Another custom of Korea that landed in the UK… convenience stores, but most importantly, the DIY ramen machines. I was quite excited to give this place a try as it’s something I dreamt of doing when I visit.
There’s a vast selection of ramen to choose from, most I’ve seen at Asian grocery stores, some I haven’t seen before I believe. It costs £2 for toppings like rice cake, sausage and fish cake… then £1 for an egg. Overall mine came up to £9.80 so a bit pricy.
They also stock up snacks, drinks and fast food items. They also have the robot to make fried chicken which is what I wanna try next time as their samples were quite good.
Had a bit of an issue with the paper bowl as it seemed to have leaked some soup out when I was picking it up.
The guy there was so lovely to have helped me with the cooking process. So service was great.
Gotta come back for the KFC and kimbap. Overall, a lovely experience.
