The 11 Best Restaurants In Fulham - London - The Infatuation

"Sablé’s shiny glass windows invite in passersby with a counter of chunky, bumpy, chocolate chip-filled cookies. All of them have a nice balance of sweetness and all the flavour profiles are spot on. Red velvet actually tastes like a red velvet cake, with gooey cream cheese icing oozing out of the chocolate cookie. If you go early (you’ve got to go early), you might be able to get one of their specials, like pistachio cream kunefe-filled cookies and banana pudding that uses cookies instead of biscuits." - rianne shlebak

Sablé London - Review - Fulham - London - The Infatuation

"On a quiet Fulham road, Sablé’s shiny glass windows invite passersby in with a counter of chunky, bumpy, chocolate chip-filled cookies. Seeing reds, greens, and sprinkles might deter anyone who doesn’t have an extreme sweet tooth, but you shouldn’t let it. All the cookies have a nice balance of sweetness, none of the flavours lean too sugary, and even the icing-topped cinnamon swirl cookie tastes close to its inspiration. In fact, all of the flavour profiles are spot on. Red velvet actually tastes like a red velvet cake, with gooey cream cheese icing oozing out of the chocolate cookie. If you go early (you’ve got to go early), you might be able to get one of their specials. Things like pistachio cream kunefe-filled cookies, and banana pudding that uses cookies instead of biscuits are desserts you don’t find anywhere else in London. There’s only a small bench inside, so getting your cookie and an iced matcha to go is the move here. photo credit: Aleksandra Boruch photo credit: Aleksandra Boruch photo credit: Aleksandra Boruch photo credit: Aleksandra Boruch photo credit: Aleksandra Boruch Pause Unmute" - Rianne Shlebak

We came all the way from central London for this, and it was so worth it. Tried all the cookies and every single one was delicious, but the orange one really stood out for me. The matcha was alright, though it didn’t feel like it blended as smoothly as the others. Still, overall such a great spot and definitely one I’d come back to.

I think the cookie and coffee pairing is exceptional! The store is small, very cute, and well-designed, with lots of merch available for purchase and 4/5 cookie flavors to choose from. I got the chocolate hazelnut one and it’s delicious! Even though the price was slightly high, I think it’s fair for the quality of the cookie. Unfortunately, I didn’t get to try the coffee because I was in a hurry… I’ll have to come back! 😁✌️

Amazing New York style cookies, the pistachio kunafa was a real standout. I would say one of the best cookies I’ve had, maybe even better than Levain in New York. I loved the slightly crisp/caramelised exterior contrasted with the soft centre. We’ve been several times already, come early as they tend to run out of flavours by the afternoon. Highly recommended!

The cookie was amazing at first but I ordered the pistachio kunafe one and it became very sickly very quick. Matcha was quite good! Overall I prefer the cookies from Creme more but sable isn’t bad either!

almost all of the cookie was raw and fell apart instantly. could feel the sugar crystals as i was eating it - first time i threw out a cookie. expensive for what it is and paid £2.50 for a cup of milk.

Worth the stop off! Greeted with a smile, excellent cookies, and one of the best lattes north of the river. Picked up the cinnamon and also pistachio cookie and oh my… the flavours are devineee. Distinctive and sweet but not over the top. Even picked up a little merch from the store! For sure make the trip here.
