January 2025- I popped into this store and wasn't expecting to purchase anything. I walked out with a few really cute items. Thanks to Julie (the sales woman) encouraging me to try new items and helping me style different things. She was wonderful and so kind. She kept bringing me different things to try on and made me feel at ease. Normally I don't really like shopping in person, but she made the experience memorable. I will definitely be back.

8/10/24 - Sales lady, Julie is a jewel. She was very pleasant, hospitable and accommodating. I bought several pieces, will recommend others to patronize Saga and will definitely come back.

Was in Long Beach a couple of weekends ago along with sister and her husband. It was raining that day and we had hoped to enjoy the shops and find some treasures. The shop attendant wouldn’t let us in, she was so worried that we would bring the rain in I guess. She asked us to leave our umbrellas outside ( a reasonable request) but she carried on and on about how she didn’t want us to bring wetness in the store in such a manner that we decided not to venture in and contaminate her precious merchandises. She made us feel awful about wanting to come in. Terrible treatment and lack of customer service. I hope that wasn’t the owner. We will never go there again.

I really enjoyed this small clothing store. It is a beautiful seaport cottage style building painted bright color reminiscent of Martha's Vineyard or Nantucket; very stylish! The clothes offered are fashionable; universally appealing. Design sophistication make these wares attractive. The staff was extremely helpful; the saleswoman interestingly modeled the garments for the buyers consideration. Great location and affordable prices will make this store a place the customer will return to many times.

Have come often to check out the wonderful dresses & tops. They are comfortable & yet terrific style for those of us who have tummies. Thank you for making me look great all the time! Love your colors & styles. The sales ladies are always very friendly & helpful. I visit both locations often! Much thanks!!

Walked in. Employee greeted us . My mother was looking and nodded to the lady and I stuck to the pleasantries , employee greeted I greeted back things like that. I guess my mother being busy was too much, stuck up employee got rude really fast . “ what ever” and gave us a nasty glance , rude to us . Like I said hello , I’m good and kept small talk . Sorry we both aren’t very talkative, but we weren’t rude to you, no need to chase out customers with your rude attitude for not having a full on conversation .

Was there in May 2017! Bought bracelets! Bought beautiful satchel style handbag! Prices great. Going back in August! Great find! Very nice, knowledgeable manager lady.
