I came for lunch and ordered Mango Chicken, paneer pakora and a chai. The price is absolutely worth it. The food was fragrant, flavorful and plentiful. Service was exceptional and the dining room is beautiful. I live Indian food and this is the best place I've found in the area so far. Highly recommend.

Once again, another Indian restaurant afraid to put heat into their dishes. I asked for my palaak paneer to be a 3/5. It was a very mild, no heat 0/5. I had to add a ton of paprika to make it zingy. Don’t be afraid of heating up dishes for Americans. Not all of us like bland food. I want a runny nose after eating. Otherwise, the dish was well-made. Husband had chicken tikka masala. He liked his. We had both garlic and onion naan. The Cucumber Raita was tasty. We split two desserts (Gulab Jamun and Ras Malai). Both were excellent. Overall, this was the best Indian restaurant we’ve had here. I guess next time I will ask for a 5/5 heat level hoping to get at least a 3/5.

Saffron Patch was today's choice for lunch. We were excited to have something so authentic and flavorful and fresh. The flavor of the Tikka Masala was the highlight of my meal. I was pleasantly surprised to know East Indian cuisine could pack so much thoughtfully merged ingredients. The masasla was delicious and perfectly spiced to my liking. The chicken in the dish was freshly cooked but a bit tough and dry, but it could be easily overlooked by the amazing masala. The naan bread brought the entire dish together and was made very well. All meals were enjoyed; however, there was an agreement that a few prices could have been a bit more accommodating for lunch. Service could be better. Overall, it was a great experience. I'll be back. Well done, Saffron Patch.

Been going to this restaurant through two locations and several management changes over decades! Saffron Patch had taken a dip or two under some management/ownership changes over that time, but the current team has pulled it all together again and it is again as good as ever... Some dishes are even better than ever. Staff is attentive, accommodating, professional, welcoming.. friendly to all. The food is great again too. About the "new" location: The dining area includes a bar with large TV, there is also a private dining room for special events, a little outdoor seating, linen napkins, elegant and seemingly authentic Indian serving dishes. Personally I can't get enough of their masala chai. A suggestion? Be the first Indian restaurant in Cleveland to bring back a buffet... Maybe lunch or Sunday brunch! If saffron chooses to revive it... You know it'll be good

Recently been to this place in Cleveland, the food was decent, the ambience was good and it was spacious... The Chicken Chettinad and Garlic Naan need to be improvised. The Chettinad didn't have the flavor as meant to be. The rice and dal makhani was good. The only disappointment was the service was slow had to wait nearly 30 mins to get the food once we placed our orders even though it wasn't too too busy. Will visit again

I wish I could give this place zero stars. Not only is it disgustingly dirty, but the service is just as bad. The staff acts like they don’t care at all—slow, rude, and completely uninterested in helping customers. I had to ask multiple times just to get water, and even then, it took forever. The food? Not worth the wait. And honestly, with how dirty the place is, I don’t even want to think about what the kitchen looks like. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. This place needs a deep cleaning and new staff before it’s worth anyone’s time or money

Looking at mostly 5 star reviews, I went to this place for what they say - Authentic Indian food...well, a completely disappointing place!!!...Not just once but twice. This time, I decided to leave my review. I travel across and a good food is hard to find indeed. Service is just ok...I ordered Pakora...well, it had no vegetable...but trace of spinach and may be, may be - some onion...and it was salty. Next, the main entré...woow...an example of how bad this can be cooked...totally bland..no spices, it was definitely not authentic. 😂 Yes, for those who hasn't tasted authentic Indian food, there is no way for them to differentiate this horrible food to other. Last time, I went with my friends...didn't impress any of us. By the way...the portion size is too small...just hardly have 6 to 7 spoons of main course and the rice that comes with it is little too....never seen a place that gives this little...for the $$$ price of items. It was not worth the price and mainly my time! My advice - I would opt to go to a different restaurant to try out and enjoy true flavour and true taste of Indian food.

We tried the Saffron Patch for the first time today for lunch and we were blown away!!!! Authentic Indian food that is the best we’ve ever had!!!! It was absolutely delicious! They let you choose your desired spiciness on a scale from 1-5 and they really nailed it. The restaurant also has a very cool vibe to it. I’m so excited I found this place and can’t wait to go back! If you’re thinking about going here, DO IT!!! You won’t regret it!!
