Absolutely loved this place! The vibe is on point — dim lighting, cool beats, and just the right amount of energy without being overwhelming. The hookah was super smooth with a great variety of flavors, and the staff really knows how to keep it going without interrupting the mood. What really surprised me was the food — way better than I expected. Fresh, flavorful, and beautifully plated. We tried a few small plates and everything was delicious. Perfect place to chill with friends, unwind after a long day, or even kick off a night out. Highly recommend if you’re into good music, tasty food, and a laid-back but classy hookah experience.

This place is in downtown Dallas and has amazing vibe. It is a Mediterranean place and has hookah as well. The ambience is really good with an indoor seating as well as outdoor seating area. We went here around 9 pm. This place does not appear to be kid friendly around that time for sure. Perhaps before that it could be but not sure. It also has belly dancing woman all around the restaurant. The food we ordered - popcorn chicken, pita hummus with shawarma was tasty as well. The drinks and cocktail were good.

My husband and I visited this restaurant a night before my birthday. We had booked a table for two at 9:00 pm on Friday night. The ambiance was pleasant, and the vibe was great. The restaurant sits right behind a couple of nightclubs. We were eagerly anticipating the belly dance performance at 9:00 pm, as the reservation lady had mentioned. However, to our disappointment, there were no performances at all. We did wait until 11:00 pm. The food was mediocre, considering the grandeur of the place. We ordered crispy cauliflower, a meat kofte plate, a glass of wine, and a glass of Turkish old-fashioned martini. I was unimpressed with the food. The kofthes were dry, cauliflower was just deep fry with bland seasoning. My husband did like his martini, I would definitely return to the restaurant for its ambiance and hookah next time, but not for the food though.

Saaya is a truly memorable and beautiful restaurant experience. Don’t miss the chance to click plenty of photos—the presentation is stunning. Their mocktails, potato, and chicken appetizers are absolutely to die for! You’ll keep craving their signature potatoes again and again. The service, hospitality, and ambience are simply outstanding. A must-visit spot!

Amanda was amazing! She served us so well and made sure everything was perfect. The food was really good, and her service made it even better. Big thanks to her for making our experience so nice and enjoyable!

Google
If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Our waitress Maddy was an absolute gem. From the moment we sat down, she was warm, attentive, and genuinely kind. She checked in on our table often Her energy was upbeat, but never overbearing. It’s clear she takes pride in her work and cares about her guests. The food was great, but she was the highlight of our visit. Restaurants need more people like her—professional, personable, and just downright awesome. I’ll definitely be back, and I’ll be asking for her by name next time! 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

Google
This place gives off an exotic feeling. As someone who had never been to Dallas, I would recommend. The ambiance? Impeccable. The hookah? Smooth. And the highlight? Amanda, one of the staff made it feel like more than just a night out. She provided luxury-grade service. Would recommend to anyone coming to visit.

Beautiful ambiance and excellent service!! Thanks to Duygu!! She was so kind and made sure that my friend enjoyed her bday!! Thank you so much for your kindness. We reserved one of the igloos and did karaoke! Had a BLAST!!

Yelp
Went to this place on a Thursday night for a girls night. And let me start off with a list of pros and cons: Pros: ambiance was AMAZING! They had good music, belly dancers, and it was a nice oasis away from the usual places. Very unique spot! And the drinks there are BOMB. Cons: service was "meh" for a regular Thursday night. Hate to see this place when it's busy on a Friday night or Saturday. Not gonna comment too much on the food because I don't normally eat Mediterranean dishes. But what I got was pretty meh too. Overall: I'd come here if you are looking for good drinks and a different vibe away from the usual cutesy downtown places.

Yelp
Music - great Process of reserving - ehhhh. Idk like expecting anyone to hookah standing is weird / unsafe. If the actual quality of the tea, hookah, and drinks was phenomenal that would be a different story. But the hookah was mid at best. Tea was bad and the pot portioning was baffling (half full). That said the music is great it's really pretty and a refreshing kind of spot. It's worth going at least once

Yelp
The way they automatically add 20% and then give you the option to add tip on top of that without making it clear is a very unethical business practice. They show you a subtotal before you swipe your card, but then when you select the tip it is in addition to the 20% they automatically add. I only noticed this because I check my credit card statement and the charge was significantly higher than the subtotal (almost double) that I recalled seeing before I tipped. If you notice they did this I would suggest just disputing with your bank. They will not answer your calls (even if you leave a VM) or emails, but thankfully your bank should be able to process your dispute. Food was good and ambiance was really fun in the courtyard area, but we will not be coming back due to the way the business handles their tipping practice.

Yelp
This place is amazing! We decided to give it a try for my sister's birthday and go to their happy hour from 6-8. $7 drinks and tapas. The restaurant decor is beautiful! I felt transformed to a different country. Once sat, we started with their hookah, which is also half priced during HH. It was strong and very smooth. The food was also great! Nice portions and delicious. Jody's service was amazing. We also were able to do karaoke outside in the igloo. I cannot wait to return.

Yelp
Typically instagrammable restaurants aren't the yummiest but Saaya has incredible vibes, music, ambiance, drinks, hookah and food. Came with a girl friend for drinks and bites and ended up staying much longer than anticipated because everything was so fun and so yummy.

Yelp
Saaya is always the vibe. Love taking my friends here for a different experience in Deep Ellum. Mediterranean food is good, they offer hookah inside and outside, bars, live DJ on the weekends, belly dancers, and domes you can step inside for an intimate gathering for karaoke. Jeff, one of the managers, and Oscar, the bartender, always takes care of me and makes me feel welcome when I go. My friends always have a good first time here. Definitely recommend for a great night out
google avatar

Yelp
Totally loved the place! Atmosphere is amazing, DJ awesome, service was absolutely fantastic, hookah is very mid but not bad, food was okay but drinks amazing They have a belly dancer and last night she was great!!! Totally recommend for a night out with friends or a date night! Love this place and it will definitely become my regular spot

Yelp
This place was super cute! A friend of mine recommended it who lives in Dallas. The aesthetics were top notch, like this restaurant was gorgeous!! Also, every single server and bartender was beautiful. They were super empty when we first got there and there were like 15 servers kind of lingering around and like 5 bartenders so I'm assuming they were fully staffed in preparation for a crowd we luckily beat. The hookah was double the price of a hookah spot we went to the night before but it was absolutely worth it. The hookah was so good! We came here after lunch so we only got cocktails. I had the frozen sangria with pomegranate boba, it was so good!

Yelp
Epitome of Homophobia and Xenophobia! I was traveling for a work conference, and on a Sunday evening, my friend (who is brown and gay) and I decided to go out. Like many others, we were wearing shorts. However, when we approached the entrance, the bouncer (a short Latino man) stopped us, claiming our shorts didn't meet the dress code, even though we were wearing dress shorts. I pointed out someone else wearing ripped jean shorts and asked why those were acceptable but ours weren't, given that we had just come from a work happy hour. When I pressed him further, he admitted it wasn't really about the shorts. This kind of discriminatory behavior is appalling and especially disappointing for a place that presents itself as so vibrant and welcoming. Save yourselves the trouble and avoid this establishment.

Yelp
This place seemed really cool on instagram! The food was good it was a little too salty, the lamb burgers were ok, the beef and halloumi wraps were ok. We had a table during happy hour, what I wished they told us that they wouldn't be able to split the check. I did not like that they did that. It puts pressure on people. The service was ok. The ambient is cool, nice decor. I guess what I saw on instagram seemed much nicer than in real life.

Yelp
Finally got a chance to check this place out and it exceeded my expectations. I was a little skeptical about this place based on the reviews but it looks like they have taken that feedback and made some improvements. The service, drinks, and food was good. My favorite was definitely the French fries. I know that sounds super basic lol but the fries here are something else!

Yelp
The ambiance of this place is just WOW. We chose outdoors so we could do hookah, but on the day we had a reservation, there was slight rain so they closed down half of their outdoor seating - unfortunately they gave 2 member table to 4 and it got super cramped with food, drinks and hookah - so a little disappointed there, coz in places like Saaya we pay for experience. We ordered the platter, and that serves 3-4 people and the food was good no complaints with that. The first hookah we got burnt out really quick, so the server was kind enough to change it for us, the fruit base was really good addition to the hookah experience.

Yelp
Keviah, Sophia, and Amanda are amazing vibes and highly recommend. Monday nights are chill very much solo/casual date vibes, Saturday nights are really the vibe. Ensure you place reservation and be mindful of the time you are seated. Management will kick you out once the bill is satisfied despite any delays in service. Food is okay, drinks are decent, but the ladies I mention really carry the vibe.

Yelp
Great place to go enjoy hookah, cocktails or Mediterranean Indian food. Deserts were very delicious also. My server, Brooklyn, was AMAZING. She wax ver informative about menu, very engaging and made me enjoy every moment of me time there. The Hostess was simply divine in catering to my needs for a great table with perfect views of restaurant and appropriate seating. Being a member of the National Press Club of Washington DC and a black card member, I look forward to enjoying life only at the most amazing placed offered. I highly suggest anyone to come here az well as black card members. Great for special events, business meetings and family and friends. Will definitely come again as they are officially on my list of favorite places to enjoy in downtown dallas. ENJOY!

Yelp
Definitely a place to check out! Make sure you make a reservation. The ambience is so nice and courtyard seating is what you should get. Servers are pretty and quick to attend to table. The hookah was just ok and overpriced. Appetizers were great especially the pita bread. We got a chicken plate entree which was pretty good.

Yelp
Unfortunately I did not like this place. I heard it was new, and I wanted to try it out. Although I will say the outside area where you can hookah, and the inside dining area is absolutely gorgeous! My reservation was at 7:30, we sat down, and the waitress did not come to our table until 7:50. Though we did get our water at around 745, I wasn't happy that It took the waitress so long to get to our table to take our drink order. I had to flag somebody down to get the waitress. The food overall was very bland to me, the service was OK, but the prices were actually fair though. We had the chicken and it was really dry, the rice was very moist and delicious but yeah, the chicken was way too dry and not seasoned at all. The spicy feta hummus was bland to me as well, & not really spicy. The drinks were way too strong. I did like the cauliflower appetizer, but it was actually just fried cauliflower, and there was no taste to it. I had to dip it in some thing for it to have taste. The Inside area like I said, was very very beautiful though! And finally another area you can smoke hookah while lounging. For 7 total dishes (appetizer, sides, & entrees & dessert) I paid $130 Overall I wouldn't be back.

Yelp
2 stars but only for the aesthetics. This places has a lot of potential but unfortunately I will not be back. All of the other yelp reviews are true. The food and drinks are not worth the price at all. The drinks are overpriced. Same for the food and the portions are small, our server suggested that a table of 5 share the popcorn chicken that is pictured. The service was not good. Our server spilled shots on our table and did not offer to comp anything. The bar manager was very pleasant and enjoyable. We sat on the inside and was added on the waitlist for the outside patio for hookah. We were added to the waitlist at 7 PM and checking periodically. The time got closer to 10 PM and the hostess informed us that the table was available for us however it became unavailable for the owners. We wasted 3 hours when we could have been elsewhere. I do not recommend going here, it does have a vacation feel to it but that is the only perk. It is overpriced with bad service.

Yelp
Saaya has been the talk of the town ever since their opening. I was able to book a reservation to see what the ambiance, food and service was about. Upon arrival, the staff was nice and accommodating. The bartenders were awesome! I sat at the bar for a few until the rest of my party arrived. Once we were seated outside, we ordered drinks and they came pretty quickly. I got the Mercerie which was awesome, I do feel like it was overpriced. All the cocktails were between $18-20 each and it was nothing to really call home about. When my second drink came out, another Mercerie, it was hella spicy. None of the other ones I had were spicy. So I figured they probably didn't clean out their bartending tools. The waitress took it back to get it fixed but then came back and told us that they wouldn't make the drink bc we only had 5 more minutes for our reservation and then we had to go. Since it was an error on their part, I feel I should've been able to order it. I was excited to get the hookah, but sadly it was trash. It was not a good smoke nor flavor. It was a huge disappointment for $40. I didn't get a chance to try any food but everyone around me that ate, said all the food was mid and not good. If you're looking for an aesthetically pleasing venue to take nice pics, then this is your place. But that's the best thing about this place in my eyes. I really wanted to love this place and I was so excited to go but I never have to go back.
google avatar

Nisha I.

Yelp
Food was absolutely delicious, even though it wasn't super warm. The venue is huge with lots of cute Instagram worthy backdrops. They also have karaoke bubbles that you can use with reservations. The drinks and food were definitely pricey but it was good.
google avatar

Jasmin A.

Yelp
We made a reservation and we were seated as soon as we got there. Our server was so sweet and helpful when it came to asking what we should order. The food was amazing, we ordered hummus as well as the sumac fries and added beef shawarma (order that, you won't regret it!) The restaurant is beautiful, it felt like we were in Miami.

Yelp
Decided to check this place out as it just opened a month or so again and boy was i not dissapounted. They offer a vast amount of seating both inside and out. Outside they have fans readily utilized to keep you cool and they have a lot of various hookah offerings. The ambiance is perfect for a date or group meeting. The drinks are very good and they offer 1/2 price drinks and bottles and hookahs on Mondays. They have TVs available outside and inside so if you're trying to watch a game fear not you can definitely do that here. The lamb sliders were ok but everything else i had was great from the hookah to the drinks and they will freely provide more coals for hookah for the entire time you're there. The service was great and our waitress was readily available and checking on us the entire time. I'll definitely be back.

Yelp
Soooo glad I didn't read these Yelp reviews before going here. Me and my bf stopped in on a Thursday for happy hour... let me just start by saying the food and drinks were absolutely delicious and VERY reasonably priced and portioned for happy hour. I had the Abubus drink and my bf grabbed a bottle of Pinot noir. We had the Greek salad (10/10 recommend so delicious and fresh), lamb sliders (10/10 well seasoned and well cooked), dip trip with hummus, tzatziki, and spicy feta (9/10 the spicy feta was the star of the show), and he got a chicken rice bowl (I didn't have any but he said it was tasty). Service was great, we ordered hookah (1/2 priced for HH) and it was some of the smoothest hookah I've had in the states. At the end of our meal, one of the employees came over and asked if they could have done anything better and we had no complaints. Wonderful experience. The ambiance is beautiful and the vibes were immaculate. Yall should definitely check them out.
google avatar

Rachel D.

Yelp
We had a party of 7, outside seating. They stuck us in a corner with seating for only 5 with two plastic chairs for the rest. The atmosphere and food and drinks were great. And we ordered plenty of all. (Over $600 tab) Then, they sent a hostess over to tell us they had a reservation coming up and we had to leave or go to the bar. And our dessert had yet to be served. That's not a knock on the service, it was very good! We're also heavy tippers, so that wasn't a problem either. But the audacity to tell us we had to leave with a tab as high as ours AND they had yet to serve the final order was ridiculous. Do better, guys.

Yelp
Worst worst of my life. DO NOT GO. Its a huge waste in a drive from Frisco. Had a gfs birthday party and this door man was a complete jerk. Check my status on negative reviews. This is my first of hundreds

Yelp
Madalyn was amazing! If you're in deep ellum and don't know where to go Saaya is the place. Ask for Madalyn! She recommended Santorini Sunset and the Golden Goose. The golden goose was for me because i love the Cumcumber taste it gave off. I will definitely be back to see her. If you see this thank you so much!
google avatar

Christiana J.

Yelp
I did not try the hookah or any cocktails, so please consider while reading this review. My first experience at Saaya was pretty enjoyable! After a walk on Katy Trail with a couple girlfriends, we were able to get sat inside immediately (time was 2:30pm). We opted for street parking, but there is valet (unsure on price). The non-alcoholic drink options are Pepsi products and mocktails, no iced tea or lemonade. We started with the popcorn chicken and ended up getting a second order because they were so yummy! I enjoyed the French fries (Sumac fries) that came with the chicken shawarma, but the entree itself was just decent. The chicken was warm and it didn't have a ton of seasoning. Not pictured was a spicy feta appetizer that was delicious! Added tastiness was dipping the fries in the feta... super yum! Thank you for having us, Saaya! We will definitely be back.
google avatar

Nelli T.

Yelp
Loved the ambiance at Saaya. We enjoyed the Mediterranean menu (both food and drink) with influences from Turkey, Lebanon, Iran and so forth. There's also a solid hookah menu with many flavors. Enjoy the patio space when the weather is nice!

Yelp
I made a reservation for 9 people at this restaurant on Wednesday night. Despite the availability of empty large tables, the front desk informed me that our reserved table wasn't ready, displaying a peculiar attitude. They suggested we wait at the bar, even though no seats were available. After standing for 10 minutes and numerous inquiries, they said they were working on it without specifying where. Eventually, they led us outside, prompting me to request the manager. After another 5 minutes, we were seated at the worst table--dark and in a corner. Fortunately, our waiter provided excellent service. However, the food quality left much to be desired. Overall, a disappointing experience.
google avatar

Gerald T.

Yelp
From the moment I walked to the front door until the moment I left I felt like VIP! In Dallas, there's a saying that goes "if the place has a beautiful ambiance, the food is trash"- well Saaya has proven that stigma wrong. I rate everything I had 5 stars (Kebab Platter, Lebanese Caesar, and Hummus). I had two drinks; Ombra of Anubis and Passionate from Miles Away that were superb. Hands down I plan to return monthly. On another note, huge shoutout to the manager Alyssa and our server Ariana. They provided top notch customer service, were attentive, made great recommendations and had such pleasant energy. Again, I can't say it enough THIS PLACE IS A DALLAS GEM!
google avatar

Charis S.

Yelp
Kudos to Isabella and the Saaya staff, they were great! So attentive and pleasant, they really made our dining experience fun and enjoyable. Everything we ordered was delicious...loved the Sumac fries, the garlic aioli really took them to another level. We were a little disappointed in the portions of the kebab platter. It was supposed to feed 2-3 people, but honestly, it was the size of an entree for one person and for $36, we definitely expected more. The vibes are sexy, great for a group night out, girl's night. Next time I go, and there will be a next time, I'll definitely engage in the hookah. You can't smoke in the dining area, only on the patio and in the bar area. I definitely plan on sitting on the patio on my next visit. It's a good look. The biggest downside, which doesn't directly reflect upon Saaya, is the valet service. If you have cash, it's $10, of you have a card, it's $20, which is insane. I say that because valet is for convenience, to be able to walk pretty much directly into the restaurant/establishment. It rained this night, and two people in my party, not only had to self park AND pay $20, but then still had to walk up the alley and around the corner, in the rain. Didn't seem fair or convenient at all for a valet service. Outside of that, we really enjoyed ourselves and we do plan on going back!

Yelp
Amazing food!! The vibe here is spectacular. My favorite is the saaya ultimate feast platter!

Yelp
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. My party of 4 arrived here around 9 pm on a Saturday after leaving a nearby bar. After waiting at the bar ordering overpriced, underwhelming cocktails, we received a notification that our table was ready. Even though we reserved an outdoor table, so that we could smoke hookah, we were told we were being seated inside because that's all that was available. We declined indoor seating and after another 20 mins or so we were seated outside. Before seating us the hostess let us know that we only had an hour at our table. We were seated at a table in the back corner of the restaurant with a used hookah still present. While waiting for our server to arrive, the bartender walks over to our table with a receipt and accuses my friend of not paying her bar tab. My friend reminded her that she paid in cash and the bartender awkwardly tried to laugh it off, but never offered an apology. At this point we were pretty much over this establishment, but we were already seated so we decided to give it one more shot. Our server finally arrives and we order food, drinks and a hookah. When the attendants brought the hookah over, I asked for a couple more mouthpieces but one of the guys refused saying that the hookah was only for two. I let him know that I would still like a couple more mouthpieces, and he proceeded to ask me if I "knew how to speak English" and repeated that the hookah was only for two people. That was the last straw. We decided to leave and go spend our money elsewhere. On the way out, I went to speak to the manager about our experience but she seemed disinterested and offered no feedback or apology for her staff's rude behavior. Just do yourself a favor and avoid this place.

Yelp
Came here with my best friend when I was visiting Dallas. We had dinner and some drinks. It's super cute and lively inside. The decor is out of this world! They have belly dancers who dance with fire on their head which was very entertaining. The service was ok but our server Holly upcharged me seven dollars extra for a lemon drop ($22 total wtf) because she said that it was a "martini style" whatever the hell that means. Mind you nearly the same exact drink from the menu was $15. It's also loud AF.
google avatar

Sean J.

Yelp
While the outside is nice and secluded, the staff is very unfriendly and at time rude. The food is all Mediterranean and just ok. Basically, a nice place to sit outside and spend a lot on drinks.
google avatar

Raven A.

Yelp
The place is super cute! However, the service could definitely use a little more work. We reserved for an outside reservation for the hookah. When we got there the host was pretty rude about it and said that was only a suggestion and they would not be honoring our outside reservation because they had larger parties who paid a deposit to sit outside. How is that fair when we didn't get that option ? So I asked to speak with the manager. He did kindly honored our requested after we showed him our reservation specifically stated outside. Our server was really nice. I believe her name was Amy. She was very knowledgeable of the menu and helped us to order. In my opinion this place is really nice for just pictures. The drinks didn't taste like they had any alcohol in it and the food was ehh okay. My friends said there chicken on the kabob was really dry, however, mine tasted okay. My favorite would have to be the appetizer which was the hummus. My food was okay but nothing to really rave about tbh. My friends also got the Caesar salad and said the dressing on it was extremely salty. They did not finish it.

Amanda Y.

Yelp
I came here with two of my friends on a Saturday night for food, as one of them saw the place on Instagram and liked the vibes. The ambiance was very nice and it felt like we were transported to a foreign country. We ordered the chicken kebab, beef kebab, and one of the pizzas -- the food was pretty good but expensive for the price. The reason I am rating this place so low is because, as all the other reviews mentioned, the service is TRASH. Our food took an entire hour to come, and was lukewarm so we think that the bartender just forgot about it and left it there. We ended up being there for a while because it took them SO long to bring out our food, and people kept coming up to us and asking us to move while we were eating because "we had been there for a while" even though it was THEIR fault our food came out late. In addition, literally right after two of us paid our bill, the bartender came around and told us that he would PULL OUR CHAIRS if we didn't leave in the next five seconds even though one of my friends was still in the process of paying, and my other friend was confused because we definitely didn't think we heard him correctly, and he made her trip because he pulled her chair while she was in her seat. I'm baffled that the bartenders at this place were SO rude to us and I will never be back. Management better fix how the staff treats their customers, otherwise this place will not stay open for long.

Yelp
Got a chance to finally visit Saaya this past weekend!! It was a great night out. We arrived fairly early so the place was moderately filled up. We had a nice table outside which was great because it was a beautiful night and the ambiance on the patio is great. We ordered on the happy hour menu and the food was pretty good. We had the potatoes, chicken bites, dip trip and pita. All very tasty! Drinks were decent... very pretty presentation. We also had a hookah which was just ok.could have had stronger flavor. Our server was great! Very attentive and informative about the menu etc. I would recommend going for a sexy date night or out with the girls!

Yelp
I, along with I'm assuming everyone else, couldn't wait for Saaya to open. There is no other place like it in the DFW area. Hopes were high for me. I made a reservation on Opentable for a Saturday evening. Arrived on time, the gentleman at the door started up a convo regarding my name that was cute. Once we approached the hostess desk, we did have to wait about 5-8 mins for the group in front of us to resolve their issue. One of the hostess' seated us near the hookah station. We looked over the menu, we didn't really want food but the main reason we came was for hookah! The waitress came back, put our drink and hookah order in. Drinks and hookah come and then we were told there is a minimum $ amount to spend per person because we were seated outside. There were only 2 of us and the min amount was $50 per person. We just went for hookah and a few drinks. To me, $50 per person, is a lot to spend for what appeared to be mediocre food. I don't like to be unprepared. No where on their menu, website or reservation did it list this "policy." My guest and I kindly informed the waitress that we were leaving once we finished our hookah, that honestly wasn't worth it. I make better hookah at home. I left a few messages for the manager, nothing. I then took to IG and had my issue addressed with the owner. He even stated that wasn't a policy but hasn't done anything about it. I really feel like the color of our skin was a factor and you can't tell me other wise. I've given the business more than enough time to right their wrong. If you are black and decide to dine at this establishment, be prepared to be served a side of discrimination, with a dash of racism.

Yelp
Overall, Saaya is a great place for a girl's night out! From decor to the meal, the environment feels like the Mediterranean found its way to deep ellum. We started our meal with the dip trio and honestly it's easy to please me with any chip and dip combo. The dip trio consisted of hummus, tzatziki, and my favorite dip (the spicy feta) paired with lavash and pita bread. If you like variety, this is definitely a go-to and the theme of our meal. My drink for the night was the Ombra of Anubis which is a Mezcal based drink which I really enjoyed. The entree was the highlight of the meal, for our party of 4 we ordered the Saaya Ultimate Feast which honestly gives you a nice taste of almost everything on the menu. I mean look at the picture! It was super filling and everything paired well. I would go back again. I wish I could give it a 4.7 due to minor service issues.

Yelp
We had a reservation here for our party of 12 on a Saturday night at 10pm for outdoor seating. When you enter the doors of Saaya, you no longer feel like you're in dallas. We were bummed to find out from the hostess that outdoor seating is not guaranteed and they placed us inside. No apologies, no regard, that was a little weird. They tried to tell me that this is the case at every restaurant, but I've never had that happen to me. Anyway, unlike the other reviews, we actually had great service inside. Our server was attentive and kind, and made sure our food and drinks came out quickly. We did family style apps and shared the platter as a group and it was great. The drinks were good too. We wrapped up at our table and enjoyed the outdoor bar after. Hope to be back once the crowds die down and when we can actually get an outdoor table.

Yelp
The ambiance here is an eye catcher. Both inside or outside you can't go wrong and to top it off the lamb sliders will make you lick your hands dry. They are truly delicious.

Yelp
Tried the shawarma platter, knafeh, and cheese pizza. Knafeh was average and isn't worth it in my opinion. Shawarma platter was definitely filling for 3 people and would recommend! Mediterranean Cheese pizza was very good but the bread threw me off. Prices are on the more expensive side. Ambiance was great and even better at night! Great service!! We did street parking.

Yelp
My boyfriend and i were celebrating Valentine's Day, the weekend after, out of town (Dallas) where we have gone many many times. We wanted to try something new so we tried saaya. Extremely rude hostess and bar staff. Waitress was kind and the best part of the experience. We got a hookah and they came early to pick it up. I asked if i could just finish my drink and enjoy my hookah and i will be quick. They said no and took it.. while a group of women next to us they allowed to keep theirs. I had high hopes as this place fits my usual taste in bars / lounges. Disappointing.

Yelp
as much as I love this place, I can't give them a five star like I would love to because the ambience and the Decker in this place is top-tier but the food is MIIIID idk who cooking the food but there is definitely not any passion put in to the food .. in my opinion, they overcharge plus they add gratuity, which is fine. if you're looking for a nice chill vibe, nice decor and ambience then this is the place. If you're looking for good drinks and good food then I would NOT suggest this place .over all great place to be ! Service was good very nice and classy servers .

Yelp
As an Arab America family, this spot could not be more on point. From music, ambience, waitress attire, belly dancers,, authentic food, it is the embodiment of what it represents. From the tzatziki, spicy feta, hummus, drinks, there is no going wrong. Best part of our experience? Our waitress Evan. She was comforting, knowledgeable, and has a KIND energy. It's hard to find a caring & compassionate waitress now a days. Door staff was as outstanding. Colton & Sammy were welcoming, charismatic, and made us feel SAFE. Made us feel IMPORTANT. There is a level of CLASS & UNDERSTANDING of a culture at this establishment you won't get anywhere in Texas. We will be bringing our entire family here to celebrate. So proud of Asim (the owner) for bringing authenticity and pride to middle eastern culture. Thank you for the incredible experience.
