Google
We enjoyed our dining experience and the food. The wonton filling was sweeter than I'm used to but was still tasty, and the entree portions are bigger than they appear to be in the bowls. Everything was clearly cooked to order with fresh ingredients, and the staff were all friendly and helpful.

Google
Stunning menu with amazing flavor. Truly something for everyone. This café has become a yearly tradition when we make the journey for Lao New Year in the Spring. See you all again ~ not nearly soon enough!!

Google
Was extremely happy with the overall atmosphere and ambiance. Food presentation is definitely paid attention to in here and service was stellar. Relaxed casual environment great for an occasion.

Google
The place is heated with space heaters and they aren’t enough to heat the room. It was freezing cold inside on this cold day I went. Everyone in the restaurant had coats on still including the waitresses. The food took a very long time to come out, but it was delicious when it came out. I feel like the portions could be a little bigger, but they’re not bad. The main reason I wouldn’t come back to this restaurant is the heating issue, with a second reason being that the food definitely took much longer to be cooked here than at a typical Thai/Laos restaurant. The food is good though once you receive it, which is my reason for three stars. If I had ordered takeout it would probably be four or five stars. Space heaters and not enough to properly heat the restaurant isn’t really acceptable business practice in Murfreesboro.

Google
Me and some friends were craving some delicious Laos food. So we decided to drive an hour and a half away specifically for this restaurant and we ordered tons of food. Everything was made fresh to order. A+++ On the service A+++ On the food A+++ On the Atmosphere Will be back soon.

Google
Really good Thai food today! I got the pineapple fried rice with chicken. It was very tasty, and plenty of food. My wife got something I can't pronounce, which she enjoyed. She also got crab Rangoon, which there are 5, but I couldn't get picture before she ate 2. I got the spice level of 2, which was good flavor and did not melt my face off. I will return!

Google
Came here on a whim driving back to Chattanooga. I love that it’s woman owned and a local, small business. I’m all about supporting local, woman owned! This meal was just what I needed - veggie pho! While it wasn’t the best Pho I’ve had, it was big bowl of veggies that was perfect for soothing me after a long drive. I loved the fresh basil, lime wedges and sprouts to add as needed. And there are enough for leftovers. My partner had the pad Thai and enjoyed it. It was a perfect mix of flavor and the peanuts weren’t too overpowering. The server we had was so kind and friendly! We will definitely come back if we’re ever in the area to experience the fresh food they offer. It’s definitely better than the fast, fried food that exists around these parts. Thanks for a fresh meal and lovely service! 🙌🏼

Google
Hands down the best Papaya salad and chicken skin I ever had. Chicken skin was well seasoned and crispy. Papaya salad was right amount of spices and papaya sauce was sooo good. Duck noodle and chicken basil with rice were also good. Service was prompt and friendly. They can get very busy for lunch; so be prepare to wait a little. Price are reasonable. Definitely be back if I'm in the area.

Yelp
Food was great. First time trying the cabbage rolls. They are huge. Service was great and ambiance is casual. Keep up the great work.

Yelp
Second time here and the food is still amazing. This time I order the eggrolls and the Pad Sew ee so good highly recommend coming here

Yelp
I had placed an order through uber eats. My pick estimated pick up time kept on getting pushed off. It came to the point where it was 40 mins passed my estimated pick up time, I called the restaurant to cancel the order. They said they didn't have a way to cancel it and I had to do it through uber eats. Stupid me, I did and I didn't get a refund on my order. Uber eats said that the restaurant was the one that was suppose to cancel it. I got charged $40 on a meal that I never received. I'm certain Sabaidee knew that this tactic of theirs "not being able to cancel orders" was a complete lie and wanted to keep the money. I've heard stories that the restaurant is not able to keep up on orders and wait time takes forever, thought it would never happened to me but I guess it finally.
google avatar

Jarvis O.

Yelp
All I could do is look up and around at the beautiful way the restaurant was put together. The waiter was Uber friendly and was very attentive. The Red Curry was one of the best I've had in a long time. Whenever I'm in the area I most definitely have to come back.

Yelp
They're a great family owned business with great food. Priced well, great food and great service!
google avatar

Ashley M.

Yelp
Inside is open and beautiful, I ordered food to go so I had limited customer service interaction. I purchased beef pho and chicken pad Thai and was not disappointed! Plenty for me to enjoy a couple meals out of it. Plan on coming back!
google avatar

Yelp
I've been going to Sabaidee for 6 years and every single time the food is outstanding. They are my go to for fresh spring/summer rolls and when it's cold out you can't beat their Thom Khem it is phenomenal if you like pork belly. They have hands down the best pad Thai in the area! Every meal here is phenomenal
google avatar

Gary W.

Yelp
We have to njoyed Thai food since we visited Thailand in 2007 and Sabaidee Cafe brings back many good memories for us. The service is great. The atmosphere is very relaxing and meticulously kept clean and most importantly the food is wonderful.
google avatar

Danny N.

Yelp
The food here is legit. The restaurant is clean and open. It feels casual but new. I have been to many of the Thai and Laotian restaurants in the greater Nashville area and this one stands it ground toward the top. The ingredients, style, and flavors are unique and of quality. The service was good as well. I enjoyed my hot and sour soup and red curry greatly. I look forward to trying more menu items.
google avatar

Kim J.

Yelp
Food was amazing! Service a little slow but totally worth it. We will definitely be back. It's the best veggie fried rice I've ever had.
google avatar

Moriah L.

Yelp
Okay I'm rating this five stars but it does historically take a really long time to pick up so I'd highly recommend ordering AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE. The new expanded space is really cool (I haven't been here in ages before my last visit so I have no idea when that happened - I don't live in Tennessee anymore). The food here is insanely good. While Pad Thai Cafe is still my favorite Thai and/or Lao spot in Mboro Sabaidee is really really something special. Several Thai/Lao specialty dishes here that I haven't really seen in the states at other spots. Food is awesome. Also the green tea is delicious so I'd also recommend that.

Anais A.

Yelp
Was a quiet and peaceful location although since I'm new to the city the gps had thrown me off. My family ordered the pho, egg rolls, and spring rolls they were all delicious. Our server was attentive and very kind and checked on us often. While we did have to wait a bit for our soups it was well worth it.
google avatar

Yelp
Absolutely delicious, this is the most bestest Thai food I've had in Murfreesboro. The servers are so nice and tend to your every need. They always have a smile on their face and are literally happy to help. It's very nice and calm it's not loud or over crowded. I recommend this place 10/10.
google avatar

Tina C.

Yelp
Came here on a rainy day craving some soupy noodles and they had just what I needed. Ordered the duck noodle soup, which tasted like a richer version of pho with egg noodles. Plenty of Asian fusion food options on the menu. Modern and clean space with friendly service and easy parking!
google avatar

Leslie R.

Yelp
I really enjoy coming here! I always order the chicken and broccoli here and I always have leftovers. We also order some beef spring rolls and they are my absolute favorite. We come here at least once a month!
google avatar

Leisa V.

Yelp
The food is great. The service is quite slow, lots of servers but not enough people in the kitchen.

Yelp
Shame on me for allowing four years to pass since my last visit to SaBaiDee Café. Saw their post on FB of "It's just me & my mom in the kitchen" and had to go visit. When I walked in the place was humming and the ladies were running a marathon taking care of a packed house. I was seated at the only table left and KK got me a water and Beer Lao while I looked over the menu. Decided on the Spring Roll with shrimp and peanut sauce and the dish Khao Mun Gai. The Spring Rolls are huge, taste garden fresh, and the peanut sauce combined with the roll...perfect! I thought the dish was one roll...you get TWO for $6...darn near a meal all in themselves and I made both disappear! The Khao Mun Gai was a new dish to me and I'm glad I listened to suggestion and gave it a shot. The slices of poached chicken were so tender and when dipped in the ginger chili sauce...POW! Yes...the ginger chili sauce has some spicy, but you control how much so you can either taste the zing or sweat through each bite. The sauce reminds me of an Indian tomato sauce I've had before, interesting how cultures can merge or cross. The different parts of this dish all add to the flavors, but the jasmine sticky rice is so good and the cucumbers help cool the zing. The broth is unusual, chicken based, but the inclusion of the halved cherry tomato and onions changes the flavor into a very satisfying consommé. This meal was fantastic and the service from all four of the ladies was very appreciated. It won't be four years till my next visit here!
google avatar

Kelly L.

Yelp
Food and drink, top notch. Tasty and the service was nice and fast. We had no idea this place existed as we don't live close but will definitely visit again soon.
google avatar

Gigi N.

Yelp
Just came out of surgery and wanted some hot noodle soup, so I ordered this dish Khao Piek because the Pork Belly in the picture looked yummy. Turned out the picture lied, this dish doesn't come with pork belly, just noodles, chicken, and soup. I know I will read the description before I order next time.
google avatar

Yelp
Best drunken noodles in Murfreesboro! We have heard nothing but good things about this place for a while and finally decided to give it a try and we are so happy we did. We got a wide variety of the appetizers and enjoyed all of them! The only complaint was the kitchen was a little slow that evening but the taste of the food made up for it. We will definitely be back.
google avatar

Sami S.

Yelp
The atmosphere was warm, contemporary and clean with a beautiful wall mural. Ive ordered the Spring Rolls and Beef Pho with Meatballs: didn't take no pictures of my spring rolls, I was so hungry to not care. Also the Beef Pho was good no other spices needed to add to the broth but still didn't to give some spice and also can't forget the veggies. All spices needed are already on the tabletops. Our waiter was great, very attentive of our needs for a table of 5.
google avatar

Yelp
I think this might be the best in its class for Murfreesboro. We stumbled upon this place because they are open later than most restaurants In Murfreesboro. This has become the go to for us over any other Asian spot. The spring roll appetizer is a must try in my opinion. It seems like they changed the restaurant around and did some remodeling too which has really helped the vibe of this place. Always great service as well. Feel like they are up and coming.

Yelp
I really am at a loss of what just happened. I took my husband out for his birthday, along with my four year old grandson. This was my husband's choice of restaurant, his fav Thai food in town. We were just finishing eating, when my grandson accidentally knocked the pepper shaker off the table, breaking it. I want to stress, he was quietly eating, not acting out. He hit it with his elbow, and it fell. When our server brought our check, he informed us that the manager was charging us for the shaker. I just stared, not really knowing what to say, finally coming out with ok. The server amended our check to reflect the additional charge ($5.00). I would not have a problem at all with paying for the broken shaker if my grandson was acting out and misbehaving, but that is not the case. I worked in the restaurant industry for almost 40 years, and unfortunately these types of incidents are just part of doing business. I hope Sabaidee can learn from this experience and not lose any additional customers.

Yelp
Loved the chicken wings although they are spicy. Chicken cashew and my basil stir fry were awesome!! Highly recommend!!
google avatar

Soukny T.

Yelp
Sabaidee has great food. Easily one of my top choices for local Laotian/Thai food! They were closed a very long time for renovations so I was thrilled when they finally opened their doors. They expanded their dining floor and have a cool mural up now. I actually don't have any complaints about this place! The service is always good when I go, food comes outs fairly quick, and it's affordable! They're good at answering their phones too. My recommendation is the drunken noodles, it's flavorful and has a kick.
google avatar

Bill B.

Yelp
Sabaidee Cafe is one of my wife and my favorite restaurants! I still remember the first time we went. I was torn between two menu items, and asked the server for a recommendation. She started off saying the one dish had noodles in it that her grandmother makes fresh each morning, and I said YES - I'll take that one! We have ordered nearly every menu item and they are all best in class! Recently got Pho Chicken take out and it was so good! The flavors and textures are simply excellent! The restaurant looks great too after the remodel and expansion. Nicely appointed!
google avatar

Nalini M.

Yelp
What is there not to love. I am a creature of habit. I only get the same food when I go. I will say some of their items have a strong fish smell, because of the fish sauce added to the item. I always get to ask to have it prepared without the fish sauce. Over all I definitely recommend this place. The service is always amazing. All of the staff is friendly. The atmosphere is fun, modern with all of the new upgrade. My favorite must try item from their menu is cabbage rolls!
google avatar

Rebecca L.

Yelp
I've had almost everything on the menu and was satisfied with everything I've had. Top favorites red curry, yellow curry, cashew chicken extra sauce, chicken lomein. I always stick with level 1 spice. When you go up in levels you take away from the flavor of the food, Whatever you get here you have to go home with an order of crab wontons but let me worn you they are ADDICTING! The fried ribs are little nuggets and have delicious flavor but not much meat on them, however you need to try them at least once. Chicken wings are flavorful and worth a try. Firecracker shrimp are SPICY. Service is always professional. Bathrooms are very clean and so is the whole place. It does take typically 25-35 min for your food due to how fresh their food is. This place will easily become your favorite restaurant in Murfreesboro.
google avatar

Amanda M.

Yelp
I've been here twice now and can't wait to return! The atmosphere is a little lacking, as it feels a bit sterile. More decorations on the wall or a floor that isn't concrete would go a long way. However, the lighting is nice and the service is very good. The food is extraordinarily great in my opinion!!! Cannot recommend this restaurant enough for anyone who might possibly enjoy Thai food. The bubble tea is also delicious. Wish I had one right now! You have to try this place!!
google avatar

Mike V.

Yelp
I am so so glad that they have finally reopened. This is probably my second most favorite Thai/Lao restaurant in town. It is so yummy. Now they are only doing take out instead of dine in, but I'm just happy to have them back as an option
google avatar

Kim S.

Yelp
We love the new updates and expansion! Friendly service, our server Corey came to check on us several times. Our food came out in a timely manner, the wait wasn't too long. I love their papaya with pork rinds. Tonight I had the yum sien in medium spicy and a chicken tom yum soup Can't wait to come back regularly!
google avatar

Thommy S.

Yelp
There aren't many thai/Laotian restaurants in Murfreesboro that actually serve authentic dishes. I would recommend Sabaidee Cafe for someone looking for authentic dishes. This wasn't my first time here, but I'm actually finally reviewing this place because the food has a lot of improvement to it. I tried the sticky rice, lao sausages, thum mak tua (long bean salad), and pho. I'll start off with the pho broth. It was very tasty. I'll be honest, I didn't expect much at first, but after trying the broth, i was pretty impressed at how tasty it was. The beef pho came with a little bit of different kinds of meats in it. I honestly didn't expect all of that in it. The lao sausages were perfect to me. I have no complaints about it. The dipping sauce it came out with was also very yummy. I really liked it a lot. As for the thum mak tua, it was perfect. It had all the flavors in it that makes a thum. The spice levels here are also pretty authentic lol. I'm still working on my spice levels. I'll probably stick to a spice level 2 here. As for the customer service, I think they did a good job. Our server didn't fail to check on us. He also gave us a heads up that ordering the lao sausage will take more time to cook. In all, I would be back and would recommend it to someone looking for authentic cooking in Murfreesboro.
google avatar

Diana S.

Yelp
Drunken noodles can be made different level of spice. Got medium and had some heat. So if you can't handle spice get a level one. Love the new expansion of the place for dine in. Very nice inside. Food authentic and delicious.
google avatar

Shekita B.

Yelp
So I have heard of this place FOREVER in my town! My kiddos and I finally made it and OMG . Everything was delicious! We tried several menu items: The wings(Crispy even after making it home), The Spring rolls were yummy, The Firecracker Shrimp has a punch so beware if you don't like spice! I was mad I had to share with my kids . We also had the Sweet & Sour chicken, Pad Thai, two kinds of fried rice. Everything was devoured in minutes! The staff provided impeccable service despite it being semi busy! It's a family friendly space that's bright and airy! We will be back for sure!
google avatar

Yelp
Sabaidee Cafe is such a great restaurant. The food is hot and fresh. The restaurant was super clean, and the staff was so friendly. I will definitely be back.

Yelp
I dined at Sabaidee Cafe on Sunday, December 6, 2020 around noon. The cafe looks like it's kept VERY clean, which is reassuring during the COVID-19 pandemic. The banh cuon was a very good appetizer. I would order 2 of those and that would be enough for a decent light entree. The fresh spring rolls were good, but I thought the peanut sauce was very "peanutty" and overpowering with the coconut milk. I did not care for the fried pork wontons. I wouldn't even call them wontons (more like fried dumplings), the wrapper is thick and tasted like they weren't house-made. The larb Kai was overpowered with the toasted rice powder; each bite felt like I was taking in a mouthful of sand. Ease off the toasted rice and balance the flavors, then the larb Kai will be excellent. The papaya salad was decent. Overall, their Asian fusion menu offers a variety of dishes and most of their dishes would taste very good if they make minor tweaks. Service was attentive. I would return to try their other dishes.

Jim K.

Yelp
This is a great go to spot for authentic Thai food in the Boro. It gets crowded fast so you need to come early or be prepared to wait a little bit. The staff is fast and friendly and the food is almost always awesome. This is also a great spot for delivery or takeout if you don't mind a little wait. They recently expanded the dining room and made it much larger inside. Definitely give this place a try.

Yelp
I live in Clarksville but I was getting my hair done in town. I got a rather large order for mainly myself and an entree for my boyfriend. Order: -Ribs -Lao sausage -2x sticky rice -Beef onions w/ bell peppers -Papaya salad (Lao style, spicy) added pork rinds and vermicelli noodles. Been craving so bad!! -Satay chicken -Thai tea with boba -Namvan (Laotian dessert) All in all, every single item was great!! Lao sausage, papaya, boba, and namvan reminds me of family cooking back home in San Diego. Will definitely be stopping by whenever I am in town! Customer service was great. They brought my drink out since it was gonna be another 25 min til my food was ready. This restaurant and King's market in Nashville are my favorite Lao restaurants that remind me of home.

Brynna H.

Yelp
We had spring rolls, chickens wings, Red Curry and Pad See Ew. Everything was very good! Murfreesboro hidden gem for sure
google avatar

Julie T.

Yelp
Wow! This place is fantastic! I went with my hubby and when I read the menu I was impressed!! Before eating my first dish there, I had already planned what I wanted on my next visit. That is how good they are. We ordered the spring rolls. They were good. I ordered the Lad Nah. It was saucy and the noodles were chewy and fat. Perfect texture. Gailan, Chinese broccoli was cooked perfectly. I had it with tofu but you can also choose a meat protein. Hubby ordered Khao Poon Nam Sien. Very flavorful red curry beef soup with thin noodles. I like how they decorated the space. Very clean and customer service was friendly and chill. Definitely visiting again. This is a must go to place.

Dannielle T.

Yelp
Food is good and servers are friendly. Thought it was strange all of our dishes came out at different times tho.
google avatar

Yelp
Hands down best Papaya Salad and chicken skin I ever had. The duck noodle and Pork Pad Krapow were also good. Service was prompt and friendly. Definitely come back again if I'm in the area.
google avatar

Yelp
I placed an order in store at 6:11, it wasn't busy inside maybe 5/6 tables. 6:45 I'm still waiting. It's 3 people sitting on the bench waiting, myself another African American woman and a white woman. A server/hostess walked up to the white woman and asked her name, how long she had been waiting and offered her a bubble tea..... she walks off. I flag her down and asked did she not see the other people sitting on the same bench. She laughed it off and offered us a bubble tea. I said I'm not interested in a tea I'm just wondering where my order is. Finally at 7:15 my order was ready! I've never waited longer than 20-30 mins for an order to be ready.
google avatar

Nancy P.

Yelp
Even though it was a busy weekday during hours we were greeted immediately. Service were good. Food were delicious. Fried Ragoon, Lad Nah, and Mee Korb were hot and delicious. Parking is a little difficult as it is shared with other stores.
google avatar

Salina X.

Yelp
Sabaidee is easily of the best spots in town to get Lao and Thai food! Everything there is delicious. Sukiyaki is amazing and I'm pretty sure it's the only restaurant in town who serves it. Generous and balanced amounts of noodle, veggies, and meat. Kow piak always hits the spot, especially with quail eggs added. They have the best lad nah you'll find thus far. The gravy is perfect. The crab wontons are a must every time I visit. They're more on the sweet side and the cream cheese is not overpowering at all. Mee ped is also soo yummy and flavorful with plenty of duck and noodles. You can't go wrong with their sausages and papaya salad either! Overall, all of their portion sizes are plentiful, prices are reasonable, and service is good. Also worth the wait if you have time and patience (when there is a wait, that is).

Bobbi M.

Yelp
I absolutely love this place! i've been here several times it never disappoints! I love the pad thai, drunken noodles, rice, egg rolls, spring rolls, crab wontons, i also love the curry the only complaint i have about the curry is that it is a bit too watery for my liking, the flavors are fantastic, the consistency is my only issue. other than that this restaurant is a gem in murfreesboro. with reasonable pricing, spacious parking, EXCELLENT customer service, i mean always greeted with a smile. The place is full of windows i love the scenery of the place. 100/10 restaurant would recommend to anyone! like i said the only complaint is the thin curry, though the flavor is good !

Yelp
We were looking for a good Thai Lunch and decide to try out Sabaidee Cafe. It's was busy but able to get a table right away. We ordered drinks and Appetizers ( spring rolls). When we went to order our main dishes our server was not sure about the dishes. We were trying to clarify the options on the tofu and how it was prepared- steamed or fried. After a few question we just went with fried. We order a few dishes- Pad Thai, pineapple fried rice and another fried rice dish. Thai iced was good. Spring Rolls - great and enjoyed the peanut sauce Our main dishes were not quite as desirable. The one dish was the wrong dish. The others were just okay. All dishes were way spicer than we ever have had. We asked for spicy level 1 mild - and they were to spicy. I actually don't mind a kick but the pineapple fried rice was actually way to spicy to the point I couldn't eat my full meal. Our server was maybe new... he was not to knowledgeable. The manager was nice. Just think they have some work to improve. I would have to give the advice taking a pass on trying Sabaidee Cafe.

Yelp
Food is delicious and reasonable price. Service is great. The ambience is a bit cold, kind of commercial, needs to add some more coziness. But overall this is a great restaurant and I highly recommend.

Yelp
The food was delicious! I drove from Nashville to visit a friend and she took me here. The menu had me salivating. I ordered the chicken satay for an app and it was delicious! I got the Stir Fried Holy Basil dish with beef. It was chock full of delicious bamboo shoots and the sauce was amazing. I ordered a leave 1 spice and that was (at times) a little too hot but if I had been carbing out I would have gotten a 2 and the rice would have helped calm the spice. If I lived nearby I would be here often, it's delicious and everything was so fresh!
