Saffron

The ambience was nice, but the food was a huge disappointment. Mentioned in the Michelin guide, but we failed to understand why. The sushi was dry and falling apart and while the polpo with white beans was quite tasty, it too was dry and the dish was impossible to finish without some kind of dip or sauce. The waiter was unattractive and never came to ask if we wanted another glass of wine why we ate most of the main course with empty glasses (and as mentioned above, the food was dry and would have benefited from an extra drink). Only undisputed good dish was the zucchini flowers. We will not be coming back.

Service was nice, we were able to sit outside and they understood english, which was important because our italian is at best very poor 😉 Food was OK, but they used somehow (for us) unknown ingredients for their sushi. But all the way a good alternative to classical italian food which has a market for about felt 99% in Arezzo.

Sono stata più volte a cena in questo ristorante, l'ultima volta la settimana scorsa. Cibo di ottima qualità servito alla perfezione, crudo di pesce veramente buono accompagnato da un ottimo servizio al tavolo. È sicuramente un locale di alto livello ma non esclusivo. Lo consiglio molto per una buona cena di coppia ma anche in compagnia. D'estate molto bello anche per i tavoli all'esterno che si trovano in una bellissima piazza Aretina.

Ormai il Saffron è una certezza…. La cruditè migliore che abbia mai mangiato con ampia varietà di pesce e cosa molto importante, di estrema qualità. Il locale è molto bello, curato nei minimi dettagli…. C’è l’imbarazzo della scelta, fra antipasti, primi, secondi, e roll….. tuto eccellente!!

我們已經來三次了，這裡有點義大利加日本的風格有義大利料理，也有日本料理！壽司🍣生魚片等等還有炸薯條多元化的選擇，！不是一般中國人開的壽司吃到飽的店，這裡的品質好也好吃，義大利料理也很棒價格當然高了一點，不過整體餐廳的氣氛以及餐點的品質都不錯，餐廳有內用跟外面的位子都很舒適
