OMG! So good. We ate here for the first time and it was the best. I highly recommend this restaurant. We ordered Calamari, which was cooked to perfection. My husband had Jambalaya. Then our amazing waiter suggested a seafood dish that is a favorite. He wasn't wrong! It had noodles, chicken, shrimp and sausages with a creamy sauce. It was ridiculously good. We look forward to returning.

Really enjoyed my experience at Roux Seafood Kitchen! The Mardi Gras pasta was delicious as was the fried banana w/ vanilla ice cream!

I recently dined at Roux Seafood Kitchen and had a pleasant experience. The ambiance is quite nice, highlighted by a beautiful wall of wines that adds a touch of elegance. They offer some IPAs, I picked 10 Hop Hazy IPA, which I thoroughly enjoyed. For starters, I had the New Orleans Gumbo, which was flavorful and rich. The main course was a delightful Chilean Seabass and Shrimp dish, perfectly cooked and seasoned. I also tried the Jambalaya, which had a great mix of spices and ingredients. The food is good and made to order, ensuring freshness and quality. However, the wait time was a bit longer than expected, even though the restaurant wasn't busy at the time. Despite this, the service was good, with friendly and attentive staff. Overall, if you're in the mood for some well-prepared seafood and a nice atmosphere, I recommend giving Roux Seafood Kitchen a try!

Backstory: when my wife and I first started dating we went to a restaurant that coincidentally was called Rue that was also Cajun and was amazing (no pressure). My family and I came to celebrate our 3 yr wedding anniversary. The restaurant definitely gives the nawlins vibe when we walked in, that also looks great as a date spot. Our server was super attentive and was super mindful that when our baby was sleeping he even filled our waters away to reduce the sound which was really thoughtful. We ordered the New Orleans gumbo, fried calamari, Jambalaya, and the Mardi Gras pasta. One previous concern I had previously with Cajun food in California was that it wasnt seasoned well. Well, NO WORRIES HERE! Everything tasted amazing. If you’re looking for authentic Cajun, you’d roux the day for not for visiting! Let’s go!!

Don’t think it twice, just show up for a great experience. Food is amazingly flavorful, quality seafood and inexpensive dishes, and quiet cozy place for family or couples dining.

Google
NOLA type of restaurant. Seafood is cooked great in my gumbo. However, the rice is too undercooked for my liking. The overall flavor reminded me of Gumbo in New Orleans, so that's great. The beignets are also delicious and a must try.

Very delicious food and the service is amazing! We are keep coming back to this restaurant over and over again!

Google
Bro I have been here for 2 hours waiting for my food and it still hasn’t came bro and I was one of the first ones to order and I literally got butter noodles, BUTTER NOODLES BRO. I GOT WHITE RICE TOO. This service sucks and the people who just got here got their food and I’m so mad this did not make my day, I should’ve just got Olive Garden next door. My friends are still waiting for there extras they got and have had to ask for it twice and still haven’t got it

Yelp
Good service and good food, the fried catfish plater is one of my favorites here. The fried banana and vanilla ice cream is really good too!

Yelp
My wife picked up an order to bring it home and it was great. The soup is the best I've had in a long time and even the shrimp in the entrée were very large. I would highly recommend them and we'll go back. Got... -Lobster bisque -Mardi Gras pasta - broiled oysters In that order And fresh beignets Even enough for really good leftovers

Yelp
Roux Seafood Kitchen is a total gem, the kind of spot you try once and immediately add to your favorites list. From the moment the food hits the table, you know you're in the right place. The seafood is incredibly fresh, seasoned perfectly, and cooked with real care. The oysters and shrimp were absolute standouts, juicy, flavorful, and packed with that rich, buttery Cajun kick. The sauces are on another level: bold, aromatic, and perfect for dipping literally everything. The vibe is warm and welcoming, and the staff makes you feel like family. They check in without hovering and genuinely want you to enjoy your meal. If you love seafood, spice, and big, satisfying flavors, Roux Seafood Kitchen is a must-visit. I left full, happy, and already planning my next round.

Yelp
Food was amazing. We loved the food and customer service so much we came two days in a row. Cute little spot with huge flavors. They open at 5pm we ordered the Hawaiian ribeye on both trips.

Yelp
This is a hidden gem. Looks very nondescript from the outside. Inside is quite charming. Service was excellent. (Special shout out to Chris for being so kind and friendly.) Food overall was tasty. (4.4/5) Appetizer: Spinach and artichoke dip Would have liked the dish to be a bit warmer. Also having the cheese more integrated into the mixture would have been nice. But it was still enjoyable. Appetizer: veggie eggrolls They were fried well. Not greasy and not dripping with oil. The vegetables were well flavored and received a serving of four. Entree: Chilean Sea Bass with Creamy Lemon White Wine sauce paired with mixed veggies. The Seabass came pan seared. It had a really tasty rich flavor. Buttery smooth texture and perfectly seasoned. It came with two large grilled shrimps and the vegetables were broccoli, carrots, and cabbage. I only wish the portion size was larger. Dessert: fried banana with vanilla ice cream This was a perfect end to the dinner. Semi sweet with a light dusting of powdered sugar paired with ice cream. Random note: the outside is decorated with oyster shells. I guess after they've been used, they clean them and chuck them outside!

Yelp
Took my mom here yesterday. We are from Louisiana and this place did not disappoint. When I tell you the food was on point you better believe it. We had raw oysters, charboiled oysters BABBBY fresh and amazing flavor. We got a pound of mussels and the cajun sauce they cooked them in was TOP TIER bursting with flavor. I got cajun grits and shrimp w sausage. When I tell you these were the best grits I had. Buttery, creamy with sweet corn and bacon in them PHENOMENAL. my mom had the roux seafood platter OMG this was enough for 2 people maybe even 3. They do not slack on flavor or portions. Our Server Nathan made the experience even better. Our food was so good we asked to speak to the cook they couldn't come out but they sent out some beignets that were perfectly cooked. If you've ever been to pappadeux thats the type of atmosphere it was. We will be back. Absolutely amazing food.

Yelp
Omg, I loved this place! What a hidden gem. The decor is super cute. Think Marco gras meets steak house! The servers were very helpful in pointing out to us the main stars of the show. They made great recommendations. Ordered some oysters, ribeyes, chili, and Seabass with an added lobster tail and Monte Cristo. Everything was excellent and portions were very generous. I really want to try the whole striped bass that's deep-fried, and even the stir fried lobster next time. I imagine everything is probably tasty! Best of all, cork fee is $10 for your own wine!!

Yelp
Not enough workers to work on that day . Take them forever to me but I like their pasta . Must try. Service not too good but I can see they're trying to make it better. 5 * to support

Yelp
Great date spot. Good service. Came in and immediately greeted by server and seated shortly after. They have both indoor seating and outdoor covered seating options for those who prefer the al fresco route. Menu is extensive and there is soemthing for everyone. We had the carpaccio for appetizer and then gumbo and shrimp etouffe for mains. Took a while for them to prepare (so don't come here if you're in a hurry) but when it came out everything was cooked right, seasoned well and tasted great! FYI- it's kid friendly they have food options for a kids meal. While we didn't try it, wanted to mention. It's also wheelchair friendly. They also have a special events room in case you want to book for a private party. The decor is nice and the place is clean and well maintained for special occasions. Easy to find, ample parking. Great little gem!

Yelp
This was our first time here and we will definitely be returning. The customer service was amazing the staff was very attentive there was not a long wait the food was seasoned to perfection everything was great that Ambience was nice so we will definitely be back. The closest thing to New Orleans food that we found California so far. Kudos to the chef!!!

Yelp
The food is still great. I've been here about a handful of times over the past yr. I would say our fav dishes are the shrimp etouffe (broth is amazing!!!), jambalaya, garlic noodles with shrimp and sausage and the Mardi Gras pasta. Service is still super friendly. I forget her name but the waitress/hostess always does an excellent job. It's a really nice mom and pop spot. If I lived closer I would go more often.

Yelp
The service was wonderful! The restaurant was aesthetically pleasing. Unfortunately the food wasn't good! As you can see in the picture the cheese wasn't melted in the grilled cheese I got for my son. The food lacked flavor DRASTICALLY! The Mardi Gras pasta lacked flavor but somehow was spicy. The shrimp in the shrimp and grits were seasoned well but the grits were not the best. The clam chowder was good. The drinks are made with soju so they weren't strong but pretty good I got the blue something. And we got the beignets .. they were too dense to be considered beignets. It was a Saturday night and the food took forever I was very very disappointed. Personally I wouldn't go back....

Yelp
Let' start with the things at Roux that really work! It was the food that was the best thing about this place. The food was five stars and the boys in the kitchen really know their stuff. I have never been to New Orleans but now I know what the place tastes like. Barbecued Oysters!! Incredibly tasty. Shrimp etoufee: very creamy and tasty Mardi Gras Pasta: excellent and very filling Shrimp Jambalaya: my favorite. It had all the spices and flavor. t The decor and seating are what is not so great about the place. They have an adjacent room for parties and a long bar near where you sit for dinner. It is dark, outdated, and has nothing to do with New Orleans. It is a nightclub decor, and not a place to bring your kids. That could be hundreds more customers. Roux needs to decide, are we a nigh club or are we a restaurant? The kitchen gets five stars and could be a lot busier if the front of the house we a more family friendly place to visit. We had to wait five minutes for anyone to notice us when we arrived since there has a long line of people who wanted to go to the bar from the party next door. I had to break the line, go to the kitchen and ask for some help. There was no hostess, no waiter noticed us, no one to help us. A good place that could be so much better.

Yelp
Accepts reservations, had cheerful staff, displayed festive decor for the holidays, and served a nice variety of comforting seafood/Cajun/fusion meals. It was very quiet when we got there right at opening for dinner, and though it's a smaller restaurant, it didn't feel cramped. Parking is in a shared lot within the plaza. Fried Calamari: 2/5. They had a strange sweet seasoning and were served with a thin green sauce that was also sweet. I didn't really like them and wouldn't get them again. Clam Chowder (small size): 5/5. Deliciously savory and creamy, entire family liked it. Definitely a must-try! Mardi Gras Pasta level 3/10 spicy: 4/5. I liked the variety of proteins in the sea of fettucine. The sauce was slightly sweet with a hint of spiciness, though I wished it had a bit more salt. Cajun Garlic Noodles with Lobster and Shrimp: 4/5. Lobster tail was peeled and served on top of the shell as a garnish to the noodles. Very garlicky, strongly flavored sauce. Jambalaya level 7/10 spicy: 3/5. Seemed a bit dry and not decently spicy for jambalaya (there wasn't a gumbo-like broth present in the pan). The rice did taste seasoned but surprisingly plain for what should be flavorful and spicy. Catfish Platter: 4/5. Chunky filets of fish with a crispy breading and served with shoestring fries, a classic. Seafood Boils, including peeled shrimp level spicy and mussels level medium: 5/5. Per my family's reactions and comments, they enjoyed these very much.

Yelp
Was craving Cajun food. Had the jambalaya and gumbo. Both were decent. Attentive service.

Yelp
My bestie and I used were craving creole food and found this listing on Yelp. This restaurant was out of our way but we decided to give it a try. Did not disappoint!! We had oysters Rockefeller and Chilean sea bass. And it was delicious. A few people next to us order a whole Chilean sea bass and it looked delicious. They have live lobster in tanks to pick you own lobster and preparation options. Someone next to us picked one out and it was huge and also looked delicious cooked with shrimp and pasta!!! Definitely returning to try more items !! The staff was friendly and since this is our first time they offered great advice. Highly recommend.

Yelp
My first time at Roux. I lived in Huntington Beach for many years before the Restaurant was here now I live in Texas. I love Cajun and seafood and Roux met the criteria. The Restaurant is nicely decorated and the service was excellent. It took a little while for the food to come out but when it did, it was very tasty. I had the seafood gumbo and blackened catfish. The blackened catfish came with two shrimp on it and a arugula salad as well as a n ample side of red beans and rice. They have a good beer and wine list and for dessert we had beignets that were hot and to die for. I felt the prices were very reasonable.

Yelp
Food was absolutely amazing, family owned / Operated, our server Nathan had a rocking beard and was super kind / attentive. Food : 9.5/10 -Madrid Gras Pasta, flavorful, great portions, meat to pasta ratio , recommend spice level 7
google avatar

Dang N.

Yelp
All the food I had was really solid. Had the calamari, the gumbo soup, and the jambalaya. The gumbo was the best thing. Really damn good. Only thing I didn't like was my drink. I got the Blue Bayou and my drink wasn't even blue! It was green! Haha! Just tasted like sweet liquor, no depth of flavor at all. Came on a week night and there was only 1 girl working the front but she was really nice. Maybe 4 other tables were occupied.

Yelp
I must say we had an awesome experience planning a private event at Roux. We held a retirement party here and the food along with the service was top notch. Nathan was our point of contact and he promptly addressed our every concern ensuring the event was an extreme success. All our dishes came out hot and on time. Every dish was a big hit with our guests. In addition, the private room had a great A/V system with karaoke, TVs, and a giant screen. Many of our guests commented that they loved the private party room. We would highly recommend Roux for private events. It's a no lose bet!

Dayyueh C.

Yelp
The soup is delicious no matters whether it is lobster bisque or claim chowder. The Chilean Sea Bass is above my expectations. The only recommendation is to provide some bread and butter before the meal.
google avatar

Dev R.

Yelp
I'd been here once before, and had the jambalaya. I can't remember that experience. This time, I had the Mardi Gras Pasta and definitely found a winner! Rue is a seafood restaurant, but it came up when I searched for a Cajun restaurant near me. Thus, I went there for the Cajun food. They're located Midway Beach Boulevard. There's an ample parking lot right in front of the restaurant. It's nicely decorated inside, and the two times I've been there it has not been full. Service is friendly and competent. Food is good.

Yelp
Today was the 1st of the year of the snake, most if not all Chinese and Vietnamese restaurants were closed, I was in a funk and did not know where to go when I thought about ROUX again. Excellent choice, we were so satisfied, it's 6 stars today!! 5 stars on other days so why was the restaurant almost empty? I said it once, said it again and again BUT THE MANAGER OR OWNER DID NOT SEEM TO GET IT, NOBODY I KNOW WANTS TO EAT IN AN IGLOO, what were they thinking it was so cold, my teeth just about went rattling! I had my winter coat on and it was very uncomfortable, worse yet the food got cold so fast so it does not do justice if people can't enjoy the food if it's cold. Unless this changes I'm afraid things can go downhill and it would be tragic as I just LOVE LOVE this Cajun/Creole cuisine. I was in New Orleans many times, my parents used to live there, I had dined in all the restaurants in the French quarter and no one can compete with ROUX, they do have the secret sauce. It's not just me complaining about the cold, my husband born in the BLACK FOREST, cannot stand it, the table next to me asked me if I thought it was cold, I said yes, I had my winter coat on. Their most popular dish is the lobster over pasta, it was grilled to perfection over yummilicious pasta w their signature sauce, it was really reasonably priced not cutthroat pricing as in ALL THE CHINESE RESTAURANTS these days, I hate it when I saw all the young folks ordering 5 lbs lobster at $42 a lb? gimme a break then they demand JOE to forgive their student loan, it's price gouging and or highway robbery as I saw the price in ABC market I think it was $18 or $20 a lb. Their lobster bisque is one of a kind, I have had bisque all over the world, in every cruise ship and nobody ever came close, I ate the big bowl by myself, I just had my cholesterol checked and I'm good! LOL! Their PoBoy sandwich was also good, not 5 stars though, the Cuban sandwich they used to have was 5 stars, please bring it back. On other occasions, I had Mardi Gras pasta, delicious but a little too creamy. Everything on the menu was good, really exceptional was the rib eye, whoa! Only $29, God bless them, you come here and you won't have to mortgage your home for a good meal, it's $39 at Black Angus and like $50 at water grill, come back for water grill review. All above mentioned yummy seafood were on all the previous dining, today we only had Chilean sea bass, it's the most sought after fish and most restaurant price gouged to the tune of $45 to $55, here it was only $29, all these years I never had this fish bc I refused to pay that outrageous price, bc next it would be like you'd have to sell one kidney to afford it, LOL LOL! It was grilled to perfection w 2 shrimps over rice, I chose grilled veggies instead of rice or potato. The fish was flaky, tasted like butter, it was so delicate, from now on it's this fish for me, I'm a carnivore so rarely eat fish except sweet and sour fish in Chinese restaurants. I also had Thai food from Phuket with Roux food. I gave the title "best on planet earth" to Yummy Pho unfortunately I have to revoke it soon, it was downhill after their grand opening day, ROUX IS ROCK SOLID each and every time, it was an out of body experience, and this restaurant truly is the best on PLANET EARTH, I felt I had "Gong xi Fa cai" after the dinner. Come dine here, thank me later, they deserve more recognition, I'll make a nice video for social media, I made so many but kept on forgetting to @ Yelp for the Yelp community. My husband just popped in and told me it was not cold today as he waited for the take out. It was cold in all my previous 7 times. Many lousy VN restaurants had amazing professionally made videos on Instagram that brought in all the customers, it's 2025 everybody and their grandmother is on social medias, I suggest ROUX does the same thing.

Yelp
I celebrated my birthday here in their banquet room & it was such a great experience! The banquet room fits 30-50 people & it comes with a backdrop for photos, karaoke & a disco ball. They have two different package options for the banquet room but I did the spend $1,500 minimum which comes with everything for 5 hours in the banquet room. There's a corkage fee of $35 if you want to bring your own alcohol. Nathan helped me from A-Z & he was amazing!! Everyone had a great time there, the food was so good & the staff was great! Definitely recommend!

Precious W.

Yelp
The customer service is amazing for starters! Now let's get into what I ordered and my ratings Drink: Pushin P 10/10 Appetizer: half Charboiled 10/10 - half Rockefeller oysters 7/10 (just not my preference) Entrée: Fried catfish w/ fries and red beans and rice 8/10 catfish was fried really well and had a good flavor not too overpowering. Also, the tartar sauce was delicious. The red beans and rice was a little bit soupy. I would also recommend that they put sausages instead of small pepperoni pieces into the red beans and rice. Desert: beignets with raspberry sauce 3/10 ... no fluff and two crispy for a traditional beignet. Being a creole lady, looking to satisfy my cravings in my area can be pretty tricky, but I hope that this review gives them some pointers and for you guys as well to check them out!!

Stephanie S.

Yelp
The only thing I would change about my experience, I wish I lived closer! If I did I would probably be there every week!! The ambiance is warm and welcoming, a festive feel! You get the feeling you are around family! The service is exceptional! We had a larger party, but that was not a problem for this great wait staff, we were served with fresh, piping hot food from the kitchen that surpassed my expectations & I'm from New Orleans! Now for the food, everything we ordered was absolutely delicious! Every fork full, was a tiny explosion of yummy goodness in my mouth!!! I definitely will return to Roux Seafood Kitchen

Yelp
Roux is a hidden gem in Huntington Beach. Located in a casual strip mall with plenty of parking, this spacious restaurant offered my friend and I a great place to catch up without feeling rushed. The single server for the restaurant was super personable and attentive and really contributed to making our experience great. The menu is large and filled with cajun and southern dishes. They even have a live lobster tank. We started with the Spinach Artichoke dip which was super cheesy and yummy, but could have been a bit thicker in consistency. They supplied plenty of crispy chips so we didn't run out. I had the Shrimp Étouffée and appreciated the large portion size and mix of flavors. The dish was very well prepared and you can customize the spice level to your liking. My friend enjoyed her Mardi Gras Pasta and we both took leftovers home. I only wish we weren't too full to order dessert!
google avatar

Brandon F.

Yelp
Online it looks great but when you get there service is slow. The ambient is nice for the place. The food flavor not good the calamari is deep fried then sautéed so it's mushy. The other food is bland needs better flavor
google avatar

Karen G.

Yelp
Oh, what a treat this evening was. Our first visit was so great that we decided to bring the whole family along, expecting the same experience. Silly us! Sure, we're a party of nine, but waiting two hours and this is no exaggeration for our food (and almost having a dish forgotten) really added to the "adventure." And let's not forget our server's charming response when we asked for an update: "Oh, I'm so sorry, I thought you guys left already!" Hilarious. Nothing quite like feeling invisible to make you feel welcome. Unfortunately, this will be our last visit. Thanks for making the decision easy.
google avatar

Yelp
Their food AMAZING! Great prices and great service! For a table of 4, we had the Oysters Rockefeller, Gumbo, Shaka Laka Shrimp, and Truffle Fries. Then we all shared the Tomahawk Ribeye, Roux's Baked Stuffed Lobster and King Crab Legs Boil. For all of this, the total was only $300!!! Excellent quality seafood and steaks for an amazing price. I highly recommend you try this place. It will become your new favorite! It was not nearly as busy as this place should be. No wait to be seated on a Wednesday night. Definitely come try this place out!
google avatar

Xenia A.

Yelp
This is our go to spot for seafood. They never disappoint. The most difficult part about eating here is that everything we order is amazing and so it's hard to pick out what to eat. Lol but I usually learn towards the Shrimp étouffée or Cajun garlic noodles with whatever proteins I'm feeling at the moment. We ALWAYS need to order a half dozen Rockafellar oysters to start us off. It comes out sizzling so be warned & let them cool a bit! The po boys are crispy and light, the monte cristo is delicious, the jambalaya...there's too much to talk about! On top of that, the service is always quick and excellent. The servers are attentive and kind and always have good recommendations. This is also a great date night spot! They also have a big room you can't rent out for parties for karaoke. I'm sometimes feeling like I want to keep this place a secret but tbh more ppl need to come through and enjoy it. We stay loyal customers for a reason!

Yelp
The best shrimp n grits west of the Mississippi. Started out with oysters Rockefeller which was a meal unto itself. The chef obviously knows what they're doing. Everything was savory, rich, delicious and bursting with flavor. And the meals are reasonably priced for what you're getting. Service was friendly and accommodating. Roux is a winner.
google avatar

Marc R.

Yelp
Asian Cajun style food that is amazing. I hope this place stays around, they fill a style of cuisine that is lacking ever since Bayou StJohn closed its doors. The shrimp and grits were to die for. I'm looking forward to my next journey through their doors to see what else they are hiding on the menu.

Yelp
Roux Seafood Kitchen offers New-Orleans inspired dishes ranging from jambalaya to fish by the pound to pasta. The visit started off great with a waiter who was extremely friendly and polite. We ordered the spinach and artichoke dip as an appetizer. It came with an abundance of chips to dip which I appreciated. As an entree, I went with the Mardi Gras Pasta at medium spice level. This dish was full of flavor with the rich cream sauce, spicy sausage, and heat of jalapeño. The dish was filling and you will likely end up with leftovers. Considering the tasty food, fair prices, and excellent customer service, I was surprised at how empty the restaurant was during our visit. Hoping more people come across Roux! Pro tip: check in on Yelp before eating because they offer a free milk tea with check ins.

Yelp
The calamari was amazing. It was prepared in such a way where the batter provided a crisp coating while keeping the inner contents tender. I did not have the sauce, but I am sure it did not disappoint. The oysters were not too bad! Personally, I am not the biggest oyster fan, but these oysters were pretty enjoyable! However, they were drenched in oil... perhaps that is the Louisiana twist that makes these oysters unique. The soft shell crab was also enjoyable, but nothing too unique. It is exactly what you would expect it to taste like... fried crab. So, nothing good or bad to say about it. The main dishes truly are the stars of the show. The "steak and fries", even though I expected it to be a full steak, was delicious. The beef was so tender and soft, and the seasoning was not overpowering or underwhelming. This is the type of beef that melts in your mouth. Even though I am a chicken fan, I highly recommend this beef to anyone that has the opportunity to try this. The Chilean Sea Bass was also amazing. This was also extremely tender and gave the "melt in your mouth" feeling. The vegetables soaked up the sauce, providing a good flavor. They were able to stand on their own due to this. I also highly recommend this dish. Honestly, the pasta was the worst out of the 3 main dishes, but it was by no means bad. It was just underwhelming, and none of the meats in the pasta stood out like in the previous two dishes. Also, I am not a fan of this pasta shape. Personally, I support farfalle pasta. The last slide depicts fried plantains with ice cream. The best part about this dessert? The chef gifted it to us. It was complimentary. This dessert was clearly made with love. The warm, gooey fried dessert was perfectly complimented with the cold ice cream. The ambiance of this restaurant was very 'southern'. However, it was still relatively formal, the waiters were wearing button ups and were very kind.

Yelp
Food was phenomenal. Nathan recommended some appetizers and our entrees and dessert and it was one of the best culinary experiences I've ever had. Worth a drive indeed

Yelp
I had high hopes for this spot, but my experience was a bit of a mixed bag. I ordered the ribeye, which unfortunately came out overcooked. While it still had decent flavor, I was definitely expecting a better execution on a cut like that. The lobster tail was another letdown--the sauce they used was way too tangy for my liking and completely overpowered the natural sweetness of the lobster. The saving grace of the meal? The garlic noodles. Absolutely fantastic--perfectly cooked, rich in flavor, and something I'd definitely come back for. One thing I have to give them credit for is the service. The staff was very attentive and helpful with my order, which made the overall experience better than it otherwise would have been.

Yelp
Place is cute and small but will be able to accept large parties. The decor suites the theme of the menu. The food was delicious! Flavors were perfect. FYI: if you like spicy, they have a scale of 1-10 (10 being very spicy) we did a 5 and we were sweating. But it was still an enjoyable hot. Ordered the muscles, the grilled squid, fried sea bass, Mardi Gras pasta and the jambalaya. All so good!!! The staff were very attentive and helpful! Highly recommend trying.

Yelp
I must say that this seafood boil they have here is the best I've ever had. My wife is from Louisiana and she has had several of these. This is the best price with the best quality we've ever had. And if you like gumbo, their gumbo is better than what you're going to get in the south. I cannot recommend a better place.

Yelp
Good Cajun food . We ordered Baked Mussels and Grits with shrimp and hot sausages and corn . Both dishes were very tasty, very cajuny. The grits were perfectly cooked and right amount of buttery . The mussels were also melt in mouth quality . Crème brûlée was perfectly sweet and nice caramelized coating . Also very reasonable .. lately it's hard to get full meal with dessert and beers for that price ..Last but not least .. Excelkent service by the crew ! so folks please give this place a try ..

Yelp
We had dinner here tonight. The food was absolutely phenomenal. We shared a seafood boil. We've been here many times and it's so so good. I'm from Louisiana and it reminds me of home. Very authentic. We will be coming back very soon.

Yelp
Hidden gem! I was looking for a restaurant in the area and stumbled upon this restaurant on Google maps. We went for an early dinner on a rainy Wed night and it was empty when we arrived. A couple of parties came in after us. Our waitress Cynthia was great! She was friendly, smiling, and checked on us often. We would ask for her again when we go back. It's a Cajun restaurant with an Asian flair. Food was so reasonably priced when every other restaurant in the area is getting ridiculously expensive. And the food was delicious too! We ordered the shrimp jambalaya (which had a nice kick and came with big plump shrimps), shrimp and grits (creamy grits with corn), mushroom rigatoni (creamy and rich), garlic noodles (a bit on the sweet side for some reason), and ribeye steak (so tender!).

Yelp
I haven't left a yelp review in a while but wanted to jump on here to boost this restaurants rating because local restaurants are having a hard time these days and I thought this place was great. All the food was really flavorful and I thought the price point was really reasonable for what they were serving. Had lobster bisque, fried catfish and the steak. Service was really attentive too. Will definitely be back for my NOLA fix! Heads up they only have a beer and wine license (offer soju cocktails though)

Yelp
What a treat!! My friends took me to this place for my birthday celebration. The food was amazing!! I was really surprised due to that I had just came from a trip from New Orlean. If you are craving for an authentic Cajun food, this is the place to be. Great service. Always recommended to all my friends and family. The potion of the food was good and the price for seafood is a fair price.

Yelp
Good and service was great. The flavor of the Cajun clams was on point. We wanted the crawfish but it's out of season. But everything was satisfying. We had the étouffée, the sea bass. The clams and beef carpaccio and it was all so good. Even the beef sliders were good. The price was so reasonable. Highly recommend.
