Friendly service! Ask any dumb question and more than happy to answer. Recommend the iced coffee in the summer and spicy hot chocolate during winter

Customer friendly Cafe and Roasters at west side of Toronto just minute walk from Dundas West Subway Station, as well as “Bloor” station GO & UP ( run between Peason International Airport to Union Station). It is oasis for busy morning day or having a quiet time from long trip. Carefully and professionally roasted coffee is outstanding. For yourself or for the gift, you will not disappointed. Enjoy this cozy place. ☕️

Stopped by Outpost Coffee Roasters and loved the cozy, inviting vibe of the café. I had a mocha that was rich, smooth, and perfectly balanced—not too sweet—and a sundried tomato bun that was fresh, flavorful, and baked to perfection. Great spot to relax, grab a coffee, and enjoy a tasty snack. Parking: Street parking nearby, fairly easy to find. Ambience: Warm, cozy, and perfect for a casual coffee break. Recommended Items: Mocha, Sundried Tomato Bun. Special Points: Freshly roasted coffee, friendly staff, and a chill, welcoming atmosphere.

I think it is vitally important to try to support local coffee Enterprises who are sourcing and roasting their own beans in house. Therefore, I have tried Outpost Coffee several times over the last few years and have really wanted to love it and give it a solid five star rating. The problem is, I have found the service here quite indifferent, whether it is because of the busyness of the café or the personality of the baristas. . On the last occasion I visited I attempted to ask the barista a few questions about the beans they were using for their espresso base drinks and was told that in order to get that information I should simply visit their website. I did visit their website, but the information on the website, unless I was looking in the wrong place, only spoke about the products they had for sale and did not provide the kind of testing notes and bean sourcing information I would've expected from a local café that is roasting its own beans. in addition, the roast here is a bit on the light side for my taste, but the Cortodo I had was flavourful and hot and well proportioned. There were a variety of items on sale in the store, which seemed to cater to a lot of different dietary needs and tastes and that is always a good thing. Due to the location, there are certainly limits on how much can be done with the back patio however, very little has been done to try to soften the very alleyway feel of the space. As I said, I would love to be able to highly recommend this local coffee endeavor, and, by the busyness of the space and the number of returning customers it would appear many people love it. I will keep trying, and hopefully on a next visit this will be a five star local coffee experience

I'm so glad to have this little coffee shop in my neighbourhood! The staff are so nice, and the drinks are well-made and delicious. I also love their assortment of baked goods. It's such a cozy little spot (if you can get a seat) to enjoy a nice drink and a little sweet treat.

A lovely local coffee shop that roasts their own beans. Staff are friendly and helpful, service is fast. It's rather small with limited tables, probably not suitable for a larger group unless the patio is open. They frequently have special offerings that are worth a try. Sandwiches (and soup?) are available as are a nice variety of sweet snacks (muffins, scones, croissants, squares). I always enjoy stopping here for a coffee.

Quaint local-run coffee shop. Roasted beans in house with other non-coffee beverages and some pastries / croissants. Free wifi. Small space but 4 tables and working is doable. There is a patio too for the summer (or the brave). Can get to-go coffee / drinks and go for a hike in high park, just down the road! Latte was pretty good, 8/10, just a bit watery. My friend said her hot chocolate was a bit cold. Anyway, good stuff for $5!

Best decaf coffee beans I've found! Now I love me some sweet sweet coffee, but occasionally I take a break from caffeine, but find it hard to get a decent decaf. But then I tried Outpost's Fakeout decaf beans for my machine at home; they produce the smoothest, creamiest decaf coffee I've come across. Also love their treats in-store, particularly the stuff they bake themselves. It's clear they care about the customer experience.
