A lovely spot in Wynwood. Great coffee/tea bar in the front, and a full record listening lounge setup in the back! I like what this place is and what it brings to the neighborhood. Tasteful layout and fantastic modern interior vibes. I'd consider asking this place if they rent out the listening room for private events ✨

Place is amazing. Huge area to hang out after ordering breakfast lunch or coffee. Indoor and outdoor vibe. Matcha was interesting, had thick strawberry almost like jam at the bottom it was interesting. Bagel was good too. Honestly sick place in Wynwood highly recommended to check it out. I almost wanna Gatekeep it honestly

Really love the ambiance and decoration of this new vinyl lounge and cafe that just opened in Wynwood. Their lounge is not open yet, looking forward to their opening. As for the cafe, I love the 1950s kind of vibes and ambience. The u-shape marble counter, it’s really beautiful and the bagel-shaped light fixtures, that’s a nice touch. The egg bagel was good, nothing outstanding but good enough. They have a good bagel offering and next time I’m back I would like to try the egg one with tomatoes, it looked better than the plain egg one I had. The coffee was good but I think it was overly strong. I’m a coffee snob and love strong coffees but this one was made with a pretty dark roast and the intensity of that cappuccino was way too high. Cappuccinos as other milk based coffees such as latte and flat whites are supposed to be more balanced out, this one was way too strong, in my opinion. If it was 2 points down on the intensity, it would be a 5 stars cappuccino. The acidity was pretty nice, loved that from this coffee. As for the service, I know they just opened but they should be a bit faster at cleaning the counter and removing dishes from the counter once customers leaves, given they have a limited seating area. Looking forward to try their egg bagel with tomatoes next time.

Google
Sable Cafe in Miami is an absolute gem. The ambiance is amazing. It is warm, stylish, and full of that creative Wynwood energy that makes you want to linger for hours. The food was absolutely delicious with the tomato bagel being a particular standout. I also love that the cafe transforms into a vinyl bar in the evenings which is such a cool concept, and I definitely plan to check that out soon. Overall, I’d highly recommend Sable Cafe for anyone looking for great coffee or a vibey breakfast spot.

Google
FINALLY, a good cafe in Miami. Jose and Anna are the best. The quality of service, vibes and even the foood… wow. I was so surprised. I’m definitely going to be returning and telling all my friends. It’s hard to find somewhere that checks all the boxes in Miami and is not just a cute space. I love how the space is so big. If you’re co working, you have tons of options. It also isn’t super loud compared to other spaces, which is a plus. There’s even an outdoor area. The perfect spot. Definitely worth checking out if you haven’t!

Google
I’m so disappointed with the recent developments of this place. When I first came the service and food was honestly top tier. Their tuna melt was fresh, hot and served with love. My visit today for a price of $46.30 (including 10% tip) for a cortado, cold brew, and 2 tuna melts for something I could’ve gotten at a corner store deli for $15 was SUPER disappointing. If this is the new standard I definitely won’t be back for breakfast. Maybe a drink or two for the vibe.

Google
Unique coffee concept in Wynwood 🎧 Loved the Latin vinyl playing while enjoying a yummy bagel and espresso! There is a variety of seating depending on the vibe you want. Haven’t benn at night yet but look forward to checking out the vibe and music they play

Google
Sable is such a hidden gem. The matcha is honestly the best I’ve ever had creamy, smooth, just perfect. And the Nova bagel? Something about it makes it super special. I could eat it every day. The place is so charming and artsy, with all these little details that make you want to stay. Plus, the vinyl music sets the perfect vibe. You can tell everything here is made with love 💃🏼🕺

Yelp
I remember having visited this space under its old incarnation as Freehold, for a Yelp event. My most recent trip was this weekend when my ladyfriend, a fan of country music invited me to the "Boots & Beats" show, a fusion of country & EDM. The advert said it would be a country artist and a DJ playing a blend of country and EDM. The artist singing the country part was very talented and covered a few trendy songs, including a bunch by Taylor. The DJ headlining the second set spun a high energy set, doing a great job of adding an "tikitiki" vibe to classics by Jason Aldean, Luke Bryant and yes Taylor. The indoor and outdoor spaces were perfect for the show and the music was great! For this event, both the singer and DJ were outside while the bar was inside. Seeing as this was the first event of the series in Miami, there were a few logistical issues. There was a line outside and we had to wait about 30 minutes, supposedly because they didn't have security guards. The musicians were also late in starting. At the bar, they didn't have the ingredients to make a Mojito and at the beginning they said there was no Pinot Grigio chilled to serve. I asked for a red, the bartender said OK and both my lady for the night ended up with a Chardonnay. They did recover later in the evening for a great rum old fashioned!

Yelp
Attended an event called " boots and Beats " at the Sable. Excited for the event.... I wanted to make sure we were on time... which we did.... But the venue was NOT ready... They had us standing outside ( Miami Humidity weather...crazy rainy in and off) for over 30 minutes!!! Seems like there were not prepared. We may have been like 10th in line but the line ended up down the street!!! ( not sure if that was a gimmick to attract people to the spot) Once in... of course we went straight to the bar. The wine my gentleman friend and I prefer to drink was not available. He decided to choose another red wine... But our waitress after struggling to open the Chardonnay bottle decides to give us both Chardonnay! I guess she forgot he asked for Merlot! We just took it to not give her a hard time & he was ok with drinking Chardonnay. The location has a spacious indoor area well a/c with some couches to sit. The indoor area has a bar with like 5 bartenders. The location has a very outdoor area. The event performance took place outdoor. The area was large enough with a stage. They had big fans to cool the area. There was plenty of people but the place never felt too crowded that you couldn't walk or bumping into people. ( I hate crowds). The outdoor area also has another large bar. ( but we did not visit this bar.) The indoor was playing different music than the outdoors. It was also spacious for everyone dancing. The place is spacious but I believe the only restroom was inside. So of course.... A huge line for the women's restroom. ( it may have had 5-6 stalles... I'm not exactly sure on t I have mix feelings ... I see the potential. The actual event was great. But the standing outside and waitress giving us the wrong drink... it gave me a bad 1st impression. I have not been in a night club for over 18 plus years. I would say the music and the crowd were good.. They had security that was actively working. So that's good when you have people drinking sometimes things can get out of hand. If they hosted another event ... I would possibly go again because I do see the potential ( great layout) the place has to offer but I hope they work on making things a little better for any future events. The bouncer was apologetic towards the delay.

Yelp
I love finding news, cool spots in Wynwood and Sable is definitely one of them. This New York inspired cafe has everything you need to hang all day. The open format is cozy, and welcoming at the same time. Their vintage inspired almost retro looking diner is great for a quick catch-up with friends or extending co-working sesh. I came in and ordered the strawberry matcha latte with oat milk and the tomato bagel (on an everything bagel, ofcourse) and loved everything I ordered. The matcha was delish, and I'm pretty picky about my matcha so this was a very pleasant surprise and their bagel was unique and yummy. I wouldn't say I was blwon away by it, but I did enjoy it a lot! My friend ordered the blueberry matcha latte (seasonal order), as well as the Nova bagel and she loved both. I took a look at their vinyl bar area and saw a bunch of people hanging out co-working there and instantly told myself this was going to be my new favorite spot to hang out at.

Yelp
I was told the Bagels are shipped from Essa in NYC. Baked in house. Essa I my favorite bagel. I'll bring a dozen back from ny to freeze. That makes it the best bagel in south Florida. I stopped by mid week around 11:30. Parking wasn't too bad. Around the corner on the street. The eating counter wasn't crowded. So I was able to order quickly. Everything bagel with nova. It's was really good. I didn't expect it to be a Essa bagel from 51st and 3rd avenue. I purchased a few bagels to take home. @ $4/per. It's in a cool venue. Coffee/bagel shop up front. Couches and garden in the back. Turning vinyl records. Either way. It was worth a trip over there. I will come again.

Yelp
Sable has been the most recent pleasant surprise, replacing a beloved bar and speak easy in the heart of Wynwood, this coffee shop and soon to open vinyl joint, truly stole our hearts in record time! From the second I had my first sip of their strawberry matcha I knew it'd been of my favorites in the city. On one of my last visits I noticed that the matcha is pre-made and was a little turned off by it, but the flavor is still so great and well-balanced. I do wish it was freshly whisked each time. The focus food items here are undoubtedly their bagels, but unlike other bagel offerings in Miami, the unexpected twists of ingredient choices are what make them stand out the most. Oh and did I mention, they import their bagels straight from the big apple's Ess-a-Bagel, bringing a unique touch of New York right to the heart of Wynwood. I encourage you to try their Strawberry Matcha even if you're not a matcha drinker, but if you wanna stay on the safer side, the vanilla cloud foam cold brew is the way to go. The ambiance is unique and top-notch, the service is simple but kind, and I am looking forward to all the work & matcha dates here to come!

Yelp
What a fun spot in Wynwood! We went for breakfast, but the space transforms at night to a bar and vinyl lounge. The space is absolutely gorgeous, very retro with a disco ball and great speakers, so I am looking forward to coming back at night. The bagels are truly some of the best I've had in Miami, as they are brought in from Es A Bagel in NYC. The matcha was delicious, but our group had mixed reviews on the coffee. Totally recommend checking this spot out!!

Yelp
Had lunch at Sabel, it was good, though not super amazing. The food was fresh and enjoyable, but what really stood out was the space itself. It's relaxed and perfect if you're looking for a nice spot to get some work done or have a casual meeting. Definitely a great co-working vibe!

Yelp
I've been seeing this place pop up all over social media so I stopped by to try it out for their day time service. I was really excited to try their bagels since they are imported from NYC and I ordered a sesame bagel with egg salad based on rave reviews ($14). I also ordered their vanilla cloud cold brew ($6.5). The staff was really sweet and they get their orders out very quickly. I sat at the bar top and did some computer work for about an hour, which is great because they offer free wifi. They also have a back room that is their lounge area I assume that's where the bar service is at night. The bagel itself was a big portion and it was enough to keep me full until dinner. The egg salad itself was good, but a little bland in my opinion. The bagel was soft and fluffy, but again, not anything super notable. The coffee was strong and tasted like your typical cold brew with cold foam. Overall, I think I would opt for something different to eat next time, maybe the tomato bagel and would try another drink. But I do think it's a good option in Wynnwood if you're interested in sitting and getting some work done or catching up with a friend!

Yelp
The ambiance is amazing! I was taken immediately to a retro diner! The man who greeted me and the woman taking my order were kind and friendly. I sat at the "bar" which was open and so cute, I made friendly convo with the patrons around me. The veggie bagel SO good! I'm from the north, and we know bagels. You can pick plain or everything bagel, and I without hesitation, got the everything. It was thick and fluffy. On top was an herb cream cheese, lox, capers, onion, tomato! It was so delicious. I also ordered the Cloud cold brew. I'm used to stronger coffee, so this one tasted a little watered down to me. But not bad. Would recommend coming for the amazing bagels, but wouldn't consider it a coffee spot. Thank you!

Yelp
Sable has a great fun atmosphere any time of day. The bagels matcha and coffee, delighted my taste buds. A great place to get some work done with the retro diner vibe and In the back the disco ball made me feel the transition from work to fun. I went back to a night event with was a live vinyl Dj was such a great time. Nice crowd great music! This is a must visit, I'll be back. Thanks :)

Yelp
I came here twice, one time for the food and coffee and one time for the coffee and beats event. Such a vibe! Coffee is good and bagel egg and cheese is okay. Wasn't my favorite bite but for the coffee and vibes I'd go.

Yelp
The environment was too cute! I know this building has been a variety of businesses n the past but I definitely like the way they have it set up now. I ordered a tomato bagel and a strawberry matcha. The service was 10/10 and the seating was very cool, I believe they have WiFi too which is a plus. I wasn't a huge fan of the matcha I felt like it had no flavor even after she added extra sweetener. So for the price in my opinion not worth it. I drank about half and left the rest. The bagel was fresh and flavorful I wish there was a sprinkle of sea salt on top to really bring out the natural taste of the tomato but the chili oil is a nice touch. I thought the pricing was more or less average for the area however, I did notice a basic egg breakfast in the menu for $18-20 which I thought was a little overpriced. Perhaps I'll go in for another bagel but more excited to try out their night life next time. I spent about 22$ with tip, not great for an everyday breakfast spot but I would recommend it if you're looking for something new to try in Wynwood.

Yelp
NYC bagels in MIA, is there anything else to say? This place paces all vibe checks. Good for day time. Good for night time, it checks all the boxes. The coffee tasted like coffee, as coffee should. The bagel selection & variety side options hits the spot. The decor is on point & it's so spacious! Honestly a coffee shop with this much seating is underrated. Miami needed a place like this. Very pleased with the service, management and the employees were trying to impress & well, we were impressed. Can't wait to be back & fuel up on some macros !

Yelp
I LOVE SABLE... What more can I say; it's a beautiful fish; Exepensive as hell... I wish I had a few slices as we speak...

Yelp
The same owners of Novela Cafe Social in Oasis Wynwood (which I love for breakfast), is this retro 1950 interior designed diner for breakfast and coffee during dawn, all while having a huge vinyl lounge and outdoor patio in the back during dusk. This has to be one of the most beautiful places in Miami that I've been (coming from a born and bread). The staff was amazing (shoutout to Jose for being so nice and gave good recs for choices), and I even had a chance to meet the owner. They had an August special for different coffee choices (I got the Iced Maple horjicha latte, which is a like a roasted matcha, kind of tasted like a Thai iced tea which I love), and an egg and cheese bagel. It came out fast and delicious! The bagel tasted so fresh. The owner is from NYC so he brought a taste of that to Miami and it didn't disappoint. It was a great working spot since they have plenty of outlets and WiFi. I definitely want to try it out at night for one of their events since the interior takes you back in time all while you dance the night away. Definitely will be back!

Monica R.

Yelp
Café is stunning -- coffee & matcha 10/10 also the charcoal lemonade is so refreshing! Bagels are insane -- so fresh... tomato bagel and the white fish bagel are my favorites so far ! Space in the lounge to work on your computer. The service was immaculate ! I will definitely be back for more V I B E S!

Yelp
Went for breakfast, beautiful place. Their matcha are yummy must try the coconut cloud one, they don't use the best coconut water but if you can look the other way and enjoy do so. Their tomato bagel is amazing, whoever came up with this one genius blend of flavors. The egg and cheese bagel very dry wouldn't recommend it.

Corinne F.

Yelp
This is the best bagel I've had in Miami. Hands down. Bar none. I've tried bagels all over the city, and coming from New York, as a fan of Essa, you will not find anything better. The nova bagel is perfection.
google avatar

Yelp
Best Bagel I've had in Miami. 10/10. I'm not easily impressed, but their bagels are from Essa Bagel in NYC, one of my favorites. We had the egg salad bagel and the tomato bagel which were great. I'll be back for their salmon bagel and whitefish. Also great cold brew coffees. Place has an awesome atmosphere to boot where they're playing vinyl music. Will be back

Simon M.

Yelp
One of the girls named Anna suggested the plain bagel as I wasn't too hungry, and it was definitely one of the best ones I've tried in the area! Highly recommend their iced coffee with oatmilk!

Cate C.

Yelp
The food is so delicious - not down for the ambience it's very small and a little cold vibe (almost like a to go only feel ) or the hefty service charge but the tomato bagel is just beyond great

Jose L.

Yelp
I had a coffee at this location a few days ago. Everything was fine until a member of management began reprimanding an employee not in a professional manner, but in a way that was almost humiliating, especially in front of the staff and customers present at the time. It showed an incredible lack of professionalism and work ethic. This turned my experience from a 10 to a 0. I will not be returning, and this should be brought to the attention of the owners.

Summer W.

Yelp
Not sure how you can have the best bagel sandwiches, the best matcha, and also be this cute of an establishment. Sable has got it down. Shoutout JC for helping me decide on the perfect sandwich

Ellen L.

Yelp
My passion fruit jasmine tea tasted like water :( my sister got the coconut matcha and that was alright
