The atmosphere of this restaurant is really nice. The food portions were huge so I’m pretty satisfied. Musharib has great access so it’s super convenient to get anywhere from here.

I visited Saasna in Msheireb today, and my experience was a mix of positives and negatives. The place itself is beautifully designed, with a warm and elegant atmosphere. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which added to the overall experience. However, the food took quite a long time to arrive, and when it did, the quality was inconsistent. The chicken madrouba was delicious with a great texture, but the chicken biryani was disappointing—the chicken was tough and not properly cooked. The pasta with meat was not only too firm but also had an excessive amount of oil. Additionally, the green peas were dry and not tender. For the price, I expected better quality. While the ambiance and service were enjoyable, the food still needs improvement, both in terms of cooking and reducing wait times. If these issues are addressed, the restaurant could be a great spot for enjoying local cuisine with an upscale touch.

The food was amazing. The flavour profile was spot on. However, the service can be a bit slow and weird - for example our drinks were only served when our main came, which was at least 30 minutes after we ordered, so we basically sat there feeling thirsty for a long time..

Delicious food, lovely ambiance, and kind staff. Quite a wait for our food to arrive but it was delicious. Our Canadian cards were not working so we had to take out cash from the atm but they were patient and kind.

The food was exceptional; every dish was a burst of flavor. I especially enjoyed the dates salad and the badawi rice which were perfectly cooked and beautifully presented. The portions were generous.

We had a lovely dinner here and decided to come back for lunch the next day. Our waiter Saif made us feel welcome immediately and took good care of us throughout the meals, recommending the delicious typical dishes. We would definitely come back to eat here if in Doha again!

We were looking for a place to have Qatari food, so we found this spot! The food was super delicious, especially the machbous, with the locally caught Hammour fish. We also had (not photographed) very yummy chicken samosas which I highly recommend!
