Yelp
This was the first and last time I will use Sahara Pools. They are super expensive, and their website is very misleading. I paid $465 to close my inground pool, when I had never paid more than $275 in the past. The advertised price is $335. I find out now, that doesn't include chemicals or cleaning the filter!!!! They put antifreeze in pipes without asking. The site says its $85 extra, which led me to believe they would ask first. I called and complained, and they said it was part of the chemical package. WINTER CHEMICALS ARE NOT PART OF THE CLOSING COST!! They changed my plugs, but never told me, and never left my old ones to examine, another $16. They never even opened my filter and rinsed the D. E. filter fins. I called and complained, they said it was $40 extra!!!! I would have addressed these issues sooner but you dont get a copy of the invoice at day of service. It comes in a email weeks later, and the service is paid with credit card, which you give online when signing up. Very Shady.
