Somalian food, that flatbread

The food was exceptional. The service was fantastic and they atmosphere is very friendly. The staff are attentive we got our food in less than 10 min. Everything was fresh and hot. We are visiting from NYC and always have Ethiopian food so we were like let’s try Somali while we are here. It was delicious to say the least will be back here again.

Google
Our first time at a Somali restaurant and we realy enjoyed it. We tried the Goat with rice and the Beef steak with rice. The goat was tender while the beef was a bit dry and chewy. However, the real highlight was the green chili sauce with lime, it was the soul of the meal and elevated all the flavors. We managed to finish 2 huge dishes thanks to that sauce! The sauce's aroma was inviting and the taste made both the rice and meat bolder and much more delicious. Unfortunately, when I took pictures, I didn’t pay much attention to the sauce, so I didn’t get any shots of it. Service was good, and the staff were all very friendly. The restaurant was unsurprisingly crowded, even 15 minutes before closing time. Definitely worth a visit!

If you want to try quality Somalian food this is the ideal place.Loved the atmosphere. And the staff were very kind and friendly.Really loved the concept of having a prayer area which is downstairs . We ordered T bone steak with rice and goat ribs with rice which was extra ordinary. . The t-bone was juicy and cooked perfectly. The portion size was more than enough for 1 person. This comes with a lentil soup and a mango juice. They do have complementary coffee as well.

Google
The Goat dish is good. The T-bone steak is mainly bone and dry. The rice is good. The meal comes with soup and tea. We were not served the soup nor tea. We asked after we finished our meal and were told that they will pack the soup for take out. No tea until after 3!

Google
Absolutely delicious. Great service. Had the goat or lamb, the chicken and the T-bone steak. all finger-licking good. The chutney was so good and the dessert, Milk Cake, was really good too. Can’t wait to come back.

House of Orion

Google
Where you go when you need a hearty, healthy, real meal. Sahan is nothing short of a Scarborough treasure. They have the most impressive meals, they do not skimp on anything, each meal comes with a soup and mango drink. The plate sizes are large enough for two to eat but you won't want to share. Let me take a moment to mention their absolutely succulent goat ribs. The meat is tender, juicy and flavorful complimented by rice and salad it is a winner. If you like dessert at the end of your meal the milk cake will not disappoint. It is a great size, light and not too sweet. It's perfect! The restaurant has a nice open and clean vibe and the staff are pleasant and welcoming. Sahan is definitely House of Orion Approved ✅

Quality/Quantity/Price balance was right at the point. Big portions, fresh, amazing quality. Service was exceptional. I can't wait to come back and try everything on their menu.

Very friendly atmosphere, went in was greeted with Salam. Food was great, priced really well for the portion, loved the Lamb very tender and soft, and not oily at all! Food comes with lentil soup and mango juice, had a prayer room with clean washroom too, def recommend

Yelp
I got a recommendation for this place from a friend, and it did not disappoint. I got the goat ribs and got the chicken stew with rice, the portion was humongous we ordered two dishes and this can feed easily 5-6 people. The service was excellent the waitress was very kind and gave us good recommendations. The ribs were so tender and the rice was really flavourful. I really loved the chicken had a slight heat to it and was seasoned perfectly. If you are coming here bring a couple of people, because the portion size is massive. The mango juice I didn't like, but the soup was pretty good, very unique. The goat ribs are a must if you come here. It falls off the bone, you don't even need a fork. It is cooked to perfection. If you are at Scarborough visit this place for Somalian food a hidden gem.

Yelp
Food 3 Service 3.5 Ambience 3 We came to Sahan for African food and learnt it is food from Somalia. Meals are accompanied with a soup and a mango flavoured beverage. Main meals are served with either rice, pasta or chapati and a dressed salad. We ordered: Goat ribs with chapati T-bone steak with rice The meats for both dishes was tender and well seasoned. The rice was flavourful with a 'lemon' themed flavour without tasting acidic. I wondered if it was flavoured with sumac which I have only heard about. It was a great choice ordering the goat ribs which we ordered based on other reviewers fav dish. The chapati I would describe similar to roti. Portions are large. We packed half of the meals home for dinner. The restaurant is in a plaza with plenty of parking.

Yelp
A few weeks back I went to this Somalian restaurant in Scarborough. It was my first time trying African food and I was impressed! The portions were great for the price and all of the dishes were very different which made it more appealing. We tried their: Chicken stew Beef stew Goat ribs Beef steak Goat lamb My favourite was the goat ribs and the chicken stew. Loved both the dishes! All the items cane with salad and rice and we were also given lentils and mango juice before our main dishes. We got the Somalian milk cake for dessert - this was nothing fancy, just the regular milk cake that tasted really delicious. Would highly recommend to give this place a try if you're nearby!

Yelp
A pleasant dining experience as my wife and I were craving some Somalian food. We have been without a place to go to since the closure of Hoyos. Located in Scarborough, the restaurant is in a busy plaza but it has ample parking. There are lots of tables inside but are close together. There's also a private room. The washrooms are located in the basement. We ordered the Chicken Stew and the Lamb dish. They all come with a choice of either rice, pasta or chapati (flatbread). We went with the rice. They also provides you with a lentil soup, salad and a mango juice drink. The chicken stew was the highlight as the lamb was a bit tough. The rice was flavorful and quite good. Service is minimal but efficient. Once you finish your food, you need to go up the front to pay. We still miss Hoyos but this place is a nice option to satisfy our Somalian food cravings...

Shahzad A.

Yelp
One the best food taste, Beef Steak was excellent, with all serving. The service was so good that I have to ask for paying Tip. Ambience is also excellent. I recommend anyone looking for healthy food, should visit SAHAN.

Yelp
Shahan is an excellent spot for some Somali cuisine. This place is very authentic as you can tell by the clientele. I had a goat stew which was super flavourful. It was served on a bed of beautifully flavoured rice. I asked for a spicy version. When the waitress served it, she said "very spicy. Good luck!" Lol. There was a side of garden salad for some coolness and a complimentary mango drink. The portion was huge I couldn't finish it. All for a very reasonable price of $19. Gem of a place. The meat is Halal. The ambiance is very casual.
google avatar

Jamaal M.

Yelp
Had a lamb dinner there... incredible value for the price as an entree includes a delicious soup, salad, meat dish and a tasty mango drink. The lamb meat was tender and well-seasoned.. I added a $3 spicy side dish (halica or something, can't remember what it's called) that came with spicy onions, beef and peppers, that just made the whole dish a 10/10 symphony of spicy goodness lol... I honestly cannot describe it well enough. Definitely going back to dine in and, definitely going back for take out.

Yelp
Try this Somalian food, the portion is huge for two people and I wasn't able to finished it.

Yelp
This place gets consistently high praise for a reason. They are meticulous in their food preparation and Service. I grew up in Africa and this is food from my childhood. Lamb or goat, highly seasoned, fat free, with saffron rice pilaf (spicy with fal-fal), good Somali tea fragranced with cloves and cinnamon. You start off with a small broth (lamb) to get your appetite going and the rest is just paradise. Professional and poised Service, quiet and low-key ambiance. Always a great experience. Try their lamb or goat dishes. The salmon was lovely, perfectly flaked off the fork. Their chicken dishes are also fabulous. Spotlessly clean place. Chatted briefly with the chef; a man who takes pride in his product. Halal restaurant.
google avatar

Yelp
This place serves Somali food. The food is delicious. All the dishes have some type of meat. Even though each dish is so delicious, it is hard to finish one dish by one person. The portions are pretty big. I had just come out of the gym and you know how those after Jim meals can be pretty massive and yet it took me a while to finish the plate. They give you a mango drink along with your meal. The mango drink is pretty likeable so I ended up ordering an extra one to go when I was finished. They also have a cake for dessert. It's a big cake the cake tastes homemade so I like that the people who work here are genuinely nice to you. it doesn't seem like they're being nice to you because it's their job, it really feels like they're genuinely sincerely nice. The staff here have a proud noble heir to them, and I like that. Overall, it's a real feel good place.

Yelp
Delicious! I've never had Somalian food before Sagan but wow it was so flavourful. Super friendly service and massive portions. I got the Chicken Sukar with comes with lentil soup and juice. Everything was definitely made fresh! Would definitely come here again.

Yelp
Loved their food in the past and actually took a few friend with me recently after a long break.. was happy to find the food is still as good with generous portions.. but they do not serve their signature tea any more! Also didn't have the grapefruit juice they use to have (which I loved) but still have the mango juice! Service was a bit slow compared to what I remembered but we went on a busy weekend so it's understandable as well! Lovely people though and the owner is always around chasing up on everyone so that is nice!

Yelp
I was just browsing my top 5* places looking for somewhere to go tonight and noticed that I hadn't written a review for Sahan yet. This is crazy because Sahan has been my #1 favourite restaurant in Toronto for well over a year. Sahan, PLEASE accept my sincerest apology! Now on to the story. I only came across Sahan as a random suggestion from Yelp. As I read through the reviews, I noticed a trend of Yelp Elites singing their praises for the place. I thought, "Pourquoi Pas?" That was the fateful decision that took me to what is now my favourite restaurant in Toronto! What you will find, in what appears to be a bit of a divey place within a commercial strip along Laurence is a true Gem. Their speciality is lamb and goat and I'm not joking when I say that you need to come for lunch or a very early dinner because they have usually run out of these options later in the evening. At that point, you'll be stuck having chicken or steak. Not bad options but not their speciality. Every meal comes with a complimentary starter soup, plus a choice mango or grapefruit juice and finally an unlimited amount of Somali Cardamom tea that is self serve on the counter. The best way to enjoy a meal here is with friends as the traditional Somali way to serve food is on a very large plate, piled high with rice and your meat selections on top all communally shared with friends. All I can say is that I am blessed to be married to a small woman who never gets her fair share and allows me to take extra every time. When it comes to Sahan, this is a blessing for me. I strongly encourage anyone who loves great meat, and lamb/goat dishes in particular, to come visit Sahan. You will love it!

Yelp
After hearing so many good reviews about this place, perhaps my expectations were set too high or maybe we did not go on the right day. I am a HUGE fan of Somalian food so I was super excited to try this place. We drove over 40 minutes to get to the restaurant, but I was disappointed with the service and the food. The service was slow and we had to call the waiter every time, as they didn't come. As for the food, it did not taste very fresh, but rather that it was reheated. The food was alright, but the portions were large. Not sure if I would come back though.

Yelp
This is a very nice restaurant. Inside is spacious and there are good size seats. I ordered lamb for takeout out and the portion was generous. The food comes with soup and mango juice. They are very delicious. Staff was very friendly. I got the dessert which looked like trece de leche, but it was called Somali milk cake. I will definitely come back to this place.

Yelp
This was among my list of bookmarked restaurants and is one of the best places in the city for Somalian cuisine. Located at Warden and Lawrence this place has been here for years. Though inside the ambiance is far from fancy, it's the food, quality and portions that brings the crowd out. I decided to try their Beef stew (suqaar), season beef strips, served with vegetables and a heap of flavored rice. The meal comes with homemade comforting lentil soup, glass of juice and self served cardamom/cinnamon tea. I was able to try their Chicken suqaar with chapati (rather than rice) from Jen and it was just as flavorful. Food, portions, price and overall service was great. Parking is easy to find, ambiance is decent.

Yelp
Sahan is the perfect restaurant to try Somalian food. The hostess/waitress greeted us and sat us at a comfortable booth. She was very patient and explained the menu items to us. We decided on the T-bone steak for me and Goat Fal Fal for hubby. All meals come with juice, lentil soup, salad and tea. When the lentil soup arrived it looked very plain and unappealing but looks can surely be deceiving. The lentil soup was rich and flavorful and when we added a little bit of the green hot sauce that came with it, it was out of this world! Our dishes came out pretty quick and man did it look delicious. The Goat Fal Fal was a little gamey for me but hubby enjoyed it. The T-bone steak was fine, nothing spectacular. What I enjoyed the most was the fragrant rice that came with it. Everything went well together and the flavors were harmonious, I even enjoyed the cooked onions and tomatoes that topped my steak. After our meal we had the complimentary tea. Somalian tea has a number of different spices mixed in like cardamom, cinnamon, ginger, cloves and even black pepper but everyone has their own recipe. They make their own tea here and add in their own blend of spices; it was very aromatic and a delicious way to end our meal. Portions are large and I was more than happy to take home the left overs.

Yelp
This was my very first experience with Somalian food and it was great! The service was fantastic and very welcoming even though we stuck out like a sore thumb hahaha! I thought it was great how supportive of muslims they were as I noticed the water in the washrooms for cleansing, as well as women eating in a private area, no wonder I felt like I was the only girl in the entire restaurant besides the server! I had the chicken suqaar with chapati, and my friends had beef suqaar with rice, and chicken suqaar with rice. To our surprise it came with salad, soup and fruit juice, what a bargain because the portions were huge! The soup was garlic loaded but also complex with nice flavour, it tasted amazing when you add a bit of the hot sauce to enhance the soup's flavours! Yum! Salad had a creamy dressing with lemon which was new to me but also good. My friend said that his beef suqaar was not tender and actually a bit tough, but my chicken was good. He said he would not order beef suqaar again and instead stick to chicken suqaar in the future. I tasted the cinnamon in the suqaar seasoning and I love cinnamon! The plate was definitely two meals for me, I had to take half home! They also had unlimited tea that had a nice cardamom taste. If I realized they had the canteen there earlier I would have grabbed more before I was too full from my entree! I realized after talking to my Somali friend that we never received bananas to eat with our rice! Bummer! Is it because I have to specifically ask? Is it because I'm not Somali? I will return, but I WILL be asking for bananas :-) My boyfriend loved this place and has already returned since!

Yelp
Sahan achieves what it's set out to achieve simple wholesome African Somalian food and is good with super friendly service Word of caution the goat ribs sell out fast Coffee juice n soup complimentary with your order diverse family no frills atmosphere makes this a family favourite time and time again
google avatar

Simone T.

Yelp
Right on Lawrence, Sahan is easy to find and park. Try the beef stew! I couldn't decide whether I wanted the side to be rice or chapati, and my server really kindly offered to do a half and half so that I could try both. I think that's actually the perfect combination -- you can tear a bit of the chapati and roll some beef and rice in it for a perfect bite. Remember to soak up some of that sauce from the beef -- it's so good!
google avatar

Sofia B.

Yelp
We ordered basically whatever the chef told us was popular lol. The chicken and beef platter was really good. I think we liked the beef more than the chicken but honestly to me I could have either or again. The meat was cooked perfectly. I like my beef a little chewy which it was. The food came out very fast, within 10 minutes. It was reallllly hot which I like, I hate when food is served just warm. I liked the way it was served in a nice traditional looking plate. I really didn't like the soup, it had an odd taste to it with the lentils and lamb. I didn't try anything else but mango juice, seems like it was watered down but next time I'll try the mango shake because I heard that was good.

Yelp
This place is fast becoming a local favourite and there is little doubt why. First off their hospitality is par excellence. They treat you like a guest in their own home. Let's be clear, for around $15-20 you are getting chai tea, soup, mango juice and your main entree. That is an absolutely ridiculous value and there is zero nickle and diming. First course: Soup - an excellent lamb broth based lentil/veg soup that warms you up on a cold winter day. Add some of the hot sauce provided to kick it up a notch. Second: They give you mango juice, unlimited refills. Third. Your main entree. You get a choice of spaghetti, rice, or roti. I always opt for half-spaghetti and half-rice. You can add their chapati roti for $2 extra per roti (IIRC). The beef stew and chicken stew are excellent and are great first time icebreaker options. The first time I was there, the owner generously gave me a sample of both so I could try them. Super nice guy - that service made me a repeat customer. The side salad (standard iceberg and tomato) is fairly pedestrian, but if you like the white sauce (mayo based with spices) ask for extra on the side. They provide it at no extra charge - as mentioned, there is no nickle and diming here. Lastly: Tea - it's self serve and unlimited. The black tea with ground ginger and cloves is warm and soothing. Devouring a meal for 2 is no easy task. Come often and come hungry. A+

Yelp
The food was amazing. It was freshly made right at the order. The owner came out to greet me and thank me personally and i thought was a very good gesture. Would definitely go there again. Thank you

Yelp
Very very good meal and excellent service. They were so friendly and warm, I felt like I was eating at someone's home. My brother and I came here for dinner. First of all, every meal comes with a lentil soup and tea at the end. The lentil soup is fantastic. It's the perfect start to the meal. The tea is a perfect finisher: sweet and spiced with cardamom and ginger. I should start making this at home. We ordered the goat ribs with rice and beef steak with the flat bread, plus some spicy mixed veggies on the side. Goat ribs: I've never even heard of these before (I mean, I know that goats have ribs, but I've never had them served up this way). They were SO GOOD. Tender and perfect. Just perfect. The rice was really good as well. Beef steak: Very good, but got a little chewy as it cooled. The flat bread was amazing, though and the perfect accompaniment for pretty much everything. The flatbread is also dairy-free. Yay!! Spicy mixed veggies: I asked for hot sauce and they recommended this: a mix of sautéed onions, bell peppers and scotch bonnet peppers. It was super tasty and added the heat I wanted (especially the chunks of scotch bonnets) An excellent meal. I'll definitely return to try this T-bone everyone's going on about.

Yelp
Heard so many good things about this place. Finally got to check it out today. Tried Somalian food for the first time and I must say I really liked it. My friend got the steak which was flavourful but quite dry. I got the chicken stew with rice and it was so good. The spice level was perfect and the chicken was so seasoned very well. All the time items come with warm soup (daal) and fresh mango juice. Brought back memories of my childhood for sure. I'll definitely come back with family and looking forward to try their lamb dishes next time!

Yelp
The food was absolutely delicious! I ordered the beef stew on rice and pasta. The dessert was yummy as well! Very friendly staff, they explained the menu to us and offered suggestions. Would definitely visit and recommend Sahan!

Yelp
My family and I stuck out like a sore thumb here, and at this point, I'm used to it. Adventure! I've been eyeing Sahan for quite a while, but I never came in until a friend personally recommended it. She said the portions were large and the food was good. Unlike other reviews, I'll say that while the portions were good, as a pretty average eater, I would say that I could eat about 75% of my food, so most people could probably eat a whole plate. We asked what was good and while they were able to provide us with recommendations, they were also out of a number of their recommendations. We got there I believe about 8pm at night, so I guess I'm not super upset, but somewhat surprised, especially as throughout our dinner, the number of customers inside increased quite a bit. We ended up getting the goat ribs, the t-bone, the beef steak, and the beef stew. My favorite was the goat ribs, although the t-bone was my second favorite. We wanted more goat ribs after, but they ran out of that too. They have an option of rice, spaghetti, or some kind of flatbread. They were out of flatbread by the time we got there. They ran out of spaghetti right after we ordered it. For the spaghetti, I really don't know why they couldn't have just made more. It wouldn't have taken that long. Our meals were supposed to come with salad, soup, and mango juice. We got the salad and the mango juice, but when we asked about the soup, we were first told that they were out and that the chef was making more but that when it was ready, we'd be able to get some, but after, when we asked again, we were just told that they wouldn't be able to give us soup because it takes at least three hours to make and they actually weren't making any more that day. They offered us no substitutions. We had to ask. They then offered us more mango juice. That was nice, but it would have been a nice disclaimer to put that it was subject to availability. I take all of that stuff into consideration when I think about things like price and value, so to have it suddenly go missing really throws me off. Taste-wise, everything was pretty good. Nothing super distinctive I can remember other than the hot sauce, which was bright against the richer meats and it had a very nice heat to it. Service was friendly, albeit somewhat slow. I might come back, but I'd come back earlier to try some of the items they ran out of.

Peng L.

Yelp
Good portions. Meat was tasty. I had the impression that the food was very authentic.

Yelp
The food was so stale except for the soup I'm never eating here again. Why should I pay all that money for yesterday old stink food that's really disgusting they give people that kind of service shame on you !!!!
google avatar

Gerry C.

Yelp
Authentic Somali food is heaven! Too bad they didn't have Goat rib when we went (heard so much good things about this), but the T-bone and the beef stew were to die for. Staff was very friendly in explaining the food they have. Boy, I'd come to this place again! Just be careful when asking for spicy varieties. Spicy is REALLY spicy (e.g spicy vegetable mix)!
google avatar

Javeed S.

Yelp
Best T bone I ever had:) Food was really good. All Items I have are freshly made and served with smile I will be visiting them quite often. I suggest to give a try

Aneesah B.

Yelp
Talk about value for money! Each entree comes with 1 flavorful soup, refreshing mango juice (1 per person) and spiced tea (unlimited). My husband and I shared the beef stew with salad and rice (pasta is also an option) for $15 and we were stuffed! We finished off with the famous Somalian Tiramisu ($6.99) which was a generous portion of sponge cake soaked in milk topped with icing. It reminds me of the Latin dessert tres leches. Overall I would highly recommend this place. Service was good, tables were clean and most importantly the food came quick.

Yelp
First time eating at a Somali restaurant. The service was friendly and the food was delicious. I had the steak and rice dish and I will be coming back again to try the lamb and rice! I love Scarborough for these authentic cuisine gems!
google avatar

Yelp
Really really enjoyed my dinner here. The food was fresh, authentic and you feel like your eating a home cooked meal for such an amazing price. Portions are very large I had plenty to take home for lunch. The staff is extremely friendly, answers all your questions and makes you feel welcome. I'll definitely be returning and highly recommend!

Yelp
The restaurant is located near a busy strip mall and you may find trouble entering and exciting the mall with your car. The restaurant looks family run and not everything is perfect - you would see chaos inside which I kind of loved it and makes you feel at home. The menu card is simple and easy as you have to choose between 5 or 6 dishes. My friend and I both went with the chicken stew and you had the option to choose rice, chapatti or pasta as your side. Quite a range of side offerings to cover the various demographics in Toronto! The dishes came in quick and hot, the salad seemed simple at first but ended up tasting delicious thanks to the perfect blend of sauces! The dishes were quite large and we ended up packing leftovers for the next day as well. The only gripe about this restaurant is they could do better in terms of ambiance and add more staff for service. I also felt the cost was a tad bit higher! You couldn't really find Somali restaurants much around so may be thats the cost you would pay for dishes in demand!
google avatar

Shahin S.

Yelp
Ordered the goat ribs. Extremely fatty and barely edible. Service was super friendly but I can't even justify a 3 star review based on that. The meat was so fatty that it was hardly edible. I was disappointed by my first Somalian review but it is what it is. Don't order the goat ribs. There's too much fat on them which makes it inedible.

Yelp
This place has amazing food!! The portions are huge, enough to share. We got the beef stew with rice and devoured it. If you like spicy food, ask for some of their sauce on the side. Can't wait to visit again-- oh and get their three milk cake, you'll thank me

This is my second time at Sahan. The food is simply amazing. I am afraid I am already addicted.

Yelp
Tried this place one Sunday afternoon. First time trying Somali food, was very surprised. Food was very tasty and filling. Got the beef and chicken dishes. Mango juice was delicious. Got the cake for dessert, don't remember what it was called but it was very tasty too.

Yelp
Excellent food, excellent services. Every dish comes with soup, mango and tea. Tried their Goat falfal, t-bone streak, chicken and beef stew. It was well marinated and cooked. I was impressed with the rice as well. This is my 4th time going as well. My parents also loved the food, despite being very used to with Bengali food.

Yelp
Simple Somalian home style restaurant near Lawrence East and Warden. It's a very popular place with both Somalians and Middle Eastern people. Nice spacious area and friendly service. I ordered the Somali suqaar ($15), a dry beef stew served with a side salad and basmati rice. Pretty filling and tasty with their hilac spicy sauce; however, the beef could have been tender and moist but it is what it is. The meal also came with lentil soup which was good, large glass of juice (mango or grapefruit) & finished with a fragrant Somali tea, similar to masala chai. It's a family oriented establishment where groups were sharing family size platter of food.

Yelp
So good, it keeps us coming back every week! What can i say...the portion sizes are huge....staff is extremely friendly...and the prices are very affordable. I highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to try a different type of food...with spices/flavours we usually dont get to try here in Canada. Keep up the great work Sahan!

Yelp
A steak that will beg you to come back for it, but your stomach will not forgive for such a big meal. Their serving size is HUGE! the T-Bone steak with rice is A-Mazing, please keep in mind that this would not be a typical italian stake, Somalis cook it differently and its not very saucy, but the meat is marinated and cooked so it has a really good taste. The soup served before it is good too. Just keep in mind to go there when you are really hungry, or else you would probably not be able to finish your food, the best part, it's not very expensive.

Yelp
This was an amazing meal. We stopped on our way through town. We ordered the T-Bone to share. They served us quickly. It was very tender and full of amazing flavor. I am adding this to my favorites and will be back. Thank you.

Yelp
Love this place, tasty food, good portions, friendly staff. Their cakes and soup is also delicious. And the mango juice comes with the meal

Yelp
Very delish! The lamb fal fal is awesome. I like the lamb lentil soup. The rice was very flavourful. The Somali tiramisu is very tasty and huge. Careful though, their hot sauce and hilac (spicy veggies) are really spicy. Would come back again for their sport (sharing) plates!
