Very small rooms which have a small kitchenette area with a decent sized refrigerator, kettle, coffee maker, hot pad, and utensils; but no kitchen sink (only a bathroom sink) or consumable items (no kitchen soap, paper towels, coffee, ect).
Hot water heater kept tripping the breaker in the middle of showers (meaning cold showers).
The room balcony is located on the opposite side of the ocean views (what were they thinking?), and the balcony side railing was severely damaged (don't lean on it, at least for room 404).
Location was a short / 10 minute walk from town; but a slightly dangerous walk, especially at night (on a narrow and busy road with several blind turns), Other than the hotel restaurant, all other restaurants, stores, and amenities were in town.
