Saving Tottenham’s Latin Village Was About Preserving a Taste of Home | Eater London

"A Tottenham-based Colombian eatery celebrated by local organisers for its indulgent, hearty dishes; it is particularly noted for serving bandeja paisa, a rich, emblematic Colombian platter. The venue is highlighted as one of several Latin cafes and restaurants that community members are urging Londoners to support as these small businesses help sustain cultural connection and recovery after the pandemic." - Javie Huxley

Went to Seven Sisters and tried a #Colombian restaurant. Sabor Latino by Ñañito's served delicious food. I had #BandejaPaisa which had #chicharron #friedplantain sausage, beef, red kidney beans, rice, avocado, and fried egg with lemon and homemade herby chilli sauce. Washed down with Club Colombia beer. It was a tasty and filling experience. They also serve Colombian bread and pastry from their bakery. #foodporn

Food were excellent 👌 as always. The staff were so friendly as well. They put latino music that makes you dance and enjoy while you’re eating. The prices are cheap and they have a big portion of the food. You can also take the menu del día (starter + main) Ps: The restaurant’s new name it’s not Botellon Latino anymore.

A very expensive meal on a Monday night. You would expect to pay £45 with outstanding food and service. You would have paid that money in a London restaurant on a weekend. At Sabor Latino I killed a cockroach and service was slow. It is very disappointing because I am Latin and I love Latin food but I won't be back ever again.

This place is refreshingly simple, yet its charm lies in its incredible staff and inviting atmosphere. For a moment, it felt like we were transported away from the hustle of London. The food was simply delicious, and the addition of live music made the experience even more amazing!

Great place for a hearty meal. Make sure to be very hungry when you get there! Good, local Colombian food that's hit or miss with some dishes. Some other reviews mentioned the great empanadas but I found them to be too oily and lacking in flavour. The tostones were good, although if you're not used to eating green plantain, you might find that a bit bland, too. The ripe plantain served with meals was delicious, though. I had the vegetarian meal (see photo) which was tasty and enjoyable except for the little pot of cooked veg in sauce which was extremely oily and too salty, even when mixed with rice. It didn't matter much as I still couldn't finish all my food, even with leaving that aside! I still enjoyed my meal and would come back again, although to try a meatier main meal. My husband had the mini paisa (see photo - the regular sized one was recommended by the waitress to be too much for one person) and it was still a really filling meal that was not easy to finish. The mince meat, pork belly and the sausage were all very, very tasty and I would give them six stars if I could! Overall, I would recommend this restaurant for a casual meal with friendly service and a genuine, local Colombian feel. Alcoholic drinks also served here but we did not have any.

The owner is a lovely man and always polite and friendly, I get a takeaway from there being the grilled chicken meal as it full of flavours and a generous portion size

The food was not good, it was super fried like if it was fried 3 times or even from the day before. They forgot to bring other things, it seemed a bit chaos, they left the cleaning cloth next to us, we told them about the food, but they didn't do much about it just said sorry. We ate a bit but didn't finish it at all, just because we were going on a trip and we already paid. It was my first time coming here and my husband has been her before and said it was better before, hopefully they listen more to the feedback and guests.
