We came in with high expectations given the team behind the Magazine Street restaurant. The pita and hummus were both good (though we personally prefer Saba), but a few dishes didn’t quite meet expectations for us. The broccoli felt a bit under-seasoned, and the meatballs were unfortunately cold in the center.
That said, we understand it’s opening week, and it seemed like the staff may have been a bit overwhelmed. The bussing area was also quite small, which made things feel a bit hectic when trying to leave.
We really do want to love this spot and are looking forward to coming back in a few weeks once things have had time to settle in!
