woke me up at that response it did because I wouldn't expect that from a medical professional dealing with premature babies and parents who already going through the experience of leaving the hospital without their baby every day. She never called back or had anyone else call to check in. She couldn't even apologize. Two hours later I received a phone call that my baby was in critical condition from the charge nurse. THE DOCTOR NEVER MENTIONED ANYTHING ABOUT MY BABIES HEALTH DECLINING OR THAT MAYBE I SHOULD COME IN. I was robbed of time with my newborn because of her. He passed away at 13 days old and within 20 minutes of my arrival to the hospital after driving from South Sacramento over 30 minutes away because I don't live 5 minutes away from the hospital. It's now October and my son passed away in June. For my own closure I wanted to have a discussion with this Dr and the ombudsman. A date was scheduled eventually via phone call that it would be the next day. On the day of the appointment which was the next day I received a call saying the meeting would not be happen and there was no explanation as to why. I hope she never has to bury any of her children and get denied a conversation by anyone who participated in the care. I wouldn't wish a mother losing a child's pain on anybody and I feel she playing with my mental by going back and forth. I FIND IT QUITE ODD IT WAS CANCELLED AFTER AN AIRING ON ABC10 with Alex regarding mental health and the strikes at Kaiser where I voiced my frustrations and what led me to even need services. Today almost 2 weeks after the initial cancellation I receive a call with even worse news I was told that DR. SHAYNA GAMAN-BEAN the Kaiser Roseville neonatologist was no longer willing to have a conversation with me and that's all. Nobody else is responsible for her actions and lack of compassion and care for parents when she chose this field to work. I won't receive the closure or conversation and it is what it is but this shows what type of person she is to me and it's her true colors to me and I'm probably not the first or last person to have been treated this way by this woman. Sincerely a grieving mother who wanted closure.

My dad Lloyd George S died in your facility on Tuesday. The place was packed and that is not the fault of anybody on staff. They immediately let more than one person visit because they knew how dire my dad's situation was. I think we had at least five nurses on Monday. And every last one of them was exceptionally professional and very comforting as they explained he wasn't gonna make it. We felt loving arms from every one of his nurses. I couldn't imagine a better group of people to take care of us and my dad on his last day. I didn't give his last name, but I'm hoping this review gets to every single person that helped us that day. You are truly appreciated and I couldn't thank you more for helping us through such a difficult time. To all the people that were in the emergency room, we saw how many there were. They're working so hard on expanding, but please note that some people were in extreme medical distress that day. While he was older, we knew the end was coming. Sooner than what we thought. But to the people that had to wait I am sorry he got in sooner. These professionals people did their very best job based on the dire situation of each patient. Thank you so much for your care and support. We will never forget that and for that, I think you. I wish I could tell each one of them thank you so if somebody's looking at this, we're willing to talk and tell you how awesome they care was!

I've been with Kaiser NorCal and Kaiser SoCal for a total of 10 years, but I'm done with Kaiser after so many frustrating experiences in trying to get basic care for my child. I couldn't get into see my child's pediatrician, so I went with another one. She referred us to a specialist after our appointment for a follow-up that wouldn't happen for 3-4 months! The following week, I was concerned about the treatment plan for my child and could not get an appointment with my child's pediatrician or the one we just saw! In fact there were no appointments at all for that facility according to the online appointments. I finally found an appointment at a farther facility with a different pediatrician and just switched to this doctor. I liked this pediatrician. She was kind and compassionate and listened to me and my child and to my concerns. This was the only bright spot. When we finally got our specialist appointment, it was only a video appointment! I asked why can't we get an in person appointment and the person said the doctor always does video appointments. The doctor gave my child a treatment plan. And a follow-up for 4 months out. Another video appointment! Today took the cake. I called the specialty office direct phone number to ask them about my son's illness worried that he could be in danger of getting pnuemonia again. The nurse didn't call me back yesterday. So I called again this morning. She called me back at 2 pm leaving a message saying that I should call my child's physician unless I have specific questions about the treatment plan! I just wasted a day waiting for a response from the specialist doctor's nurse when I should have just called his pediatrician? Kaiser does everything over phone and video now and unless you are dying in which case you go to the ER, there isn't much they do anymore.

The nurses in outpatient gastroenterology are so sweet and they all took care of my family member so well! I can't give 5 stars however, due to the lack of patience and understanding from the front desk. I've never been spoken to so rudely as I was from Jeanette at the front desk when she had to call to clarify day-of procedure expectations. We missed one of the expectations as my family member didn't see written instructions, but followed the instructions given to her verbally over the phone. Jeanette treated my family member with no respect, and was verbally aggressive on the phone with me as well. We still have yet to find the instructions on her member portal.

This review is for the pharmacy only. I highly recommend going to a different one if you can. Came here on a Tuesday morning to refill prescriptions (one was new.. this is important). Long lines. I was told the wait would be at least 45 minutes. Important note: I have been to many kaiser pharmacies in my life, and the most I've waited is 20 minutes. Maybe--MAYBE--30. Once. So my prescriptions are finally ready according to the board, and I head up to get them. I'm told that my new prescription didn't transfer to this pharmacy and the pharmacist will have to write me a new prescription. It will be another at least 45 minute wait. Say WHAT?!! I get that "glitches" (as it was described to me) happen, but you'd think they would prioritize my prescription since I've already been waiting 45 minutes there. But no. Unbelievable.

During my infusion; I had the most amazing nurse! Her name is Danielle Hasen! She was attentive, Kind, Caring, and very perfect, I wish you had ten more just like her! Sure hope she gets a raise! I simply love her, "Beautiful & Kind!" She really does listen...has a glow about her! I could tell that she really cares! She picked the correct career. She goes over and above the call of duty! She even filled my water jug! Thank you Danielle, you are a precious lady! God Bless!

This review is for L&D The nurses in Labor & Delivery went above and beyond helping my wife and I, while we were at Kaiser having our first son Carson. I know the nurses have to check on their patients at all times. I feel that the nurses in L&D checked on us more then they were suppose to, to make our stay a more memorible one. All the nurses are very professional and know thier jobs. My wife made a bond with a certin nurse (she will remain nameless). I feel like they made a lifelong bond and we consider her one of our friends. After our son was born this nurse took time out of her day to come up to my wifes recovery suite, just to check on my wife. Not only did she come up to my wifes suite once but she did it everyday until we left the hospital. This nurse is one of the most compassionate employees that make sure everything is okay, even if they have to come to a different part of the hospital to do so.

The Kaiser phlebotomist "Monica Hernandez" at Kaiser Permanent Riverside Medical office, Roseville, was all upset because asked her to wipe off the station before she drew my blood? She stated we don't wipe the station off between patients, they have over 500 per day and it would take too long I thought it was a hospital and blood borne illness was still a thing?
