This place should be 5 Stars! On the way to the Hockey game and found this little hidden gem. The staff was very nice and helpful. The stuff crust was awesome, lots of flavor. Dave's pasta was so very flavorful, so many layers of flavor, this is certainly a must have! See you all again next time

Can only comment on a meatball sandwich delivered via Uber. For the THIRD TIME (no more, 3 strike rule), the sandwich arrived too dry and although I ordered the extra red sauce, which I paid a ridiculous fee of $1.25 for, it was missing. So a very dry sandwich. Uber said 1.25 would be credited but I don't see it.

Super sketchy!! Better check your receipt. Prices posted are not what their (point of sale) system charges. I ordered the peperoni rolls that was posted for 11.95 on both screen monitor and hard menu. The total came way off when asking they said it was "tax". Good thing I checked the receipt. Who knows what other items are off by a dollar or more! The owner states no price changes over a year which means past year customers have been getting ripped off a dollar on items. Those hidden $1 add up over the year on each customer ordered. Legally they are suppose to charge whats posted. Do not come here very sketchy, always check your receipt here

Sabino's Pizza Pub has become our family's go-to spot for the perfect pizza night experience. Their honey chicken wings are a must-try appetizer - perfectly crispy, glazed with sweet honey that perfectly balances the savory seasoning. The Margherita Pizza on thin crust is simply outstanding, with fresh basil, vibrant tomato sauce, and perfectly melted mozzarella creating that authentic Italian taste we crave. Their pepperoni pizza deserves special mention - the crust has just the right amount of char, and they don't skimp on the pepperoni, which crisps up beautifully at the edges. The warm, welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff make every visit feel like you're part of the Sabino's family, whether you're dining in or picking up takeout for a cozy night at home.

My husband and I visited Sabinos Pizza Pub for the first time, and we were so impressed from the moment we walked in. The atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and had a fun neighborhood vibe that made us feel right at home. The food was absolutely delicious. The pizza was packed with flavor, perfectly baked, and you could really taste the freshness in every bite. It’s clear that a lot of care goes into the quality of their ingredients. The service was equally impressive. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, attentive, and genuinely made sure we had a great dining experience. It added such a personal touch to our visit. Overall, our first visit to Sabinos Pizza Pub was a wonderful experience. Great food, great people, and a great atmosphere—we couldn’t have asked for more. We’ll definitely be coming back again!

Google
I have visited Sabino's many times before and I've loved it more and more every time. I love pizza here. But in today's visit we ordered beer which were flat. So server offered another set of beer but that came flat either. Finally we decided to leave. At the time of check out server didn't charge us. That was good gesture from her. Hope we get good beer next time.

Google
Ordered for the first time here this evening and it didn’t disappoint. The food feels authentic and the ingredients tasted fresh. The pizza is almost it’s own style. Not thick, but not New York thin either. Definitely recommend giving this place a shot as I know we will be returning.

Google
Ordered Teriyaki wings and small Chicago dish style pizza with pepperoni, green peppers and onions. I should know better to check the order before leaving but I didn’t. Once I got back to work my car smelled terrible couldn’t figure out what it was till I opened the wings and they were burned and smelled awful. Attempted to take a bit and immediately spit it out and threw them away..next the pizza was uncut, had to tear at it to eat and ruined the consistency of a deep dish pizza…hardly any of the over priced toppings were present either. Not sure how people leave good review about the food here.

Yelp
Found Sabino's after a night out and thankfully we did. Food is always HOT, steaming HOT, which always makes food better. The hot wings were good and crispy, next time I will ask for more sauce on them. Good flavor. We also tried the spicy Italian. The pizza was of course spicy and delicious. Definitely can't wait to eat and watch a game here soon!
google avatar

Yelp
Let me start by saying that the pizza at Sabino's is usually very good. That is why this time was kinda disappointing. My pizza was dry, had little tomato sauce, and was overcooked. The crust wasn't burnt, but almost. The manager graciously and promptly replaced it. The next one had plenty of sause and was much better. But it was still a bit overcooked. Just offering constructive feedback. Maybe the oven is too hot, or they left it in too long. IDK, but I hope it was just a one time thing.

Yelp
Cheese bread definitely varies, wasn't as cheesy as the last time still very tasty however. BBQ chicken pizza was once again delicious. Great pizza.

Yelp
I have been looking for a deep dish around the area, and I have found it. They were also accommodating to my large party. I'm an assistant youth sports coach and all of the team loved the food and the vibes. The place is spacious enough for your intimate or large party to sit. You can choose a pizza or design your own, which is what I did. I would definitely come back here.

Yelp
I don't even know where to begin the food from this place is absolutely amazing. I am brand new to the Leander area and I was looking for pizza and wings. This place came highly recommended and they did not disappoint at all. The pictures you see below are not a variety box But two different orders of wings with two different flavors each as well as the spicy Italian sausage with little cinnamon bite balls, and a Suzuki holy effing goodness..... This is some of the best if not the best pizza and wings I have had in the longest of times you have made me a lifer and I promise you right now. I will send so much business your way. I cannot wait to order food from here again just to try something else like your pastas and other pizzas. Thanks for being amazing.

Rileigh L.

Yelp
Very Good Food and the service was good to I had a fun time I will be going back there soon.
google avatar

Hayley S.

Yelp
We got a veggie pizza and jalapeño poppers. The poppers were only ok, the pizza was a tad better. There wasn't much sauce on it, but plenty of toppings. We had a thin crust pizza and it was just crispy enough. It's nice that you order when you walk in and pick your table, there's also a full bar. It's very kid friendly, so as people who don't have kids it was a tad loud.
google avatar

Yelp
Great food, great choices, great service, great atmosphere, and a full bar !!! My son and I will definitely be back for more !!!
google avatar

Yelp
Almost all of my business has been delivery or pick up of pizzas from Sabino's. If they get your delivery right it's a great place to have a pizza. One time I got too much sauce even though I'd ask for light sauce. They're very good place to order from and you will be happy with the ingredients on your pizza.

Yelp
Delicious pizza, wings and sandwiches. We order a bunch of food for a poker night and everyone was blown away by the excellent food. Highly recommend trying.

Yelp
We got take-out from here last night before attending a performance at the H-E-B Center in Cedar Park. We shared a Spicy Hawaiian and a Smokey BBQ Chicken pizzas, as well as a Garlic Cheese Bread. All three were very yummy! My personal favorite was probably the garlic cheese bread, which was not too garlicky and was very cheesy. It was basically like a simple white sauce pizza. The smokey BBQ chicken pizza was a bit spicier than I expected and not as smokey as the name would suggest. When we went to pick up the food at 6 pm, there was no line at the counter and we were helped by a very friendly cashier. The pre-ordered food was ready and very warm. The restaurant was half-full and gave off sports bar vibe. I'm guessing that the owners hail from the Chicagoland area because there was a huge Chicago Bears flag along with the Austin FC flag on display in the dining area. That makes me excited to try their meatball sub and stuffed pizzas at my next visit.
google avatar

Yelp
Food was really overpriced, restaurant was incredibly loud despite there being hardly anyone there. Food was bland and portions very small. Store is run by teenagers and I expect that's part of the volume thing. This was my favorite restaurant a few years ago and y'all have disappointed me. Food has gotten way more expensive, portions get smaller, and the food quality has tanked considerably. I should not be expected to tip at a place that advertises itself as a pub.
google avatar

Diane M.

Yelp
Their food is amazing. They use high quality ingredients so I never feel bloated or stuffed like other pizzas make me feel. Their gyro roll is one of my favorites.
google avatar

Chauncey S.

Yelp
I ordered the fettuccine Alfredo and this is the portion size for $20 (plus tip) can't forget the two pinches of garlic bread. Maybe it was because they were closing in an hour. Lol never again.....

Clarissa M.

Yelp
It low key was not good the pizza had way too much sauce and the pasta tasted like the one you can just make from the box. Saw all the 5 stars and 4 stars but after eating it I was like whaaat.
google avatar

Mark C.

Yelp
Great lil place, nice food great beers and good service. I tried the meatball Sandwich and it was fantatstic! Will definitely come back as they have a lot chicken wings options and I likes me some chicken wangs!! Lots of construction around the area but this place is definitely a place to look for

Yelp
The food does not disappoint at Sabino's! The dough for their pizza and beef rolls leaves me craving more! The house salad has been very fresh and a big step up from other pizza places that I have ordered from previously. The staff has been on point and since I call ahead and pick up via the drive through, it is a big selling point that they have NEVER packed the order incorrectly!! Other than Perky Beans, this is the only drive through I can say that about! I try to check before pulling away, but other places miss items on larger orders. I am a big fan of Sabino's!

Kim M.

Yelp
Good pizza, ambiance was good. My big complaint is that they did not have a non-alcoholic beer choice.
google avatar

Jennifer G.

Yelp
To say I was shocked is an understatement. I was shocked in the best way possible...the Chicago style pizza "meat lovers" version was so good!!! And the cheese pull on another level! It's taken me quit a bit to stop by this spot I drive by daily. But good things do come to those who wait. The service was friendly and on point even during a slow Wednesday early afternoon. The ambiance screams community driven and clearly a spot for regulars as I saw people come in you could tell this was their spot. If your ever north or drive by this on the regular I suggest you stop ok by. We had the Cesar salad which was average but fresh. As well as the mozzarella sticks but I will come back for the Chicago style pizza. It is stuffed crust which I shockingly can do without but only because the pie is cheesy and flavorful that a good crust is needed to offset. I suggest going hungry and bring a crowd with you so you can each order different versions. Enjoy!

Yelp
Food was amazing, service was amazing And the ambiance was refreshing, clean and happy people. The food was so tasty: yes I will be driving back 45 minutes to eat here. I ate the salad before i took the picture. Anyway go eat there. California girl!

Adam H.

Yelp
Wow! Best pizza we've had in a long time! Visiting the area and wanted pizza for lunch. Ordered from Sabino's because it was close and had good reviews. We ordered a chicken bacon ranch large pan pizza. It was some of the best we have ever had!!
google avatar

Yelp
That darn meatball parm sandwich craving struck again. Hearing people talk about Sabino's pizza in a good way, figured I would try their meatball parm. Silly me, I did a quick look at where it was and saw only 10 minutes away. So I quickly order it online and go to pick it up. Well, needless to say, it took me 30 minutes to get there. Stupid road construction plus I took old 183 not the toll road 183. Finally arrive there. Walk inside to get my sub, a very sweet girl was behind the counter. Two minutes and I was on my way back. Oh, right. It was a cute little sports bar inside with multiple TV's and lots of tables. A lot of different beers on tap. This is the kind of place I would hang out if I wasn't so stressed about the traffic, road construction, traffic lights, and all around long drive, I would go more often. It was nice to have a hot meatball sub once I got home. I was so hungry, I inhaled half of it before I remembered to take a picture It was big so it was a meal for two. Very good solid meatballs mostly beef and hardly any filler. Roll was perfectly crusty and cheese was oozing all over. I also got a small caesar salad. The pricing was very good also. It was well worth the torturous trip to get it
google avatar

Amanda L.

Yelp
10:30 and we can't order because "we're all about to leave"? Thanks sabinos! Even thought there's people at the bar.

anna j.

Yelp
You can't call yourself a sports bar and not have basketball games with audio on for March Madness. The staff was not agreeable about getting the games on TV after multiple customers asked. Customers then tried to do it with the remotes and were chided by staff.
google avatar

Yelp
This is the second time I've had this place moving over here, I don't really go out to eat too much because I meal prep and I cook dinner at home much cheaper because of all the inflation and the crazy stuff going on now. However, I decided to spoil myself and what way to do so by having the nearest/closest thing to New York pizza that you can have. THIS place is amazing, and I would highly recommend this pizza place versus the other one on 29 that's closer to my home by SRR. I don't want to mention names, I don't wanna ruin what they do but their pizza is nowhere near as good as Sabino's. Going up in New York 20+ years of my life. The hardest thing I have to do is find good pizza and Sabino has that great thin crust pizza and I'm willing to pay what I gotta pay to have it. Whomever may be in the back the pizzas keep doing your thing, it's 2/2 now.
google avatar

Yelp
Food is still good. However two things are evident: customer service and the men's restroom. Table was dirty, I asked for a rag to clean the table, kid working behind the counter handed me a rag to clean the table, he made no effort at customer service, to clean the table and ensure customer satisfaction. It was just: clean it yourself. And the men's restroom, what's up with this? Been substandard for over a year. Holes in wall, urial still not working after being repaired. And the men's restroom is dirty.

Shelby S.

Yelp
Closing 30 minutes early isn't cool. I drove 30 minutes just to try it and can't try anything else Bc everything's closed at this point. Pregnant and craving the beef roll! Why close 30 minutes early? Denying business as well. Weird. Why where the ovens off at 8:30pm when it says hours until 9pm.....
google avatar

Josias C.

Yelp
This poor Chicago boy was confused over why a deep dish was prepared as a pan pizza. The manager on duty graciously provided a deep dish Chicago style and quickly forget my confusion. I have no regrets over confirming the legitimacy of the Chicago style deep dish (definitely not Detroit). The dough remained softer inside, sweeter sauce, and generous toppings. Toppings buried in sauce and cheese. The pan also delicious but I can see why the confusion. The wings are a bit small but the Cajun rub has robust flavor. If they play Chicago sports here and drape Cubs/ Bears/ Bulls me memorabilia, then I would enjoy this as a weekly hangout. It's a bit much to ask in Texas but a little wishful home away from home would be nice. I digress. If you dig Chicago deep dish, it's worth a visit to judge for yourself. It's not Gino's but then again, what is? This place has its own character.
google avatar

Yelp
Pizza was fire built our own with Alfredo, spinach, mushrooms, chicken & jalapeños. Got regular pepperoni pizza as well WOW Downfall - mozzarella sticks weren't good even after reheating in the oven. Cinnamon sugar bites were hard but once heated in the microwave to soften they were delicious especially with the Nutella added. BONUS *** drive thru came in clutch! Definitely a great place to try!

Kimberly R.

Yelp
I've only had the pan pizza, which is good, however, one bite could pull all of the cheese off - A little too much sauce. Decent draft beer selection with attentive bartenders.
google avatar

Angela P.

Yelp
This place has tasty pizza! I've been here several times for Chicago style pizza and have never been disappointed. They offer both stuffed and thin crust pizza, an assortment of sandwiches, salads and appetizers. The pizza has fresh ingredients such as tomatoes, mushrooms, peppers, and onions. Add jalapeños for an extra kick. Yum! The Sabino salad is excellent, too. Every time I share takeout from here with my friends they request we order from here again. Needless to say, I will be back.

Yelp
Please note that this review is for a sandwich, not the pizza or pub aspects of Sabino's. I was jonesing for a meatball sub the other weekend and Yelp suggested a new place open near me: Sabino's. This is located in a shopping center directly off of 183, north of Bryson Hills Trail. This place reminds me of an old school pizza pub you can take the team to after baseball practice, though it is on the loud side. The pizza looks good but I can't base the review on it. Meatball sub is decent. Not dry, good if salty marinara sauce. They use the wrong sort of bread for this kind of sandwich, though. It's a rather soft, distractingly sweet roll that can sog up quickly if they put on too much sauce. (Mine was fine this time, though.) Also, they butter the bread on both sides before adding the meatballs and sauce. That's just plain weird, and the butter's another distracting note. Still, a solid sandwich and I'll be back to try the pizza to update this review in the future. This place scores a 3 out of 5 on the 'CTJ Scale', as noted below. 5 out of 5 stars: Come-to-Jesus good. Would be OK passing away after finishing a plate here. 4 out of 5 stars: Come-to-Mary good. Would be OK being seen eating here by Mother Mary. 3 out of 5 stars: Come-to-Joseph good. Would be OK having a beer here with Jesus' Dad. 2 out of 5 stars: Come-to-the-Apostles good. Meh. Wouldn't have my last supper here. 1 out of 5 stars: Come-to-Nobody good. I wouldn't have my penultimate supper here, either.
google avatar

Jake H.

Yelp
Sabino's Pizza Pub is a great spot in Leander. I really liked the dough and good sauce. I wasn't a huge fan of the chips and queso with some flavored tortilla chips but that's okay. Good space in the restaurant and patio too. I'll be back again.
google avatar

Roland D.

Yelp
TLDR: an Italian styled pub, with a pretty average execution. Came in for dinner on a weeknight, relatively early. I wanted to get the Chick Parm sandwich, but unfortunately they were out, so I settled on the Italian beef. Service was polite and relatively quick, but nothing really remarkable. Food came out in about 10-15 minutes. The sandwich itself was pretty average. The bun (roll?) it was served on was a bit chewy and soggy. The meat was a bit overcooked and was a bit dry. The dipping sauce was a real letdown, and added nothing flavor wise, and really only helped the dry meat. I can see myself coming back here, especially with friends for a game (as they do have several TVs), but would stay clear of the Italian beef. 3/5.
google avatar

Isac F.

Yelp
Great pizza. Decent salads. I have always had a great experience here. Weve eaten inside and order to go most of the time. Amazing flaky crust.... I guess it just comes down to what you like, they do well with whatever you order.
google avatar

Don S.

Yelp
Cute pizza and sub place. Back bar kind of small but there are a lot of kids here on both visits. Pizza was very good, meat ball sub delish! Beer in the back not bad price. You order up front then they bring food to you! Some video games for kids to play. We will keep bringing grand kids here after a game!
google avatar

Jerry E.

Yelp
First time here. Nice "neighborhood pizza joint" vibe. And I mean that in a good way. There are some booths, some long tables with benches (each seats about 20, I think), a long high table, and a bar. There are numerous big screen TV's. You order at the front counter, and they bring your order to your table. Not a huge menu selection (very smart for a young business), but a good selection of pizzas. We ordered a Deluxe 10 inch pizza with Sausage, Pepperoni, Bell Peppers, Onions and mushrooms. The pizza was quite good with one minor issue. The crust was a little dry/crunchy. Ideally, the dough on a thin crust pizza should be a little charred on the outside and moist on the inside. At least at the edge of the crust, it was dry and kind of crunchy. I still enjoyed it, and recommend giving the place a try.
google avatar

Adam R.

Yelp
Gotta be kidding me! Food was ok. But the guys at the little bar smoking weed pens stinking up the place & being loud and annoying. My first time here! One of the fools nearly stumbled and fell when he got up...maybe not serve him anymore? Very disappointed. Don't think I'll be back.
google avatar

Cody G.

Yelp
This place has plenty of options to drink! The pizza was fire! This spot is definitely worth visiting anytime I'm in town from California. Staff was really nice, and had the game playing!
google avatar

Joseph M.

Yelp
Came here to try a different pizza place. Staff appeared nice, yet the young lady taking the order seemed a bit lost on the menu items. The bar area looked rather inviting, as they displayed a lot of wines on the wall behind the bar. TVs are plentiful here, so watching your fav game(s) shouldn't be an issue. My one star deduction comes from the table we sat at being dirty. I would've chosen a different table, but I had my kids with me, and a booth works best when one of them is asleep in a car seat. My issue are with the fact that the place wasn't even busy. I mean, there's really no excuse to have multiple dirty tables when the place isn't packed. As for the pizza, well, my kid's pizza was good. Thin crust is perfect. My deep-dish "Chicago-style" pizza was a miss. I'm not a fan of the thick crust. But, hey, now I know what NOT to get next time. And chances are there will be a next time. Just a matter of when that'll be.
google avatar

john g.

Yelp
Really enjoyed this place. We came Saturday evening around 5 before the dinner rush started. We also became we have a $5 off coupon from the community impact paper that comes. We had a large pizza which was fantastic and a salad. Both were very good and reasonably priced. Staff was friendly and helpful. The one odd thing is that ordering food and Alocholic beverages take place at 2 separate locations. Not sure why that is, I suspect to help move the food line. Prices in pizza and beer are pretty fair, wine on the other hand seems to run at a premium. Will be Back. I really want to check out the brisket grilled cheese.
google avatar

Joshua M.

Yelp
Usually love coming here with the family but tonight was a disappointment. Everything we ordered came out wrong, food was cold or under cooked, the wings were tiny, and the servers told us that we ordered was what they brought out then we showed them our receipts and they were "happy to fix it". Hopefully next time the food is better and the service is back to what we're used to.....
google avatar

Elise M.

Yelp
I've been ordering delivery from Sabinos for years but just recently dined inside for the first time. Order at the counter, drinks available at the bar, lots of long tables for Biergarten style seating, plenty of TVs and a family-oriented atmosphere. We had a great experience. The pizza is great but so are the wings- try one of the dry rub flavors- they're delicious. Also, the beef roll is amazing....so good. Honestly, I wish we had come here sooner but we'll definitely be back. A great place to bring kids and hang out with great food!!
google avatar

Priscila M.

Yelp
It's great to find a good gluten free cauliflower crust pizza near Leander. You may think that it was burnt, but this is just how I like it and for gluten free pizza, there is no other way to do it. The only downside is that there is no dairy free cheese! Pretty please, add it to the menu! My family loves your pizza and it would be perfect if we all could enjoy it together without feeling bad afterwards.
google avatar

Travis C.

Yelp
This is one of the best Pizza I've been to since I've been in North Austin. Everything was fresh, hot and flavorful. The sauce was great on the pizza as it already has a kick so no need for red pepper flakes! Wings were great! A little small but great flavor! IPA goes with beer people! Get one!! Will definitely be back!
google avatar

Adam N.

Yelp
We've had the Pizza from Sabinos a few times, and while it is good (especially the stuffed crust deep dish pizza), I absolutely have to rave about their wings. They are truly the best wings I've had in a very long time. Full of flavor, plenty of meat on the bone, and they were cooked perfectly! My sauces were the garlic butter Parmesan (wow!), and the bourbon glaze. Both incredible flavors. I've been looking for a solid wing place around Leander/Cedar Park for awhile, and I'm happy to say I found my go to wing place! Pickup was super easy. They've got a drive though where you can pick up your call ahead orders. Staff was friendly as well. Will be a regular for sure!

Jay S.

Yelp
Amazing food and service. We always have a had a great experience at Sabinos! It's a must have on game days!

Yelp
My first veggi pizza here was really good. Maybe they were too busy the second time cuz it was mediocre at best.

Yelp
I don't think this place is owned by a Texan and the reason why I say is they don't have sweet tea! That is the only thing I feel like is missing but hey we are here to talk about the food not about my "karen" complaining about sweet tea. (pun intended please get some sweet tea) LOL I can't speak for the deep dish but I can speak on the pizza and a few appetizers. Pizza rolls and garlic bread cheese sticks are bangers!!! With their pizza sauce Uhhgg myyyy goodnessssss The pizza sauce itself you can see the herbs in the pizza sauce literally chefs kiss! I know it's basil for sure but I can see small bits of maybe oregano. But it's not the usual watered down pizza sauce I'm use to seeing at some places. Besides the most important part of a pizza for me is personally the sauce and this place delivers. Next is the crust. I'm not a deep dish fan but I've gotten their pan and thin crust. The crust is absolutely perfect crunch and texture. There is this crack butter sauce they brush with it and I would literally want to lick the pizza but not in public. LOL they also have fresh Serranos and habaneros peppers are always a win in my book! I've gotten the meat pizza and veggie pizza and zero complaints. I don't know if it's a Texan thing but we love pizza with ranch. Wished it was homemade but taste like hidden valley ranch I assume they buy in bulk. I love that it's a small and quaint restaurant with a ton of sports channels on. It's an ambient of a sports restaurant which i love! The staff is welcoming and managers will check on you. I am moving close to there and you better believe I'm pulling up in my golf cart every weekend to eat!
