New Jimmy's recent opened (used to be Mean Bao) Usual rustic vibe with the same menu that you'd get at any other Jimmy's. Patio is great and service is somewhat decent

Great for a quick pitstop when around this area

Reco. the matcha latte or drink as a tea Desserts are always fresh-tasting Closest to College subway; the other location is way too far
