ZipQuest - Waterfall & Treetop Adventure

We did the Waterfall Expedition, and it was amazing! My husband and I had never been ziplining before. Lauren and Roman were funny, patient, and made us feel safe. The fall views were so beautiful, we’re already planning to come back for the Night Quest. Highly recommend! You’ll wish you could stay up there longer!

10/10 recommend. The staff was very informative and took their time to make sure that everyone understood how to be safe yet also have fun. We had Jasmine and Roman as our guide yesterday and I can’t say enough good things about them, excellent job. We were lucky enough to be slotted in a time frame where it was just me and Noodle 😂 however instead of moving things along quickly the guides took their time and let us enjoy the scenery! I have a fear of heights, so signing up for the zip line for the first time was pretty hard to do. But because of our incredible tour guides Roman and Greg, I was able to completely enjoy the experience despite my fear! Not only did they make sure we felt safe in the gear, they continuously ensured we felt comfortable. Through out the course they were so knowledgeable in explaining the history of the area. Also I feel they could sense when we started getting nervous, because that’s when the “dad jokes” started, which had us distracted from the heights and laughing! Iam so thankful we had guides like these two to make it an incredible experience!!

Lauren & Roman were the best guides we’ve ever had. Loved their good humor & interaction with our group. This was my favorite experience with this type of adventure. I enjoyed it easy more than the ones I’ve done in WV & SC. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

We went here for a little Sunday funday and we had a blast! The place was nice and empty--we got our own tour. The tour guides had lots of cheesy tree jokes and will not hesitate to call you by the nicknames you give each other. Such a fun experience and we will definitely be back!

Spent the afternoon with my girlfriend here and we absolutely loved it. It was even better that we were the only 2 on the tour. Our guides were amazing and made it very entertaining throughout our experience. We will most definitely be coming back in the fall to see nature change colors while enjoying the zips.

Our equipment (from my what experienced friends told me) was both lightweight and durable. From the very beginning, our guides Roman and Ella made us feel comfortable from the trial zipline to the very end; their clear explanations removed any mystery so that by the time I was ready to zip, there were no surprises. Safety was constantly a priority. Whereas I started out thinking, "Just this ONE time," I changed my tune by the time we got to the end of the course.

This was so fun. We did the treetop and waterfall experience and it was awesome. Staff were helpful, knowledgeable, and super funny. Our guides were cracking jokes and telling us fun facts the whole time while also ensuring our safety and comfortability with everything. I have a fear of heights and the tour guides were so nice and made my time very special. I definitely recommend coming here for a few hours to see fun things and go zip-lining. My husband and I had a great time. Thanks ZipQuest for the memories! We will be back for a nighttime tour soon!

The entire experience from beginning to end was great. The guided were helpful and personable the entire time. It's a little intimidating at first while you're learning but after a few zips it was easy. The only thing I wish was that we stopped a bit more to take in the scenery. It did feel a little rushed even though it was four hours . The price is a bit high but it was something new to do in the area and I don't regret it at all.

This is a great activity in Fayetteville, North Carolina is your looking for something to do outside. They have two courses one is shorter and one is longer with the view of the waterfall (I highly recommend that one). If you've never zip line before no worries, it takes a very little training and the staff is very nice and will teach you how to do it properly. Don't be intimidated by all the equipment. It is very easy and enjoyable for all ages, it is not strenuous plan to be at the course For about 2.5 hours highly recommend getting the picture package when you purchase your ticket. It's only $7 and some change. It's worth it for how many pictures you get especially since you cannot take your phone or camera with you. Most of the time you are out of direct sunlight and covered by the trees, but it will still be hot because you were wearing a helmet and all the equipment. My only negative complaint is that I wish that the groups were smaller so wouldn't take so long to go on the zip line. Also would have more room on the platforms which were already crowded. Also would suggest to make the photos better to use a professional camera instead of an iPhone.

I went for my birthday with my bestie (who was visiting from out of state) to conquer my fear of heights. Our two guides, Alyssa and Brennan, were straight out of my dreams. Funny, compassionate, and easy to be (and freak out) around. Swear words spewed from my lips as I clutched what I could. They managed to keep me giggling as my heart raced and my body shook. When I looked into their eyes, I saw committed presence. I couldn't have taken those steps off the tree platforms if I didn't feel supported from both of them--Alyssa went first with ease every time, like a fairy fluttering about in her wild home. Brennan stayed behind and ziplined last, serving as an emotional rock for me and a guard, closing the loop Alyssa opened with each descent. We got a private tour because we were the only two that booked, which allowed for an unforgettable experience without other energies mingling with ours. I felt like we were flying with friends. A MASSIVE thank you to the beautiful souls who guided us. It's a birthday I'll never forget!

One of your employees (taller girl with long curly reddish hair) was being inappropriate (openly flirting) with my husband while putting on his harness. Not cool and overall really embarrassing behavior on her behalf. Very unprofessional and made the atmosphere uncomfortable. The actual zip lining was okay. The front tour guide was kind of rude and dismissive. Jazzy was cool and so was the front desk person but yeah. The harassment was just so bizarre.

The setting is beautiful, the story behind how the business began, incredible, the mindfulness of the trees and the environment perfect, but our guides Nick and Lauren truly made this an experience to remember. They are top notch guides with a strong emphasis on safety and enjoyment, and very attentive to our needs and fun. Nick, is incredibly well spoken, a true comedian, who deserves an HBO special, he was so funny, he kept us clipped while we zipped and made sure there was non stop fun, we will definitely be back again next time we are in area.

Took my granddaughter and we had the BEST TIME!! Great guides as well!! They're very thorough with instructions and fun!! Want to try the nighttime one!!

This was one of the best experiences I have ever had! Never in my life would I think I would say "I went zip lining" but after today I'm saying "when can we go back" Nick and Henry were our guides and they were absolutely amazing! All the nerves set in right after the first line but both Nick and Henry were there cracking jokes and making this nerve racking experience a lot more enjoyable! I will be coming back and enjoy this same experience time and time again!!

Great experience I would definitely recommend this place and I would definitely do it again. Our guides were encouraging, fun and very knowledgeable. We felt very safe.

Greg and Leah were our guides for our small 3:30 group today for the Waterfall Expedition and I had a blast even though I went by myself (if you like dad jokes and puns you're in a good place with Greg haha). After a small demo on ziplining basics, Greg/Leah led us through the course and I never felt nervous at all and even got some tree facts thrown in between. The zips were pretty fun and though Fayetteville isn't the most scenic place in the world, there was a lot to see including some bridges and a zip over a small waterfall (even saw a beaver too!). Would definitely recommend for a fun outing in the Fayetteville area!

This was my first time here and it was a blast. We went on the two hour experience on the whole course and I highly recommend it so you can get the full experience! Adam and Stephanie were our guides and they were the best!!! Their service was above great, they were funny, engaging, very safe, and provided the most fun experience. The two of them were a great team and captured great photos of all of us. The trees were beautiful and they each came with a story. In my opinion I think going in the colder weather was better because it was a long course with a big group having to stand waiting your turn all in the gear that if we were in the sun/heat and all, it would have been awful I'm sure. Other people in our group it was their second time back and they had nothing but great things to say once more.

Super neat zip lining experience! We LOVE how they focused on the safety with us. For some in our crew that had Zip-lined before, they mentioned how they didn't have near the safety stuff. They also mentioned that if they knew then what they knew now, they may not have zip-lined in those far away places. Wear good shoes and listen to the instructor. You'll get HOT, and be prepared to climb stairs and stay active. Not a ton of waterfalls like we were expecting, but the views are beautiful and it was a delight to see a hidden gem of an area.

Guides were amazing . I'm scared of heights but this was on my bucket list. They clearly explained everything and made sure I was good the whole time . Lots of laughs and fun had. Recommend this to multiple people already.

Tia and Greg were 2 very entertaining guides. I am more than satisfied by the charisma and humor they brought to the tour and i would one hundred percent recommend this experience to anyone who is interested in a zip line adventure.

There was a large group of us. We all had an amazing time. We read reviews ahead of time and we're crossing our fingers that the leader Britt wouldn't be in charge of us. I don't know who these Karen's are leaving reviews, but we had a great time with Britt! Both of our leaders had a sense of humor and definitely made the experience. 10/10 recommend!

Such a fun spot for a date night. We did the 6pm zip line tour and ended up having our own private tour since no one else signed up for that time slot, yay us! Tour guides Markus and Caleb were very knowledgeable and professional but was a fun vibe the whole time. They definitely set the tone of a safe space from the start which gives you the comfort to really take in the experience. Absolutely recommend!

After weeks of looking for a place to zip line nearby I saw ZipQuest and thought the Waterfall Expedition would be fun and it definitely was! Everything from making reservations to getting questions answered and finding the location went as smooth as possible. Our guides were Romeo and Kat and they were absolutely amazing! They were very informative, pit safety first, didn't rush anyone, helped us out when we needed it and most graciously super super patient. It was my first time ziplining so I was definitely nervous but they were there every step of the way. I would absolutely recommend Zip Quest for beginners and experienced zip liners.

Had a blast. It lasted longer than I thought and the staircases, views, and the waterfall was incredible. Everyone must do this definitely a well spent day. The waterfall zip line is one of the highest ranked zip lines in the world and for good reason.

So, I'm here visiting from Tucson. We're not gonna talk about the heat difference. Decided to do something outdoors, safe distance w/ masks w/ my permanent roommates. So was this was a smooth run, organized operation in which everyone was friendly, easy going, funny, and professional. We had Kat and Romeo as out guides. They were thorough in their explanations on how to have fun and be safe. We had a great time, will definitely keep this as "things to do" when we come to visit.

JJ and Marcus our zip guide tour were excellent and very professional. My wife and I enjoyed our experiences.

My husband and I took our kids here for an outing while we were up in the area for a baseball tournamen. We had Dustin & Marcus as our guides, there were 6 of us total & they exceeded our expectations. This was a great experience and opened my kids up to some adventure. We are all ready to go again! We did the long tour, the waterfall expedition, and if your body is capable of climbing that is the one I suggest! Until next time...

My husband and I have never been zip lining before but when I found this place, we just had to try it! I decided this would be something fun to do together, especially for his birthday weekend and it was amazing! The trees were beautiful, weather was great and the waterfall was amazing! Our tour guides were Brit and Mason and they were awesome! Brit would tell us about the tree tops we were on and always had funny/corny jokes!!! overall, the experience was really great and I would highly recommend!!! We will definitely go back, this time for the night waterfall expedition!

Britt and Mason were our guides. We had a ton of fun and really enjoyed our very first experience zip lining. Loved all the Dad jokes! Definitely recommend to anyone looking for an adventure. We got the picture package and so glad we did!

My husband and I came from LA to visit my mother in law in Fayetteville. On her bucket list was zip-lining we figured with everything happening it wouldn't be possible but luckily zip quest was still open and had an opening for us. We had a blast zipping through the forest over the creek in the sunshine. Ben, matt and pat were awesome friendly and funny guides. They played around with us and were educated about safety. We had a great time and hope to return with more of our family!

I brought two groups of middle and high schoolers and we had the best time! The views were incredible, the hospitality fantastic and our tour guides, Adam and Pat, we're hilarious and really compassionate to help one student through her fear of heights. Thanks for a great experience!

ZipQuest was awesome! Pat and Josh hit the right mix of professionalism and fun. Our safety was never in question. The waterfall adventure was so much fun. I would go back in a heartbeat although I'd probably choose a slightly cooler day :)

My wife and I did this zip line years ago and had a blast!!!! Today when my wife was getting her hair done my daughters and I enjoyed a great picnic in the waiting area of the park! Me and boyfriend went Zipling on Saturday and we did the treetop excursion. It was a blast! Our tour guides Ava and Rome were friendly, funny and knowledgeable. We had a great tour! Thank you! We plan on returning to do the Waterfall tour and the slingshot!

This was our 3rd ZipQuest Adventure in Fayetteville, NC. This last time, we brought 3 friends. The guides are professional, quite helpful and funny. They are all about safety and having an enjoyable afternoon. We can't wait to return for yet another adventure!

Top-notch ziplines, set-up and staff in the most beautiful natural setting. Ziplines are fast and long, but well-designed for safety. Stairs, platforms and bridges are strong, safe and beautiful. Staff is friendly and professional. Our guides, Ben and Chrissy, were super fun and great leaders. The setting was stunning and we couldn't have asked for a more perfect afternoon for our group of adventurers.

This place rocks! We had Erick and Kay or Kaneisha (spelling). They were awesome guides! The course was amazing and beautiful! I don't know what else to say. It was $85 a person. They offer military discounts an all that too! They have a small gift shop for tshirts and refreshments!

Visited Zipquest while in Fayetteville. We were in town to meet new in-laws. Had a fantastic adventure. The full package with waterfalls was the best. Adam and Phellan were awesome guides that took great care of our group. They will make you feel comfortable and safe. You will feel adrenaline. Highly recommend for anyone thinking if ziplining

Me and my husband had the time of our lives with our tour guides Adam and Brad the ultimate duo !!! We were scared at first but we tackled our tears head on. Our tour guides were fill with insight and history about the site. P.S they have a waterfall somewhere on the trail so you have to finish no quitting will be going back for night quest.

The waterfall tour was beautiful and so much fun! Thanks to Cassie, Greg, Austin, Shaun and Levi for the wonderful experience.

The staff at the adventure center at ZipQuest were very accommodating and great! We got rained out on Father's Day weekend and the staff suggested that since we had young teens and this was the first time for some of us, it would be better all around experience if we came back for the Zip Canopy tour on a nicer day. We took their advice and did it a month later. Steven and Jeremy (the sweep man... or ''sweet man'' as our group would call him affectionately) were the best! We spent upwards of two hours in the trees zipping from one platform to another... I think our longest was 600 feet and we got up to about 95-feet above ground. The rope bridges were quite cool too. Highlight was zipping over the falls and gazing at the grist mill on the banks. Cool that they named all the trees after women. Consuela was my fav. Anyway, for those that love nature and are tree-huggers without being to sappy about it... this is the place for you. SaleebScore: 8/10!

Really a wonderful afternoon. This experience far outweighed my expectations. I was even a little nervous due to my fear of heights but I felt so safe the entire afternoon. I even got used to being in the trees. I took a couple of friends and we all had a great time. It was really one of those once in a life time experiences. I really want to go back during different seasons to see how the environment changes. Our guides were Greg and Muffin. They were very funny, informative and safe. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a bit of adventure in the Fayetteville area!

I have now been to ZipQuest twice over the past 2 years and I cannot stress how much everyone should try this! A great way to get outdoors and enjoy North Carolina's forests! First, you get your gear on with help from your guides, then move along to a small zip line close to the ground, called "ground school." Here, you'll learn the ropes (get it?) and get the hang of what to do with your hands, etc. Then it's on to the zips. The zips vary in length and speed as you go along, the longest one being 800ft. Some of them are pretty fast, get in "cannonball" form and you'll go even faster. You'll navigate long rope bridges, spiral staircases, and they'll even let you hang off some of the platforms for a great photo op (you can take a digital camera along, just make sure you can attach it to your harness). A little over half way through the tour, you'll finally see Carver's Falls. The area was a little flooded this last time, so the water was really loud and fast. This is a great place to enjoy the scenery and take some great photos. There were 2 water stations along the way, and emergency bags on each platform with first aid/extra supplies. You're always clipped to the platforms, and the guides take care of all the clipping/unclipping so there is no confusion. I have always felt completely safe and secure. The guides are awesome. They are very professional, funny, and knowledgeable about the area, history of the land, and how the zip lines were built. We had Matthew and Mark this time, they were really a lot of fun. You've got to be a real stick in the mud to go here and leave underwhelmed.

Adam and Kai are absolutely awesome!!! This was definitely a fun activity for a outing with the family, couples, friends and corporate events! Safety is a key priority! We had such a great time and definitely will be back! The waterfall tour is a must! Beautiful views! Photo package is totally worth it and very inexpensive for the quality of photos!

Took the family here on a Saturday. Super hot even though mostly shaded not busy at all. I suggest clipping on a water bottle for those hot days. Our guides Kat and Pat were fantastic even though they had worked all day in the heat with no break they were extremely patient and kind. We did the lower course since it was our first time, kids loved it definitely easy. Downfall wearing a mask the whole time is almost impossible because it's so hot, we did have the option to take it off since we all new each other which was helpful and the guides left theirs on but it was also difficult to hear the guides clearly with them on. They did sanitation on gear which was great. Since Fayetteville has absolutely nothing to do and you don't want to drive a couple hrs for an adventure I highly suggest you try this place out. Price was fair for the course, if you can clip on your own camera definitely do so cause the pics they took were not worth $7 per person. Over all good experience, Great staff.

If you want an adrenaline rush, try their new swingshot! They haul you up really high and then let you drop. You swing back and forth several times. Hence, it's like a swing to the nth degree. Boyfriend and I purchased their swingshot for 2 on Groupon for $16, which is ordinarily a $30 value. Really great savings! Downside? The swingshot is pretty quick. If you check out their website, they have a youtube video of what it's about. My boyfriend and I finished in about 20 minutes. My boyfriend said he would've liked it to last a bit longer, but he loves stuff like this. However... Upside? It's definitely an adrenaline rush! I didn't expect to get so high and my feet practically touched the top of a hella tall tree! It's was pretty ridiculous! Definitely lots of fun. Reminds me of a rollercoaster rush when you drop, except there's nothing beneath you. Oh! And a tip? Make sure you go to the bathroom ahead of time. You don't any accidents, if ya know what I mean. Hahahaha....
