"For nearly 15 years, this family-oriented restaurant has served up a taste of Old World Poland Downriver, offering a simple and straightforward Polish menu. The pierogi offerings include potato-cheddar, sauerkraut, or sweet farmer’s cheese, the perfect complement to the hearty and satisfying stuffed cabbage, kielbasa, and other authentic Polish dishes. The owner’s family immigrated to America from Poland in the early 1990s, and that Polish pride is evident on every plate." - Dorothy Hernandez

Delicious home-cooked Polish dishes and family style serving. We were served by a few different people asking us if we had everything we needed. I felt like I was at grandma’s house. Delish food, great prices, and American-home style restaurant.

We were recommended to come here by a few people and we’re so glad we finally visited. Sabina’s is a cozy little Polish restaurant with the best pirogies and cabbage rolls you can find. Even my boys loved it!! And the cheesecake was outstanding! Flavours were perfect and everything was cooked perfectly. We will definitely be back!

I have to say, they know what is good food, they know how to cook food. Dill Pickle soup, perfect amount of the creamy with a bit of sour. The sour cabbage? Don’t know the name, it’s fantastic. Most of the thing are “homemade”. comfort your stomach. Btw, home feeling warming service. I would like to give 6 star if allows.

Very good experience with this place. Great food for a great price. I remember coming here as a kid and always thought the food was kind of bland. But when I came in here a few weeks ago, the food was very flavorful I ordered the stuffed cabbage and city chicken with a side of sour kraut and mashed potatoes. It tasted fresh and homemade. I also had some dill pickle soup which was quite good. While I don't usually get dessert while dining out, I ordered 3 crepes of each flavor and they were delicious. They have a variety of daily specials. Every meal and side is also very reasonably priced. The atmosphere is kind of a diner vibe and can feel very crowded at times. Keep in mind that this place is a family restaurant and does not serve alcohol. Overall, this place has a variety of polish food and is all very reasonably priced

We visited first day open back from a month of vacation time. Full house on Tuesday afternoon, many dozens of take out orders while we dined. They have a Mega Deal $10 menu with many choices 😄. Wife had the $10 Polish Meatballs, Pierogi and Cucumber Salad 😋💯 OMG. I had the $12 Smoked Polish Sausage n City Chicken 😋💯, outstanding Delicious Wowed added a 2nd link. Special request ask Sabina to slice n grill the Kielbasa marvelous, I added Mustard to one and Horseradish to other. Thanks for this Ms Sabina she always makes me Happy 😁. We started with are all time favorite Polish Mushrooms Soup mega bowl only $2 with meal purchase. This place 50 percent cheaper than any other Polish Restaurant in Michigan. Simple family restaurant w fresh made food. Your not going to get plates of food for cheap. You get what you pay for. They have smaller combos good for lunch and larger ones for dinner. Great service. Plenty of space for sitting.

I've been eager to try Sabina's after hearing rave reviews for many years! The building is adorable, old fashioned diner style but with more seating than you'd expect. Today I stopped in for the combination plate and every bite was fantastic. The highlights for me were the mashed potatoes and the kielbasa. Do pay extra for bacon and onions on your pierogies, it's worth it! Great coffee and soups too! Super friendly service and the prices aren't bad. We'll definitely be back!
