Google
Great view inside of the bank while eating. Portions are good, taste is good. Go-to place to just chill with friends before visiting DOCO or other areas around.

Josiah Ranteesi

Google
To be honest their portions are pretty bad for the price it's about $20 for a large bowl and every other poke place loads you up for a large bowl and this place looks like I walked out with a regular size

Yelp
I'm surprised I haven't written a review for this place before, but I honestly think this is the best value for what you get poke place in Sacramento. And I've tried a lot! Unlimited toppings of course, generous scoops of poke (salmon is my fav), super nice workers (Mika is my fav!) and it's located in the bank so obviously a lot of space to sit and enjoy the building. They do a 10th free bowl with a punch card after you buy 9, which for me and my boyfriend went by super fast so that's awesome:) I love coming here and definitely won't stop as long as I'm in Sacramento.

Yelp
I was looking forward to trying this poke place and it was just ok. It gave me mall food vibe but on the pricier side. Portions were a little small for how much we paid in my opinion and taste was ok. We also got a sushi roll and that ok as well nothing special. Staff was very friendly and helpful with our order and we got our food fairly quickly. Not sure if I would come back to this place.

Yelp
Found hairs on the rice of my poke bowl. I had to make myself throw up after. I didn't have to leave reviews like this if people were doing what they're supposed to.

Yelp
I thought this place was only okay. Fish isn't as fresh as I'd like it to be, crab meat costs extra (most places have it included), portion size isn't great, and there's not enough sauce for the bowl, making everything pretty dry. For parking, it can get difficult so you'll probably need to park and walk. On the plus side, the lady working was very kind, there was a generous amount of fish, and there are many sauce options, which I appreciated. This place is located inside a bank, which was a bit confusing when searching for it. Once you're inside, it's kind of like a food court. When we first went in around 6pm on a Saturday, we weren't sure it was open since the lights were super dim and we didn't see anyone till we got closer. You just order and seat yourself wherever. Would try it again to give it another shot.

Yelp
Overall the experience was good. Service was good, the guy that helped us was nice and patient with our orders. This location is inside the bank which may be hard to find if you never been to the bank. We went around 3pm so it was pretty quiet at the place. I got a regular poke bowl and got spicy salmon, traditional poke, and oyster sauce poke and it was good. The fish tasted fresh. Other than there was very little fish everything was good.

Yelp
Worked with Mickey to cater an event we hosted at The Bank (will post a separate review for the excellent and easy hosting services The Bank provided.) Micky was super responsive, quickly understood my request for multiple diet-friendly options, and worked with me on timing of food delivery to make sure we had a consistent flow of appetizers throughout the night. We had the veggie egg rolls, gyoza, mozzarella sticks, and shrimp tempura which were all way tastier than I expected. We also had a sushi platter which was a major hit!! Everything was easy to set up, communication was quick and comprehensive, and the food was great. Highly recommend working with Micky to cater an event, or stopping by the poke place for some delicious food!

Yelp
A solid place for poke at The Bank! We queued up when there was a bit of a line and there was only one employee putting bowls together and cashing people out so it took a little longer than expected. They have similar portion sizes to other poke places. A regular that offers you 3 scoops of protein and a large bowl that has 5. From there you can add an extra scoop for $2. They had a good number of protein options including a pre-seasoned house fish which I really liked. You could pick an unlimited number of toppings with the exception of the ones that cost extra. They charge $1 extra for crab salad. and avocado. One of the cooler items I saw was a habanero masago that was a bright red! Not sure if it was spicy or not, I didn't want to take a chance. I found my portion to be satisfying although my boyfriend which had a large was still hungry afterwards. If you are super hungry I'd consider adding a side to go with your bowl.

Yelp
Out of all the fine dining establishments located in "The Bank", my personal favorite would have to be "Sac Poke Bros". That is saying a lot considering this place is competing against burgers, pizza, tacos, and sandwiches which is some pretty fierce competition. I have been here on 3 separate occasions and have always been quite impressed. The business name comes from twin brothers Brady and Micky Sisenglath who were one of the first tenants to move into this place back in late-2018. As is the case with all of the other eateries at The Bank, you order at the register while they provide a buzzer/pager when your food is ready. Here, they serve a Build-Your-Own Poke Bowl as well as their Signature Bowls. Additionally, they offer a few different sushi rolls, Spam Musubi, and Miso soup. I've eaten two types of Signature Bowls, the first visit was "The Bruddah's Bowl" which includes Ahi tuna, sweet oyster Ahi, onions, green onions, avocado, seaweed salad, Masago, and fried onions. The second visit was "The Cali Bowl" which includes salmon, shrimp, crab salad, avocado, Edamame beans, cucumbers, seaweed salad, sesame seeds, spicy mayo, and house sauce. On my most recent visit, I decided to go outside of the box and try their "Rainbow Roll" with a side of "Spam Musubi" while my boss ordered their "Dragon Roll". One word to describe the food at Sac Poke Bros and that it is fresh. On every occasion, I've received a very generous amount of food. The price is also very decent especially for it being in the heart of Downtown Sacramento and close to many attractions. Overall, this place is definitely worth checking out if you're craving a hearty Poke bowl or even a sushi roll. My rating for "Sac Poke Bros", a perfect five stars!

Yelp
Honestly some of the best Poke I've had in Sacramento! Sac Poke Bros is the place to be for your quality poke fix! I 1st came across this place on a night out to The Bank for libations with friends when I saw Sac Poke Bros. I knew I had to have it! Upon returning I went during the lunch hour which is an awesome time to go if you work or you're in the downtown area. I was immediately greeted when I walked up with super friendly customer service. They have a spread of everything you desire sitting behind glass (nobody wants germs) on display. The displace just made me eager to get my food haha. The good thing about the cafeteria style of getting your food is its ready to eat once you've completed your order. I had the original bowl with white rice, 1 scoop of tuna, 1 scoop of salmon and 1 scoop of Hamachi. I kept it simple and went with their House Sauce. I added Crab Salad for an extra $1.00. I am kind of bummed there's an up-charge on crab salad. It's typically free everywhere else. I topped my bowl with masago, fried garlic and fried onion. The fish was so fresh and tasted great with the house sauce. I really enjoyed the customer service and the ambiance. Also should add that these poke bowls are pricey. My bowl came out to $14. I still found it worth it. How are they going to pay the rent anyways? :)

Jaime C.

Yelp
Had the pleasure of having lunch at Sac Poke Bros. They are located in The Bank, which is absolutely gorgeous!! They offer 2 sizes if bowls which includes your choice of base (white/brown rice, salad or wonton chips), 3 or 5 meat options depending on your bowl size, sauces and additional toppings like edamame, seaweed salad, onions, cucumbers, ginger..etc. I had the original bowl with white rice, 1 scoop premariated tuna, and 2 scoops of ahi tuna. Topped it with edamame and cucumbers. It was a treat. I will be back to enjoy their fresh poke.

Thanh L.

Yelp
Was a little bit difficult to find the store since it's hidden inside a building and in a food court. Portions were tiny for almost 20 dollar per bowl, and tofu counted as a scoop of fish. Really expensive. Tasted decent but for the price it wasn't worth it. Avocado costs extra, as well as crab meat.

Mali-Nelson O.

Yelp
I love ordering from Brady for all my special events, my sushi and musubi fix. Great service, always on time and reliable. The best deal in town, presentation always at its best. Looking forward to many more orders! Thanks!

Kelly L.

Yelp
I have to say I'm so glad I found Poke Bro's. We recently had a wedding over the weekend and I came across Brady and his team on Facebook. Since the time I asked him to cater at my wedding to the time of our wedding, he has always been so accommodating and pleasant to work with. He made the entire process so easy and stress free. Brady invited me to do a food tasting for our event and let me tell you, everything that was recommended on the menu was so DELICIOUS. He brought 8 servers to serve on our wedding day. They all had masks on and worked diligently on our wedding day to make everything as successful and smooth as possible. There was more food than me and my guests can eat. Truly the best experience and so glad we hired Sac Poke Bro's to be apart of our event. If you're looking for a sushi company that make awesome food, easy to work with, accommodating and above all the best service, do not hesitate to reach out to Sac Poke Bro's. I stand behind my reviews and trust me you have to give them a try.

Ian D.

Yelp
Excellent food and service. I was helped by one of the girls who work there. I ordered a chef role for the fun of it, but I was surprised at how good it was! good presentation and finished fairly fast. Would recommend!

Engell P.

Yelp
Amazing food,Service, staff, and ambiance! Strongly recommend you try this place! I will definitely be back soon!

Yelp
Okay so this is not for their poke but their sushi rolls. I was craving sushi in the area and this popped up via the Yelp app. I checked out their menu and it seemed like a solid choice. Located in the Bank structure, they seem to have a solid following and everyone I saw there were ordering the poke bowls. I got the $10 rainbow roll - it was mainly three types of fish: salmon and what appeared to be two different cuts of tuna. I was disappointed in the quality of the sushi rice: too much vinegar and very mushy. The rice was solidly packed. The cuts of fish were very thin and not very substantial. Perhaps this is the latest trend to cut down on costs? Needless to say I was disappointed. Perhaps one day I'll try their bowls but for now I won't go back for their sushi!

Vanessa L.

Yelp
Located inside the bank. You can either build your own bowl or choose one that's already customized. I chose to build my own and did half rice and half greens along with 3 proteins. You can add unlimited toppings and a couple of them are an additional charge. You can also mixed sauces and I don't remember which 2 I mixed it with but it went very well with my poke bowl. The poke was delicious! Come grab a poke bowl & a beer at the bar and you won't be disappointed!

Alex L.

Yelp
Some of the best poke I've had in Sacramento! That says a lot considering poke is all the rage these days. Nevertheless, there's a reason people line up for a bowl of this goodness on any given lunchtime at the Bank. That reason includes the freshest ingredients, a great selection of toppings, relatively reasonable prices (let's face it, poke bowls aren't cheap) and the fact that it's in The Bank, which is Sacramento's trendiest new venue. My go-to is a tuna bowl with brown rice, jalapeños, cucumbers, fried garlic and edamame. I top that with their spiciest sauce - the "Bro" sauce. In general, I like a lot of kick and this bowl does not disappoint. Don't let the line deter you either. I've been here when the line is 30 deep and am picking my toppings at the counter within ten minutes. Plus they have a loyalty card to keep you coming back!

Yelp
Great place for poke bowls! Top notch fish!! Sac Poke Bros is one of the new spots in the renovated The Bank. It shares a space with a bar, cafe, and soon to be a couple more food and drink establishments. The area can be described as a cafeteria-styled establishment. The place is ran by a couple of staff and the owners are twins! Everyone was super nice and friendly. What makes this place great is their quality of fish and their sauces. Honestly, this far inland, it's hard to find a place with good quality fish, but I was super surprised to taste fresh poke. Their sauces are all home made, and their spicy is definitely spicy. Bowls are reasonably priced and you definitely get what you pay for. Overall, a great place that I would definitely return to. It's in an up and coming area and is next to Golden One Arena. The staff are all super as well!

Amy O.

Yelp
They are quick and so far everything I have tried has been good. I really liked the bruddahs bowl. It has been my favorite.

Aya E.

Yelp
I have been meaning to visit The Bank and I'm a sucker for poke! So, when I was in downtown, it was an easy decision to stop by here for dinner. I decided to do the Build Your Own Bowl, regular size (~$12) which included 3 proteins. For my base, I went with half brown rice and half wonton chips. For my proteins, I chose salmon, tuna, and shrimp. The salmon and tuna were pretty standard but the shrimp were super small. It didn't seem fitting for a poke bowl. The scoop portions are pretty solid, however. For my sauces, I went with a mix of the House Sauce, Bro Sauce, and Spicy Mayo. The first two sauces are more oily, so I would recommend getting a little bit of both because it actually made my rice soggy. Good thing I threw in some spicy mayo to hold it together a little better. For toppings, I went with crab salad (+$1), seaweed salad, avocado (+$1), green onions, masago, and fried garlic and fried onion. I didn't realize there would be an up charge on the crab salad and avocado since they didn't mention that to me. All together, my bowl alone came out to ~$15. That's definitely on the pricier end for poke. It was a good try and was definitely filling. However, I don't think I would frequent this place.

Abi C.

Yelp
Everything in the poke bar is super fresh, especially the fish. The shrimp is perfectly cooked. The musubi was also freshly made, soft & delicious. The sauces are so good. I combined the House, Bro & Ponzu sauce together. This is my new favorite spot for my poke fix! Also, the extra perk to Poke Bros is that it is perfectly located inside The Bank, on 7th & J St., which has a massive food court with other food joints & bars. This building is a must visit!

Tolik C.

Yelp
Great place. Ive been to a lot of places like this and this one is on top of my list. Highly recommend. Great service too, very friendly gentleman. And the place is bomb. Its at old Bank, great, vintage architecture.

Diana M.

Yelp
Pokee isnt really my thing, but i'm still up for trying it :) They are quite good and excellent service. super sweet and easy going place.

Pamela F.

Yelp
Finally made my first visit to The Bank to grab an awesome poke bowl from Sac Poke Bros. The renovated bank building is so beautiful! The poke bowl was so delicious! Super friendly, helpful service and the regular sized bowl with three scoops of protein plus all the toppings I could ever dream of left me more than satisfied. I'll definitely be back for more, and bonus: they have a loyalty program! Shouldn't take too long until I'm enjoying my free poke bowl. I have to admit that their to go bowl packaging had me a bit flummoxed. Not all that simple to remove the lid, but that will just encourage me to stay a while and eat in next time.

Myka W.

Yelp
The website for this spot is outdated. The prices do not match current updates. A lot of poke spots around town close early, so the 9PM closing time looked very promising. Ordered a regular sized bowl for $14 (large bowls are $17) with shrimp, salmon, and a sweet marinated ahi with a name I cannot recall. The portion sizes were pretty normal compared to other poke spots, but the actual size of the individual shrimp was tiny! They have a wide variety of tasty sauce options, and offer a good variety of toppings as well. The fried garlic was good, but a couple pieces were a little hard and made us wonder if we had bit down on old rice. We came in pretty late so at the time there weren't many protein options, but I can at least say they have quality salmon. Crab salad and avocado is $1 extra. They can't beat Poke Ichii, but if you're in a bind and need to satisfy your poke craving this is a good spot. Definitely will be back to try the sushi rolls!

Yelp
First review of 2019! First of all - The Bank, what a cool take on reconditioning a classic looking space and making it a common dining area with different types of restaurants/bars. The only reason I heard about this place was because a friend had highly recommended that I check it out if I was ever in the area. At first glance, I would never imagine that there was a restaurant inside of it. The exterior has the grandiose of the classic banks you see in movies and you even get the same feel when you walk through the double doors (not the revolving doors). However, once you walk into the open area with giant ceilings, you'll know you're in the right place. Poke Bros (located near the stairs for the 2nd floor) is a small booth adjacent to the cafe run by a couple of staff. Over the years, I've slowly incorporated poke bowls into my monthly lunch routine since it's gotten so popular, but honestly I'm not always a fan. That being said, I think Sac Poke Bros stands out in my books because their fish is freakin' good! (I cannot emphasize this enough) I'm used to the meh textured fish that most place give to save money, but you can definitely tell that this place uses quality stuff. FYI, their sauces can be too spicy to handle so make sure you tell them before you choose your sauce (my friends couldn't handle it so they ended up chugging their thai iced teas)

Cindy H.

Yelp
I'll give it a high 3.5 just because it was good! But for the price I paid I'm hoping I would get more fish. It seems that this is the main complaint of anyone getting the poke nachos. It was quite oversauce as well. If I minus those 2 factors, then the quality of the fish is good and the sauce is yummy. They just need to find a better ratio of serving it or lowering the price. Then again it's in The Bank... in downtown.. so *shrug*

Annie t.

Yelp
Poke Bros is a cute family run establishment in The Bank. The fish is super fresh, great flavors and variety of options from hand made rolls to their signature bowls and poke nachos. Those poke nachos are a must get. I've tried a lot of poke spots all over and Poke Bros makes it to one of my top spots. If you like a bit of a kick or spice in your food, Poke Bros got you covered! I recommend the bro sauce and mixing in some of your toppings like onion and cucumber. I created my own bowl and had their poke nachos which I would highly recommended getting. Plus if you got some room, those spam musubis are spot on. This is definitely a great edition to downtown sac. The bank is a great place to go to chill. Grab some dinner at Poke Bros, carb up a bit and then go down stairs for the beer tap room or head up stairs for the whiskey bar. It's a great place to come hang out for an evening.

Trish S.

Yelp
Came here for The Banks opening! So far Poke Bros and Chocolate Fish are the only food stands open. I was a bit disappointed cuz I wanted my sushi made to order but they are already pre made and packaged BUT... it was still very good and fresh! I tried the CA roll and Dragon roll. They were out of miso soup (sad, I really wanted that on a raining evening.) lastly.... the location is on the main floor and you can barely hear the staff, it's so noisy (it's not even a full house yet since it was just the opening day at 5pm.) I had to repeat myself multiple times and they asked me to repeat as well.... Quirks to fix.. maybe..

Hazel V.

Yelp
I was so excited to try this place! Over all 4 stars for the Traditional style & Sweet Oyster flavors! It was delish!! But I gave one less star because the portion is RIDICULOUSLY SMALL! Even though the bowl gets three scoops of protein, it still was a small portion. I'll be back!

Alexander A.

Yelp
Ordered the poke nachos for 9.95 at lunchtime, the guy suggested the spicy tuna went well. The dish came out immediately, and the service person was friendly. Unfortunately, the dish was very light on actual fish, maybe a dozen small pieces of salmon. There was also a small scoop of avocado. The flavor was overwhelmingly sweet. The whole dish was smothered in sauce. Large jalapeno chunks dotted the top. The wonton chips were crisp. Lastly, the dish was served in a clamshell plastic container despite my desire to eat it there which is a turn off for me. I left feeling hungry. Overall, I would give it another shot to try a proper bowl but I anticipate being let down by a similarly small quantity of fish. For a better poke nachos experience I recommend the dish at iron horse tavern.

Ruben A.

Yelp
Food is hella good. Good service and great prices. Everything is really fresh, you can taste the quality. Come eat here.

Posh E.

Yelp
Owner responded to my post a few weeks ago about not being opened yet because of COVID. I went back now that their open and I'm impressed! Food is great, price isn't too bad.

Linda W.

Yelp
This place is really decent. I wasn't expecting it to be so good. My go to is Delilah's or to fish face. The fish here is fresh and the topping options are plentiful. Next time I am at the bank, I will be stopping here. Also, great customer service!

Aaron D.

Yelp
This is the go to spot! Not only can you enjoy a high quality bowl of poke (fresh fish bought every morning), but you can also enjoy the beautiful aesthetics of the bank! They have sushi and drinks as well. Definitely a must try!

James D.

Yelp
One of the best place to eat in Sacramento during spring and summer times. The Bank is a great place to eat at due to the AC system. Food is reasonably priced for the location, and portions are generous. One of the fresher poke places I have eaten, and service is fast. I recommend coming at 11am to avoid the lunch crowds.

Priscilla P.

Yelp
I have been to a lot of poke places in Sacramento, and their fish taste the freshest. When I got to the counter, they immediately greeted me and answered my questions about their food. They were friendly and worked quickly to get me my delicious food. I definitely have to come back here again.

Tiff P.

Yelp
I am really impressed with the customer service. The guy who helped us was really friendly and let us sample many of the fish. He was also generous with the samples as well, we didn't even ask to try some of the fish but he offered it. That was so nice of him. I ordered the cali bowl and dragon roll. The cali bowl is so good! I recommend having the spicy salmon, it was not spicy at all but it did have more flavor than the regular salmon. The dragon roll was pretty good too. I recommend coming here if you ever come to The Bank.

Jonathan C.

Yelp
Fresh fish, great food and awesome service. Looking forward to when they start opening for lunch to become more of a regular here.

K P.

Yelp
Yummy sushi :) and I actually don't like alot of sushis. Ita hard to get me to eat more than 2 bites but I ate almost 2 rolls x.x

Noah P.

Yelp
When it comes to Poke, I want to say this place is okay. Not amazing, and not bad. Though I feel like it is unreasonably priced. I know Poke is suppose to be simple but I feel like it's a little too simple with how they make their bowls. Some people like that, but typically I would like more options. The taste is good. Is it some of the best poke I've had? Probably not. With poke places popping up everywhere, I can't justify coming back here in the mean time for how much it costs. The market for poke is fickle at the moment and prices remain high. But if I'm going to fork over a lot of money for poke, there is definitely better options I would select. I would still come back here though if there were more changes made, notably price.

K K.

Yelp
I have had the platters from here which were decent in quality and taste. Their deluxe and supreme platters were definitely worth the price. Recently, I was in the area and wanted to try their poke. Unfortunately, the poke did not meet my expectations. The poke bowls come with a small portion of fish and was made up of majority base. For the amount of fish you get, it is not worth the price advertised. I feel like you could get better poke elsewhere. However, do try their platters.

Sarah N.

Yelp
Fresh ingredients, good portion sizes...and actual won tons instead of tortilla chips?!? My new favorite spot.

Forrest F.

Yelp
Sac Poke Bros is the best poke I have had in Sac. Always fresh, always delicious. I keep meaning to try the other restaurants in The Bank, but every time I see Poke Bros, I don't want anything else. Actual conversation with coworker: "What do you want for lunch?" "How bout Poke Bros?" "We just had it yesterday." "Yup" "Yup" "Let me grab my wallet. Let's go."

Roshan P.

Yelp
This is good. If you're looking for healthy, fast, delicious and tasty food. You want this poke bowl.

Sang Yoon K.

Yelp
Super bomb spot to grab Poke. Being from Hawaii I can get pretty pretentious when looking for good poke but I have to stay this is truly reminiscent of home. I got the spicy salmon, traditional ahi and ahi oyster which were all full of flavor. Make sure to ask for the garlic flakes topping! I've never been to a poke place with this option and it was such a nice twist that added a nice garlicky crunch to every bite. It's also nice that it's inside of the new "bank" bar so after you grab a few rounds with your friends you can head over here and grab there poke nachos (super good too)! I loved it so much I ended up buying a lb. (yes they sell by the lb too like hawaii style!) and taking it home. All in all this is a great place to grab your poke fix whether it be a nigh out drinking or just needed a quick lunch while in downtown Sac!

Elaine N.

Yelp
Solid poke spot located in The Bank in downtown Sac. I did a build your own bowl with a mixed bed of veggies and white rice, ahi tuna, salmon and a bunch of toppings. I mixed the bro sauce with the spicy mayo which was really good. The poke and all the toppings are very fresh. Worth a stop by if you're checking out The Bank.

Tina N.

Yelp
First time at Poke Bros and it will definitely not be the last. The poke was super fresh there was a good assortment of flavors. They also offer sushi, musubis, and other items if you aren't always in the mood for poke. We sampled everything and it was all really good. Highly recommend.
