"On a quiet Fulham road, Sablé’s shiny glass windows invite passersby in with a counter of chunky, bumpy, chocolate chip-filled cookies. Seeing reds, greens, and sprinkles might deter anyone who doesn’t have an extreme sweet tooth, but you shouldn’t let it. All the cookies have a nice balance of sweetness, none of the flavours lean too sugary, and even the icing-topped cinnamon swirl cookie tastes close to its inspiration. In fact, all of the flavour profiles are spot on. Red velvet actually tastes like a red velvet cake, with gooey cream cheese icing oozing out of the chocolate cookie. If you go early (you’ve got to go early), you might be able to get one of their specials. Things like pistachio cream kunefe-filled cookies, and banana pudding that uses cookies instead of biscuits are desserts you don’t find anywhere else in London. I’m so glad they reopened this place. I have tried multiple cookies before they closed and all the flavors were really good depending on what you prefer. This weekend I was passing by and got the Pistachio pudding and honestly it is amazing. I have tried the banana pudding in NYC, and could move after that, was just too heavy and sugary, this one, however, was light but still a really good desert! Amazing! (Advice: create something gluten free and lactose free)

I think the cookie and coffee pairing is exceptional! The store is small, very cute, and well-designed, with lots of merch available for purchase and 4/5 cookie flavors to choose from. I got the chocolate hazelnut one and it’s delicious! Even though the price was slightly high, I think it’s fair for the quality of the cookie. Unfortunately, I didn’t get to try the coffee because I was in a hurry… I’ll have to come back! 😁✌️

A genuine 5/5🌟for Sablé cookies. Flavors: chocolate chip, dulce de leche and triple chocolate sea salt (rating in this order). The classic chocolate chip was beautiful — just the right level of sweetness, not too overpowering or heavy, the flavor and texture harmonizing very well. A good amount of chocolate, and you can tell the quality instantly from the aroma alone. The smell and taste are exactly what you want from an NYC-style cookie. The dulce de leche was also delicious and the sweetness is balanced well with the salted caramel notes. The triple chocolate, while still good, could benefit from more chocolate, as it leaned slightly towards the plain cookie dough side once cut into. That said, these cookies truly delivered overall — expectations met across the board.

We came all the way from central London for this, and it was so worth it. Tried all the cookies and every single one was delicious, but the orange one really stood out for me. The matcha was alright, though it didn’t feel like it blended as smoothly as the others. Still, overall such a great spot and definitely one I’d come back to.

Cookies are absolutely delicious. Super soft and gooey inside but harder on the outside. The dulce de leche one is to die for. Their matcha is also amazing. There isn’t anywhere to sit aside from 4 stools out the front so be prepared to grab and go!

In the past, it’s been quite tricky to get their banana pudding - they only sold it on weekends but it wasn’t very clear that Friday wasn’t included (it now is). Unfortunately, the banana pudding is way too sweet and the price is really not appropriate - a tiny portion costs £6.50 and you get waaaay more at Vnilla in Covent Garden for a similar price and it tastes better. Price is not justified and should be adjusted.
