"A new sweet shop by Chef Hung Huynh, it serves a delightful Vietnamese espresso topped with pandan foam that I drink on a weekly basis." - Nancy DePalma

I love their smoothies because they use fresh ingredients, and the service is always friendly and kind. If you want a more filling smoothie, go for the honey avocado. If you prefer something sweeter, the coco mango is a great choice. I still need to try the other flavors, since they have a good variety to offer. I’ve also had the ube snow before, and it’s definitely large enough to share with someone as a refreshing treat. The parking lot can be full at times but during the week midday can be less busy.

Google
This was such a unique and delicious dessert! Worth the drive. So yummy!! We had the ube snow, with mango and litchees. Not too sweet and so complex! A great treat after the summer roll and bahn me at Mill’s Market!

I personally wasn’t a big fan of the shaved ice concept, but my wife and daughter really enjoyed it. The presentation was beautiful and colorful. On top of that, the staff was super kind and welcoming, which made the visit pleasant. Even though it’s not exactly my style, I can see why it’s a hit for others.

Step inside Miller's Market food hall for all kinds of goodies. Saigon Snow offers 4 fun flavors" mango, ube, pandan and strawberry with 2 optional fruits.  The serving includes green cake with crumbles, rainbow mochi and topped with whipped cream. Pandan - 7/10 Sweet and earthy as expected.  I prefer less sweet, but it was refreshing in the 100+ temps that day. Ube - 8/10 The right amount of flavor without the sweetness being too overpowering. Logon - 9/10 Like a small lychee and delish with the ube Pink pineapple - 9/10 so so so good.  Unique pineapple-ish flavor that was such a fun first experience.  Great with the Ube. Coconut - perfect with both flavors! Serving Size - large enough for 2, but small enough for a foodie 🙂 Presentation - beautifully embellished with the add-ons in a cute logo cup and umbrella Market - lots of seating for all the patrons of the other food vendors in there. Buns ga-lore!  Only $5 each. Chocolate is wonderful pop of dark chocolate Ube is very mild flavor, but typical for this bread Taro Strawberry Mochi Parking - a bit tight in the adjoining lot, but street parking is plenty inside a 1 block radius. Don't forget to tap that ❤️ at the bottom and follow me for more dinning dets in the 321/407!

The desserts are so good that I think about it on a weekly basis! Classic Asian taste. Large enough portion to share and try different items among friends. The first time we tried them was during the Mills Night Market event in May and honestly - that was our winner for the night! So we came back to try the full size items! (Worth the 1 hour drive). They do have a punchcard. So if you are planning to frequent them (which you'd definitely want to) remember to ask for one at check out. Next Mills Night Market event is July 25. (rec buying tkt in advance).

Wow! I have seen so many people eating the shaved ice dessert but hadn’t actually eaten one myself before today. Every part was delicious. It’s incredibly beautiful to look at. It’s sweet but not over the top. Today I got mango shaved ice with strawberries and green pineapple fruits.I will certainly try more flavor combinations soon!

Stephania P.

Google
The shaved ice dessert was a total treat! It was bursting with flavor, and the fruits were so fresh and delicious. It was a perfect combination of all the other flavors.

Google
Oh my gosh it was SO good!! Had the new Honeydew Melon with Ube topping, and it was the PERFECT treat. The ice is textured like nothing you've had before, and the toppings compliment the ice and condensed milk so beautifully. It's such a pretty treat too! It was really delicious and we will be back for more. The lady working the store was extremely nice and very hard-working!

Yelp
The ambiance is what truly makes up the place. I love this cute little spot. The works do such a good job at explaining what each item brings and have such great customer service. Next is the food, well dessert per say. It's delicious. You can put all kinds of toppings and flavors. And I must say this is my go to spot!

Yelp
The staff aren't as friendly but the desert was good. Ube didn't really have a unique flavor profile, however the add ons such as rice crispies and fruity pebble flavored jelly candy was a nice touch. I believe my favorite part was the the ground cookies ( not sure if it was cookies but it tasted like oreos).

Yelp
Orlando-WOWZA!! Absolutely delicious! We walked into this awesome little food hall, and found Saigon Snow. The young man generously instructed us on how to order and explained all of the different flavors. We had the pandan snow, along with pineapple and lychee. Super yummy. Can't wait to go back and try different flavors!

Yelp
Pretty! Flavorless! That's about the best I can do to describe this snow! The Ube Snow was beautiful and gorgeous and close up, looked like Muppet fur... and probably tasted like it too (I haven't eaten a Muppet... yet!). It was loaded with toppings... some type of gummies (Pandan?), coconut, pineapple, some crunchy stuff, some whipped cream that was green, and some other chewy items. With the exception of the pineapple (which was pink and delicious), everything was Bland AF! I don't get why people love this place so much other than it's gorgeous and instagram/Yelp worthy. I mean, how do you have flavorless coconut... coconut has such a strong flavor profile (polarizing too), but the coconut here was cut thick like an earthworm, and again, bland bland bland. And why so much of it? OMG this thing was huge! It's aptly named "snow" because of the lack of flavor. I don't plan on ordering here unless I see a change to their signage that says "NOW, WITH FLAVOR!".

Yelp
Saigon Snow is such a sweet way to end a night out (literally)! Their shaved ice dessert is light, refreshing, and just the right balance of creamy and fruity. It's perfect for sharing, with portions big enough for two and toppings that make every bite a little different. Cozy atmosphere, friendly service, and a dessert that feels like a little celebration... I can't think of a better way to wrap up a date night!

Yelp
Soooo good! Small spot inside mills market - standing room only to eat and gets busy with all the other businesses there Got strawberry snow with mango and coconut and it was so refreshing! Looks like they have rotations on coffee that. I can't wait to try for my next visit. Market has other cute options of food as well well bathrooms ( kinda dirty). Highly recommend not only this place but to check out Mills market as well!

Yelp
Came in on a Saturday after eating at the food stalls in the same food hall. The ice was amazing, super flavorful and the texture was so soft with little bits of rice crispies to add texture. Fruit was delicious as well. Cost was about 10$ and for this amount, very reasonable. Took about 5 minutes to make it. Ambiance is part of the food hall and very crowded and hectic, not as much of a fan of that but given it's a dessert shop, I give that a pass. Parking is a large parking lot in the back that was super crowded.

Yelp
I'm so excited for Vietnamese desserts to be represented in a different perspective! I thought that this concept was very interesting and I've never had shaved snow like this before. It's very picturesque with all the bright colors and toppings, but that doesn't mean that it was lacking in flavor! I love that they incorporate the banh tam khoai mi ("silkworm" cassava cake) and banh da lon (steamed layered pandan cake) - they paired perfectly with the snow. We came in 30 mins before they closed, so they were running out of some ingredients, but they were super nice and worked hard behind the counter! I like how simple their menu is and I'm looking forward to trying more of their items!

Yelp
I came here with a friend on the weekend and it was packed! The staff here were friendly and had good energy. The stall is cute. It is hard to find somewhere to sit in here though on the weekend. The snow ice was good but not the best I've had. I like the cute umbrella they put on top and how they decorate the snow ice with all the toppings. Very Instagram / tiktok worthy. If you want to get a dessert after eating at Unigirl, Banh mi Boy or Kai Kai this is a good option.

Yelp
Tried Saigon Snow which just recently opened inside Mills Market and this is a great addition to the vendor lineup! First off, the little food stall they built out is gorgeous and I hope these updates continue to happen throughout the market. I'm a big fan of shave ice and I like that they offer 2 different size options here. Other local spots I've been seeing do shave ice have been so large (and expensive) and just way too much for me to eat on my own. Saigon Snow has a large ($14.95) and small ($9.50) option. Honestly, the small was still shareable between me & my husband following our meal from Banh Mi Boy, but I have no doubt I could also crush it by myself lol. You get to choose your snow flavor as well as 2 fruit toppings. We went with mango snow topped with dragonfruit and strawberries. They chop the fruit fresh, and additionally, all bowls include pandan mochi, palm seeds, cassava cake, rice krispies. This fun dessert is really about the combination of interesting textures and refreshing flavors. We thoroughly enjoyed it and will definitely be back to try the pandan waffle and smoothies soon.

Yelp
Situated inside of mills food hall, where unigirl and Kai Kai is at. Go grab some great food at this location! We got here on a Friday night and it was busy! Order at the counter and when it's ready your number is called. I got the mango base, and mango and longan. (You pick one of the three bases available and then pick two fresh fruits). Everything was delicious! My friend got the ube base and that was good too!

Yelp
We happened upon this super-unique dessert spot after visiting a store nearby. Colonial Drive has changed so much, and I used to remember an Asian supermarket in this plaza. We had a hard time parking, because so many people were coming and going into the entrance, but I truly had no idea what was awaiting us inside. We walked in the doors and found an Asian food court, with amazing Bao shops, noodle carts, delicious options, and of course, Saigon Snow for dessert. I ordered the vanilla flavored snow and my son got ube flavor. The snow is not icy, but has the taste and texture of ice cream. It is so unique and flavorful! The toppings they include are not ones I would have picked...in fact, I didn't recognize half of what I was eating, but every single one of them was so delicious and enhanced the flavors perfectly. It was such a pleasant surprise! Tip: order one small to split! The bowls are HUGE and you won't be able to finish it! Avoid the smoothie option. My son got one and immediately wished he had my snow option instead. Be prepared to stand. Limited tables and a very busy area mean standing tables are the only option, and you will certainly be sharing with others, because space is limited. Plan on a fun dinner date and eat at the noodle company. We had spicy tofu and noodles! So good!

Yelp
There's just something about how they make their snow that I LOVE. Its like not icey, but its milky and creamy, which is addictive. They add slightly different variations of toppings but my favorite one is their red topping, it gives it a nice crunch with the snow. The Ube was pretty rich in flavor which is good if you like Ube. The ordering process was easy and the portion is very good; a small is good to split with 2-3 people! The space was alright, as I visited during the evening on a weekday, but mills market when peak time is verrrry crowded and eating space will be limited during that time/or on weekend.

Yelp
If you are looking for a unique sweet treat this is a great place to try. We got the mango base. I loved the texture of the ice cream as it is thinly shaved. However, I wish it was more visible. It's instagram worthy but the unique ice cream is covered by all of the toppings so it does not show well in photos. The ice cream itself was basic in flavor and was nothing too intense. The texture is what made it unique. I loved the pink pineapple as it made up for the flavor lacking on the ice cream. The other toppings that are included were not all my favorite. Next time I would just get the ice cream with double pineapple. I wish there were more than 4 flavors to choose as the base.

Yelp
Been coming here any chance I get - my new favorite dessert spot! The pandan flavored is my favorite but I recently tried the mango and ube and both are absolutely delicious.
google avatar

Ariana M.

Yelp
The people working here were absolute angels and obliged my dragonfruit tea! I was afraid it would be too sweet but it was quite literally perfect. I love how they have a specials menu, it makes me feel like there will always be something new to try. The aesthetic presentation of the drinks was entirely insane and!! Love!

Yelp
This was honestly and truly the best matcha I've ever had in my life. I wanted to order a second one, but that just seemed gluttonous lol.
google avatar

Yelp
Tasty, fresh flavor. Friendly and quick service. This was very filling. Hard to find seating during peak hours but worth the try!
google avatar

Yelp
Came here with my family and they loved it. You can get creative Taste great Price is very fair Environment is awesome since they are located inside Mills market. Service was perfect. Zero complaints. Glad i found this

Yelp
20% was drink, and 80% was ice. I'm not paying $6 for ice!!! It's ridiculous. If they're gonna give this much ice, then the cup should be bigger to even the portion of the drink. I'm disappointed because the flavor of the drink is good but the portion is very stingy!
google avatar

Audrey A.

Yelp
I'm a fan of any type of Asian ice and snow treat! Saigon Snow serves up a delicate ice / snow that is unreal - soft, fluffy and then tops it with fruit and mochi. So filling and refreshing. Had the Pandan and having grown up with this flavor, I must say - the Pandan was Pandan-ing. Ube looked great too. It takes time to make these and they are popular so bring your patience and expect a wait. Worth it tho!
google avatar

Catherine P.

Yelp
Friendly service. I love this little market. The small snow was plenty big enough for my two kids and I to eat after having dinner. The snow looks like straw but it melts in your mouth and it so good. The fruits and toppings that come with it make it so yummy. The market can get a bit crowed but definitely worth a stop.
google avatar

Yelp
Saigon Snow is one of many food counters at Mills Market. The team at Saigon Snow is friendly and explain their drinks and dessert. They have various options for snow. We ordered the Ube snow with jackfruit and coconut. YUM!! Each snow comes with pandan mochi and rice crispies. It reminded me of Halo Halo. We also ordered their Vietnamese coffee ~ one with Thai Tea foam and the other Ube foam. We will be back to try the other flavors.
google avatar

MemysefandI ..

Yelp
Best Vietnamese Ube cold coffee ever They have a new flavor which is banana Nutella and very good also! Once you try Vietnamese coffee, any other becomes water So good and strong!

Yelp
Yum yum yum. Such a cute food hall. Authentic and cute food would definitely come back. The employee was so sweet!

Susan T.

Yelp
OMG!!!!!! I had no idea what to order but when my number was called, I had no idea how I was going to bring it home. They don't package it for takeout. However, I managed it with s reusable grocery bag. The mango ice cream with chunks of pineapple and fresh mango and lots of other stuff was HUGE and so delicious, I couldn't stop eating until it was all gone. Helpful hint... Take a reusable grocery bag. I'll be back for another one soon.!!!

Yelp
After dining in Kai Kai (same location inside Mills Market), this would be a great place to get your dessert. Just walk over to the opposite side and make your selection. Several choices - smoothies, shaved ice, teas, snow bowls. On two different occasions, I tried the ube snow bowl and the pandan version. The snow base seems like a finer version of shaved ice with a distinct texture, not quite ice creamy. But the addition of the other ingredients - rice krispies, pandan mochi, cassava cake plus 2 other fruits of your choice - jackfruit, mango, longan, pineapple, coconut, strawberry - gives this colorful bowl a totally different but delicious dimension. There's hardly any wait time, and if the place isn't too busy, the server might even bring your order to your table if you get one. Hardly any wait. The server might even bring your order to your table if you happen to get one and if it's not too busy. Definitely recommended.

Yelp
Very tasty! Ordered the ube snow with mango and jackfruit. Such a refreshing and enjoyable treat to have especially when it's so hot outside. Inside there's Rice Krispies with added cake and pandan mochi mixed in the bowl. We will have to come back and try the other flavors!
google avatar

Vorrachith P.

Yelp
This was amazing!! We added mango, lychee, and Longan. Order came out really quick. Nice little spot. Hidden gem, but it is a must try if you appreciate dessert!!
google avatar

Yelp
After hearing multiple recommendations, I finally got the chance to check out this epic new addition to the Tien Hung market. We ordered the mango snow with mango and strawberry toppings. It also comes with pandan jellies, mochi, rice puffies, and I believe freeze dried dragonfruit on top. It was delish! Very fresh, not too sweet. A huge portion - I think could feed 4 comfortably - very worth it for the price. It is super busy here of course (especially weekends) so be patient and willing to wait about 15 minutes. Also, about 4 different people ahead of me asked what pandan is, so including an informational image as well for those curious hehe
google avatar

Natalia C.

Yelp
I normally don't do bad reviews unless it's something that I really want to let people know. Yesterday I went with my kids for the first time it was around 5:45 pm. The kids were very excited to try this place but the person that took the other was so rude to my daughter and her little brother who is only a toddler. He literally told her to moved while she was looking at the menu. On the other hand the ice cream was very good but the service is terrible.
google avatar

Zondra T.

Yelp
This is my 2nd time to this location. I ordered the mango snow with mango and lychee. It was delicious and the fruity pebbles added the perfect crunch.
google avatar

Linh N.

Yelp
Located inside Mills Market, this snow dessert is the real deal. Yes it tastes just as good as how it looks! We loved how it came with so many toppings! It really enhanced the flavor of the snow ice.
google avatar

Tina D.

Yelp
This was able to feed 3 people and had a lot of variety of toppings which really brought together the flavor of the shaved ice. Great quality for a decent price!
google avatar

Kelly N.

Yelp
So yummy!! Service was quick and the Mills Market is a lovely spot to grab a quick bite to eat. I'm glad they offer both small and large sizes - we got the small size and it was still a perfect size to share. Would definitely recommend Saigon Snow for your next sweet treat!
google avatar

Amanda R.

Yelp
Went to Mills Market just for Saigon Snow and it was so worth it!! I had the Pandan snow with lychee and dragonfruit. The Snow was so creamy and all the topping went so well together.
google avatar

Aimee U.

Yelp
Saigon Snow lives up to the hype! Everyone behind the counter is incredibly kind and upbeat. The small is more than enough for 2 people to enjoy a delicious dessert! My mom and I got the ube base and it was so good, I'm still thinking about it days later haha
google avatar

Nafisa R.

Yelp
Service was quick. The shaved ice was sooooo good. I loved the mochi. I would come again!!
google avatar

Ashleigh J.

Yelp
This place is so delicious! We get the smaller size mango snow and it is perfect for two people.
google avatar

D B.

Yelp
All hype, deserts were just mediocre lacked in flavors. All ice and food coloring no actual flavors of ube or coconut. Service was ok ambience was very tight when the market is full there are no tables to sit.

Kevin T.

Yelp
Food was great! Got a small bowl with ube shaved ice with strawberry and longan toppings.
