"Sabor, located in the Ferry Market in New Hope, offers American comfort food with a Brazilian twist and the crispy chicken sandwich featured on this market vendor’s menu is one to try. Enjoy the crispy chicken sandwich topped with mixed greens, red onion, tomato, and herb mayo and grab an order of coxinhas for a starter dish or accompanying side." - Kristen Kwiatkowski

I tried the pão de queijo and the coxinha and it was so good! The food was fresh and very tasty. Also the shrimp stew / moqueca was great! Piping hot and fresh. I had the moqueca with seasoned rice and salad. Really hope this place sticks around. As a Brazilian I thought their food was great.

The market is usually very busy and seating is limited. Today was a usually busy day. We decided to try the food here. Prices are okay, not cheap but not expensive. The food was also okay. We expected more flavor. The Chicharron Calamar is simply typical frozen breaded calamari. We expected true flour coated chicharron calamari. We didn’t eat most of it. The onion rice is really good but the proteins were bland. They offer very tender beef but it didn’t have much flavor. The bread is missing cheese. It was chewy as expected but lacked flavor. Probably would not return for the food unless I was in the area. I would not crave this places food but it wasn’t horrible either, just don’t expect an authentic Brazilian cuisine…

This brazilian restaurant is a good option to try brazilian food if you are in new hope. We tried picanha steak platter with fries, and it turned out to be really good. The meat was soft and juicy, much better than our expectations. The service was good with the sweet people on the counter. Really happy with the overall experience.

Stopped at the market for lunch while riding on the D&L Trail. So many good selections- I had the Chor-cheezo steak which was excellent. Hope to be back

This is the worst place I've been to in a LONG time. For a $20 burger it was disgusting! It was frozen and not cooked to order. I asked for a burger medium well and it was a burnt frozen patty. I asked for lettuce, tomato, and sweet pickles but it came with onions and dill pickles. I won't be coming back here and wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!

Yelp
Sabor is located inside Ferry Market in New Hope, PA. There's plenty of seating inside and outside the market area. The food is fresh and delicious! I gave them 4/5 stars only because their menu board is hung high above the counter, confusing and literally difficult to read. The couple ordering before me was struggling as well and I listened as they read the choices aloud. We decided to try the Brazilian cheesesteak, shrimp stew with sides of roasted potato and fried bananas and a chicken pastel. But I loved the food and the smiling service!

Yelp
Great food. Picanha platter, brazilian burger and bacon cheese burger were all perfect

Yelp
Love this new addition to Ferry Market! So far I've had the Chicken Pastel, fries with cheese, Philly cheesesteak and the cheese ball (can't remember what that's called). All were super delicious. My husband loved that the bread for the cheesesteak was thinner and they use real steak. He was left craving another. The cheese fries are great....they layer the cheese throughout instead of just in top and the cheese is delicious (not canned). The chicken pastel was very tasty especially with the yogurt type dip they gave on the side. We will absolutely be back!

Yelp
Located conveniently at the Ferry Market in New Hope PA you'll find Sabor. It is Brazilian food with a touch of American. The steak is out of this world. Loved the skewers and the burger was so good, ordered another one. Everything was well seasoned. The flavors were exploding! So good. We had the cheese bread too it was really good. I will definitely be back I want to try the desserts next time! Wishing much success!

Yelp
5 people working, a sandwich took 25 mins during 3pm post rush hour. Very slow service.

Yelp
I made the mistake of ordering from this restaurant on Door Dash and will never make that mistake again. Knowing what Brazilian picanha should look and taste like, unordered the platter, medium rare, hoping for an order of steak similar to their advertisement. Wow, was I wrong. This meat was thinner than paper, bland, overcooked and mostly fat. It was pretty much well done by the time I got it, and the only good part of the meal was the salad and roasted potatoes. Avoid this false advertisement of a steak platter at all costs!

Yelp
How nasty it is when you ask for water, and they tell you that they're out of cups. Honestly, sad. I also asked for ketchup, they gave me the look and thought about it...they almost said no. (I was ready to flip out) Do NOT own a business if you don't want to. Do NOT put unfriendly staff up front. They'll ruin you. Never coming back.

Yelp
Burger was so charred and salty, if I closed my eyes I would think I was eating a burnt piece of shit. No flavor yet so salty. Saburn

Yelp
Ordered the Philly Cheesesteak was made with high quality ingredients. Taste was phenomenal but also different. Service is fast. Located in the ferry market nice location.
