The food was good, best meal is the Soltani, Ghormehsabzi and Fesenjoon were average, lamb chops is also very good. Atmosphere is nice and cozy, service is very good, parking is a bit of a hassle. Highly recommended for Persian food in west LA.

The food was amazing and such big portions. The chicken was so juicy like in the name. The ingredients are fresh and great flavor; everything was amazing. The service was good and we got great recommendations . I would come back , give this place a chance ! You won’t regret it !

The Most Amazing Experience of My Life We decided to celebrate my mother’s birthday at a newly opened Persian restaurant. Admittedly, I was a bit hesitant at first—we had no idea what the food would be like, or how the service would turn out. But from the moment we walked in, all my doubts disappeared. Sandra, Mina, Farshid, and Bobbi were the most polite, friendly, and professional hosts I’ve ever encountered. They went above and beyond to make our day feel special and truly unforgettable. The food was absolutely delicious—every dish was packed with flavor—and the atmosphere was warm, inviting, and perfectly suited to the celebration. We had a wonderful time and genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better birthday party for my mom. I highly, highly recommend this place to anyone looking for exceptional food and unforgettable service.

Visiting LA from DC with high expectations for Persian food, and Sadaf did not disappoint!! Service was amazing, Sandra was extremely hospitable and made sure our table was always taken care of. The food was beyond our expectations. The tahdig with assortment of stews was crunchy and flavor packed. The Kabob platter was unremarkable. All the meats were so tender and packed with flavor. Already planning my next flight to LA just to visit again!

If you're looking for a place for authentic Persian food in Beverly Hills this is a good option. They have all of the main Staples as well as some signature salads as well as vegetarian options. The food is great the location is small but it's still enjoyable with a group. They need to work on their service and making sure they have enough stop to be able to help it's easy to see the staffs a little flustered but they are a great new restaurant and I believe this is Growing Pains. They have a great beef , chicken menu I would recommend the beef sultani. My house got this and I think I had more of his meal than my own

Kebab is delicious and the service was wonderful (special shoutout to Ben our waiter)! Great kashk-e-bademjoon too!

Wow. Unreal. Yes, I'm the American who knows Persian food. Why? Persian food fan from waayyyy back. Plus, I've been with a Persian woman for 11+ years. Thus, I'm practically Persian. Now, let me preface it that I've been to 2 other locations of Sadaf, both Woodland Hills and Thousand Oaks. But this fairly new location wowed me. Cute and modern, a single room creates a different experience than the others. Service was super nice, a team served us, all great. But the food was unbelievably good. The gf and I shared a "Eggplant Delight" (aka "Kashk bademjan") was super delish heightened by fried garlic atop. Then, the king Juicy Chicken was from beyond, grilled to perfection with a slight char, and served with fluffy rice, grilled tomato, onion, and green pepper. MMMMmmmmm...mmmmm! I can eat this all day, every day. Kudos to all involved, and to those who haven't been, go already.

Such a good find! I was working in the area for a few days and came here with my boss. It was so good we had to go back again. The service both times was great. We were even gifted hummus on our first visit, which was so good we got it again the second time. The chicken sandwiches were very juicy. Portions were generous, we had half left to take back home. Fries looked crispy and seasoned. Everything tasted fresh and light. Definitely planning on coming back with some friends!

Ordered delivery on 8/10. Our order: Tahdig w all 3 stews - stews were all awful. They tasted as if they just added boiling water to them to want them and give more volume. 0/10 Naderi kabob - naderi was flavorless and waaaay over done. The koobideh was too salty to eat more than one small bite 0/10 Boneless chicken with Adas oolo - same as above. Adas polo was good though. I called to let them know and was met with a laugh and an unapologetic "sorry" the little girl that answered the phone shouldn't be answering phones let alone working in any customer service type position. Another at Kevin eats fail. Hot garbage

Went back for the lunch experience. The chicken was not as amazing as the first time. I still like their salad. The chicken lunch special including tip was about $32. It was a large portion. The service was challenging. Our server would forget things and appeared to be distracted. He was on his phone most of the time. It's a charming restaurant but service today was a miss. The food was still pretty good not great.

I'm not too familiar with Persian food, but after dining here last weekend I'd definitely like to try more! This restaurant is cozy, chic, and the customer service was excellent!! Below is what we tried: Hummus - 4 1/2 Stars. This tahini hummus was the perfect consistency and rich in flavor. Definitely get this was a side of pita to scoop it up with, though would have been better if the pita was warm. One order is a portion big enough for 4 people. Juicy Chicken - 5 stars! Cooked perfectly, the name does it justice -- this was juicy, rich in flavor and delicious. Beet Salad - 4 stars. The beets were good, could have used a bit more feta and walnuts. (Personal preference) Plain Tahdig - 3 1/2 stars. My buddy liked this, I thought it tasted a bit stale. This is basically crispy rice that pairs well with stews. Combination of 3 Stews - 5 stars. This was excellent! Each stew was robust and rich in flavor and excellent with rice or the leftover pita from the hummus. I unfortunately can't tell you what all the stews were, but I want them again! All in all, this is a solid spot for classic Persian dishes in an intimate environment.

There is no greater joy than a restaurant achieving what it has promised and Sadaf did just that during my visit. I ordered the Juicy Chicken but little did I know I'd be served the juiciest, and perfectly flavored chicken breast I've had in my life. To make matters even more impressive, the Shirazi Salad was fresh, bright, and I took the liberty of dipping the last bits of my chicken in the citrusy juice--what an absolute treat. Visit them for your next professional meeting, date, or catch-up with your best friend. It's a classy space with a super attentive staff, and at a shockingly reasonable price for BH. Enjoy!

Holy sh... This place is amazing! Funny thing I recently ate at a spot I thought was my #1, but this might just be better. The place looks both fancy and cozy. We came here after my theater performance to celebrate, and it did not disappoint. We ordered the juicy chicken it was drenched in marinade and incredibly tender, savory, and perfectly salted. We also got the koobideh kabob, which was just as juicy and full of flavor. The sautéed mushrooms were a nice surprise too really tasty! Even the tea was served in a super cozy and stylish way. The staff were kind and professional. Highly recommend! PS:Forgot to add the hummus was Delicious!!!

Valet in the back costs $8 which was an unexpected bummer. For me, the hummus was good, the pita was thin... server was very nice. place was almost empty so quiet.

Cute little restaurant, went early, got the chicken kabob. It was good but not the best I've ever had. Service was good. The convenient location will allow me to visit again soon. Overpriced mushroom dish, I would avoid getting that.

The Chicken Shish Kebab was delicious. It was juicy, soft and tasty. I loved their rice. I highly recommend this dish. The service was friendly and attentive.

New location. Our server, Farshid recommended the eggplant appetizer which was quite flavorful. Excellent suggestion. The beef koobideh was superb and my partner had the chicken which was equally good. Celebrated with a Brut Rose champagne. And they even sang Happy Birthday to our birthday girl. I love Sadaf! The koobideh is so flavorful and tender, and the juicy chicken is super juicy every time. You can tell everything's made fresh and with care. The rice is perfect and the portions are great. The place has a nice, relaxed vibe and the staff are always friendly. Definitely my go-to spot when I'm craving good Persian food.

Lovely place, Nikki was so gracious and pleasant. Server Mina was so nice also. They went out of their way to make us comfortable and welcomed, even when taking the food to go. So amazing !! the workers are very nice and I've even interacted with the owner before on my visit very humble even took my order once and checked in on me as I was dinning in to assure I enjoyed the food. I thought that was nice. Very friendly staff and very clean and beautiful establishment! Now the food ... that needs its own 5 stars

This was one of the best kabobs I have had recently. The service was spot on. Everyone was very attentive. The place had a good vibe and the prices were good. Will visit again.

it was our first time!!! We were celebrating my friends birthday. We love the food love the service.! we sat in a patio such a great vibe. You'll have to try this place.!! Finally a fun place in beverly hills! Sandra, Bobby and owner Niki made us feel so special!

The waiter looked at my friend the way a defendant looks at their lawyer after losing a case. He also promised us plates but never brought them. The soltani was disappointing. The barg was thin, served room temperature to cold, and the koobideh, while hot, had little flavor. The "juicy chicken" was excellent, though. Portion size was solid. The Shirazi salad was a disgrace. They charge $2 extra to substitute rice, yet the dressing was just harsh lime juice instead of proper lemon. The indoor dining experience is rough when the place is full. It gets loud with kids, families, and couples, and the interior layout feels cramped.

$13 for a appetizer plate of Sabzi. First of all the feta. 1"X1". The greens were the cut of I don't know what. A little parsley(that doesn't belong). No rayhan, no tarkhoon, and no mint. The service is good. No Iranian servers but was ok. The rest of the food on a scale of 1-10 is 7. Not going back.

Food was excellent !!!! So fresh, and tasty!! The service and staff are extraordinary! My son dropped and broke a full glass on the floor, the way this was handled was so kind, and warm and loving !!! Saghar, and the rest of the staff were so attentive and welcoming !!!! Will be here again and again!

First time here - the restaurant is very clean and decorated nicely. During our visit there were a few families and other smaller groups. The service was great. We were greeted upon arrival and sat immediately. The food is delicious- maybe even the best lamb shank I've eaten. Highly recommend this Persian restaurant.

Thank you Sadaf for opening up in BH! With all the Persians here, we really needed you. Going to Encino was becoming a drag. Food is fantastic and the decor is beautiful. Everyone knows you are one of the best. Went on a Sunday which is expected to be busy, however, the waiters all seemed extremely frustrated and stressed. The place is way too small and tight. It's unfortunate because it doesn't allow for a pleasant meal with a larger family. I was hoping it would become a regular spot for us. Hopefully a much bigger location in the future.

We came here last night with 4 friends wanting to find amazing local Persian food rather than driving to West LA and we were not disappointed. We got a variety of dishes which everyone loved. The koobideh was a standout and the best I had ever had in my life. It was cooked perfectly!! Hummus was also spectacular!! Our server Farshid took care of us and we loved the little touch of the owner Nikki coming to our table and chatting to us like we were old friends. We are definitely coming back.

My daughter made the reservation for my birthday at this new location. We had visited the other site many times, but it was our first experience here. The food was truly fantastic, and the service was outstanding. The atmosphere added to the enjoyment of the evening. We ordered a few dishes: 1) Tahdig - it was wonderfully prepared ghormeh sabzi and gheymeh 2) Juicy chicken served with half rice and half Sadaf salad - a delicious combination. 3) A combination of beef and chicken - flavorful and satisfying. Overall, we had a wonderful experience that night, and I highly recommend this place!

Got to visit this new location and absolutely loved it! The food is fantastic like all the other locations...the service was incredible and the staff was super friendly. Love the vibe of this place too...it feels super cozy chic.

My review was removed, and I now have additional information, I did get a call from the Manager, who said, we really want to make this right for you, we would love to give you a $100 gift certificate to come back, she also said on a subsequent call since I respectfully denied the gift card and requested to be credited for all the things that were double in the order, she said "I made a mistake in the order" wow... what a way to handle costumer experiences. Like I said on my now removed review... Go at your own risk, here is my review again. I don't usually write reviews, but this experience was so outrageous I feel obligated to warn others. I came to Sadaf with 10 people to celebrate my daughter's graduation, a moment that was supposed to be joyful and meaningful. Instead, it turned into a complete disaster. The waiter suggested we order and they will bring to the table in family style, I felt each person should order what they wanted, but he said they could totally do "family style." He said "Just tell me the meats, you want" So we did, I gave what I thought was a clear and reasonable order: 6 koobideh, 2 chicken, 2 filet mignon, and 2 rack of lamb. He even insisted we order one salmon and one white fish to which I said NO. That's more than enough! Common, 10 people including two kids !!! Truly more than enough. Oh well... Without saying a single word, he doubled everything, 12 koobideh, 4 chicken, 4 filet mignon, 4 rack of lamb, enough food for over 30 people. No warning. No clarification. No confirmation. Just a never-ending parade of trays we never agreed to and couldn't possibly eat. When I questioned it, the waiter looked me in the eye and said: "The menu was on the table you should have read" That sentence said it all. This wasn't a misunderstanding, this was a trap. A calculated move to inflate the bill and leave the customer holding the bag. Disrespect doesn't even begin to cover what I feel. This wasn't poor service. It was a setup. A quiet, calculated way to inflate our bill by hundreds of dollars, then blame us for not catching it. On a day that mattered deeply to me and my daughter, they took advantage of our trust and used it against us. There was no communication. No confirmation. No effort to do the right thing. Just silence, followed by blame. Go at your own risk and unless you read every line of the menu and challenge every word your server says, expect to be blindsided. This was dishonest, arrogant, and deeply disappointing. I'll never go back and I'll make sure no one I know does either. Regards,

Love this place! The eggplant delight is rich and tasty with the onion and flat bread provided! Service is outstanding! Very friendly and attends to our immediate needs! The restaurant decor gives a homely with a sophisticated feel. Even have a Coffee maker from Istanbul that serves authentic Turkish coffee!

I have been going to the Encino and thousand oaks locations for years. Love their food! Although the other two are much larger, the staff and service at the Beverly Hills location are beyond awesome. We felt like we were part of the family the entire time we were there and it was a work dinner with my boss and two other coworkers. Two of them had never had Persian food before and they were in awe. Food was amazing; service was amazing! We will definitely be back.

First time at this location! All I have to say is is yummy food and the ambience is so beautiful. The service was excellent. Felt like a four-star restaurant in the middle of Beverly Hills! valet parking. The food was amazing. I had the juicy chicken that's my favorite dish. Everything was perfect. Absolutely love it. I already placed an order for a large catering next month for my office!

Sadaf Restaurant has the best Persian food in town! I highly recommend Combination #3 -- the rack of lamb, beef barg, and chicken are all perfectly cooked and flavorful. It comes with a salad (Shirazi, green, or Sadaf - your choice). The salted mushroom appetizer with or without shrimp is a must-try! Amazing service, professional staff, and a beautiful new location. Don't miss out!

Top notch food and service! We ordered the combination platter with tender, juicy chunks of chicken, beef and koobjdeh. The tahdig was perfectly crispy covered with delicious stews. The owner, Sadaf, greeted us warmly and our server, Saghar, was so kind and attentive. We will definitely be returning!

This is one of my favorite Persian restaurants in LA. The kabobs are fantastic, as are the stews and all the side dishes. Be sure to try the barg and the koobideh. Also their homemade dogh is delicious!

Really enjoyed dinner here with our family. The service was great- everyone there was very attentive and kind to our little kids. The lamb chops were our favorite. All the meat was wonderful but the salads weren't that great. Wish they had tahdig when we were there but can't wait for the next time!

I really wish I had gotten the chance to actually try the food so I could give a fair and honest rating based on that experience. Unfortunately, what I did get the chance to experience was an extremely rude and hostile encounter with an opening employee named Sam--for absolutely no apparent reason. All I did was ask a simple question: what time they opened. Instead of answering, Sam kept insisting that he was new and didn't know anything, but at the same time, he repeatedly told me I couldn't come inside. I told him that it was fine and I completely understood that he was new, but despite that, his attitude was completely unnecessary and uncalled for. He was super rude, dismissive, and had the worst attitude over something as basic as me asking a simple question. I honestly don't know why he felt the need to treat me that way, but the whole interaction left such a bad taste in my mouth that I know for a fact I will never be coming back.

I want to update this review to let everyone know the owner herself kindly reached out to me and was very kind and apologetic. We will give them another try in the future and hopefully it will be a much better experience. As I mentioned in the initial review the valley location is excellent and we have been going there for many years. Really want this location to be a success for us that live on this side of town.
