Sage

I purchased Sage 50 Pro online. Unfortunately, the data from my prior version was not compatible with the new version of Sage 50. I called Sage customer service, and they said they would credit my card for the cost ($625). That was two months ago, but I never received the credit. Buyers beware.

Leadership is a joke on the support side of things. Too many managers attempting to micromanage technically skilled personal rather than following through with what they should do. Career development is a cruel joke, sat and listened to management make excuses for years as to why there wasn't a business need to do so much as give be a title bump for three years. My want of said bump was after exceeding sales lead goals and preforming the duties of someone 2 positions above me for 2 years. A month after I left for greener pastures I was immediately promoted. It's telling when you can only keep people looking to hang on until they can retire. If you are looking for a company that cares only about the sales team bottom line and doesn't care about actual software support (seriously still supporting a series of dead programming languages and selling it as SaaS) as an afterthought. Please take any position you can.... I didn't because I was unemployed I understand now how you can be devalued by bad/indifferent management.

Horrible place to work!!! The management is based on favoritism, refuse to pay for overtime after shift ends (mandatory to wait an extra 15-30 mins for all phone cues to clear without pay).

Best place to work hands down, best customer experience and service as well. My opinion is of course biased because I enjoy working here.

Terrible Support. You could destroy your business trusting Sage. Use Caution.
