"This Mexican spot on the Upper East Side has a very long menu, including a couple different types of soup, but the one non-negotiable dish that needs to be part of your order is the pozole. The big portion of perfectly spiced chicken soup comes with crispy tortillas that you should throw them into the bowl with sliced avocado. Stumbled upon this place a few years ago and enjoyed it so much we had to return during our latest trip to NYC. It's a small spot with cozy vibes. We ordered tacos and margaritas and everything was delicious! A little bit pricey but worth it to us. Service was also great. Will be back again!

The food here is absolutely amazing and so filling. I was blown away by this authentic Mexican cosine. We had the fish tacos and flautas meal. The ambiance is very calm and inviting like having dinner at your best friends home. The service was impeccable our server was very attentive and so polite.

Well, today we went to eat here. The place is way too small if you come in groups. In our case, we ate in the afternoon, but we didn’t like how the waiter treated us because he didn’t let us sit at other tables. He said that if we sat at another table, he would have to clean more, but we were six people, and the tables only seat two. However, they wanted to seat four at a table when there was no need for that because the restaurant was empty 😒. Also, the food seemed expensive and not of very good quality. The grilled meat was very dry.

Had the best meal I’ve had in a long time here. Service was excellent and friendly and the food was delicious. We also enjoy some cocktails. Classic local restaurant, with delicious food, reasonably priced

Incredible gem on a side street (79th) in the upper East side... The good, presentation and service are all exceptional. Highly recommend. (I had the fish tacos and loved them).

Super expensive, meat was dry, 3 super small tacos for $20. Entrance had a strong urine smell. Couldn’t stay outside or inside because of the smell. Front lady and chef looked like they didn’t want to work. I am so sorry but overall it was a negative experience.

The food was OK. There is no customer service. As a party of one who dined inside (only customer, by the way), I had to request everything (water, water refill, to place an order, alcoholic beverage refill, additional food, and the check)! I ordered rice, beans, Traditional shrimp tacos (not to be confused with street tacos) & two margaritas. I even witnessed a patron who dined outside bring in their used plates. The staff was very concerned with decorating for Day of the Dead. I didn't feel appreciated for supporting their business. I would not recommend this place but rather Chipotle for the taste/service/value.
