Seven Great Kosher Restaurants in Las Vegas - Eater Vegas

"This kosher restaurant on the westside of town features a Mediterranean menu full of salads, bowls, pitas, combination plates, wraps and even a vegan and vegetarian section. Try the simple grilled chicken pita, served with hummus, a Mediterranean salad and creamy tahini dressing." - Agnes Poliquin

Excellent food and service. Falafel are dropped in fryer right when you order and schnitzel is served piping hot. Great fries too. Went back in April 2018 and food was great, Sababa mix grill plate is where it's at.

I love when the portions are so generous that there's enough leftover for another meal! Took off one star for a slow start, but the quality of the food was excellent. We ordered shwarma and shnitzel platters, with the freshest salads and dips on the side, and hot fresh baked pita. A+ for a squeaky clean environment. I highly recommend Sababa to locals and tourists alike. At the time of my visit, the kosher certification was reliable and up to date.

So far so good, I came in early to wait for a friend to arrive. The guy at the counter asked if I wanted something to drink while I waited for my friend. I was given a free drink, nice! So I read all the great reviews about their shawarma but I was told that Friday was falafel day. I think I'll try their hamburger. Lol Service was slow and a couple of blue hairs ordered after us but received their order before us. Food us ok, nothing to write home about.

Good selection of food, but when In came in the restaurant, the music was a little bit too loud. I would make it a little bit more softer. But the menu is solid

Awesome!! Finally a new owner (Since the past few months). Very clean!! Nice and friendly atmosphere. The falafel is so good like never before. A great variety of Israeli... Mediterranean food! The meat is perfect... and of course kosher! I take my family and friends there. SIMPLY THE BEST 👍💙

A very authentic experience of the cuisine. Looks like a small place from the outside but do not let that stop you from going in. Friendly service and quick service. The menu has the all the basic items that the cuisine offers along with an option of fries. The people of the restaurant seem genuinely passionate about the food. There is ample parking. You’re in for a good meal.

The food is amazing and delicious, however I will not come back for multiple reasons. We had several bad experiences with the staff: Credit card left on the machine for everyone to read, taking orders wrongly, taking a very long time to bring food, etc. Again, while the food is delicious, the service is fairly bad. If you go there, pay cash and settle for a long time, then you have a good time. There are, however, better Israeli/Kosher places around than Sababa's.

UPDATE: I just visited Sababa again last week a couple of times and they finally are getting things right and treating customers with respect. The food is good too. I will go back again! OLD REVIEW: It used to be a great restaurant under the previous ownership of Rami. The new staff is rude, the food is of very poor quality and expensive. They give you a tough time to honor their own Groupons and they make up rules as they go. Very sad, never going back.
