Saba Island Is Called the 'Unspoiled Queen of the Caribbean' — and It's Home to a 'Disappearing Beach'

"With only three resort-style hotels (Queen’s Hotel, Bar, & Kitchen, Juliana’s Hotel, and Saba Arawak Hotel), plus a handful of cottages and bed-and-breakfasts, accommodations on Saba are limited to roughly 120 rooms. This means you’ll need to book early, but also that the island never feels crowded, so you’ll always be able to enjoy its laid-back vibe." - Travel + Leisure Editors

Cute and clean well-managed hotel on the edge of town near the Mt. Scenery trail head. Hot water and AC worked just fine. Small kitchenette with cooktop and cookware and utensils - and a big refrigerator. Chairs for the balcony were perfect. Nice pool with loungers and a great view of the ocean. Fast internet. Bar. Great location to walk into town for food. The owner was onsite each day and very helpful and engaged. Will stay here again next time we come to Saba!

The location was perfect, the manager and staff were very nice and helpful. I love going to hotels that have a good restaurant and I must say the restaurant food was amazing. Saba is a beautiful place for hiking, scuba diving which we came for and the hotel made everything better!

Everyone was very nice and accommodating. Its a quick walk to Windward and just an easy taxi ride to The Bottom

Fantastic hospitality! It's a great location on Saba! A short walk to a fantastic village center.

Very small rooms which have a small kitchenette area with a decent sized refrigerator, kettle, coffee maker, hot pad, and utensils; but no kitchen sink (only a bathroom sink) or consumable items (no kitchen soap, paper towels, coffee, ect). Hot water heater kept tripping the breaker in the middle of showers (meaning cold showers). The room balcony is located on the opposite side of the ocean views (what were they thinking?), and the balcony side railing was severely damaged (don't lean on it, at least for room 404). Location was a short / 10 minute walk from town; but a slightly dangerous walk, especially at night (on a narrow and busy road with several blind turns), Other than the hotel restaurant, all other restaurants, stores, and amenities were in town.

Hotel has been very helpful with arranging travel changes when our flight was cancelled. They refunded the day we had to leave earlier because of that in full. Really friendly, customer focussed to assure we had the best experience.

I wish i had chosen another Hotel. Room service was terrible . Left for a tour , came back and the room was NEVER cleaned .Internet service very limited . The traffick can be very annoying during the day. The Frontdesk clerk was very Helpfull bringing us extra pillows and Towels .Regarding the room service our Beds were NOT made after the first day and the cleaning lady had "Her" version (Pure Lies)why the room wasn't cleaned. Saba is Beautiful the people are very Friendly , we had a Great Tour guide and i highly recommend anyone to visit the island but DON'T STAY AT ARAWAK HOTEL!

This place is perfect if you’re coming to the island to hike. It’s about a 5 minute walk into town for restaurants, shopping, outdoor activities, and a supermarket. It is also right by the trail shop and Mt. Scenery trailhead.
