Step inside Miller's Market food hall for all kinds of goodies.
Saigon Snow offers 4 fun flavors" mango, ube, pandan and strawberry with 2 optional fruits. The serving includes green cake with crumbles, rainbow mochi and topped with whipped cream.
Pandan - 7/10
Sweet and earthy as expected. I prefer less sweet, but it was refreshing in the 100+ temps that day.
Ube - 8/10
The right amount of flavor without the sweetness being too overpowering.
Logon - 9/10
Like a small lychee and delish with the ube
Pink pineapple - 9/10
so so so good. Unique pineapple-ish flavor that was such a fun first experience. Great with the Ube.
Coconut - perfect with both flavors!
Serving Size - large enough for 2, but small enough for a foodie 🙂
Presentation - beautifully embellished with the add-ons in a cute logo cup and umbrella
Market - lots of seating for all the patrons of the other food vendors in there.
Buns ga-lore! Only $5 each.
Chocolate is wonderful pop of dark chocolate
Ube is very mild flavor, but typical for this bread
Taro
Strawberry
Mochi
Parking - a bit tight in the adjoining lot, but street parking is plenty inside a 1 block radius.
