I visited Kith today for brunch, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing.
First, the prices listed on their official website were not the same as the ones on the menu at the restaurant. The service was also quite poor, very slow and disorganized. We had to repeat our order to three different servers before finally receiving what we asked for.
When the food arrived, it was a letdown. The bagels were old, hard, and definitely not fresh. The French toast was burned and greasy. Overall, the quality did not justify the prices.
To make matters worse, after paying, I realized I was charged €10 more than expected. Unfortunately, I didn’t ask for the receipt at the time, so I couldn’t double-check right away.
All in all, this was a very unsatisfying experience. Between the inconsistent pricing, disorganized service, poor food quality, and overcharging, I would not recommend it ALL!!!
