I had high hopes for Sadelle's at Kith in Miami, but sadly, it fell short of expectations.
We tried the avocado toast with an egg, the recommended Leo (bagel with salmon and egg), and the Special Cheeseburger. Unfortunately, the dishes didn't leave a lasting impression. The avocado toast was good, but not the standout I was hoping for. The Leo, recommended by our waiter, was a miss for me; the overpowering fried onion dominated every bite, drowning out the flavors of the other ingredients. The coffee, while okay, lacked any distinctive branding (like they have in Paris).
On the bright side, the interior gave me a sense of retro charm with its beautiful turquoise hues and gold accents, reminiscent of a fancy American diner. The tables are limited but you can sit at the bar.
Overall, I don't see myself returning. It's a decent spot if you're in the neighborhood, but it lacks the culinary allure that would make it a go-to destination.
