"The Collingswood location of Philly-born chain Sabrina’s is as popular as its siblings, with a patio and a brunch-centric menu for mimosa-sipping patrons. Stuffed challah French toast is a go-to for anyone who can take it slow afterward, while there are plenty of veggie choices for those who want to keep things light and bright." - Ernest Owens, Kae Lani Palmisano

Fantastic service! Our server was so kind and attentive! This Brunch restaurant is a fun, casual spot to hang out with groups of friends/family. Very open and brightly lit. Everything came so timely. I ordered the Teriyaki Salmon Bowl, and the Breakfast Tacos (THANK YOU for the double tortillas!!!). Both were incredibly flavorful and I would absolutely order either of them again. The coffee was amazing, no bitterness but full and filling. Doesn't taste watered down unlike some other cafes. Highly recommended!

Sabrina’s is always a good place to go. Service is great and the atmosphere is nice. We got a table right away because we were only two but by the time we finished eating, there was a line waiting to be seated. I rated the food with 3 because, don’t get me wrong, it was good but I think the portions are way too big. I ordered a “short stack” of pancakes because a full stack sounded too much for me, and still I wasn’t able to even finish half of them. The breakfast tacos were really good, but again, in my opinion there is no reason to have double tortilla, it is just too much. Best thing to do is to share a dish if you are not too hungry.

What else can I say but Wow! This is the best brunch spot in the NJ area hands down, no contest. I have been to this location plenty of times and was never disappointed. I always try to get something different because i know everything on the menu is a hit. The chef definitely knows how to throw down in the kitchen with the amazing dishes he creates. This establishment is very clean & well organized. The staff is friendly & will accommodate any requests you might have. My server was Justyna she was very helpful and extremely nice and attentive to our table. Any questions i might of had she helped me with them. I also had Joe one time for brunch. Very energetic & extremely kind. He was fantastic so was the whole Sabrinas Crew. 20/10 i would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a solid breakfast or lunch spot. You will not be disappointed.

Terrific menu! The specials were creative and on trend. I had the French toast (photo attached) and a side of gloriously thick and flavorful cherrywood bacon. This place is well thought out in design like a national chain, yet it is quaint and charming in the same ways that your local neighborhood gem would be. Well done!

The portions were much bigger than expected, and it didn’t lack any quality! The food is very delicious and the atmosphere is laid back and comfortable. The service is just right—they make sure we have what we need and don’t bug us. I definitely recommend!!

Breakfast tacos & avocado toast were very flavorful. The grilled onions over the potatoes gave ot a tasty touch. As for the service, it was just OK. We would have stayed longer, but the atmosphere was SO LOUD that we could hardly hear each other & had to raise our voices to talk, too. Our table was in the front room. We waited only about 10 minutes for our table, which was great. Heard this place gets super busy. Parking was a bit tricky. Street parking is always full, but there are paid lots (behind the building) just a short walk away. Easy access from Route 130.

First time ever getting to Sabrina’s. I was craving a hearty meal where my partner went with Caribbean style. I absolutely loved the chicken and biscuits meal. The flavors flowed well. Same to with the jerk chicken bowl. The plantains and mango balanced the jerk chicken. Will definitely be back again!

This place is way larger than I expected. High ceilings, a back area, outside patio, and outside street/ almost parking lot seating. Strangely, there are chalkboards with art and slogans on them from the ceiling. The size of the place and the boards make it feel like this place used to host a grocery store or something. Walked in, was told seating in 15-20 mins. Probably actually waited like 5. Fortunate they had indoor seats for waiting. Got the California dreams omelette, Philly phanatic pancakes, schwarbers southwest grand slammy, strawberry lemonade and peach Arnold palmer. Both drinks were very sweet. Omelette was nice. Grand slammy was very hefty. Didn't know how to pick it up to eat it without everything falling out of it, ended up just buying it off the plate. Pancakes were interesting. Friend enjoyed it, wasn't my favorite. It was sweet, salty, and cream cheesey. Waitress Justyna was a pleasure. Polite and bright. Very loud inside the main room. Could hardly hear my lunch mate sitting next to me. If you wanted to have any conversations while eating, this is not the place, or sit outside instead. Two single room gender neutral bathrooms. Guest wifi available, asked waitress the password. Pretty fast, 100 MB dl speed, 25ish up. They had two unifi AP in view and 5 different wifi networks, so it seemed like they expect a lot of device traffic.
